Tune in tonight Sat. April 4th 2015 8:30 P.M. EST to The Approach with the 3Kings Radio show as we discuss the biggest debate in college athlethics. CALL IN NUMBER IS 347-857-3911 also join us in our live chat room at www.the3kingsapproach.comTopic tonight is:

DO COLLEGE ATHLETES DESERVE TO GET PAID???

It's one of the biggest debates in sports: should college athletes be paid? Everyone from sports fans and media personalities to the players and general public seem to have an opinion. And regardless where you stand on the issue, like it or not, college athletes might soon start to get paid. A federal judge just ruled that the NCAA can't stop players from selling the rights to their names, images and likeness, striking down NCAA regulations that prohibit them from getting anything other than scholarships and the cost of attendance at schools. This ruling could potentially allow players at big schools to have money generated by television contracts put into a trust fund to pay them when they leave school.

Paying college athletes now is the right thing to do because it will give those who fail to be recruited by the pros a chance to buy some time, and hopefully figure out how they are going to get by with the rest of their lives and give them a little savings in the bank to work with. Also, they deserve to be paid because they are the very reason college sports fans turn on the TV and attend the games. They are what generates revenues all around. Without these kids, college sports wouldn't be college sports, and it's time to compensate them for their talents and abilities that make college sports so great.

Today, everyone is equal. Women have the same rights as men and are able to do what they please. It’s understandable that women have a hard time working on a construction site but why is it so hard for them to succeed in fields like business/politics? This happens because these “systems” have been built on the male mind.

In order for women to become successful and independent and to have high power jobs in business and politics they need to become, at least in the way they think, men. As hard as this may seem, many women manage to achieve this goal.

The Downside

Because these women have tried so hard to fit into these male dominated fields, they have essentially lost their feminine side. This is fantastic for their careers but devastating for their love lives. No man will ever want to marry another man; he wants to marry a woman that has the qualities of a woman. Even if these qualities didn’t mean much to the average guy, he could still not handle the fact that his girlfriend/wife is more successful than him or makes more money.

Unfortunately, this is the major love-life struggle that smart, successful and independent women face today.

It is often said that a man falls in love through his eyes, a woman through her ears. But not any more.

A new book has revealed that a woman’s glance can tell a man if she is interested or not.

He says: “If a man makes eye contact with a woman she will often look away. But it’s knowing what her glance means which can help gain her affection.

“That’s because how a woman looks away from you will tell you everything you need to know about the way she is feeling.”

His study revealed other things to look for. If the wrist of a woman’s dominant hand is pointed towards a man it is a very good sign.

And the fella is likely to be in with a chance if his love interest plays with her hair.

So, when a man sees his perfect partner across a crowded room how can he tell if she is into him?

Ali says watch her eyes and all will be revealed.

When searching for a mate, most of us carry around a list of criteria or qualities that we tell ourselves we're looking for. A brief perusal of any Internet dating site yields many such lists: "A sense of humor, a sense of adventure, and good teeth" says one. "Owns his own business, likes to travel, and works out," says another. Curiously, however, we often end up with mates who seem to lack many if not most of the qualities we said we wanted. Why is that?

One reason may be that people don't come custom-order and we must all inevitably make compromises if we don't want to end up alone. On the other hand, many "mate" choices people make are more than just a little surprising given the criteria they claimed to have been using. In some cases, it's as if their shopping list was completely tossed aside.

This is often exactly what happens. As with everything else, our conscious minds play second fiddle to our unconscious desires. That is to say, we may think we know what we want in a mate, but the real qualities we find attractive the real reasons for the choice we ultimately make—are often quite different from what we tell ourselves they are.

The movement starts now this could be your sons or daughters please call in and join in the discussion. Join our live chatroom www.the3kingsapproach.com

Garner, 43, was pronounced dead that day. Police had suspected Garner of selling cigarettes illegally. The grand jury was made up of 14 white and nine nonwhite members, according to law enforcement sources. A total of 12 jurors who have heard all the evidence must be in agreement for a decision. The grand jury found that there was no "reasonable cause" to indict. The case became emblematic of longstanding tensions between police and minority communities, especially given that the majority of people stopped under the former "stop-and-frisk" police policy were African-American or Hispanic.

