John 14:21 The Message (MSG)
21 “The person who knows my commandments and keeps them, that’s who loves me. And the person who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and make myself plain to him.”
So who do you love? Only the people that look like, sound like, act like you? Or do you simply love?
Trying loving even the unlovable.

2 Thessalonians 3:3 The Message (MSG)
3 1-3 One more thing, friends: Pray for us. Pray that the Master’s Word will simply take off and race through the country to a groundswell of response, just as it did among you. And pray that we’ll be rescued from these scoundrels who are trying to do us in. I’m finding that not all “believers” are believers. But the Master never lets us down. He’ll stick by you and protect you from evil.
1 Peter 4:7-11 The Message (MSG)
7-11 Everything in the world is about to be wrapped up, so take nothing for granted. Stay wide-awake in prayer. Most of all, love each other as if your life depended on it. Love makes up for practically anything.
Be quick to give a meal to the hungry, a bed to the homeless—cheerfully. Be generous with the different things God gave you, passing them around so all get in on it: if words, let it be God’s words; if help, let it be God’s hearty help. That way, God’s bright presence will be evident in everything through Jesus, and he’ll get all the credit as the One mighty in everything—encores to the end of time. Oh, yes!
Choose to love always.

25 “Therefore I tell you, stop being worried or anxious (perpetually uneasy, distracted) about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, as to what you will wear. Is life not more than food, and the body more than clothing?

Psalms 119:2 MSG
1-8 You’re blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road revealed by God. You’re blessed when you follow his directions, doing your best to find him. That’s right—you don’t go off on your own; you walk straight along the road he set. You, God, prescribed the right way to live; now you expect us to live it. Oh, that my steps might be steady, keeping to the course you set; Then I’d never have any regrets in comparing my life with your counsel. I thank you for speaking straight from your heart; I learn the pattern of your righteous ways. I’m going to do what you tell me to do; don’t ever walk off and leave me.
Matthew 5:5 King James Version (KJV)
"Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth."
Thanks be unto God
It said Meek Not Weak by Tris No H
Definition of meek: enduring injury with patience and without resentment :
Don’t you dare let anybody steal your joy. Your joy is that peace that allows you to stand still while the world around you runs around in useless panic.
Just because that person baited you with some tarter sauce to upset you, doesn’t mean you have to take the bait. No you don’t have to curse them out. You can choose to remain at peace even though you have been insulted.
The strongest person is the one that in spite of what you say, whatever shade you try a shoot them, they remain composed and at peace. Do you know how much strength it takes to not snap when insulted?
The dictionary defines meek as: "enduring injury with patience and without resentment"
I have heard people string together some interesting adjectives while cursing a "tigger" out. Sheer poetry in cursing one might say. I said Tigger, you know Winnie the Pooh’s friend? Always bouncing upsetting piglet and Pooh. But it’s just a distraction and it’s purpose is simple, steal your joy, change your posture so you miss another blessing.
Why will the meek inherit the earth, because they are strong enough to hold their tongue without resentment. They know that God will handle every matter, and therefore won’t allow "tiggers" to still their joy.
This is TrisNoH reminding you that there is nothing so deep that you should allow it to steal your joy.
Keep your mind focused on God’s perfect peace and where He is taking you in His purpose for you life.

18 Little children (believers, dear ones), let us not love [merely in theory] with word or with tongue [giving lip service to compassion], but in action and in truth [in practice and in sincerity, because practical acts of love are more than words].
This is the Word of the Lord.
Sometimes your action of love could simply be to help someone you have never met. There are kids forced to attend school online, and they have no computer in the household. We need to fix that.

Matthew 20:28 The Message (MSG)
24-28 When the ten others heard about this, they lost their tempers, thoroughly disgusted with the two brothers. So Jesus got them together to settle things down. He said, “You’ve observed how godless rulers throw their weight around, how quickly a little power goes to their heads. It’s not going to be that way with you. Whoever wants to be great must become a servant. Whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave. That is what the Son of Man has done: He came to serve, not be served—and then to give away his life in exchange for the many who are held hostage.”

God does not cause bad but He will use it, He uses everything! by Tris No H
God loves you. Please realize that He gave, No....allowed His one and only son to be nailed to cross... Just so that you & I can enjoy an abundant life.
Since God did all of that only out of love for us, how much more will He do in our daily life?
The Lord knows what He is doing. But here’s the rub, you have to trust Him no matter what.
And yes He might just use a horrific event a plague to cause change in your life.
Yes God will move, remove, improve you from the inside out just to ensure that you reach your journey. Because God has specific purpose in your journey, and in you.
You may be listening to these words from a jail cell, a shelter floor, or a sick bed but know that it does not end there.
Use this time to listen. The events of the day caused God to send everyone, the whole world to their room.
Sit there and think about what you did, what you said, did, didn’t do sit there and think about your life. Just maybe He needs each of us to change our ways. Just Ask Him
This is TrisNoH reminding you that God loves you and what is going on in our life’s no matter what it looks like ultimately will serve God as He grows each of us into His purpose.
Use this “time out” from God to take a good long look the man or woman in your mirror.

John 3:16 MSG
“This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person’s failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him.
He loved you that much, won't you trust Him?

Psalms 50:15 ERV
And call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
16But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes; and that thou hast taken my covenant in thy mouth?
17Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee.
18When thou sawest a thief, thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.
19Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.
20Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son.
21These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.
22Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver:
23 Whoso offereth the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifieth me; and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.
Learn to give Him thanks. At all times and in all places.

Psalms 27 NIRV
The Lord is my light, and he saves me. Why should I fear anyone? The Lord is my place of safety. Why should I be afraid? 2 My enemies are evil. They will trip and fall when they attack me and try to swallow me up. 3 Even if an army attacks me, my heart will not be afraid. Even if war breaks out against me, I will still trust in God.
4 I’m asking the Lord for only one thing. Here is what I want. I want to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life. I want to look at the beauty of the Lord. I want to worship him in his temple. 5 When I’m in trouble, he will keep me safe in his house. He will hide me in the safety of his holy tent. He will put me on a rock that is very high. 6 Then I will win the battle over my enemies who are all around me. At his holy tent I will offer my sacrifice with shouts of joy. I will sing and make music to the Lord.
7 Lord, hear my voice when I call out to you. Treat me with kindness and answer me. 8 My heart says, “Seek him!” Lord, I will seek you. 9 Don’t turn your face away from me. Don’t turn me away because you are angry. You have helped me. God my Savior, don’t say no to me. Don’t desert me. 10 My father and mother may desert me, but the Lord will accept me. 11 Lord, teach me your ways. Lead me along a straight path. There are many people who treat me badly. 12 My enemies want to harm me. So don’t turn me over to them. Witnesses who tell lies are rising up against me. They say all sorts of evil things about me.
13 Here is something I am still sure of. I will see the Lord’s goodness while I’m still alive. 14 Wait for the Lord. Be strong and don’t lose hope. Wait for the Lord.
Years ago the Lord taught me how to wait. He said I could either wait in a state of panic and fear, or I could be in a posture of peace and love, trusting God making the most of every moment in my wait.
When I choose to wait in the posture of peace my wait was not long at all.

I was patient while I waited for the LORD. He turned to me and heard my cry for help. 2 I was sliding down into the pit of death, and he pulled me out. He brought me up out of the mud and dirt. He set my feet on a rock. He gave me a firm place to stand on.
Patience by Tris No H
Patience is almost as important in your walk-through life as consistency. Patience is defined as the capacity to accept or tolerate delay. Remember I told you that the delay is not God preparing the blessing for you, but rather preparing you to receive the blessing.
When I am patient, I don’t allow myself to pace back in forth in my mind, worrying about the end that God established before I was ever even born. I know that everything works out for my good, because I trust my God and I am happily allowing Him to work out His purpose through my life.
When I am patient, I am not watching the clock saying OK God it’s been 7 minutes, 7 days, 7 months or even 7 years, where is the blessing? No I trust God’s perfect timing and focus my mind on the last assignment He gave me. If you can’t remember the assignment its probably things you still have left unfinished.
When I am patient I am not walking around in a bad mood, I am happy and filled with good cheer because I know that God is never late.
This is Tris No H, reminding you that patience may just be the lesson God needs you to learn while He is preparing you for the blessing. Chew on that.

Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know”. GNB
One of the most important lessons you will ever learn is to Trust God’s timing. God can see your entire life just as you can look at the GPS map on your phone. On you navigator app there are 3 important factors.
Where you are now.
Your ultimate destination, and that blue line between the two points.
Much like the Navigator on your phone, God will adjust your route to get you back to the path when you make the wrong turn, go the wrong way. When you use your navigator and you make a wrong turn and the Voice may tell you continue 5 miles and then turn left. When you got the path, you know going your own way, you cost yourself time but it was adjusted. Same thing in life maybe you found yourself in a horrible position, maybe you even went to jail, picked the wrong crowd, abused your own body, but because you are now using God as your navigator, your path can be adjusted.
Sometimes the instruction may be to simply keep going forward and turn, but other times the adjustment may be turn around. You have gone too far off the path, turn around immediately at the end of the next block the navigator voice will say to you. Just as God may be telling you today that you need to turn around. Maybe the turnaround for you is to go back and finish your education so that you can fulfill an actual purpose everyday besides waking up, getting high, eating and going to bed.
Maybe your turn around is to go get a job, any job so that you can begin to prepare yourself to be responsible and dependable. Maybe your turn around begins with you simply beginning obedient to God, doing, going, saying the things He needs you to say, when and to whom He needs them to be said.
Just like on your GPS the destination is always right there on the screen. The blessing that you are waiting on is already there on the screen of your life.
This is Tris No H reminding you that delay is never God preparing the blessing for you. The delay is most times you, not allowing God to prepare you for the blessing. Chew on that.

