A plot by enemies was set to destroy him, and he was cast into a den of lions, but God rescued him, prompting King Darius of the Medes to praise the living God of Daniel.Pastor Matt reflects on the life of Daniel and reminds us of the importance of building the habit of prayer and reading God's Word so that we can respond well, stand firm in our convictions, and remain confident in God even in times of crisis.

We'll explore the first chapter of Daniel, learning how culture tries to shape beliefs, values, and practices, and understanding how to remain grounded in our identity in God amidst cultural shifts.
In wrapping up the series, Pastor Mitch Rose shared insights from Galatians 5:19-25 and John 15:1-5. He reminds us that the fruits of the flesh are always in conflict with the fruits of the Spirit and to feed the fruit of the Spirit, we have to remain to the source. In John 15:1-5, Jesus describes Himself as the true vine and us as the branches. To bear fruit, we must stay connected to Him where we will continue to experience pruning for greater fruitfulness. This pruning is God’s way of helping us grow, not a punishment.
A grace-filled life is a Spirit-filled life.In week three of our series, Pastor Mitch Rose guides us in understanding the Holy Spirit through Galatians 5:16-18.To live a grace-filled life, we must understand how the Holy Spirit operates. Though He is unseen, He is powerful and often moves in unpredictable ways. Recognizing these qualities, we can better understand His guidance and influence in our everyday experiences.
Grace without truth is meaningless but truth without grace is downright mean.