CLAYTON, Mo. — A St. Louis County grand jury has brought no criminal charges against Darren Wilson, a white police officer who fatally shot Michael Brown, an unarmed African-American teenager, more than three months ago in nearby Ferguson.

The decision by the grand jury of nine whites and three blacks was announced Monday night by the St. Louis County prosecutor, Robert P. McCulloch, at a news conference packed with reporters from around the world. The killing, on a residential street in Ferguson, set off weeks of civil unrest — and a national debate — fueled by protesters’ outrage over what they called a pattern of police brutality against young black men. Mr. McCulloch said Officer Wilson had faced charges ranging from first-degree murder to involuntary manslaughter.

How many times have we heard, or even said one of the following statements; “Good men are hard to find,” “There aren’t any good men available,” “A majority of men are homosexual or on the down low,” or “All good men are already taken.” These statements and many others have more often than not been said by woman of all races, creeds and color for a number of reasons. However, what I want to know is what is the definition of a good man? What does he look like? Does he carry himself in a certain manner?

Most women may initially define a man as good, or a good catch based solely on his exterior; meaning we have the tendency to focus first on the way he looks, his style of dress, what kind of job/career he has, so on and so on. But do these things truly define a good man? The answer is no. Now don’t get me wrong, these characteristics are nice to have, but they should not be the primary or the initial focus of a man, nor should they increase his value. The makings of a good man are not his outer possessions, but they are within his internal character.

Tune in Saturday 10/25/14 at 8:30 pm est 347-857-3911 this will be our most controversial topic of 2014!!! Don't Miss This One!!! www.the3kingsapproach.com

There’s a lot of FRICTION between black men and black women. We can lie to ourselves and pretend that the problem is not there, or we can do something to try and address this problem. What I’m trying to do is create a dialogue, so that we can take a look at this problem.

These are some BLACK MEN that date, and marry outside of their race.

I notice that a lot of brothers are now dating Asian women, and there’s nothing wrong with that because when two people are in love, their skin color shouldn’t matter.

These are some good brothers, there’s no question about that, but I’ve often heard Black men complain about Black women hot temper, and their attitude. A few weeks ago I was talking to some brothers, and they said man I love sisters, but it seems like they are never satisfied.

With that being said when we look at these pictures, then we have to ask this question--------is it possible that some sisters, are driving brothers away? Tune in Saturday 10/25/14 at 8:30 pm est 347-857-3911 this will be our most controversial topic of 2014!!! Don't Miss This One!!!

The very first thing that we bring to the table of relationship is ourselves, and along with that comes our ego. With our ego in play we tend to protect our own interests, often forestalling those of our partner. One of the keys to developing a cooperative relationship is communication. We always hear about how the lack of communication in relationship makes for difficult going, and there are more than enough folks fostering advice about how to better that communication. What we tend not to look at is why that communication falters in the first place.

It falters, in part, because we tell ourselves stories based on our assumptions, expectations and ideas about the way the world works. These assumptions, expectations and ideas form our model of the world. That model gives us our own unique and, not unpredictably selfish, perspective. This perspective is selfishness in its purest form; it stifles our ability to see things from another person's point of view, and almost demands the imposition of ego that can become so toxic.

Making clear, authentic statements about how we feel, what we're thinking or what we think you heard someone else say can help us get in front of that self-defeating storytelling.

Transparency - If you are prepared to say the words and ask the questions, you also need to be prepared to answer them. Cooperation conveys a level playing field, and that means no hidden agendas, no little deceptions, no little white lies and no sins of omission. Clarity is crucial because even the most subtle shift can quickly turn a playing field into a battlefield.

Dream killers are people who constantly shoot down your aspirations with harsh negativity. I learned that when people can’t see themselves reaching for the stars they can’t, or rather don’t, want to see you reaching them as well. These dream killers can be friends, family or acquaintances. When you share your goals with these people all they can do is tell you everything that could go wrong and how unattainable success really is. The sad thing is that some of the dream killers don’t really offer these words of “wisdom” with malice, but see themselves as just being “realistic.” They feel that dreams are not reality and therefore it is there job to bring you back down to earth with their cynicism. Others believe they are simply warning you that things don’t always go the way you want and that you should be prepared for disappointment. Then we have the regular old haters who realize that you have a great idea and admire your ambition, but they can’t fathom the idea of supporting you.