Proverbs 16:9 AMP A man’s mind plans his way [as he journeys through life], But the Lord directs his steps and establishes them. MSG We plan the way we want to live, but only God makes us able to live it. God has given you free will. But we need to understand what that means. Basically, it means take God’s path in your life, or go your own way. In the word it literally says choose blessings or choose curse, and if you don’t know what to choose blessings.
So my son took me walking in the woods of Belle Isle. If you have ever walked in the woods it is beautiful with the trees spreading their limbs above you, the sun peeking through the leaf’s. There are toppled trees, and all kinds of vegetation growing all around you. Animals squirrels and birds and raccoons, and a host of bugs all watching you was you walk through. Kind of like the way heaven is watching you as you walk through your life.
As you begin the journey through the woods a path is clear. There is no sign that says this is the path, but you can see it. This is the safest and fastest way to get the forest by simply staying on the path. But of course, you have folk that want to go the hard, and walk aside of the path. In life God has also cleared a path for you, one that you can be seen through your time in school, and beyond maybe its college or the military, maybe it’s starting a business but there is a path.
Many times, we make up our minds that we can find a better path than the one that has been shown to us. So we step off of God’s path and do our own thing, tripping over the stumps, sticking your foot into gopher holes, now we itching from the poison ivy that we stepped in just when we stepped off God’s path, you know what happens when you walking in a place you had no business walking in the first place. You know hurting your parents and people you love with your actions, catching a felony on your record, getting a DUI, spending time in jail for stealing, fathering a bunch of kids that you can’t be there to raise in the first place, having to trade your body for sex for the 8 kids you bore back to back with 8 different dudes, being trapped in toxic relationships, having to climb over fallen trees, you know things you just weren’t supposed to do.
Funny thing is the path you decided to step off is still there waiting, and you still wind up having to walk down that very path you got of in the first place. You still must finish the path to get to the place that God intended for you all along.
This is Tris No H reminding you to stay on the path and watch your life change. Next time we will talk about finding the path in the first place.

Proverbs 16:9 AMP A man’s mind plans his way [as he journeys through life], But the Lord directs his steps and establishes them. MSG We plan the way we want to live, but only God makes us able to live it.
The 2 Minute Word 2020 Luke 6:21 GNB “Happy are you who are hungry now; you will be filled. Happy are you who weep now; you will laugh.
Laugh by Tris No H
You need to learn how to laugh. You need to learn how to look at a crappy situation a crappy event and open your mouth wide and laugh. In the middle of the storm, while tarter sauce is being thrown at you cup full at a time, you need to learn how to laugh.
When you feel like crying because nothing is going your way, when it looks like your prayers are nowhere close to being answered, you need to learn how to laugh.
When you laugh not only is it good for you physically, as you are causing yourself to inhale much need oxygen, but more importantly you confuse the heck out of the enemy. Remember the enemy doesn’t want you to just be able to walk right into your blessing, and praising God, and causing others to pray as well.
Man they got jobs too. They job is to keep you so blinded in your mind, with what if and other nonsense that you get lost, and finally stop believing and give up on the dream.
Remember your faith is powered by what you believe. And just as Jesus could not do miracles in the town that did not believe, God needs you to believe in what you are praying for too. Your faith cannot bring about anything unless you believe, so rather than sitting there allowing doubt to build in your mind, laugh.
Open your mouth wide and laugh at the stupidity in the trouble. Find something in the mess to laugh at. Once you can laugh you will relax and then you can say. Lord what was that about? You will be ready to adjust or continue on your path, as laughter blocks the distraction of the trouble.
This is Tris No H reminding you that you walk by faith and not be sight so learn to laugh along the way.

Colossians 3:23-24 Amplified Bible (AMP)
23 Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men,
You know that job you hate doing? The one you complain about day and night? You know the job that you wish you could call in sick to everyday? Yes, that job…
Did you know that the job you have been given is a blessing? Regardless of all the awful people who hang around your desk, or the rude customers that come up to your counter, even the countless people who seemingly on purpose remove the leash from their dogs at the sight of you coming up the pathway.
That job is a blessing from God, and you need to understand its purpose. The kingdom of God works on trail basis always. God may have assigned you to a job just to see how well you will do, even though its not even close to the real job He has planned for you. It’s a test.
Do whatever the job is as if Jesus himself is your supervisor. Do it to the very best of your ability!
It is amazing to me when I read the back story of many of today’s millionaires, movie stars, athletics. Lauren Hill did work at Footlocker, Beyoncé swept hair at her mom’s hair salon, Jennifer Anniston, Nicki Minaj waited tables. Imagine Nicki taking your order at Red Lobster. Johnny Depp was a pen salesman. Tom Cruise was a porter at the hotel.
The owner of Amazon was a stockbroker. The founder of Sears worked on the railroad. Brad Pitt was the guy standing outside the chicken place in the chicken custom jumping up and down trying to get people to come in and try the chicken.
This is Tris No H reminding you that God loves you, and He knows how to get you to the desires of your heart. So work the job wherever He has placed you always, doing your best. Work it like God is your supervisor and remember Heaven is always watching.

Unclutter your Mind by Tris No H
Is your mind filled consumed and filled with all matter of junk? Are you constantly thinking about the past, your mistakes, your regrets and worried about the past haunting your future?
Well guess what? You are exactly in the place that the enemy has planned just for you. That’s right you are in the trap as planned by evil. Think of that a trap you. You didn’t even know a trap had been set for you, and there you are stuck in it. Do you know why you didn’t see the trap, because its all in your mind.
The enemy knows the power of our minds, and that’s why they always work on our thoughts, using our imaginations against us. Your mind directs every part of your earthly vessel. Every action you have done started with an idea brilliant or totally stupid and insane, it flowed out of your mind.
So that’s why the enemy decides to play their games on the playing field of your mind. Filling your head will all matter of tarter sauce, slowly driving you crazy with worry, regret and guilt.
Until whammy we are caught in the trap.
But you can beat them at their own game. Free you mind and the rest will follow. Know this… the trick is to keep you so consumed with crap, so mentally busy with what has passed that you can’t focus on the path too new blessing God has for you. Clear out all that trash.
Think of it like a hoarded finally able to let the junk be cleared out of the house. Finally, able to let go of all the crap you have been carrying in your mind all these years. The trash has piled up in your mind from 20 years ago. You are still carrying around the hurt of the junk someone you hurt 20 years ago. Get over it get the junk out of here and fill your mind with God’s word.
This is Tris No H reminding you that God has forgiven you for everything, now forgive yourself and free your mind. Love is a verb trying verbing a little love on you sometimes.

“Delight yourself in the Lord, And He will give you the desires and petitions of your heart”
Delivered by Tris No H There was an old lady that lived in a shoe, she stayed so high on drugs that she didn’t know what to do. Each time she got high, she cried no more, but her cries weren’t enough keep her out the drug dealers door. Then one day in the bottom of her despair, she heard a word from the Lord saying I am with you right there The woman didn’t know that every time she got high Jesus was right there with her with tears in His eyes. Her burden so heavy the cost so much, even her son couldn’t cover the cost of each touch. Every night She cried, and tired with all her might, but Satan had a grip and was holding on tight. What seemed like the end in gutter with no friend, she yelled Lord help me please and start my life again Jesus always was standing right there, of course in mercy heard this woman’s prayer And said keep you eyes on me, and I will help you, you’ll see As good as His word, with faith and through glory Loving God removed the drugs, no more taste a true change to her story Now she’s lives drug free, just as if on a new start And her life is so full of love, because God has first place in her heart.
This is Tris No H reminding you that when you make God number in your life, even when you slip You will flyer higher, run faster because He removes Satan’s grip. So, tell your folk that God is here, and there is no reason to live in fear Because He will cause change, just ask Him, no more worries my dear.
Love is a verb, its not what you say but what you do, And the more love you verb the more blessing that will cover you.

