*We know that this discussion is a month or so overdue and today, with the release of the Vanity Fair TROS coverage, some of the things we speculated about have been answered:
- the desert planet in the teaser trailer is a new desert planet called Pasaana, so not Jakku or Tatooine
- one early note indicated that the person Kylo is fighting in the forest is a Knight of Ren, but that was later clarified as an error during a Vanity Fair reddit Q&A