The way to avoid dream killers is by keeping your dreams to yourself. Let your work and eventual success speak for you. Others will be surprised when they discover how well you are doing and you will simply chuckle to yourself because this was part of your plan all the time.

We never really know what others think of u. In all actuality, the negativity is a sign of how they view themselves because they can’t offer encouragement for something that they can’t see themselves doing. They are complacent with being mediocre and can’t understand those who want to go beyond the status quo.

Sometimes it is best to keep your dreams to yourself and allow them to manifest in secret without being contaminated with poison from dream killers.

“Mentoring is critical if we intend to address much of the pain, abuse and abandonment that African American males suffer from. While we struggle to find mentors for young African American males, it is equally important to locate the fathers of these young brothers. A young boy’s first mentor should be his father and the other men in his family. Responsible fatherhood must be viewed as a necessary action step to begin the healing process among African American males.”

What can we do?

As I examined this problem and searched for strategies that we could implement, one thing struck me in particular—the reality that approximately 50 percent of black children in the United States live in households without a father figure present (U.S. Census Bureau, 2012). I began to ask myself, Who is going to provide boys with the proper male guidance, direction, leadership, and structure that they desperately need? I want our youth to see adult males who is striving to fulfill their own potential and who is also committed to the growth and development of the younger generation. If our young boys had men in their lives whom they could relate to and identify with, they would look at their education differently and the probability for their success would increase exponentially.

In a relationship, the woman likes to be made a priority. She wants to feel important to you! There may be times where she expects you to put her needs before your own. The side chick is willing to accept being in second place. She is less likely to require priority treatment or excessive quality time. Author, Michael Baisden wrote, “Many women today are so desperate for a man they will accept that he’s married, living with another woman, or has several other women. As one woman told me, “A piece of a man is better than no man!” In addition to their willingness for second best, they may be freakiest in the bedroom as compared to the main chick. I have tons of married friends with limits in the bedroom; however I have tons of single friends who have no limits. I wouldn’t say that my single friends are willing to be side chicks, but I noticed that we are more willing to do things just to prove that they are wife material. Girlfriends or wives often “get too comfortable” which is a nicer way of saying they lose what got them their boyfriend or husband in the first place. When a woman gets comfortable she often gains weight or doesn’t make an effort to keep herself sexy. The side chick who hopes to one day take the spot as the main chick will always be at her best! It is because of their competitive nature that they are also willing to do for him what the girlfriend or wife will refuse to do. Another reason is the side chick may tolerate the lies and cheating that comes with a man who has side chicks. A wife or girlfriend is less likely to accept this which is why most side relationships are kept a secret.

Michael Brown was fatally shot by a local police officer.

Dorian Johnson said he was standing inches from Brown when the shooting occurred. He gave his account of the shooting.

"The officer is approaching us and as he pulled up on the side of us, he didn't say freeze, halt or anything like we were committing a crime. He said, 'Get the F on the sidewalk.'

After Johnson said the officer thrust open the door of his patrol car, hitting the pair, Johnson said the officer grabbed Brown around the neck and tried to pull him through the window. He said Brown never tried to reach for the officer's weapon.

"The second time he says, 'I'll shoot,' a second later the gun went off and he let go," Johnson said. "That's how we were able to run at the same time. The first car I see, I ducked behind for because I fear for my life. I'm scared. I don't know what's going on. I don't understand why this officer is shooting his weapon at us."

Johnson, says the officer pursued Brown and fired another shot. which struck Brown in the back. He said Brown turned and faced the officer with his hands raised.

"My friend started to tell the officer that he was unarmed and that he could stop shooting (him)," Johnson said. "Before he could get his second sentence out, the officer fired several more shots into his head and chest area. He fell dramatically into the fatal position. I did not hear once he yell freeze, stop or halt. it was just horrible to watch."

Do people cheat because of something wrong in the relationship or is it something deep inside the cheater’s personality that leads them to stray? If a cheater cheats on one partner, will they also cheat on the next? Can you ever really trust a cheater? Should you even try? When it comes to cheating there are no easy answers.

Why Do People Cheat?

If you ask a cheater why they cheated they will most likely try to blame their infidelity on the relationship, the circumstances surrounding the affair, the person they cheated with or even the person they cheated on. They rarely blame themselves.