Matthew 16:23 AMP
“But Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan!!! You are a stumbling block to Me; for you are not setting your mind on things of God, but on things of man.”
by Tris No H When we attempt to develop 20/20 vision, we understand the reality of life. We understand that just as God has a plan to bless you, Satan has a plan to destroy you. And You have the deciding vote. You can take authority over evil and say, “Get behind me Satan”.
Satan will whisper in your ear the very thing that you and he both knows will hurt you. You know that cheating on your spouse will at some point hurt you and possibly destroy your family. But you had to keep laying down with this other person thinking “ain’t nothing wrong with a little bump and grind”. This is a person that is nothing more than sex to you, not someone you want to be permanent in your life. But you keep sexing that person, even though they are unable to hold an adult conversation with them after. Then God allows your spouse to find out. And you love your spouse, but you have just given her the option to leave your stupid butt or deal with your disrespect. Infidelity is disrespect in case no one ever told you. So, she leaves and takes your children, half your pension, the house, and car with her. Worse than that she tells your children what you did and expresses in so many words what a stank piece of trash you are, and they believe her. So now your children, assigned to you by God, your children that you were supposed to pour good things in, raise to be good people, don’t want nothing to do with you. So now You, your wife hurt, kids, and even your family and friends all hurt all because you were silly enough to jump into Satan’s trap. What more the person you choose over the love of your spouse, the person you cheated with, doesn’t really want you accept for what you can do “for her lately?”
Which ain’t much cause you got alimony, child support, your wife’s mortgage and plus you got to find a place for you to live.
As for your side, well since you don’t have no money, she is giving away as many pieces of her as she can, sleeping with all kinds of guys, even some of your own friends. Was it worth it? Really? You tell your friends yeah it was worth! And they shake the heads calling you they crazy friend. But that is not complement they saying, “you had a wonderful woman and you traded it for a hollow witch of a person and a nightmare of a life”. You choose poorly. But you hey got what you wanted. A witch. Sent by Satan to destroy your life.
This is Tris No H reminding you that God loves you. He loves you so much He will give you whatever it is you want. Choose wisely. You can choose Good…I mean God or choose evil. It’s up to you. God forgives every sin, but do you really want to live in a nightmare while you wait to go to heaven? Choose wisely and take your dumb butt home.

1 Peter 5:8 AMP
“Be sober [well balanced and self-disciplined], be alert and cautious at all times. That enemy of yours, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion [fiercely hungry], seeking someone to devour”.
This passage does not say that you can not drink. People mistakenly use this verse to say that drinking is evil. It does not say that at all. Sober means to be mentally aware, mentally awake. You can have a drink or two if you choose too, but more importantly it indicates that we must all know our own limitations.
The verse tells us not to be drunk. When you are drunk it is impossible for you to be alert, you can’t be cautious. You are not in control of your faculties. You are unaware of the tricks and traps ready to spring on you. When you are not sober in your thinking you are suspectable to Satan’s tricks. If no one ever told you God has a plan for your life, so does evil.
When you are not sober in your thinking that you do stupid things that cause you pain later. You are more likely to try and do things that normally you wouldn’t do. You go out with your girls and you have 4 more drinks then everyone else, so now you are lossy goosey, out on the dance floor when this guy comes and starts paying you attention.
You have just met this guy and now here you are in the men’s room with this guy while he is doing his business all over you. You are out of your mind intoxicated and he calls his friends to come in and join him in the men’s room. They are disrespecting every part of you 10 guys all taking turns on you. But you don’t know what’s happening, you are drunk.
Two months later you are pregnant and HIV positive. Everybody is asking, “who is the father of the baby?” But you don’t know, cause you were drunk.
This is Tris No H reminding you that the words in the bible have a purpose and the purpose is to lead you to a blessed life. Be sober in your thinking please, Satan is seeking who he can devour, don’t let it be you. Peace
The passage suggests that you be self-disciplined meaning you know your limitations. You know when you are going to far in whatever the foolish folly.
The other side of the coin just because you don’t drink does not make you a better person. At least a drunk can say I did that stupid thing because I was drunk.
Peace
1 John 4:8 KJV “He that loveth not, knoweth not God; for God is love.”
By Tris No H
In the movies Superman is the most powerful hero. Able to fly, able to stop a moving train, faster than a speeding bullet.
But Batman a mere mortal of a man easily defeats him. If you notice Batman is always at peace in total control of his emotions. He also always carries with him an even greater super-power,
no nephew not his money! Lol
He carries a little piece of Kryptonite.
As strong as Superman is he cannot stand up in the light of Kryptonite. It literally brings him to his knees, And Batman always has some Kryptonite around his waist.
Love to the enemy is like Kryptonite to Superman. Love brings evil to its knees. Love stops demons in their tracks. Love freezes out hatred, overcomes violence. Love burns right through ignorance like a hot knife through butter.
And God is love.
Our seed for today is “He that loveth not, knoweth not God; for God is love.” 1 John 4:8 KJV
Love is your Kryptonite in all matters. Why do you think the enemy tries so hard to keep you away from God?
Because God is love!
Think about it.... has the enemy every told you well just love him anyway? When someone cut you off in traffic, or uses your personal mug at the office, Steps on your shoe?
No, the enemy is quick to whisper, “call her a stinky witch” or punch that guy dead in his throat for stepping on your Nikes. How dare he use the mug with your name on it, that your mama gave you for Christmas!
The full-time objective of the enemy is to keep you so off balance with so much anger, jealousy, pride, greed and ignorance that you forget to use your superpower.
Love is your Kryptonite and love is the strongest force in the universe.
You want to shut the enemy down? Kill all his whispering?
Pull out your Kryptonite and apply some love to every situation. Forgive the unforgivable. Gently ask them to rinse out your mug, and put it on your desk when they finish, and Remain at peace. When you are at peace you are in the posture of love.
This is Tris no h reminding you that there will be days when evil will try and come for you, knocking at your front door. Don’t even let them in. They may try and do all that they can to keep you off balance and upset...trying to steal your peace.
But you not even bothered nephew because just like Batman you too have some Kryptonite, and it’s called love. And dag nab it you ain’t scared to use it.

“Don’t fool yourself into thinking that you are a listener when you are anything but, letting the Word go in on ear and out the other. Act on what you hear.”

This is the story of Went and Did. Their proper names are George Went and Margaret Did. They were dependable agents of the King, always tried their best to do their best.
The King they served assigned missions and each mission was completed it was marked with the agent’s name. The agent with the highest number of files completed at the end of the year got a great reward and was proclaimed awesome throughout the kingdom.
One day a new agent moved into the kingdom and he very much wanted to win the great reward. He was handsome and charming with an exotic name. His name was Thaddeus Procrastination. He always looked good and had a nice smile but was late for every meeting and never quite completed his missions ever on time. But he always had a good excuse.
One day the king had an important mission and needed people he could trust. George Went, Margaret Did and Thaddeus Procrastination along with many other royal subjects stood before the King and listened intensely to the instructions for the mission.
After the King finished giving the instructions, He asked for two volunteers and said that this mission would not only count for 10 other missions but would always make them great heroes throughout the land. Immediately George Went, Margrett Did and Thaddeus Procrastination quickly threw up their hands. The king smiled and happily chose George Went and Margaret Did for the big assignment.
Thaddeus was very upset, and began yelling at the top of his voice, “Why can’t have this assignment?” The King sighed and said, “Thad when the day is done it is imperative that the assignment be marked as Went and Did, and not Procrastination”.
This is Tris no H reminding you that when God tells you to do something your report needs to say went and did so you can quickly be promoted to the next assignment.

Luke 11:28
But Jesus answered, “But Jesus answered. Rather, how happy are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”
Once upon a time there was a man who heard God’s and obeyed His instructions. God told him to dig one hole in a specific place. He dug and ug, day and night praying to the lord and dug the hole as God instructed. He had been digging a long time when a second man came and started digging near him.
Within minutes the second man pulled out of his hole a diamond as big as his hand. The second man then threw down his shovel and left with his blessing, saying praise God.
The first immediately jumped out of the hole in the place that the lord had told him to dig and went to dig in the place that the second man had found his blessing.
He dug for years and found nothing. And then he died. Upon entering heaven, he asked why God had him digging all those years for nothing. Peter was working the gate that day and said let me show you something.
They went back to the place that the Lord had told him to dig. Peter said stick your shovel in the hole one last time. The man said there is nothing there I assure you. Peter insisted that the man stick his shovel in the hole.
He stuck his shovel in the hole and heard a large click. The man then jumped down and started moving the dirt off what he thought was a huge stone.
He moved the dirt the stone shinned brightly. He bent down and tried to what appeared to be a boulder. It was a diamond that weighed as much as he did.
Peter said you wasted all that time trying to do what you saw someone else do, rather than dig where the lord told you to dig. Had you obeyed you would have received a huge blessing that was just one last shovel away.
This is Tris no H reminding you that the blessings that God has for you, are for you and no one else. So stay in your own lane, and do as the lord tells you to do. Because just as you turn away thinking maybe the Lord made a mistake, you may be turning away from a blessing bigger than you could ever imagine.

30"But this son of yours wasted all your property on prostitutes, and when he comes back home, you kill the prize calf for him!’ 32But we had to celebrate and be happy, because your brother was dead, but now he is alive; he was lost, but now he has been found.’ ” This is the Word of the Lord
Nephew, we may have wasted every good thing that God has given us. Living life our way. Living contrary to God’s will. our time partying like fools.
So drunk that we fall asleep in our own vomit. Using drugs until we have no veins left to shoot in to. Not only committing every sin in the book, going over and above creating brand new sins, as well.
Spent all our time and money on useless dangerous pleasures that left us literally sleeping with the pigs.
Walking through our life so far below who God intended us to be, that even our servants begin to feel pity for our level of stupidity.
But God, who loves us no matter what, waits patiently for us to wake up, and simply come home. And when we do finally wake up and come to our senses, stinking of that life that we had no business being a part of in the first place,
Does he yell at us? No Does he scold us? No Does He punish us? No No, nephew he does not.
He celebrates the fact that we finally woke the hell up. He is overjoyed that we finally came to our senses and came home. That is how much God loves each of us.
This is Tris No H reminding you that God knew every horrible, disgusting thing we would ever do before we were ever born, and yet He patiently waits for you to wake up and come home into an abundant life.
I told you love is a verb.
God loves you no matter what you have done. Now wipe the sleep from your eyes and find your way home.

