After questioning Christ’s authority, integrity & theology, the religious & political elites are left only to marvel in silence.
Christ’s authority is questioned. He is visited, investigated & inspected. But as the perfect Lamb of God, He is without blemish. And will soon provide atonement as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins.
Christ’s journey to Jerusalem has come to an end. But His journey to the cross has not. As Jesus makes His way into the Holy City, people are forced to make a decision. Do I receive Him or reject Him?

In lesson 2 of our verse by verse study through the book of 1 John, we find the answers to a couple of very important questions. Do Christians have to sin? And… What is God’s provision if they do?

Today, as believers in Jesus Christ, we are the apple of His eye. And one day we will see His face. So, don’t settle for lesser things. Don’t be satisfied with the things of this world. You will be satisfied when you awake in His likeness.
