As you may have noticed, or soon will, these recordings got sparse. As life reawakened from the COVD stupor, I was less purposeful about recording and posting, and am just now getting the final recordings up online. It was only a few months ago I realized that the series was getting quite a few views and someone asked "Hey what happened?" Well, I only have recordings through chapter 14. But there are other podcasts that devote themselves to the confession, which I'll post below, in addition to Sinclair Fergusson's Lectures. But best of all, find a reformed church that believes and teaches confessional Christianity. Join and feast on Christ by faith. Continuing in John 4, Pastor Wyatt George exposits how God does the impossible: building his church by saving us, His enemies.
We confess that it is the duty of the church to bring the word of God spoken and written to all the world in their own language. We also believe that allowing them to possess and study the word of God, written, and they own language, is commanded by scripture itself and is a positive good for the church. Not everyone has always agreed.

Is all of life governed by scripture? Does scripture govern how we are to worship God? Should all people be allowed to read scripture for themselves? Should people interpret scripture by themselves? This week we looked at what the Westminster Confession has to say about these issues.
We continue to examine chapter 1 of the confession “Of Scripture” in which I do not pound the music stand! But I do kick it, and it’s loud. Apologies!
This week we begin looking at chapter 1 of the Westminster Confession of Faith entitled “Of Scripture.”
In order to get on to the text of the Confession itself next Sunday, I recorded the remainder of this lesson at home, replete with the sounds of screaming William! We will move on to Chapter one “Of Scripture,” on Sunday.