Psalms 98:1-4 AMP
O sing to the LORD a new song, For He has done marvelous and wonderful things; His right hand and His holy arm have [b]gained the victory for Him. 2 The LORD has made known His salvation; He has [openly] revealed His righteousness in the sight of the nations. 3 He has [graciously] remembered His lovingkindness and His faithfulness to the house of Israel; All the ends of the earth have witnessed the salvation of our God. 4 Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth; Shout [in jubilation] and sing for joy and sing praises.
In episode 112 we heard the Lord announce the new thing he is doing, “Can’t you see it? He asked us. Today we are praising God for that new thing.
But nephew there is a rub: the new thing for me, that new thing that He wants me to see, will not be the same thing He wants you to see. We walk by faith and not by sight, so we must always believe, and see in our hearts first. What’s in my heart my not be what’s in your heart, your mom’s heart, your spouse heart.
Today we are told to praise Him for it now. Whatever that “IT” is. Thanking and praising God for that new thing in advance, is like placing an order on Amazon. It’s on the way. Even if he has to send a special truck to get it to you. It’s on the way.
Actually nephew thanking God for the things we can only see in our hearts, is the only way to bring them about in reality. That’s called faith.
You need to wake up excited everyday expecting what’s in your heart to become real. Just as excited as you are when you know the Amazon truck is on the way.
This is Tris No H telling you to praise and thank God now, wake up grateful every day and thanking God in advance for your it. The more you thank God for what you cannot see, the faster you will be able to see it. Cause the answer to your prayers, well it’s on the way.

Welcome to The 2 Minute Word year 2020. My name is Tris No H and it is my pleasure to guide you through the Word.
This will be a hip trip so fasten your seatbelts and let's see how we can bring praise to God in 2020.
Our first lesson for to day is to forget about what has past.
Our seed is found in Isaiah 43:19-21 The Message (MSG)
16-21 This is what GOD says, the God who builds a road right through the ocean, who carves a path through pounding waves, The God who summons horses and chariots and armies— they lie down and then can’t get up; they’re snuffed out like so many candles: “Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new. It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it? There it is! I’m making a road through the desert, rivers in the badlands. Wild animals will say ‘Thank you!’ —the coyotes and the buzzards— Because I provided water in the desert, rivers through the sun-baked earth, Drinking water for the people I chose, the people I made especially for myself, a people custom-made to praise me.
This is the Word of the Lord.

Romans 10:10 NIRV
“With your heart you believe and are made right with God. With your mouth you say what you believe. And so you are saved”. This is the word of the Lord thanks be to God.
One of my handsome nephews said "Aunt Tris I understand about Jesus and going to heaven, but what about living my best life now? How is all of that gone help me while I’m here on earth?"
So, I wanted to create the very best sales pitch to compete with what the enemy selling, as my nephew decides which package is right for him.
For this pitch unlike the tv commercials that tell you about the warnings that scare the mess out of you at the end, I want to start with the warnings first.
Trusting God may cause you to lose your friends and family members, as everyone that claims to believe does not. Fake Christians will make the road harder and should be avoided at all costs. Believing in God has no direct bearing on the amount of time spent in the church. Best results occur from a moment by moment relationship with God, talking to Him at all times and in all places.
Promotion is based on the passing of tests in love and trust and hardship should be considered only temporary as His ways are not our ways. Although your sins are forgiven there are consequences for sin, and therefore it is advised that you not do anything that is outside of love. Reduction of the desire to sin is a sign of believing in your heart.
Now that is out the way here nephew, here is God’s offer.
You will receive one premium ticket into heaven which includes unlimited usage of the facility for eternity. Not only do you get your own ticket into heaven and avoid eternal damnation regardless of whatever sin, but your ticket also qualifies you for abundant life for your time on earth. That’s right you too can live a life of peace, complete with 24/7 direct hotline access to God, success at everything you put your hand too, and a feast in the presence of your enemies.
The package includes peace that passes all understanding, the ability to do all things, a constant hedge of protection, with goodness and mercy following you all the days of your life. The price of this package was already paid for by Jesus on the cross, and only requires the one-time discounted price of believing that Jesus is Lord.
Believe now and He will throw in as an added bonus not one…. but two many blessings for you to every even count.
That’s right folks you too can enjoy a life with cups running over, good success at everything you put your hand too, lack of no good thing, peace that passes understanding giving you the ability to stand in the middle of the storms, favor and blessings beyond what you could have ever dreamed or imagined, and the ability to do all things through Jesus.
All of this is yours when you accept the package. Sign-up is easy, when you use the Master’s card. That’s right simply use FREE WILL to believe.
This is Tris No H, reminding you this is a limited time offer and supplies may be limited so simply believe today.

Love is a verb,,,and this is how I verb!
Jeremiah 29:11 NIRV
“I know the plans I have for you” announces the Lord. “I want you to enjoy success. I do not plan to harm you. I will give you hope for the years to come”. This is the word of the Lord thanks be to God.
When God brought the children of Israel out of Egypt, they were happy. Finally, “the Lord has answered our prayers” they rejoiced. “He is taking us to the promised land”.
They thought that the end of slavery, was to be in the land of milk and honey. But leaving that place of bondage was not the promise. The promise was to live in a land of milk and honey. Leaving the old place of bondage is the beginning of a new journey. On every journey there are test that we must pass along the way, before we can arrive in the new place, the promise.
Now rather than being enslaved they walked around the desert, literally being tested and they failed time and time again. God provided everything they needed, and they still complained. We want food God sent manna. We want meat, God sent flocks of birds for meat. Never satisfied they were consistently whining. “We were better off being slaves”, they would whine. Consistent unbelief, fail the test again.
You see God could not allow unbelief in the promised land. Remember believing is the foundation of everything, so God kept them literally walking around in circles, until they could pass the test. Finally the only way they could pass was for the unbelievers to die off. 40 years later they were finally ready to go to the promised land, they trusted God and could pass the test.
So what should have only taken 11-days to walk, wound up being a 40 year journey. All the whining and complaining did was delay the promises of God.
This is Tris No H reminding you that God loves you and desires that we each live an abundant life. So, stop your belly aching, all that whining and complaining and pass the test, so He can deliver you into the promises for your life. Don’t let a 2-week trip turn into a 40-year detour for God’s promise in your life.
Peace
Exodus 12:36 NIRV “ They did just as Moses had directed them. They asked the Egyptians for things made out of silver and gold…The Lord had caused the Egyptians to treat the Israelites in a kind way. So the Egyptians gave them what they asked for. The Israelites took many expensive things that belonged to the Egyptians”.
When God brought the nation of Israel of Egypt, they came out with the wealth of Egypt. The wealth of Egypt was all this gold and silver. Thousands of golden idols platters, goblets, which is heavy as heck trying to walk in the sand for 40 years.
They brought all that stuff, material objects that they imagined they would need, thinking we gone need this in our new land. They literally were lugging around heavy material burdens from their past.
It is interesting to look at the map showing how close the promise land was for the children of Israel. No more than about a one month walk, but because they would not stop complaining, God took them the long way.
They complained for almost 40 years, mad because they had the burden of dragging around all that crap from the past, that God never told them that they would need. You can’t hold on to all that stuff from your past and go where God needs you to go.
The only purpose all that gold it had in the end was being melted down into a pagan idol that God quickly destroyed. They had carried around all of what was a part of their past. Slowing their roll, making the journey even harder.
This is Tris no H and if your journey to get to the place that God wants you to go seems a bit hard, if the roll is a bit slow, then maybe you need to stop trying to drag along your past.
Maybe that stuff you think you just must have is stopping you from getting to place God intends for you to go. Love is a verb. Love yourself enough to let go of the past, its just slowing down your promised future.
Peace
He loves the ugly part of You Psalms 103:14 NIRV “He knows what we are made of. He remembers that we are dust.”
I meet so many people who don’t have a relationship with God because they think they have to already be doing right or living right, before they hook up with Jesus. Or at the mention of Jesus they start whispering as if as if to say, “shhh don’t, don’t I’m not right yet”.
What folk don’t understand is that you can Never be right without Jesus. You can think you can, Think you can, think you can But unlike the little engine that could, you need a savior, you need Jesus.
To prove the point God gave Moses the 10 commandments. It was like 600 laws. The day that Moses read the laws to the people, 2000 dropped dead on the spot. I suspect the 2000 that died were the folk who always condemning everybody else, walking around like they holier than thou. You know… like they ain’t never done nothing wrong. They thought they were right with God, that is until they heard their actions on the list of sins too!
But that was God’s point! You cannot live a right life, receive all of the blessings and favor that God has assigned to your file, without someone standing in the gap. You know someone covering your sins. Someone saving you from going to hell because of your silly selfish sins. You know a Savior. That is Jesus, a Savior, and all He requires is for you to believe. No 10 commandments for us Fam! Just accept Jesus as Lord and bam, you too are covered!
This is Tris No H reminding you that God loves you just as you are. You don’t need to get ready to talk to God, because He has been talking to you all along. You just weren’t listening.
Love is a verb, and this is how I verb!

