President of Wild Horse Freedom Federation, R.T. Fitch, will be joining us on the eve of his trip to D.C. to deliver over 12,000 letters, as of this writing, to President Obama asking him to declare a moratorium on the accelerated Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) roundups of federally protected wild horses and burros on public land. Last month R.T. challenged the American public to write letters to the President asking him to stop the roundups so that an accurate accounting of horses on the range could take place and alternative management techniques could be applied.  In return, he and his wife Terry agreed that they would, personally, hand carry the letters to D.C. and ensure that they reached President Obama. Virginia Congressman Jim Moran has offered to facilitate the delivery of the letters to the White House upon their receipt in D.C. and with his office’s backing the momentum for the campaign has blossomed to include the support and letters from Habitat for Horses, The Cloud Foundation and thousands of Americans. Join us this evening as Dr. Robert Fettgather discusses the situation regarding his son, David.  David was taken and forced into a group home for adults with disabilities.  David has been isolated from his family and friends for more than seven years with no real and plausible reason given as to why.  Dr. Fettgather has battled the system for all these years just to get the right to visit with his son.  ___ Predatory guardian/conservatorships are not exclusive to the elderly with assets.  A vulnerable adult who is not elderly can be worth a fortune in Medicare/ Medicaid funding and from various state and federal grants and subsidies.

BIO:   I am Patricia (Trish,) Britton.  I happened to start listening to shortwave radio in about 1997. This was the time that I discovered that Rush Limbaugh wasn't telling us anything near what was going on. Anyway, I was listening to a show called "Amerikan Expose," hosted by Chris Gerner, who is no longer doing radio at this time. The link to his site is: http://www.amerikanexpose.com. Chris was a great source of information at that time because he was reading United Nations documents on the air. Than I started telling Sam about all I was hearing and that he needed to listen to this broadcast. Around this same time, we had gotten our first computer as a wedding gift. Finally Sam decided to bring Chris's show up on the computer to shut me up....... and then he never looked back. This started me on a long journey of web searching to find many documents, which I still have on my drive to this day. This eventually led to "The Information Corner" web site an broadcast. Our web site is: http://www.theinformationcorner.com. In addition, we run "Liberty Radio" which is a stream that can be heard 24 hours a day. The stream is linked over at "The Information Corner" web site and is available to A.M. and F.M. radio stations accross the country.

Guest John Seago, Legislative Director for Texas Right to Life. John leads the research, writing and lobbying for state Pro-Life and medical ethics policies in the Texas State legislature. John will share with us some legislative issues in the works, current status of what is occurring as well as other information. Texas Right to Life fights for the rights of the unborn, the disabled, the sick, the elderly, and the unloved in a world where the lack of respect for innocent human life has escalated to the point where they are all at risk. The most recent and public case that Texas Right to Life worked on was with Baby Tinslee who was a 9-month-old girl with congenital heart disease and her family fought for her to be allowed to live instead of being forced to allow the medical staff to pull the plug with the10-Day Rule of the Texas Advance Directives Act. As of February 4th, Tinslee is still alive due to Texas Right to Life’s efforts! Tinslee is now one year old! It is our goal to educate our audience, before you are in a situation where your loved one enrolls into hospice and is drugged and their death hastened; to provide you warning signs, terminology and what you can do to protect you and your loved ones. Stealth Euthanasia is happening across the country as elderly and disabled are being targeted for early death and deemed unworthy of life. You have rights! Never just accept what you are told by medical professionals. Do your own research and don’t become a statistic that no one cares to hear about. You are not alone. We are trying to make a difference and warn the public

Our first guest on Betrayed by Hospice Talk Show Radio – January 9, 2019...Lisa Ann Listen to Lisa Ann’s story about her Dad who was medically kidnapped and drugged with morphine, Ativan and Haldol at the young age of 67 in a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ohio. He was strapped to a wheel chair at the nurse’s station and when he tried to get up, the nurses would give him antipsychotics to “calm” him. Lisa has the medical records to show how her precious Dad was treated during the last weeks of his short life and how his death was hastened. They even tried to silence her story by arresting her days after her Dad passed on August 13, 2015. Call in and listen to what can happen to you or your loved ones if you blindly trust rogue hospice and nursing home staff. It is our intent to inform people about the potential dangers, terminology and red flags. Stealth Euthanasia is happening across the country as elderly and disabled are being targeted for early death and deemed unworthy of more time on earth. Many of the guests on this show have lost loved ones whose death was hastened by medical predators. Education is key for you to know what is happening and not just listen to what you are being told by medical staff. You have the right to question doctors and nurses decisions, refuse drugs and/or hospice altogether. There are other options available and it is our intention to give you knowledge about your rights.

