Caffeinated life discussions between childhood friends who made the mistake of growing up, getting a job, and just typically being an adult, whatever that means.
We explore, how we are trying to find ourselves, and pursue a life worth having, while not losing our minds, amid every day stresses and mistakes.
Hans and I discuss how we tend to have a few states of being that we fall into unconsciously when times are tough or we are worn out etc... How we think about them, what value we can get from understanding why we do it, when it is useful vs. when it isn't, and some of our own "origin stories". We hope to generate some discussion on what some of our unconscious modes may be and help us all to start choosing our states purposefully aligning our attention and intention.
Don't forget to share us with a friend or maybe even two friends! 🙏

In this week's podcast we discuss family life and how the current restrictions due to the ongoing Virus countermeasures affect day to day life and sanity. We start off on a focus of technology's role and the importance of structure and open mindedness. Where do we end up? Well, that's for you to find out.
My name is Nitai Stalker, and this podcast is made up of Hans, my lifelong friend, and I, sitting down and talking about our adult life and his family life, how we were raised, how we cope... etc. etc. etc. you get the idea.
We didn't plan that our first official podcast would be about a Virus, but these are the times we are living in so, here you are.
Now, let's talk about the Corona Virus, or, because for some reason the world has given it a pet name, "Rona!"