1 John 4:19 Any translation
“We love because God first loved us.”
When I first read this verse Whitney Houston’s praise of the Lord popped in my mind. In looking at her lyrics, to the song entitled “I love The Lord”, she sang in a manner that made you too want to yell I love the Lord. Listen to the words in this song of praise: I love the Lord, He heard my cry, and pitied every groan. Long as I live when troubles rise I hasten to His throne. Actually that is the entire song. It doesn’t take a whole lot of 5 syllable words to praise the Lord.
Oh, I love the Lord, she sings I surely do love the Lord. Long as I live and troubles rise I hasten to His throne. When there is nowhere to go, I know I can run to you. I can run to Jesus she says. It’s also interesting that she uses the word “hasten to His throne” at least 12 times throughout the song. I hasten to His throne. I looked up the word “hasten” and the dictionary says: Be quick to do something. Move hurriedly to his throne. And we approach God’s throne by prayer.
Almost as if she was leaving you a bit of instruction. I also thought it interesting that she says when “troubles rise”, not if, but when troubles rise. This means that in life troubles will rise, even for the person that truly loves the Lord. So when troubles rise, I to his throne.
One might even say that When you see trouble on the rise, you need to quickly see Jesus, because He will make it all right. When troubles rise, you don’t have to worry about trying to figure out by yourself or go see what momma and pookie and them say about the trouble. No! It says hasten to his throne.
This is Tris No H reminding you that God loves you, and when troubles rise, before you talk to anyone else about the trouble, about the bill you don’t see how you gone pay, about the legal mess, about the stupid thing that you caused that has now backfired all over your life, before you even try and talk to yourself about the troubles, hasten to his throne.
Talk to God about it, thanking Him in advance for the answer to the problem, the peace within the trouble, reminding Him you are His beloved and All is Well in your life.
Before you know what, after a very little while, you will have what you say, and it will be well.
Peace
Jeremiah 29:11 GNB
“I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for”.
The Lord knew you before you were ever born. Isn’t that something? He knew every sin you were going to every do and yet He still loves you. He saw you tell those lies, steal that money, sell those drugs, rob that old lady, disrespect your yourself, break your mother’s heart, spit on your father’s grave and yet He still loves you.
Where you are in your life right now is no surprise to God, actually He went ahead and weaved it into the plan for your life. God knows how to use even your dumbest mistakes, you know the ones you keep making over and over, God knows how to use those mistakes to bring you to an abundant life, and still be on time with His plans. So, no matter what you think you see in your life, it isn’t over yet pooh. It isn’t over until all is well. God will have His way, it’s only a question of when?
His way can come about hard or easy, that’s up to you. You can move in obedience to God, making your life easier, or you can continue to bump your head against walls that He never wanted you to ever even see. It’s up to you, because He loves you.
You can continue to procrastinate, standing in your disbelief, dishonoring yourself with foolish actions that only serve to disrespect your mind, your body, your soul, delaying the peace, joy and blessings that God has just for you. Or you can trust God and follow His instruction. Talk to Him, talk to God, He will tell you what to do.
Actually He has been talking all along but your mind is to fixed on tarter sauce and chicken, like static on the radio you can’t hear Him. Or worst you hear Him and still you choose to delay. But you delay if you feel you must, but you better know that you just are not big enough to stop the master’s plan.
God will have His way, even if He has to wait until you are crusty 95 years old to do it. Stop delaying God’s best in your life so that you can at least have time to enjoy the blessings. Then when you stand before Him in heaven and you get to ask what happened to your abundant life, God won’t have sigh and say, “I had to wait for you to get the heck out of my way, to bring it”.
This is Tris No H reminding you that God loves you, and love is a verb. So get the heck out of God’s way! Let Him bless you and start saying out of your mouth “no more delay Father I will do whatever you want me to do starting today”.
Peace
John 12:40
“The Lord has blinded their eyes. He has closed their minds. So they can’t see with their eyes. They can’t understand with their minds. They can’t turn to the Lord. If they could he would heal them.”
When child I thought that everyone knew Jesus. That everyone believed. It wasn’t until I was an adult that I understood that actually many of the people sitting on the front pew of the church really didn’t even believe. Many are simply doing what is expected of them, and they don’t crack their bible after Sunday except to hide more money. That is right I said it everybody that goes to church and serves on all those committees, is not necessarily a believer. Going to church does not make you a believer.
You know when you are with a believer because they walk a little different, they talk a little different. They are not moved easily by the things of this world, because they are walking moment by moment with the Lord. A believer has a testimony in their mouth from the result of the test they have passed. They passed the test remaining in peace, they passed the test remaining in love, they passed the test remaining at rest, as they trust God.
So please don’t be annoyed when you mention your love for God trying to file a praise report as my mom puts it, and the people roll their eyes or give you to putt mouth. You not really talking to them anyway, they aren’t believers. The believer will be the one listening to hear your words, waiting to see if this is their appointment.
You see true believers are always in search of divine appointments. Times and situations set by God for us to encourage or simply pass on a message that may help to open the eyes of others.
This is Tris No H reminding you that God loves you. So don’t you dare be afraid to talk about your love for God and how good he has been to you, haters always have their eyes closed.
Peace
Romans 8:35-39 GNB
We have all messed up and done ever matter of stupidity there is, and God still loves you and me. The bad things we did really didn’t benefit us and only brought stress and shame to us and those around us, and yet God still loves us. All along all God wanted for us was an abundant life, and we wasted time with foolishness and disobedience and God still loves us. The kicker is we say out of our mouths that we love God and push our neighbors down to the ground trying to walk over them to get to what we think it owed to us. Well no more fam.
Today we begin giving more than we get. Not necessarily in money, but more in the things that matter most in life live. Today let’s start giving more love. Giving more time to our families, giving more attention to those we love. You want the abundant life then plant more of seeds. Seeds of peace, joy, laughter, hope, kindness. What if we started right now giving the advantage instead of taking it?
God wants you to live an abundant life, and in the Word told us that the measure that we give will be the measure that we get, pressed down shaken together. I say that life begins when you first realize and believe that giving is better than getting. Because the more you give the better you get. Give time, attention, love, smiles, complements, patience, laughter, laughter, laughter.
This is Tris No H reminding you that love is a verb and God will never stop loving you, so stop thinking about what you did in the past, and learn to live a life of abundance by giving what is good, and just like looking in the mirror you will get back even greater of whatever you gave.
By the way Fam this is how I verb

Philippians 4:13 KJV “I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me”. There have been times in my life when I saw the dream, knew the goal, but allowed distractions of failure cause me to almost cave in and quit. I had to take my game to a higher level and dig my heels in roll up my sleeves and keep going. In the back of mind is always my mom’s voice saying keep going kid, keep going. Crying mom its so hard why isn’t it working, I'm tried of trying, "Keep going kid", she says as she bites her pita toast.
I learned that success is just on the other side of “Lord I have done all that I can do, I give up”? Keep going keep trying.
Believe that God loves you, believe that God is for you, believe that God wants you to succeed. The verse says that you can do all things through Christ which strengthened me. To be a Christian simply means that Christ lives in you so baby.
This is Tris no H reminding you that if you accept Jesus as Lord enough to confess it out of your mouth, then you are a Christian and you Got The power. Flip the switch and keep going. Finish!

Matthew 5:8 MSG
“You’re blessed when you get your inside world-your mind and heart- put right. Then you can see God in the outside world”.
Just because you are highly favored, wonderfully made and God’s beloved does not mean that you won’t have days that blow chunks of hot tartar sauce.
When we crazy stuff is happening, we are sometimes quick to say, “God is punishing me, or God is trying to get me back”. No baby His ways are not our ways and if something crazy is happening it is probably just another test; you know a pop quiz from God.
Pass the test boo so you can qualify for the promotion. Learn to look forward to passing the tests because they are always followed by promotion.
Let me give you my test taking tips to passing tests. Start from a posture of peace. Gather yourself, before you go off. Then open your mouth and remind yourself of how good God has been to you in the past. My granny once told me that if God did it once He will do it again. So you are feeling low, stressed, defeated, pressured, or maybe you are just plain pissed the heck off…. Stop and open your mouth and tell yourself about the time God helped you, saved you, blessed you, covered you, fed you, clothed you, healed you, loved you, right there in the face of the enemy.
Remind yourself how God made a way just for you, out of nowhere, time and time and time again. Learn to encourage yourself, and then after you have thanked God for all that, ask Him about the trouble, I mean the test.
Once you can get your heart and mind lined up with your spirit, you can then see God’s hand leading you to the answers for that pop quiz.
This is Tris no H reminding you that All is Well, so encourage yourself. Remember love is a verb. Oh yeah by the way, if God was trying to get you…… baby you would have already been got!

Isaiah 26:9 MSG
What does it mean to live right? We all have our own interpretation of living. Some call it living to travel all over the globe marveling at God's work.
Others consider it living working hard day and night to provide a better life for their children, simply enjoying the ability to stay in the house, taking care of their home and preparing good meals that satisfy a hungry family.
We are all different, but one thing that must be consistent is the way we love. Living right means that we refuse to live a life without love. When we live right we are determined to make sure that we are constantly in a state of consistent love.
So living right is all about maintaining a posture of love. This is Tris No H reminding you that all is well when we treat love as a verb. Afterall verbing is just what we do!