Linda Kincaid updates us on the condition of Gisela Riordan who is still being held isolation in violation of California laws prohibiting isolation of the elderly. Gisela Riordan, 84, is wrongfully imprisoned and unlawfully isolated at Villa Fontana, a residential care facility at 5555 Prospect Road in San Jose.  408-255-5555  For over two years, Gisela has been denied her right to visitation and phone calls.  Convicted felons are guaranteed the right to visit with friends and family.  Those felons are allowed phone calls and mail.  But Gisela, who has committed no crime, is denied those basic comforts.  Gisela faces each day believing she has been forgotten and abandoned. When I briefly gained access to Gisela in April 2012, she told me she prays every night for God to take her.  She was painfully lonely, sobbing and clutching my arm, begging me not to forget her.  Gisela made me promise to come see her again.  Villa Fontana has prevented my keeping that promise.

Jerri Tillett joins us from Wyoming along with Nikki Spotted Eagle, and Cathy Bryarly, to discuss the malfeasance of the Bureau of Land (mis)Management (BLM) and the deceptive practices used by the agency in favor of invested stakeholders in the BLM.  All three women have worked tirelessly to expose the deceptive practices of the BLM in their area. Jerri Tillett and Nikki Spoted Eagle have spent more than twenty years documenting the harm done by the BLM especially to the wild horse herds in Wyoming.  This has culminated in the filing in the US District Court in Billings, Montana a case attempting to halt any further eradication of the wild horse herds in that area. Filing as a pro se,  her case is docketed as CB-12-87-BLG-RFC/ Billings District.  Cathy Bryarly has concluded a three year investigation into the BLM and has documented numerous instances of deceptive practices and lack of accountability within the BLM in her area. At issue here is the lack of accountability by a federal agency.  Numerous lawsuits against the BLM highlight the lack of transparency, malfeasance and the continued deceptions used against the public and in the courts to implement unlawful plans by the agency.

Linda Kincaid joins the show to talk of two cases of elder abuse in California, one involving her mother.  Bio Linda Kincaid has a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley. She has been an occupational safety consultant in Silicon Valley since 1990. Linda became an elder advocate after her mother (Carol Hahn) was abducted in 2010, then imprisoned and isolated from loved ones for 15 months. Linda’s mom is now allowed visitors, but an abusive conservator still denies needed medical care. Since 2010, Linda has learned that elder abuse of the type experienced by her mom is alarmingly common. As well as advocating for her mom, Linda is also advocating for a San Jose victim of a very similar situation. The Santa Clara Public Guardian has isolated Gisela (Giselle) Riordan for over two years. As of today, Gisela is not allowed visitors, phone calls, or mail. Linda will discuss the parallels between these two cases. Linda’s mom is the victim of an abusive private conservator. Gisela is a victim of an abusive public guardian. In each case, a residential care facility for the elderly is enforcing unlawful isolation ordered by the abusive conservator. As time allows, Linda will also address probate laws in California that give the Public Guardian unconstitutional power over conservatees and establish a financial conflict of interest.

Thousands of our veterans from the Viet Nam war have suffered lifetime disabilities due to the use of agent orange, including cancers and a particular diabetes. The devastating affects of this toxic chemical concoction created and promoted by Monsanto, are well known. Now, under the control of Dow chemical, Agent orange is about to be used to carpet bomb agricultural fields here in the US. It seems the uncontollable spread of gmo crops and the resulting super weeds that have mutated in response to the heavy applications of glysophate based herbicides and pesticides is getting out of hand. Agent orange will kill off everything but the patented and dangerous gmo crops, now engineered to withstand the Agent orange application.

Heather Gass joins the show to discuss the opposition to the establishment of “One Bay Area” in California. This area would be the result of regional planning based on UN Agenda 21, stack & pack housing with the removal from rural lands of any people. While many claim that Agenda 21 is an obscure document that essentially means nothing, provisions of the document which George HW Bush signed the US onto, are being incrementally implemented across the country. Such planning intends to force Americans out of their cars and their single-family homes with yards and garages and into mass transit and high-density housing, and to pursue a social justice agenda that discriminates against property rights and the middle class.

