1) Register for your new LLC on your local secretary of state website
- Start with the name reservation and then Register your new LLC
2) Apply for EIN number on IRS.gov website
3) Open up business bank account

Homework - Claim your brand name!
- Must be available on Instagram, Twitter and Godaddy.com
- Don't use any underscores or dashes
- Only use numbers if they have a specific meaning to the brand name ( for example if "OneBlockShop" isn't available on IG. don't just use "OneBlockShop92" and call it a day! Go back to the drawing board and make a new brand name!