Ephesians 2:8-9 MSG
Living under grace means that we only have 2 little laws to follow. Love God and love your neighbor. Everything that is in the law of Moses fits under those two instructions given to us by Jesus.
The Law of Moses had one all important purpose: to show us that we could not keep the law, and therefore needed a Savior to bridge the gap between us and God.
So your salvation is nothing that you can boast about doing, because it was all Jesus.
Knowing that your salvation is not based on your actions but rather is based on your acceptance should take a huge weight off your shoulders. It gives you the right to live an abundant life, and even when it rains on your head, or the tarter sauce of life hits the fan you can rest assured that God has you covered.
This is Tris No H reminding you to simply trust God, because He has you covered. Now focus on an abundant life, and love like there is no tomorrow. Afterall love is a verb!

2 Corinthians 12:8-10 Amplified Bible (AMP)
8 Concerning this I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might leave me; 9 but He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you [My lovingkindness and My mercy are more than enough—always available—regardless of the situation]; for [My] power is being perfected [and is completed and shows itself most effectively] in [your] weakness.”
Therefore, I will all the more gladly boast in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ [may completely enfold me and] may dwell in me. 10 So I am well pleased with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, and with difficulties, for the sake of Christ; for when I am weak [in human strength], then I am strong [truly able, truly powerful, truly drawing from God’s strength]. This is the Word of the Lord.

All the people that smile at you, laughing at your jokes, inviting you to their parties are not necessarily your friend. Some are and may be decent folk, who like you want to live God's abundant life and try to do what is right and decent.
But so many others are only smiling at you just because the realize that they can use you, disgrace you, hurt you or worst.
Years ago, my friend followed the cool kids to party. Wanting to fit in she smoked a joint with one of the people smiling at her. She hadn’t seen the joint rolled, so she had no idea what was in it.
She didn’t know it contained Rat Poison. The cool kids thought it would be funny. Smoking the joint caused a chemical imbalance in her brain that kept her in and out of mental facility’s the rest of her short life.
If you learn nothing else learn that evil has children too. And they like haters have the same assignment, by any means necessary help to kill, steal or destroy….you!

Isaiah 54:10 AMP
God loves us even in the middle of our mess. He loves you and wants to show his loving kindness to you despite whatever nonsense you have created in your life. God loves you regardless of your mess. God loves you so much that He will even walk you right up to the gates of hell if that’s what you really want.
But you don’t have to live in your mess, that vomit you have created in your life you can clean up and walk away from. God wants you to prosper. So, clean up the mess and make up your bed and then surrender yourself to the Lord, asking Him what does He want you to do?
Love yourself enough to forgive yourself and clean up your mess and go to the place, do the thing that God wants you to do.
This is Tris No H announcing that going to the place the Lord wants for your life is so much better than sitting in the mess you mad, and He loves you enough to allow you to clean it all up.
Love is a verb. Love yourself and cleanup your mess.
Zechariah 14:9 AMP Worship is the priority we place on WHO God is in our lives and where God is on our list of priorities. I recently received an email from a lady saying she doesn’t know what to do, she hates her church but wants to be closer to God. I said God, not the church or the pastor but God and that is the most important relationship you can have. You must also know that the time you spend in church, how many usher boards you are on, how many choirs you belong to, how many times you are assigned to bring the pastor the water adds no extra points in the book. Nor does doing all of those things proof that you even believe in God. Going to church is not a requirement for being a Christian. Your relationship with God is a moment by moment love affair.
This is Tris No H announcing all is well!

Proverbs 12:25 GNB You cannot change one thing in your life by worrying. Worry will cause you to lose sleep, miss out on laughter and make a horrible person to be around. Worry is fear and you cannot have fear, and faith at the same time. Either you trust God and His promises for your life or you going to live an empty hopeless life of fear. For one-minute let’s pretend we are playing a giant game of Sorry. You pick up the dice all full of faith knowing that God’s promise is true, and you roll a 12. You get to move 12 spaces toward the promise. The next time you pick up the dice you have been feeding on the negative stuff around you, full of worry you roll with the dice of worry a 12. You move back 12 spaces. You are right back where you started. There are people that live their life’s in just that manner. You must make it your business to fight to believe and maintain your faith, fighting off worry like it is a plague. When the negative thoughts pop in your mind you must open your mouth and fight them with Words. “I trust God, I trust God” You continue to say that until the negative goes away. Stay filled up with the word so that you can fight when worry tries to still your faith. This is Tris No H telling you that all is well, now stop playing the game of Sorry with your blessings. Peace
Jeremiah 29:11 GNB
Joseph had a life full of tests. Thrown into a pit by his brothers…… would he trust God?
No longer a Sheppard but forced into slavery… would he trust God?
Innocent of a crime and yet imprisoned… would he still trust God?
Forgotten in the darkest part of the jail…. Really, really are you still going to trust God?
Joseph had everything stripped from him, but he continued to trust God.
I can almost hear him sobbing in the pit, in the shackles, in the prison “I trust you Father” I can imagine him saying over and over again, I trust you!
He did not know God’s plan for his life, and yes he was uncomfortable, confused, and afraid in the darkness that surrounded him trial after trial. But he forced his mind to line up with his heart and trusted God.
We do not know the path that God will take, to get us to the place he established for our lives, before we were ever born. All that we do know is that, God is never late. Never.
At the appointed time just as in the life of Joseph you will step into the place. But get ready because just like with Joseph, God won’t just release you saying, “ok you are free go figure out your life”. No baby
At the end of Josephs test, when God brought Joseph out, he was the second most powerful man in the land, second unto the pharaoh himself.
So, keep passing your test fam, doing what is right, trusting God, even if you have to cry yourself to sleep at night. Through those tears keep announcing to the enemy that “I trust God”.
This is Tris No H telling you all is well and consider the hard times as nothing more than a test, as you Trust God.

Psalms 32:9 GNB
In the verse the Lord asks us not to live our life's as if we are a horse or a mule. I can remember taking my son horse-back riding for the first time, and Bud standing there all of 3’ tall looking up at the horse.
All he could see was the horse’s mouth with the mouth. Bud pointing at the bit said, "mom why is he eating that piece of wood?"
"It's not wood honey", honey I responded smiling. "It is the steering wheel for the horse". This is how we will tell the horse which way we want him to go.
"It looks like it will hurt him". "Yes, Bud it does hurt him. That is the only way the horse will obey"
God does not want you to live in that manner, where you only obey, go the right way in fear of avoiding pain. Waiting for something to hurt you in order that you go the way, live the way God wants you to live.
Must you really wait until your stupid actions hurt you for you to do what is right? God has given us detailed instructions for every aspect of our life’s and yet we struggle with issues that are simply distractions designed to bleed out our hope and crush our dreams.
I say no more. I am not a horse, and neither are you. We are the righteousness of God, and we don’t need a bit in our mouths to walk the path that God has chosen.
This is Tris No H telling you all is well. Love is a verb. No Verb

What is the meaning of the word Amen? And why do we say it at the end of every prayer. Is it only the signal that one has completed the prayer?
You are hungry and the food looks great and smells so good. The smell of the fried chicken, corn bread, and sweet potatoes whipped all up in the just taking you away, as uncle earl says let us bow our heads.
He starts the prayer with Thank you Lord for this food, then he goes on, and on to pray for the entire men’s choir, calling each member by their government name. Your head is bowed and as you peak out of one eye all you can see is your mashed potatoes yelling “eat me”. You are trying to stay in the prayer but your mind is shouting Lord let this old man say finally just say amen so I can eat it.
The word Amen does not just signal the ready set eat button. No In the Word “Amen” as shown in our verse means “so be it”.
When you say "Amen" it means your are giving consent to an matter. Don't just shout Amen when you don't know what your are agreeing with.

Mark 5:40 NIV
“He put them all out...”
After Jesus put the folk out He immediately healed the child. Accomplished the goal. Your goal may just need you to put some folk out of your life, the ones that are laughing at your goal, the ones telling you that its not possible, some of friends or family who are only positive, about being negative.
It is not everybody’s business what promises God has just for you. You might just need to put some folk out of your life. At least long enough to finish, come to the end of your faith, the place of manifestation.
Michael Jackson once said that when he was doing his first solo album, “Off the wall”, he had to lock himself in the studio alone for days at a time. Maybe he did that so that his loved ones couldn’t talk him out of his dream.
Remember family people are contagious, so if you are hanging around a bunch of negative people, who have no dreams, no desires, no purpose they will infect you will too. Put them all out. Run from negative folk (haters) like they have the plague.
This is Tris No H telling you love is a verb. Now verb them haters out of your life and go finish what the Lord told you to do.

Hebrews 10:35 NIV
“So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded”
It is not an easy task holding on to your confidence. In other translations the word confidence is referred to as courage. “Hold on to your courage”, it says.
It takes great courage to walk in a way opposite of the world, doing good when the people around you are encouraging you to do bad. It could be your family or your best friend, people who love you and may even want the best for you advising you to do what is wrong.
One of my favorite cartoons is the Flintstones and on one episode, Fred encourages Barney to pretend he is sick so they could go to the ball game. Barney did and many lies later they wound up at the game, to their surprise sitting right next to Barney’s boss.
Of course, the boss fired him, but the kicker is that the boss had planned to give Barney a promotion with a bonus. The bonus you guessed it, tickets to the ball game.
Keep doing what is right regardless of what anybody else, says, Fred doesn’t know the God’s promise for your life, and you may just be closer than you think.

