Today I interview Tim Thackrey.
Tim is the owner of the Juice Athlete Compound where he coaches Olympians & professional athletes all over the world including many in the sport of fitness.
He was on the US National team 7 times for TaeKwonDo and won Bronze for the US at Worlds in 2003, as well as Gold at the Pan Am Games that same year.
Tim is Hayley’s coach and has been for years now. I wanted to get his take on all of the recent announcements regarding the CrossFit Games changes.
