In this episode, I'm joined by renowned miracle worker and healer, Howard Wills, as he shares his beautiful story of awakening and opening up to his "gift." Howard preaches to love everything and everyone, to make peace with the past, forgive ourselves and others and to honor the Truth in our hearts.

This is a not to be missed conversation with a man who is the "real deal." If you are someone that's going through tough challenges and stuck in fear, listen closely to Howard and his pearls of wisdom...it just might be the thing that helps set you free!

We repeat what we don’t repair.

I’ve been hyper aware of this lately. The same “habits of self” rearing their ugly heads.

What was once perceived as protection mechanisms, I see as reinforcement, reempowerment & reenergizing of “repetition”...meaning, addiction to insufficient/wounded aspects of personality calling forth the same reality in different forms.

For me and many of us, it’s completely unconscious. And unfortunately when we slip into unconscious behaviour, we lose our authentic power and decrease our will.

We get completely thrown out and give greater and greater energy to fear, also meaning low frequency energy becoming your norm.

Wounded, triggered reactivity clouds judgement and brings forth violence to self and others through thought forms...and in some hostile situations where rage isn’t controlled we see physical violence.

In order to repair, we need to become aware of where we “collapse.” Where we hide, judge, criticise, run away, lash out etc...

And instead of perceiving them as forces to protect you, lean into them with love and compassion...they are forces to free you.

Compassion will activate the healing breath of life to move through you and reorganize your emotional and mental system.

Then addiction can end. You can repair, and grow into greater self-awareness, self-compassion and self-love

Healing and returning to wholeness isn't always a smooth path. In fact, most of the time it can feel like going to hell and back.

It is uncomfortable because you are undoing a lifetime of self-refusal, self-denial and placing your insuffiencies in a box within yourself.

It's very natural for it to be uncomfortable...in fact it has to be because there is a great unwinding that needs to happen within you.

Along this path to healing you need support and self-willingness to look inside your shadow aspects and take the lessons from them and grow...it's a process.

Self-compassion, patience & courage are needed.

You must trust in your Nature.

There is an expansion of Being and tremendous growth available to you - all this suffering is directing you back to love - your natural essence. Which for many has been refused for a lifetime

So if you are suffering right now with emotional pain, physical pain, chronic illness, dis-ease and/or a lifetime of conditioning and trauma...you will be okay (whatever that looks like). Hang in there and work with your heart - connect with it, open it and allow it to take the pain you have endured.

Love liberates. Love rescues. Love is the TRUTH.

Expect Miracles,

Marshall

When we relax into Being - we are tapping into the natural essence of who and what we are. From this deeper dimension within us, there is space and allowance to let go and let fall away the mental and emotional streams, which many of us over-identify with. This is what causes a lot of suffering...needless suffering. One beautiful way to begin the restoration to wholeness and healing within, is to relax into Being. In today's episode, I speak in the moment of the power of nature and its potent aliveness, which mirrors the universal consciousness that lives within you. Enjoy this episode as I invite you to take a closer look at how you are interacting with your mind and your external environment.

Expect Miracles,

Marshall

TOPIC: Why Your Company Mental Health Strategy Will Never Work.

Truth is - this is a MASSIVE challenge and it's not your fault, MR. COMPANY LEADER.

Unless you had very aware, conscious parents - we are not taught how to manage & navigate our emotions and ego.

And until there is deeper education into helping people navigate their emotions, understand that their mind is a protective mechanism, and their egos are the ones causing the REAL stress...Leading a successful mental health strategy and empowering people to explore/heal/expand their inner-worlds as part of being employed with a company, it will remain "lip service." It will be an "okay program."

The BIG work no one wants to look at...and that's the problem.

You want MORE ENERGY at your company? You want SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE and HAPPIER people?

Then you will have to put your money where your mouth is.

You gotta teach and empower your people to go inward. Therein lies the key to your most successful mental health strategy.

Tune in for more!