Most cheaters know that what they did was wrong and feel the need to justify their bad behavior. They will have a variety of excuses ranging from impairment to something lacking in their partner, but in the end they cheated because they wanted to. Try as they might to give a good reason for their behavior they rarely have one.

People who cheat do so because of something inside of them. Nothing another person does can make a cheater cheat. No matter how unhappy a relationship may be a cheater makes a choice to deal with that unhappiness by cheating. They have nobody to blame but themselves.

Should a woman cater to a man's likes to keep him even if she's not.interested?. i.e. sports Absolutely!  Whether it’s movies, sports or hobbies, he wants you to enjoy those things with him. Even if it’s not your thing, try to have fun with the fact that it makes him happy. However, if you don't like something it's better to just say it, rather than pretend you like something knowing that really you hate it! Its a little disappointing that in in 2014 ppl in relationships still can't be honest about their likes and dislikes. Now fellas if your woman is partaking in something that she doesn't necessarily like, but she is doing so because you like it... well that does come at a price unfortunately!!! You might have to watch a chick flick every once in a while. You might have to go shopping with her for 6 hours and leave the mall with only one bag. You might have to get out of your bed at 1:00 am when she's hungry in the middle of the night and go get those Krispy Creme doughnuts! IJS but this logic of You Don't Have to Lie to Kick It don't just apply to relationships it also applies when you're just out there mingling and getting to know ppl whether it's personal or business. The bottom line is it's just a simple life principle that we all should have... You Don't Have to Lie to Kick It!!!

Whether you are a teacher, youth worker, parent, community educator, or activist, you have most likely been granted access to young people in an institution that itself reflects and may perpetuate certain forms of injustice. You may be charged with focusing on a particular area of youth behavior that adults have identified —or diagnosed—as a problem. Some of the most commonly identified problems include drug abuse, gangs, bullying, family violence, teen-dating violence and sexual assault, sexuality, media impact on youth, and the umbrella term “youth violence.” Any of these issues can serve as a lens to facilitate social-justice education. But if the focus is on fixing young people and returning them, thus fixed, to institutional environments that are oppressive to them without giving them the information and skills they need to work together to address that oppression, then the work would be better labeled “youth management” than “social justice.”

The Nice Guy Defined

While the nice guy is an agreeable person, he's got no control over his life. He allows women to come into his life, he agrees with them on everything, and hopes and prays that these women will like him for being so agreeable. It's so important for women to like him, so he's Mr. Agreeable.

Mr. Agreeable never gets the girl. He never gets the second date after the first because he's boring. What being so agreeable tells a woman is that you do not have enough self-respect to stand up to your own values. You don't think enough of yourself to own your identity, so you become accommodating, inoffensive and boring. You become the boring nice guy nobody wants to date. When you’re attracted to a woman, you do everything you can to please her. She's got a cold? You’ll bring her cold medicine. She tells you she's got a headache tonight? You drive her home. She tells you that she can't see you this weekend, you'll say, “Oh, that's OK. We'll get together whenever you're ready.” You don't have a plan. You're wishy-washy on everything you do. You're Mr. Whatever-You-Want-To-Do. So Why Do Nice Guys Finish Last........................Tune in Saturday night June 28th 2014 at 8:30p.m.est to find out Why?  Call in at 347-857-3911 for another explosive show!! It's sort of bizarre how so many times I've heard people or a public figure note that they've had trouble with men/a certain man, and that life would be so much less complicated if they were gay.

Ladies, I hate to break it to you, but there's a little something called inequality, and that's a lot crappier to deal with than a guy who won't call you back. (And if a girl you like doesn't call you back, then that's a double whammy.)

This comes right after she calls men "a huge disappointment." She quickly adds to her statements, "(But) I'm not a man-hater, let me say that. I love men, love their company."

OK, we get it - you're straight. But seriously - where do women get the idea that being a lesbian is easier? If it's because they think women are just better at relationships, that's just not the truth. As any woman who has been in a relationship of any kind can attest, it takes two to make a thing go right, and personalities just don't jive sometimes. It's not necessarily someone's fault, but things can still be difficult, or downright ugly.

When women cheat, it’s often considered a scandal, and never has cheating been as easy as it is now, when finding a willing partner is a click or a phone tap away.

But what drives women to cheat? And do they stray as much and for the same reasons as men?