There is nothing weak about being a Christian. As a Christian we must think before we react and that takes strength. It takes strength to walk away when we are being disrespected, strength when we are being falsely accused. Strength not to curse the biscuits out. We defer all matters to God and let Him handle the mess.
It is not easy turning the other cheek, it is not easy walking away, but we do it out of respect for God. So, when you feel yourself slipping try and fall back to peace and love and out of respect for God walk away and pray for the silly biscuit head folk. Turn your back and laugh at the silly distraction that just tried to knock you off your square. Afterall our goal is to try and be at peace with everybody. It is not easy but necessary.

Luke 11:9 GNB
When I was just beginning my walk with Love I actually would not ask Him for the things I wanted. I can remember saying to myself that God has so many other people to worry about, why should I pile my needs on to all of that?
I would even think that He will love me more if I don’t bother Him with my requests, giving Him more time to provide for others who had a bigger need. Then it occurred to me, one day as I was asking Siri to navigate me to the other side of town, that I actually was asking Siri for more directions than God. LOL
Day after day, I was asking SIRI, to take me here take me there. Letting SIRI be a steering wheel. I was just holding on turning as SIRI said.
Heck that is how my ride with God should be. When I ask God to take me here in my life, and there and better than SIRI God would say Turn left, turn right, take this class, associate with this person, don’t go to that place, and bam before long I would arrive at my destination.
In the word it says that God flung worlds into existence, and yet He always hears me when I pray. I decided that if He is always listening then I just aught to always be asking, thanking, praying. I needed God to be my steering wheel, not the spare tire.
Think about it, the steering wheel is responsible 100% of the time for where the car is going. The spare tire gets action once in a while, only when something bad has happened.
I love God being my steering wheel, allowing me to just hold, be obedient turning as He says turn as He takes me to the places in life that fulfill His purpose in me. So, fam is God your Steering wheel or your spare tire.
This is Tris No H telling you to make God your steering wheel.
All is well.

Galatians 6: 9
“So let us not become tired of doing good; for it if we do not give up, the time will come when we will reap the harvest”.
After my divorce I was left with no car, no credit, little money and two kids that had so many commitments they needed their own schedule. I needed a car, so found one I could afford and purchased it for cash. I bought a 20-year-old Honda Civic.
I remember the day I bought it home crying because I was no long in the new model Cadillac, or even my Chevy convertible, no I was in a 20-year-old Honda rust ball. I tried to pretend that it really didn’t look bad and it did run great for the $600 bucks I paid for it, but it was just an old ball of rust.
I pulled up in the garage looking like the pizza delivery girl, and my son came running out smiling, and “Mom we got a car”.
Now my daughter “Queen of Sheba” was a bit different. She saw the car and burst into tears saying mom you can’t take me to school, in that. What are we gone do? She said what I had been thinking.
That night as I lay in my bed, I remembered something my granny had told me years ago. Pauline had told me that I needed to be happy and grateful for whatever the blessing. It was a test. Would I love and praise God from the driver’s seat of a giant ball of rust?
There are times in your life when you may be stripped, even for just a little while, from all your things…. The stuff you thought mattered, your sweet car, the big house, the fat bank account, leaving you with provision and love.
Will you still trust him?
How do you pass the test?
Simply continue to do good.
I told my son just what Pauline had told me, and the next morning he said. “mom we need to go to Walmart so we can get stuff to fix up our car so, God can know that we are grateful”.
So, we bought some imitation sheep skin seat covers, floor mats, and even a DVD player that fit perfectly on our dashboard. Then he and I shinned up the tires, waxed it and made sure it was always clean.
And you know what before long just like Pauline had told me, just like we read in the seed God replaced my Rust Ball with a sweet new convertible Firebird.

Philippians 4:19 KJV
Years ago, my truck broke down while I was on a trip driving my kids from Atlanta to Detroit for summer vacation. We were driving along, singing as we drove up I 75, happy that school was finally out, on our way to grandmas, when bam the car simply stopped. In God’s way He didn’t have allow the car to stop in the middle of the road, no we were at an exit, right at the top of a hill. Out of harm’s way we sat in the car as I tried to get it started and moving.
Finally, I realized it was the transmission, and I just sat there rather dazed because I knew that I was highly favored, and that God always has provision for me. After about 5 minutes my kids were began to worry, “asking what are we going to do now”. I closed my eyes and remembered the seed for today, Philippians 4:19 “My God shall supply all of your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus”
I smiled at the kids and said, “Watch God”. As if on cue a car slowed past us, and the guy saw we were stalled and turned around. He was dressed in a suit and tie and was smiling, and I felt peace as he approached the passenger side of the truck. I told him that it was my transmission, and that we were miles from home. He smiled and said no worries, my brother in law owns a tow truck. He promptly called his brother who came right away to help. He accessed the damage and said yes it is the transmission, as he began putting the truck on the wrecker. Before I could say another word, he exclaimed don’t my brother owns a transmission repair shop is a Christian man. God always has you covered.
“But when you give, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. So that your deeds of charity may be in secret; and your Father Who sees in secret will reward you openly.” Matthew 6:3-4
Whenever I have extra money my daughter and I like to play our version of pay it forward. We would go to a restaurant and just before it was time to pay our bill, she and I would look at the other tables dinning and decide who’s bill we were going to snatch.
We snatch the bills and pay theirs along with our own. The trick was to pay the bill and leave without their knowledge. To accomplish this we whisper to their waitress and very quietly ask such and such tables bill. Oh the looks we get from the wait staff. We are always sure to tell the waitresses not to say who paid the bill.
Then my daughter and I would walk past their table on our way out the door and smile and say have a blessed day. We would then quickly get in our car and try and peak to see the reaction when the waitress says your bill has been paid. Pie and I would just crack up laughing all the way out the parking lot, imagining their he conversation when they discovered someone else, a stranger had paid for their meal.
Kind of like Christ did for us, when He paid our bill. Everything we ever did, or didn’t do, was paid for on the cross. All we have to do was accept the gift. I challenge you this weekend, pay something forward. Do it in secret, so that the person does not know that it was you, who blessed them. Remember love is a verb. How can you bless someone without their knowledge?
Colossians 3:12-14 MSG Every morning after my son has his coffee he does the same thing. He goes to the front door steps out on the porch just to feel the weather. We live in Michigan where the weather is always subject to change.
He does this every morning so that he can know what to wear for the day. Then he goes and gets dressed. He can't decide what to wear until he feels the weather.
God has already picked out the thngs He wants us to wear.
Whatever you put on today, be sure you Wear Love.
Isaiah 66: 7-9 ERV
In life we often think that when stuff is hard that we should quit. That maybe God doesn't want that for us, since it is so hard. I submit that God is pleased when you prosper, and that the pain is a part of the change. It means that what you strive for will take effort. It means that without effort you will not fully appreciate the new thing in you, the change. So, don't give up just because it is hard, or painful. Know that if you have put God first in your life and what you are doing is good, then hold on during the pain because the change is coming.
All is Well
You have been given everything you need to live a life that is pleasing to God. So if you have everything that means you have the ability to do anyting. So what the heck are you doing with what God has placed in you?
Every change that you want to make in your life requires love. God is love, and it is His purpose that prompts you to change. You are a three part being, you are a spirit, that has a soul and you life in a body. Most of your life you will be fighting to get your body to come into agreement with your spirit and soul.
Your addictions, sins, selfish ways are only your body wanting to have its own way. So when you start to focus your life on God, your body loses the control of you. Your spirit which communes with the spirit of God in you can then direct you to the path He needs you to walk.
Don't ignore God. Let Him direct your three part self to the purpose that has been established for you from before you were ever born. He placed in you purpose, direction and everything thing else you need. Trust God, don't ignore HIm.

Romans 8:5-8 MSG
As a believer we are constantly under the attack of non-believers, fools. They want us to question what we believe, which is just another trick to cause unbelief and ultimately steal your faith.
Remember your faith is the substance of what you are praying to manifest. No faith no manifestation.
In this world a fool is quick to tell you that there is no God. Do not even listen or argue with such stupidity. Fools talk just to hear the sound of their own voices, they don’t really care if they have nothing to say or not.
Get up and walk away. You have no time for fools and their purpose is simply that to waste their time. Fools will have you think that the Word is not real. Fools will try and use science to measure the maker of the universe with their calculations and such. Fools will make sure that any talk of faith is quickly shut down with examples from their own life’s.
They have not bothered to learn that the Word is for believers. It does not work for non-believers, so of course the story from a fool will always end in disappointment. Fools are wasters. They waste their potential blessings of God with their inability to believe. They waste your time with unproductive nonsense. They will waste your very life if you allow them to control your thinking.
Surround yourself with believers, those who constantly seek wisdom. People who marinate on the Word, those seeking wisdom and knowledge. This is the way to success. Remember there are fools everywhere, one might be sitting in a chair near you. Pray for them and walk away.

Matthew 17:20 GNB Romans 10:17 KJV
God wants your life to be filled with love. A life of love is one of peace even in the middle of a storm. Continuously allowing love to be your posture. No matter what the situation you fall back to the posture of love, before you react.
In the Old Testament we read about how you could not simply approach God. You had to be a priest and go behind a veil. Even Moses had to wear a veil that covered his whole face when he met with God on the mountain. If you and I wanted to talk to God, we had to petition the priest with livestock and birds. Maybe you wanted to cry to God about a situation, but you first needed to atone for your sins. Maybe 5 birds for telling all the lies, and another 3 goats for looking at your neighbor’s wife in lust. Lol. You could not just go to talk to God. Aren’t you so pleased that we can now go to God face-to-face?
We can talk to Him, at all times and in all places without fear of not having the exact change in livestock. I count that as part of the Good News made available from Jesus.