Guest:  Eileen Dannemann, Director, National Coalition of Organized Women VACCINATION causes vaccine injury mislabled as ADHD, ADD, OCD, Bipolar, Autism.  These errant diagnoses give rise to millions of prescriptions for the emerging generation of psyche drugs, anti depressants, amphetamines, SSRIs such as Zoloft, Concerta, Lexpro, etc. Women on these drugs are giving birth to deformed children according to the Mayo Clinic and other sources. The NCOW will introduce an issue heretofore unknown to the public.  NCOW has uncovered one of the most egregious Pharma sins  in modern psyche history.    The information that would have averted the school shootings, the homicides, the overdoses, the bizarre epidemic of mentally ill in recent years has been available for circa 15 years. But it has been suppressed so that the stake holders might find alternative drugs that use other than 2D6 as the metabolic pathway. Cytochrome P450 2D6 is the metabolic pathway that detoxifies 50% of all psyche drugs and street drugs.  7-10% of Caucasians, a percentage of Afrikan Americans and Asians are missing the 2D6 pathway to detoxify 50% of psyche drugs and street drugs.  This demographic (those poor metabolizers with poor or absent 2D6 activity) become increasingly psychotic and psychopathic, if not suicidal.  This is not just a "personal problem" but a problem for society. http://vaccineliberationarmy.com/?s=2D6

Founded in 1992 in Fairfield, Iowa, the National Coalition of Organized Women coalesced around the issue of the Genetic Engineering of our nation’s food supply. It grew from there covering issues such as the use of Depleted Uranium by the United States in the middle east. Nuclear War does not always come in a mushroom cloud. The United States has already engaged the world in Nuclear War! Currently, Ms. Dannemann’s attention remains focused on the inordinate vaccination of the emerging generation, which is causing an epidemic of apparent mental illness. Mis-Labels like ADHD, ADD, OCD, Bipolar, diabetes, Asthma and Autism hide the fact that these chronic illnesses are caused by mandating that our school children absorb the burden of 45 vaccine doses by the time they are six years old. Children are not mentally ill, they are vaccine injured. She will tell us how we can enlighten the emerging generation. Additonally, the subsequent dumbing down of the injured children with psyche drugs has taken Ms. Dannemann to explore and uncover the failure to warn by the Pharmacuetical industry. What she has uncovered gives a rational explanation to epidemic of suicides; the school shootings and irrational mass homicides. This knowledge of the pharmaceutical cover up could have prevented AND now can prevent the school shootings, the current epidemic of suicides and homicides.

This evening, in the spirit of moving forward in a positive fashion, I am happy to have Jim Fargiano as my guest.  Jim is the author of "The Spoken Words of Spirit".  "This book is a condensed work of many messages that have been received from Spirit over the years. As the author of this book it is important for you to know that I have found that there is something for everyone in the thoughtful and meaningful words that are conveyed. Many readers have told me that the book gives them a feeling of peace and contentment" From his website:  www.jimfargiano.com  is this statement: "We can be angered and enraged, feel emotionally scarred and hurt, but all energies should be put towards rebuilding our reality of a peace-loving life. Use our focus to help, not hinder, a healing. This is a hard task and well recognized that it may be difficult to achieve, but know this: God and Spirit worked tirelessly in the moments leading to this act of free will to insulate and protect as many as possible." It is hoped that this broadcast will be useful in helping the victims of guardianship abuse refocus their energy and to move forward in a positive manner, and helping them to regain their personal power.