Katherine, whose name has been changed, said she and her husband were married for 14 years. After undergoing major weight loss and multiple plastic surgeries, she began looking for excitement outside of what she said was a stale marriage and turned to AshleyMadison.com, the notorious dating website for “casual encounters.”

“I was feeling very lonely one night,” Katherine said. “I was bored, on my phone in the parking lot, sitting in my car, pulled up AshleyMadison, and decided to open my first profile to see what would happen.”

AshleyMadison.com’s motto is “life is short, have an affair.” Noel Biderman, the author of "Adultropology: The Cyber-Anthropology Behind Infidelity," started the site more than 10 years ago. He said he makes more than $40 million a month from it.

“Yup. Game.” Men “Have you all hook, line, and sinker. At this point you might as well be a freaking joystick. We say stuff  like that around women with the hope that, a couple days later, you’ll have the exact same conversation we’re having right now with one of your girlfriends, talking about how you can’t really figure him out.”

“So he’s making up all of that stuff about his family and his trust issues?”

“Yes and No. I’m sure he’s telling the truth. He probably does have trust issues. He’s a black man in America. We all have trust issues. Hell, a man can know you for five years and I still don’t trust your ass. Seriously though, some women could have only known a dude for two weeks. That’s not even three episodes of Jersey Shore. If he was really concerned with you helping him work through his trust issues, he would have waited a bit longer before revealing that he has trust issues. Why? Because he has trust issues, so he shouldn’t trust you.”

“So, what does he want?”

“You proved exactly how trust-worthy you are by giving him some ***"

He does not see you as marriage material

A lot of men may seem like they are commitment phobic or emotionally unavailable, but then you break up with them and they go and marry a woman after dating her for only a few months. What is the deal with that?

In that situation, it is clear that the man was just not ready to commit to one particular woman, but when the right woman came along, he snapped her up and married her. The message here is that if your man is not willing to commit, it might be because he just is not ready to commit to you specifically.

Do no feel bad about yourself if this is the case. It just means that your man has not developed an emotional attachment to you on a deep enough level. His fear of losing you has not become greater than his fear of losing his freedom.

The best thing to do in this situation is to give your man enough space to develop the emotional attachment to you that is necessary for him to want to commit. Pushing things and trying to get closer to him will just smother him and make him want to pull further away.

You need to make yourself a priority and show him that your universe does not revolve around him. Go out and have your own life. Dating other guys is one of the best things you can do because it will keep you busy and keep your options open. You do not want to get hung up on that one guy who is not ready to commit to you, because you deserve better.

The Constitution of the United States guarantees freedom of Speech. However, "freedom of speech does not mean freedom from the consequences of that speech. While the language in our Constitution protects our right to say almost anything in public, rulings by the Supreme Court still hold us responsible if our utterances are deemed to have been libel, slander, or caused harm to others.

Women always like hearing a potential mate speak about his mother in a caring and respectful manner. In fact, men who have a good relationship with their mothers tend to be more understanding and respectful toward women, and ladies know that.

But a man who talks a little too much about his mother will raise a "mama's boy" flag in any woman's mind. It's not hard to understand why women don't like mama's boys.

The thing is, mama's boys often fulfill their mother's every wish, especially the most unreasonable ones — and that's where the problems start.

If a man lives out his mother's every wish, chances are that he will not make decisions with his significant other without his mother's approval. It's hard enough to share decisions as a couple, so it is rare that a woman will tolerate a third person interfering in her relationship with her man. When a girl is 12 years old and her boyfriend can't go out because his mother doesn't approve, it's OK because he's still a child. When that boy becomes a man and his mother still rules his life, however, most women aren't that understanding.

We all know her, we all need her, and men particularly, need to realize the things that they should do to make all the important women that they cherish and love to feel happy and cared for!

First off, treat her as if she were something precious that you want to be together forever with.

Secondly, treat her like how you would want a man to treat your sister, your mother, your girl friends. Would you want someone else to treat the women you care about in non positive, non caring, and non loving ways? Of course not! So in other words, treat her as how you would want all the other women in your life to be treated; with love, respect, and protection.

Why can’t I just find a gentlemen?”

