Hi, my name is Bradon Schlaefer (aka BradSlice), I'm 19 years old and this is my podcast. I sit down with individuals in early adulthood who are doing more than just sitting on the couch when they get off of school. Some are making music or freelancing photography, others have been running businesses before they had their driver's license. My goal with this podcast is to inspire young adults to find and pursue their passion by sharing the stories of other young adults doing the same thing.

I sit down with my former adviser from high school to catch up and hear some of his thoughts on teaching the next generation of creatives.
I met up with Darton Weaver (Instagram @dartxn) to talk about how he got his start in the video world. Darton's passion for video brought him from making iPhone videos at his high school basketball games, to traveling the country with Adidas D1 MN within two years.

In this episode, I go over my start into video and tell the story from a young age to how I got where I am today. This video is very much focused on me in middle school and such vs me in recent years to emphasize the importance of practice and trying to get ones 10,000 hours in to really master any one skill.
I also bring up old channels like Lawffs and Smosh as well as some non-video related creative experiences from middle school.
Nick and I talk about his latest work as a freelance videographer and photographer in the St Paul area. We discuss how he has made connections and found work after moving to a new area as well as how he got his start into the freelance scene as a teenager.
Joey and I talk about his progression as an artist from a young age. Joey shares stories from previous musical performances and performing for thousands of people on the stage of the national HS speech competition in 2019.
Quade and I meet up again months after our original episode to discuss the new year's ambitions and an update on the podcasting lifestyle. Quade talks about his choice to launch a new podcast, Wonderful Nonsense, a life advice podcast that focuses on the 2020s as a new decade. We also talk about growing from late high schoolers to college-age adults and how that affects our choices creatively.