“My name is Glenn Morton, and I am President of Taylor, Levi, and Associates, an insurance brokerage firm in Maryland. I have been in the health care/health insurance business for almost 20 years, working for physicians, health insurers, and on behalf of employers as an insurance broker. I am also the author of Passing ObamaCare, which contains the solution to our health care crisis. The solution I’ve developed benefits all Americans, regardless of predilection, because it benefits choice. The concept of competition reducing prices is not a myth; it is the foundation of capitalism itself. If you eliminate consumer choice, you may have a lot of things, but you will no longer have America as you have come to know her. You will have an America that limits options for the care of your body, and your children’s’ bodies, and their children’s’ bodies; the most important choices will be made mainly by politicians and taxed for non-compliance. I need your help to get the solution debated publicly. It’s our right as American to be heard, but it’s damn hard to get others to agree to listen. I don’t mean charity; I’m talking about reading the book, sharing it with a friend, and spreading the word. If an idea surfaces that does not give health insurers more money, does not give the power of our purchasing decisions over to the federal government, and REDUCES HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS FROM WHAT WE ARE PAYING NOW, many will pay attention (especially during an election season), the solution can be compared to ObamaCare, and the American people win a better alternative to the issue of high premiums and swelling ranks of uninsured. Because the technology is considered to be tunable, the influence on subjects could vary from mild disruption of concentration to muscles spasms and loss of consciousness. The subject(s) would have varying degrees of voluntary control depending on the chosen degree of incapacitation. Last week in Phoenix, I invited attendees from various facets of the franchising community to share the impact IFA has had on their careers. Collectively, I am calling this the Many Voices of IFA and presenting it as this week's episode of Franchise Today.  Seasoned industry professionals like Frank Fiume, Nick Friedman, Rocco Fiorentino, and others spoke to the value of the relationships, mentorship, community, and access that IFA facilitates within the industry. Key figures such as Omar Soliman, John Francis, Terry Braun, Dave McDougall, Scott Perry, and Ron Bender emphasized the organization’s role in providing educational resources, protecting the franchise model, and supporting “smart growth,” including the encouragement of veteran participation through the IFA’s Vet Fran program. Doug Willmarth shares his career journey from being a navy pilot to finding his passion in marketing and the restaurant business, leading to various roles including chief marketing officer at Wingstop and President at Mooyah Burgers, Fries, and Shakes. With experience in brand management at companies like Kraft Foods and PepsiCo, Willmarth transitioned into franchising, gaining a deeper appreciation for its impact while at Wingstop. He later worked with Rave Cinemas and Pizza Hut before joining Mooyah, where he learned the intricacies of running a smaller company, preparing him for executive leadership. At Mooyah, Willmarth focuses on high-quality food, particularly burgers, fries, and shakes, adopting a specialization strategy akin to successful brands like Chipotle and Chick Fil A. He emphasizes the use of certified Angus beef and the importance of streamlined operations for consistent service across franchises. Despite challenges during the COVID pandemic, Mooyah thrived due to a robust digital and delivery infrastructure, without losing any franchisees, and even fostered stronger collaboration between franchisor and franchisees. Wilmarth discusses the success of franchisees from other brands like Freddy’s and McDonald’s, noting the trend towards multi-unit operations and the goal to open 16 to 18 new locations annually, eventually reaching 25 to 30. He acknowledges current labor market challenges post-COVID, such as cost and labor inflation, underscoring the need for flexibility and support for franchisees and the importance of employee development in the hospitality industry. As president of Mooyah, Willmarth encourages those interested in franchising opportunities to reach out for more information and expresses eagerness to share the brand’s delicious offerings over lunch, highlighting the rewarding potential of making a difference in communities through franchising.

As we enter 2024 franchising as a business model is navigating a complex landscape of challenges, including new legislation that affects their operations and various factors that influence business decision-making. The labor market has experienced significant shifts as the result of the pandemic, with many companies turning to technological automation to adapt, especially in the restaurant space.  This trend towards technology-driven operations is part of a broader movement involving brand consolidation and evolving franchising strategies. Amidst all of these developments, my conversation today with iconic franchise finance expert and IFA Government Affairs Advocate, Ron Feldman highlights the ongoing issues faced by franchising, but concludes with the expectation that franchisor valuations will remain stable, nonetheless.  .   Ron Feldman, this week on Franchise Today.

Stacey joined School of Rock as an Independent Consultant in 2015, and worked her way up the ropes to VP of Operations, and ultimately COO.  Stacey oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of School of Rock worldwide. As you will hear, after graduating from Rutgers University, she was set on becoming an elementary school teacher, but that was before she got bitten, by the "bug for business," and all bets were off.  Her reputation is for redefining quality, raising standards, being people first, and driving results in everything she does.  She’s here this week, to tell us all about it.

This week I feature another in my series of Rising Stars in Franchising.  In fact, this week’s Rising Star also checks the box for amazing women in franchising as well..My guest is Julie Cartwright, a truly inspiring, emerging franchisor, who is making all the right moves to assure sustainable growth through sensible franchising.  Julie is the President of an impressive, emerging brand called Pvolve.  In 2017 Julie’s partner, Rachel Katzman went searching for solutions to feeling broken from high-intensity workouts, which when mingled with her chronic scoliosis pain, caused her to search for a better way to get the results she wanted in terms of sculpting her body, minus the aches and pains and broken body that comes along with high intensity workouts.  So, with that as her motivation, Rachel sought some seed capital to create a new modality that they’ve now dubbed, “functional fitness.”  That investor, a successful serial entrepreneur in his own right, also just happens to double as Rachel’s dad.  With his investment and belief in the concept, these founders put together a Clinical Advisory Board, a team of expert trainers, obtained patent on some amazing and unique equipment, and with an equally impressive team of franchise professional to guide them, these women are now disrupting the fitness industry, offering P-Volve franchises, which includes a hybrid of streaming and in-studio experiences for their members to benefit from, getting the look they want, minus the drain of high intensity workouts.  P-Volve has literally put to rest the old adage of  “no pain, no gain” and replaced that notion with low-impact, big results fitness, enabling one to still break a sweat, but not break one’s body.  This brand has captured the interest of early investors, includinging Jennifer Anniston, a Pvolve member and subsequent investor.