Just cruise Facebook in your late 30s to see prime examples of this. I can sit here daily and read self-righteous, borderline preposterous posts by females I have known for years to just bounce from men to men without consequence or regard for the guys they called boyfriends, or in some cases husbands. Chicks I've witnessed take on three dudes in a hot tub now throwing up pictures of their baby and poor husband/boyfiend who has no idea what a selfish slooter his wife/girlfriend once was, and probably still is.

There is no loyalty—all that matters is what they want. They are getting away with murder, acting like mother of the year because they are now too old, undesirable and tied down to be worth anything on the market. Some women get married and say you're “The best thing that ever happened to me,” Wrong, she realized one day she was not the star of the show anymore.

“I deserve more.”

A large percentage of these women, while “happily married”, are still seeking attention in other ways. One thing a female cannot give up until the day she dries up is attention. Some of you guys right now have a small library of photos sent to you via text or email of these types. Boobs, butt, things inserted—you name it—some with heads chopped off for anonymity. Anyone of these women can be found on my Facebook feed with pictures of her children and husband proclaiming that these are the greatest things in their life. Right. Until she felt insecure and needed someone to compliment her boobs so she can live another day. Oh, guys what’s that on your cell phone? Nothing crazy, just another text photo of her butt/boobs in the bathroom mirror because her and hubby had a fight today!

I haven’t lived across too many generations, but I certainly hear it enough that

children today are different than they used to be, that they expect to be treated

differently, won’t take no for an answer, have no respect for anyone else, and

think they are above the rules. Is this true? Why is it happening? And what can

we do about it

Television programming often aims to push the envelope as to what is acceptable and not acceptable in society. What is seen on TV is generally not accepted in society, but the more it's seen, the more people begin to accept it. Often, this is done through humor or through exaggerated behaviors. As we watch these again and again, we can become desensitized to them--things like violence, swearing, and other behaviors that our grandparents would have raised their eyebrows over. We can see this even in the influence certain shows, like Mad Men, have had on fashion and in other areas of our lives. Some people likely don't mind how television is changing society through its exaggerations of everyday life, but others will see it as a negative aspect of TV.

Closure is a HUGE issue.

We all want something to end “completely.”

We all want answers, to understand.

We often hang around in a relationship, doing damage to ourselves, because we’re looking for that moment when it “all get’s clear.”  When we finally say what we mean and what we feel and finally feel HEARD by him.  When we feel a chapter has closed.

Only, it hardly ever happens that way.

We can end up spending so much of our lives waiting for, looking for, praying for, listening for, asking for, demanding, envisioning, thinking about, writing about…Closure…that never happens.

And – here’s the question to ask – Is Closure necessary?  Is it really all that important?

And – I say NO.  We most often will never get “closure,” and perhaps that’s a VERY GOOD THING.

Perhaps that’s the way we learn to be softer, more fluid and flexible.  To roll with the “punches” …and to “Be Surprised.”

The modern relationship: a melting pot of friends with benefits, social media and cuddle sessions. Relationships have gradually evolved throughout time, and it is safe to say that modern relationships are not what they used to be.

In the age of social media, everyone is in your business. People have a blow by blow of your relationship at the moment things happen.

Before you get a chance to even explain yourself, your argument is getting shared and commented on by all of your friends as if they know what has really happened. There is your perspective, your partner’s perspective and the perspective of everyone else on social media. Everyone wants to put their input in.

The modern relationship is directly infused with social media. As social media becomes more prevalent in our lives, it will especially become more prevalent in our relationships.

Can we find a happy medium between social media and relationships or are we going to have to choose one or the other?

Basketball Hall of Famer Kareem Abdul-Jabbar recently suggested that in order to earn an NBA paycheck the required age must be 21. If they aren’t educated about business, etc., will it really help? You see the stories of the bankrupt athlete, but is it their age to blame? Is it their agents? Is it their lack of education? Or is it their upbringing? I think it could be slightly all of the above, mixed in with the strong attraction of fame. What I always see is that it’s always focused on the black athlete, when you also have white athletes who leave school early, mismanage money and have children out of wedlock. So how about we put the focus on the broader picture? The bottom line is it’s about the money, as long as there’s plenty to be made, education will fall in the background. I say this about not only the black athletes, but about any athlete. Yes you have the talent, yes you have the money, but don’t let society “play” you for a dummy (I did not mean to rhyme LOL). Get that paper…not just the green.