Keep it simple, stupid! I have to say the KISS Method works best for everything, but especially for staying grounded. Right now the world is experiencing MASSIVE change. Time feels like it's speeding up and it can be easy to feel ungrounded. In this solo episode, I riff in the present moment about what are my key things that I do to stay grounded and why they are important. Change is the one constant we can count on and if we aren't centered and moving with change, we're going to be holding onto a future or past that doesn't exist...and then we SUFFER.

Tune in and alleviate your own needless suffering and restore you system back to balance and power!

Letting go can be a very difficult thing in life! Our egos have very fixed mental and emotional positions on experiences that have caused us pain and suffering. But what if these experiences of great suffering where actually our greatest teachers?

We often overlook this shift in perspective because it's easier to blame others and not take accountability for what's happening inside us. In this episode, I explore what happens when we let go and surrender, and how when we give ourselves permission to do so - the amazing breakthroughs and healing we can experience.

So if you're holding onto areas of life and want to dissolve them and discover the lesson in it all, tune in!

In this episode, I sat down to talk about navigating end of life conversations. As a huge basketball diehard and sports fan, I have pondered death a lot this past week since the passing of Kobe Bryant, and this conversation with Expert Coach from the Handel Group, Hildie Dunn, is perfect timing. We talk about the importance of making peace and having difficult conversations with loved ones, where healing needs to take place. The cover the importance of not wasting any time and pouring your energy and love into what gives your spirit joy. Death is an uncomfortable topic for many, but it doesn't have to be. Grounding yourself in the loop of life can be very empowering. To know that the end of life gives new life a chance and that the life you've been given is a gift, and a chance to contribute to the evolution of humanity and consciousness, the time is NOW to act and play your part. I hope you enjoy this episode with Hildie and I - it's a heartfelt gem.

Claude Silver is my guest today and one of my new favourite people in the world. Why? Because she has the most awesome job in the world in my eyes. Claude is the Chief Heart Officer (CHO) at Vayner Media in NYC and her job is to create champions and heroes within the organisation. Her job is to create a culture of collaboration to create space for people to bring their heart, skills, creativity and authentic flavour and gifts to work.

Imagine every organisation had leaders like Claude. Leaders leading with HEART, and having a clear understanding of its significance. I'm not talking about less work and fluffy outcomes. The exact opposite, actually. It means creating an atmosphere where people are empowered to come together to out their hearts and minds and souls into a common goal, vision and purpose. I'm going to say, with more heart, more innovation, collaboration, empathy and sustainable performance.

Culture as Claude says isn't so much an object you can label. It is a feeling. You see it in the smiles, communication, love and diversity of people on the same page. That's teamwork making the dream work. This episode is a gem and Claude gives amazing insight into the company culture at Vayner Media, spearheaded by entrepreneur, Gary Vaynerchuk.

Enjoy the show!

Do you have trouble making decisions and committing to them? Are you afraid to make the wrong decision?

I'll be upfront and honest, I am not the best and most efficient decision maker. I am not direct. I beat around the bush and in terms of my dreams and aspirations, I've hit a confusion crossroad. However, this is good news! Because it has given me the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarity of what it is I really want. In this episode, I basically vent and process where I am at right now in my life, as a means of sharing a common problem for many in life....getting clear on what we want. If you too are at a crossroads or having trouble getting clarity, I hope this episode inspires you to trust you intuition and look within for the answers that are always there and ready to be discovered. Enjoy the show!

For my birthday a couple of weeks ago I took a trip to Byron Bay to celebrate and spend time in one of my favourite places on Earth. If you have ever been to Byron Bay you know what I'm talking about! It was a great chance to connect with Mother Nature and get back to neutral and in this podcast I wanted to share with you the importance of doing the little things that make you feel good with consistency. For me it's meditation, exercise in nature, sleep, healthy food, laughter and hydration. It all sounds simple, but through the pace at which a lot of us live our lives, we fall into ruts and misguide our energy into things that aren't always of high value. May this episode help you to re-direct the ship if you have veered away from good health and bring you back into alignment with what feels good in your body!

