Created as part of the DESIMAX project (http://www.desimax.ac.uk), exploring demand-side management energy technologies, Nottingham University's Horizon Institute have created a series of short films using a 'Contravision' approach - with a 'dark' and 'light' version of each story. These films will be used in focus group research, to explore possible interplays between such technologies and daily practices and social ordering in the home. The videos may also be viewed on the Horizon energy blog: http://horizonenergy.blogspot.com