Child rearing can be difficult under any circumstances. Without a partner, the stakes are even higher. As a single parent, you might have sole responsibility for all aspects of day-to-day child care. This can result in added pressure, stress and fatigue. If you're too tired or distracted to be emotionally supportive or consistently discipline your child, behavioral problems might arise. In addition, single-parent families generally have lower incomes and less access to health care. Juggling work and child care can be financially difficult and socially isolating. You might also worry about the lack of a male or female parental role model for your child.

Ladies of “The View” Tackle Jill Scott’s Feelings on Interracial Dating.

For whatever reason, the talk show's white co-hosts Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Joy Behar said very little about the issue, but black panelists Sherri Shepherd and Whoopi Goldberg didn't hold their tongues on the matter. In a nutshell, Scott said that she feels betrayed when black men partner with white women because white women have been placed on pedestals since slavery, while black women were denigrated. Shepherd said that she understands why this upsets Scott, but that interracial marriage doesn't bother her generally.

"I do have a problem with black men who will leapfrog over black women to go to another race, where I feel like you don't want me, you will step all over me to go over to this other side," Shepherd said.

On the other hand, Whoopi Goldberg, who has been in a number of interracial relationships herself, suggested that people such as Scott should stop fixating on the past. "That slavery stuff--this is 2011," Goldberg said. "If we continue to live our lives constantly and make our relationships based on what was 100 years ago, where are we going?"

Goldberg said that she's been criticized for romancing white men but implied that some black women date interracially because black men exclude black women who don't live up to their ideals.

"There's a lot of sisters out there brothers won't look at it because they're not light enough, thin enough, this enough, that enough," she said. "For me, I go with the person who's interested in hanging with me."

Today's Show....."Are Women Better Communicators than Men?

Women, as we all have been assuming over centuries now, are born with the gift of the gab. They have also been at the receiving end of several jokes and limericks owing to this particular quality of theirs.

Call them yappers or motormouths, women just can't stop talking. Statistically speaking, women may be mouthing double the number of words a day as opposed to men. Of course, this could certainly raise the issue of quantity over quality, and all that.

However, we're discussing communication here, and the volume of spoken words is definitely not an indicator of efficacy in communication. So, how did the women emerge triumphant here? To find out how, tune in Saturday Night 8:30 pm est.on www.the3kingsaporoach.com Dial in (347-857-3911) to discuss. 2014 starts with a 3Kings Bang !!!

I’ll offer you the benefit of the doubt that when you were emotionally in too deep when you discovered he had a lady, that he didn’t tell you about upfront The large red flag  was waving in the wind, but you didn’t want to see it, or maybe you thought you could change him. I get it. I do, but it is what it is and you can’t change him. You can however change your status. being the single chick trumps being the side chick any day.

We live in a society where men having a side chick a.k.a mistress happens way too much. To some men having a woman without a side chick is like having a meal without a drink. Not good in my personal opinion, but there are plenty of women who go along with this dynamic. Sometimes it’s the part they choose to play and other times it is given to them and they try to deal with it. So why is it that some particular women find themselves as just his side chick and not the main woman in his life? Well let’s take a look at some reasons why she may choose or be chosen for this role.

Because She Allows It

Side Chick Benefits

She Fears A Real Relationship

She Only Offers Good Looks & Sex

She Gets A High From Dealing With Another Woman’s Man

He Can’t Bring Her Home To His Mother

She Doesn’t Value Herself As More Than A Side Chick

Racism

Racist doctrines are based on reasoning, express or implied, of the superiority of one human group over others and the belief that biological, social and cultural differences between human groups are transmitted hereditarily.

Racism is also a colonial ideology invented to promote the conquest of other continents by Europeans. The best way to exclude human beings to exploit them, sometimes as slaves, was to say they were not quite human. Therefore, the dominators had no moral obligation to face the dominated.

Racist ideology is sometimes manifested openly, in insults, malicious jokes, acts of hatred, inequality. Nevertheless, in many cases, it is deeply rooted in values, beliefs and stereotypical attitudes.

Racism is also associated with power - institutional, political, economic and social - wielded by the dominant group in society. Thus, in Nazi Germany and South Africa under apartheid, State racism was official.

How Do We Stop Racism or is there a solution?

Tune in tonight @8:30pm est and lets have an open, respectful and eduacted discussion about Racism in America.
