This is my personal reflection on the Gospel reading today being the 14th Sunday of the Oridnary time, ( 5th, July 2020)
This is a meditative and challenging word from God today. A challenge to always and everywhere be open to giving and cheerful in receiving. As St. Francis of Assisi would say, “Lord make me an instrument of your peace...for it is in giving that we receive.” We are challenged to respond to this act of giving today.
