The purpose of this podcast is to provide the tools, inspiration, and motivation to keep pushing in every area of our lives. To enable us to become better beings for our family, friends, self and the world. This is a good old talk podcast show with topics dealing with everyday life situations and ways to keep our body, mind, and spirit healthy naturally. Also, from time to time, there will be conversations with everyday people and entrepreneurs that have beaten the odds to create a successful life. We will spotlight undiscovered talent, people sharing their dreams, visions, failures, and methods of how to start over. Together we will learn and share with each other the best way to navigate in this world and be successful while doing it!

The world seems like a bunch of loud noise if you don't have the strength to control your inner peace! With so many different distractions all at the same time, it is easy to lose focus on what's really important to you and stay on track to accomplishing your goals.
We must take the time to take a few deep breaths throughout the day to keep our mind and spirit in the right place. What were you pursuing before the world lost some of its control?

My grandmom was Baptist and my grandpop just dropped us off to church but they were in a loving marriage over 50 years and raised 8 kids together. My other grandparents were Catholic and they were in a loving marriage for about the same and raised 3 kids together! They all respected each other and got along well! So what is the problem? Join me with Special Guest-Shirley Moore Smeal is executive deputy secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, serving as second in command of the agency, and is president of the National Association of Women Executives in Corrections.
Moore Smeal began her career in the corrections department in 1987 as a clerk-typist at the State Correctional Institution at Huntingdon, moving progressively up the ranks to serve in increasingly responsible positions, including as superintendent of SCI Muncy and regional deputy secretary. She has been executive deputy secretary since April 2010 and served as acting secretary from August 2010 to January 2011.
Moore Smeal has served as chairperson for the annual Executive Women's Leadership Conference and chairperson for the 2014 Women Working in Corrections and Juvenile Justice Conference. She received the National Organization of Black Women in Law Enforcement's 2012 Trailblazer Award.

We all have things we desire in life. How much money we want to make, the lifestyle we want to live or the family we want to have. The thing is everything worth having takes time, work and sometimes Sacrifice! Let's talk!
I sat down today and added how many times I can remember physically moving in my life. As I wrote the addresses and reflected on the moves I couldn't believe the total from childhood would turn out to be 51 times! Unbelievible! LOL Yes, i know but it is very true. Some moves were 1-3 months but to me they still count. The more important thing is what I realized I learned from those moves and the difference it made in the lives of my son and I! And more importantly, if they don't know a thing about business and startups "Run Forest Run!" Entrepreneurship is not for everybody, remember that!
