There are demonic beings operating in the world today. They run amok on this planet because people have empowered them by believing and yielding to their lies. The way to change this situation isn’t by dealing directly with demons in prayer. Their power is cut off when people believe the Truth of The Gospel. As individuals, families, and communities come out of deception, the powers of darkness are weakened and broken.
The Bible teaches that God is a Spirit. He moves in the spiritual realm (John 4:24). Everything God has provided by His grace is already a reality in the unseen realm. However, whether they ever manifest in the physical realm depends on our ability to receive, not on God’s willingness to give.
Everything you will ever need has already been provided by the finished work of Christ at Calvary. Reach out and take hold by faith. It’s yours!

Loneliness isn’t just something that only affects those who live in isolation; it is present in marriages and people who live in families, work with others and have friends. Some lonely people have everything money can buy, but all their toys and luxuries can’t provide what’s missing. In the very beginning, God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him” (Gen. 2:18). Since we were created to live in relationships, it’s clearly not God’s plan that we suffer from loneliness.

Coming from near and far, God’s people gathered at the temple of the Lord in the front of the new courtyard. Jehoshaphat stood before the assembly, and they cried out to God. It was here the people acknowledged their defense and deliverance was in His ultimate sovereign power.
Stress literally is a killer. So, how are we going to handle it? Many folks try to escape their anxiety with medications, drugs, alcohol, sex, porn, gambling, or anything that brings relief. But none of these methods work, nor are they healthy. The ultimate solution only comes from God, and He has freely provided it to every one of His children.

The Cross has become a symbol of Christianity, but it’s so much more than a mere trinket or piece of fashion jewelry hanging around someone’s neck. The crucifixion of Jesus Christ is such an important doctrine because understanding it correctly determines whether or not we have eternal life.
When we come to Jesus, He works deliverance; often bringing a new hope and new lease on life. But what we do with our life after being healed is also important. He desires that we become vessels of His compassion and healing power to those who are suffering.

From the moment you commit your life to Jesus Christ, you enter the school of faith because, from that point on, the Lord’s goal is to teach you to trust in Him. Therefore, in order to live effectively and grow in your relationship with Him, you must have confidence that God—the Sovereign Lord of the universe—will do exactly what He says and fulfill every single promise He’s made to you.

It’s amazing the number of people who know the Lord heals today, and yet when something goes wrong, the first thing they do is run to the doctor as if the Lord wasn’t closer than the doctor. It’s a challenge to learn to balance those things; how do I learn to call on the Lord first? One of the Lord’s promises to us is His presence and power to heal those who call upon Him in the name of Jesus.
There is nothing quite like the pain of betrayal. It is indescribable. How do worldly people respond to betrayal? How have you responded to it? There was One who experienced betrayal as no other person in human history. We can learn much from His example and act accordingly—with forgiveness, grace, and mercy.
The mission of the church is not to win the world’s praises. Many modern proponents in the church of “engaging the culture” are seemingly deferring to political correctness. When they translate that for young evangelicals into concrete plans of action, it often turns out to mean staying in step with fashion…as if being seen as cool were the key to effective ministry. Not so. It’s time to come back to the Cross.
Humanity is caught in the grip of fear: fears over deadly diseases, lockdowns, financial ruin, violence, cancel culture, government overreach, and political upheaval. At the very root of it all is sin, and the only answer is found at the Cross of Jesus Christ.
) Granting forgiveness can be a very hard thing to do. Many, if not most, Christian counseling sessions are related to struggles with forgiveness. It’s a subject that poses hard questions. Let’s look at some of the major ones.
We are in the midst of a violent spiritual tempest—one that’s turned so many aspects of our lives upside down. Have we actually used this occasion to strengthen ourselves and build our relationship with our Savior, or are we sinking?
Is there an area of your life that is out of control? Maybe it’s finances, moral issues, relationships, attitudes, habits, gossip, or laziness. A lack of self-control in any part of our lives does not fit who we are in Christ. His desire is that we live in full surrender to Him so that His Spirit can produce in us the fruit of self-control.
Have you ever sensed that you were hearing from God? God still speaks to His children. His main channel for directing us is through His Word, though He will also speak to us personally and specifically—especially if we’re willing to listen and obey.
Each day is filled with decisions, and every choice is an opportunity to ask the Lord what He would have us do. The decisions could be practical, moral, financial, or any other issue. How can we be sure that what we are considering is the will of God?
All of us need to learn how to talk to the Lord in private about whatever concerns us. And sometimes that inner room becomes our war room as we fight our battles with sin, conflicts, decisions, and difficulties until we fully surrender in obedience to our God.
Worry is not from God. Worry is a learned behavior; thus, it is something that can be unlearned—with God’s help.
How much better both parents and children will be when we nurture our children to godliness, by letting them see a loving example of Christ in us.
It’s been said that going out to meet trouble is one of life’s shortest trips. However, trouble is often the gateway to discovering the presence and power of God.
To reject the wisdom of God is to invite the judgment of God. So, “in all your getting, get wisdom!”
The USA represents 6 percent of the world’s population, and yet we consume almost 90 percent of the tranquilizers on the planet. The spirit of doom and gloom has even seeped into the church. We are supposed to have the answers. Time to return to the fundamentals.
