The Believers Early Careers Podcast has been launched to to instil confidence in our young Muslims and inspire them to strive towards achieving excellence in their careers without compromising their faith or identity. We aim to connect the career stories of Muslim Professionals across different professions to young Muslims.

Most episodes will be focused on giving real insight into a career journey, some episodes will be focused on the mindset towards how we view careers as a Muslim with barakah and excellence in mind. Other episodes will consist of practical advice such as making use of a gap year, how to approach things like assessment centres/interviews and more.

The One Year (and a bit..) Review!

Starting with discussing 10 things I've learned doing a podcast that have benefited me and that would benefit you!

Some of the struggles (not all) that I have faced and that you might face if you start up a similar project. It was also a great way for me to reflect on how to do things better as well as to gain an appreciation for those who do content creation alongside balancing it with their full time job, family life, health, energy, own development etc.

Lastly I talk about what I've learned from the project, why inspiration isn't enough and what different approaches we need to take to unlock the potential of the community.

An introduction to the Podcast and your host Rahil Ali