Hi guys and gals! In this mini-episode today, I reflect upon my own use of technology and how it affects my wellbeing. Stepping away from technology and allowing myself daily to be immersed in the stillness of the presence, I've found a greater clarity of thought, alert awareness and a more relaxed nervous system. So, I invite you to perhaps take your own tech audit and see how stillness speaks to you. I am a firm believer that everything arises out of the present moment, and when we are overloaded with technological stimuli, we lose our creative energy. There must be room in your life to allow the natural forces of life to speak to you. I hope this episode gives you inspiration to take time out in your own life to see what comes forth:) Enjoy the show!

Going through a spiritual awakening can be confusing and lonely, as my guest today knows all about. Linh Huynh is a spiritual mentor and counsellor, who fuses esoteric knowledge with mindset and practicality to help others move through their spiritual awakening journeys. Linh shares her story of enduring depression and anxiety, as she cracked open the light within her, which she came to know as her true nature. Feeling strangely out of place and holding a deep sensitivity of the world around you can be a familiar story when undergoing spiritual growth. This was the same for Linh, who views herself as a Star Seed and Lightworker - a soul perhaps from another dimension here to heal the collective consciousness, here to cause a ruckus and trigger people home to living in-spirit. Fascinating conversation with a young woman who has the courage to not follow traditional norms and walk the path of her own heart! Enjoy the show!

R U OKAY? It doesn't take much to check in with a friend, family member, co-worker or even stranger that may be struggling with life. We all have challenges to face and life can be hard, really hard at times. Sometimes all is takes is a moment of presence with someone. A conversation where you listen and show someone your heart. Suicide rates in Australia and most of the world have stayed consistent and increased in some countries. You never know, by the simple act of checking in, you may save a life.

In this conversation, I share my own experience after the suicide of my brother and refer to part of my book - "Letters to Mitch - The Healing Power of Grief, Love & Truth." I hope you enjoy today's show...

When it comes to getting the world excited about health and good food, there is very little Lola Berry won’t do. She’s convinced a TV host to swallow raw wasabi on live national television. She’s dived into dumpsters on the streets of New York (…and eaten from one!). She has also run madly in search of water after daring to munch on one of the world’s hottest chillies, and handed out actual Black Eyed Peas to celebrities at an official “Black Eyed Peas” red carpet event (…and they loved them!). Lola is very colorful, very passionate and very Australian.

The author of ten books, Lola Berry knows what she’s talking about. But in this conversation we talk very little about nutrition and more an exploration of facing fear, not comparing ourselves to others, the value of therapy and mindset, and staying true to who you are. Enjoy this relaxed conversation between two mates chewing the fat about life!

Reclaiming Your Kingdom - this is the theme for this week's show, as I sat down with conscious masculine mentor, Stefanos Sifandos. Talk about the real deal - here's a man that truly turned his life around and tapped into his essence to embrace who he really is at his core. As Stefanos will tell you, he was living a lie, and through a big wake up call, had to face the hard, dark truth of this reality. But instead of falling into the shadows of addiction and/or self-loathing, he made the decision to reclaim his kingdom and learn how to be real man. A man of integrity, a man of deep spiritual connection and embodiment, and a man of service.

Stefanos is a guy's guy and fellow Aussie. He is a big inspiration to men in particular who have been unfaithful in relationships, have had anger and rage issues, and who have drunk too much along the way. Listen to this conversation on how Stefanos shifted and healed his life and take stock that it's never too late to change, and that we are always evolving. Here's to staying true to yourself and walking the path of the heart. This is Heart House Radio podcast - in conversation with Stefanos Sifandos. Enjoy the show!

What you desire is already imprinted in your heart. Your heart is like a compass, always guiding you in the direction of what it is you desire, whether you're mentally onboard with that or not. "Row, row, row you boat, gently down the stream..." The stream is the direction your heart is pointing. We need to row in that direction. To know what direction is to be in the heart. This is why we practice heart-conscious meditation. To awaken the energy of the heart and tune in to what it has to tell us. In the heart is where you will find your treasure. In this 20 minute lesson - "Your Purpose Is Imprinted In Your Heart," I discuss the discipline needed for meditation and the opportunity available to you to be guided by your Truth within your heart.
