With a passion for all things deep, dark, funky and fast, Monfreaq hit the ground running after learning to DJ while living in the Netherlands and being surrounded by the thriving Dutch techno scene. Since coming home to Melbourne, she has played along with local and international talents at venues such as Radar, Glamorama, Boney and Xe54, as well as a few raves in the hidden corners and warehouses of the city. Tilman is a DJ, producer and label owner based in Mainz, Germany. He runs the longstanding and successful Klamauk label alongside the Fine imprint, a label he co-runs with Johannes Albert. Coming from a hip hop background, Tilman now champions a sound that takes in house, soul, disco and funk. Starting his career in the early nineties, Damon Jee has followed an unconventional path towards becoming a globally renowned DJ. The last two years have seen a surge in his profile, no doubt due to the effective simplicity displayed in his productions, it is the sort of tracks that can ignite any flagging dancefloor.

His remix of Pardon Moi's 'Power To The People' was considered by many DJs as one of last year's biggest club tracks. But it was his recent Beatport-charting release on Jennifer Cardini's Correspondant records which introduced him to a whole new audience. Further online videos showing artists such as Maceo Plex and Carl Cox rinsing his tracks to thousands of people only added to the mounting interest in Damon Jee. Pat Carroll is Sydney composer/producer exploring the introspective side of electronic music. With music grounded between electroacoustic theory and groove-based music, Carroll's sound is characterised by gradually transforming soundscapes often behind strong, driving percussion. Founder and A&R of Life and Death, Manfredi Romano grew up tour-managing punk bands and, around the turn of the millennium, organising left-field music events in Italy. Having completed his studies in computer science at the University of Pisa, Manfredi went on to form DAZE, Italy’s first booking agency solely devoted to electronic music. Drawing on two decades of experience behind the scenes, Romano shifted focus in 2010, establishing himself as a DJ in his own right.

As a performer, Tennis valiantly showcases an astute ability to create intimacy in even the vastest of gatherings. As a respected producer, Romano consistently channels his past relationships with post-rock luminaries such as Godspeed You! Chiara is a music composer and producer born and raised in Torino, Italy but now based in Australia. DJing under the moniker Chiara Kickdrum, she might just be one of the most decorated DJs currently operating out of Melbourne. She has performed at a range of venues across Australia and overseas, supporting international acts such as Kiasmos, Marcel Dettmann, Nina Kraviz, Dopplereffekt, DJ Stingray and Underground Resistance, as well as appearing at Pitch Music Festival, Melbourne Music Week, Meredith Music Festival and Dark Mofo in Hobart. She is also a music composer who has been commissioned, amongst many others, for projects for fashion designer Dion Lee at Melbourne Fashion Week, and most recent composing an original score for 'All These Creatures', a short film which subsequently won the Palme D'Or at the Cannes International Film Festival 2018.

Trinity is a DJ, live performer and producer who divides her time between Sydney and Berlin.

She currently handles A&R and events for Australian techno label Nightime Drama. 

As a performer, she was billed alongside Richie Hawtin as part of the Vivid Sydney festival at Sydney Opera House; and she has played at Tresor, Tomorrowland and many other clubs and festivals across Europe. Trinity is also a longtime guiding force on the Sydney underground, producing parties featuring artists and DJs including Steffi, Artefakt, Peter Van Hoesen, Steffi and Eli Verveine. 


Thanks to her famous work ethic and many long days and nights in the studio, Trinity’s recorded output keeps growing, and includes collaborations with Luke Hess, Eric Cloutier, Headless Horseman and XDB. Her recent vinyl EP ‘Adrifting Voyage’ in collaboration with Steven Tang made its way into some of the best record shops including Hardwax, and her debut full-length album Blinded by 1000 Points of Light (in collaboration with John Tzineris) was received with critical acclaim.

An avid record collector, and a resident for the Melbourne collective Crate Mates, she’s can be spotted laying some down at Glamorama, Dr. Morse, Boney, Lounge, and Ferdydurke, and even landed an opening slot for Austrian artist Demuja. Theus Mago is the alter ego of established Mexican producer Mateo González, a project created to indulge in his more obscure coldwave and techno side. González is very active, and alongside the Theus Mago project, he is also the man behind dance music projects Bufi (Kitsuné/Discotexas) and Sonido Fantasma (Turbo Recordings), alongside his duties as co-owner of the Duro record label.

Based in Melbourne, Greetings is the moniker of Jack Grazie. When he is not playing in the cities best venues, he works full time in music production and running record labels. After label managing the high flying house imprint clipp.art, his attention is now focused on a brand new project, the Boots n Legs record label which will focus on 80s synth-pop and Italo gems. The new label’s first release will drop on the 15th of May, and they will also have a launch party on the 29th of June at Whitehart Bar.

Greetings don’t just focus on nu-wave sounds and have a knack for unearthing deep, warm house. DJ Bone recently played at XE54 and Greetings were tasked with warming up the dancefloor. And he did just that, laying down a fresh vinyl-only set featuring only Australian artists. If you weren’t there, you could listen back as we have the full recording. After years of hard work, she is finally being recognised by media and industry tastemakers as one of country’s top underground DJ’s and producers, and her label Upon Access is slowly building the sort of discography that any label owner aspires too.

Constantly swimming in aural pleasures, you’ll either find Adi Toohey controlling the dancefloor from a Sydney DJ booth, presenting Saturday Sunset on FBi Radio, working in record stores or hosting parties with her Rimbombo crew. Now a graduate headliner, Toohey carved a name opening for the likes of Hunee, Young Marco, Bicep and The Black Madonna, playing Dark Mofo, Subsonic and Splendour in the Grass festivals and for interstate crews Club Coco, Lucid and A Love Supreme. 


With a musical CV like that Adi seemed a natural choice to warm up the dance floor for our inaugural B3 event with Gerd Janson, Dj Koze and Charlotte de Witte. As expected, she delivered, and played a warm and inviting two hours which set the scene for an amazing night of music.