Do you know that God loves so much, and wants you to live a life that is blessed? In the blessing He made sure to tell you all the different ways He will flow blessings to you and your family so long as you obey His law.
Remember we are under grace where Jesus gave you just two little laws to follow: 1. Love your God with all your heart, mind, and strength 2. Love your neighbor as you love yourself
"on these two laws hang all of the laws".
If you were to go back and look at all of the commandments, and there were a whole lot more than 10, you could place each law under either number 1 or 2 of the two commands given to you by Christ.
It is also important to remember that being blessed does not mean that you won’t be attacked. It means that even under attack God will give you victory. You win every time. So, stay in a posture of love. Love is a verb. Just verb!

Did you know that your mouth is one of the most powerful weapons that you possess? You can literally bless and curse out of the same mouth. You cannot just recklessly say things because heaven is listening for your instructions. Say good things...even when bad things are happening. Try to control opening your mouth with the wrong response. Remember you have free will.
All to often we put ourselves in a the place of judgement. Weighing the decision and actions of others, as if everything that we do is flawless. What we fail to understand is that God knows everything and most times uses our mistakes to teach and grow us in the direct that He needs. So who am I judging you? You do not know what God is growing in the person sitting next to you, or how He plans use mistakes to get that person faster to the place of all is well. By the way we all fall short, and you can use a little improvement in your own lane. Don't judge just love, even if you have to do it from afar. Tris No H

When I first read the verses for this episode I remembered reading it to my son many years ago. I read it to him in many translations but it wasn't until I substituted the word "She" for temptation that he fully understood the meaning behind the words.

God is our source for everything, but all too often we forget. We think it is our intelligence, our degrees, our doing that makes things happen in this life. Yes we have a major part, but it is God who ultimately deserves all the honor and glory. Keep the blessings flowing in your life. Give God the Glory.

God has blessed all with different talents and gifts. It is totally up to us that we use them. They are your superpower giving you the ability to do things that no other person can do quite like you. But what happens when we don't use our talents?
Just like when we are down to that last roll of toilet paper, and we waste it, the consequences can be pretty ugly. Use your talents, your gifts they are blessings from God.

Every verse of the Bible is actually a seed that you can use to grow the things you need for your life. Today on The 2 Minute Word we are planting the seed of success. If you plant the seeds in your heart, water them with faith and allow the sunshine of belief to grow them you will harvest success.

Look the bottom line is this, you cannot be blessing to others if you are in a constant state of lack, that is not God's way. He wants you overflowing with blessings. Get up and claim that everyday. It will change your life.

You never know who God will place in your path, so be ready. As I walked up the street on my girls trip in New York, I walked by this cute little old lady carrying her bags. I slowed my pace and walked along with her chatting not because she was a world famous actress, or a woman that had met presidents and kings around the world. I walked with her just because she was this cute little old lady that reminded me of my granny as she carried her groceries up the street. When she finally let on who she was, I realized it was another blessing from God, and I realized the importance of being kind to strangers.
Hebrews 13:2 KJV
Do you realize that you doing good to those who aren't good to you is like pouring hot coals on their heads? You want to get back at your enemy? You want to to really even the score with someone? Then be good to them. Pray for them. Pour out kindness to those who are unkind to you. Remember revenge belongs to God. We just continue on our path of love and God will fix all the rest. Do good.

In this episode of The 2-Minute Word we talk about our responsibility as Christians, to spread the Word as far as we each can. We cannot expect people to simply "get it" for themselves. No in the Word Jesus tells us to teach people about Him. It is up to each of us to help others understand. Now that does not mean that we beat people over the head with the bible, but we help them o understand by the way we lead our lives.

Today is the 21st episode of this podcast. It is an extra blessing to me because this is an act of love for my unborn seeds. My great grandchildren will hear my voice and more importantly hear me tell them that God loves them!
Our seed for today is all about the act of love. Love is not what you say, but its the things you do. You should show love everyday, not just to the people who know you but to as many strangers as possible. If you want love in your life, then you need to be sure and give love to as many people as possible. Love is a verb.

The word for today is Faith.
Everyday we see so much going on around us. We pray for this and we pray for that. But in between the prayers we hold on to our faith. We cannot be fixed on what it looks like, that shadow of death may be hoovering but it can't touch you. We walk by faith, holding on to our hope, trusting God. Remember everything you see around you right now is subject to change. Walk in the faith of what your hope. All is well.

Today on the 2-Minute Word we think about Praying for Your Enemy.
Your enemies the people who choose not to like you are really your opportunity to practice prayer. Pray for them, they need obviously need it. The guy that curses you out for no reason, the woman that talks about you behind your back, your ex who just gets on your last nerve. Pray for them. Now that is love.

Today on The 2 Minute Word we talk about our focus. How when we focus on the wrong things it causes our life to go in the wrong direction. When we focus on good things...well you get it. So it is important that we focus on what is good, but your mind wants to gravitate to worry. You can control your mind. You don't have to allow your mind to take you on a buggy ride. Stop the negative thoughts with these words: "Thank you Father that I not focus on anything that will hurt me".

In our microwave world we expect everything to happen instantly, including God's changes in our life's. It doesn't work that way. We must learn to patiently walk through the valley, continuing to do what He has told us, until He tells us to do something different. I constantly wrestle with what God told me to do, and what the world would do. I continue to tell myself to be still and know God. He is never late. So family I want you to make it your business to start moving at the speed of God. Peace

We learn something necessary for our future assignments in every job we are given. So pay attention work hard, and do your best no matter the job, remember you ultimately are working for the Lord.

As a child of God we are called to be people of integrity and excellence. We cannot just say random things that we think someone else wants to hear. There has to be a difference between you and the rest of the world. They should be able to know who you are by the way you carry yourself and how you handle situations. Remember to let your "No" mean NO and let your "Yes" mean Yes. By the way you do not have to give anyone a reason for your "No".... that is, once you become an adult.
Did you know that when you accepted Jesus as Lord over your life, that it was an all inclusive package? The package included your ticket to heaven but it also included abundant life. Abundant life includes happiness for you, right here on earth. By listening to the Word and planting good seed in your heart you get to live a life that is abundantly full to the brim til it overflows. Please note that an abundant life does not mean you will not have bad days, or misfortune or that sometimes you may make the wrong decisions, go the wrong way. Some days the road will be just a bit harder than the one from the day before. But your abundant life is grounded in that fact when trouble comes you are not alone, and you know what to do. God is with you and you can trust Him to walk you through to the conclusion of "All is Well". Therefore true happiness comes from knowing God.
When you accepted Christ you accepted Power. Power that lives on the inside of you. Power to cause change. Power to build, dream, grow all of the things that will bless not only your life but the life's of those around you. You have the Power. God is allowing you to use His Power to bring about His purpose. So what are you doing with it?Use your power!

1 John 5:14-15 AMP, James 4:3 GNB This is Tris No H with “The 2 Minute Word”. The Word for today is Prayer. Our prayer life is an ongoing conversation with God. We pray in thanks for the ways He makes a way out of no way, we pray for wisdom and understanding, and I pray for my family, village, church and even my enemies. I know that God hears me when I pray, but I also know that my intentions for my prayer must be in accordance with God’s Will. He wants our lives to end with all is well and family, so do you!
Psalms 55:22 and Psalms 50:15 The Word for today is Trust.
Once you truly believe that God loves you, that God is for you, that God is pleased when you prosper you must then learn to Trust Him. Tartar sauce may be flying all around you, but know that God knows who to make crooked places straight. You have to trust Him to make a way out of no way. Afterall He is God, maker of the universe and He can do all things. Sort out in your mind the things that only God can do, and then take those things to Him in prayer, then leave it there. God can do anything, He is your source. When you worry about things being too hard for God, I want you to picture yourself throwing a freebies, and think of God flinging worlds into existence in the same motion. Trust God. This is Tris No H reminding you that All is Well. Peace
Mark 6:5, Mark 11:24
The Word for today is Believe. The word believe appears in the Bible more than 150 times depending on the translation you view. The bottomline is this if you choose not to believe then the words on the pages are nothing more than words. But if you choose to believe then they are seeds that can grow the things you need in your life. It amazes me the number of people who sit in church week after week and yet they really don't believe. When you truly believe and open your eyes you will see with your own eyes God moving and doing things in your life. You will see that only God could have made that way out of no way. Only a fool claims there is no God, that's because he hasn't taken the time to ask about it God first. Lol
Isaiah 54: 17
Do you know that the enemy has a daily map drawn up on how to destroy you? Everyday when you open your eyes the enemy tries to bombard your mind with fear. The objective is to get you focused in the wrong direction.

Your life is a moive that has certain scenes in it set to occur in perfect timing. Please stay til the end of your movie. God is never late and His timing to bring His will for your life is on automatic timing.
In this episode we are reading one of the many songs written by David, while he was on the run from King Saul , before he became King. It is Psalms 27.
After we have a special exert from an interview with Rock and Katina, where we are talking about being mad or upset with God. We are looking at how that happened and what how she got past it. There may be many people who don't understand the purpose in change and how God may use painful events to bring necessary differences in ones life.
Listening and sharing this story may help someone else going through the painful changes to relate and find their way back to an intimate relationship with God.
