Learning how to think about a challenge we face as a Hero’s Journey helps us change the way we think, feel, and act. This has a dramatic effect on our life because a hero makes different choices than a victim does. Once we master the hero’s journey, we can call on it whenever we need to turn what feels like overwhelm, drudgery, or hopelessness into a purposeful life filled with adventure and possibilities.
