I’ve come to understand that there’s a difference between studying the scriptures and studying the scriptures with LIGHT💡 . One of them is just an activity. This is because the Bible is such a weighty book, and I can’t truly understand it without the input of the writer himself. And guess what, He responds in Light💥! Suddenly it all makes sense. Over the past few weeks, papa has been teaching me to be thankful. Both for the huge and seemingly “basic” things. I have also learnt to say thank you genuinely. Papa says thanksgiving should not be dependent on my feelings. It truly is a decision. And of course it’ll never be by power or might , but by the spirit of the lord. Thanksgiving is sponsored by the Holy Spirit. - “ “In the same way the Spirit [comes to us and] helps us in our weakness. We do not know what prayer(also thanksgiving) to offer or how to offer it as we should, but the Spirit Himself [knows our need and at the right time] intercedes on our behalf with sighs and groanings too deep for words.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:26‬ ‭AMP. The dimension of Abba I first came in contact with in my journey with him was his dimension of love. I mean it’s simple math, He is love himself and it only makes sense that he introduced that to me first. But frail me had trust issues. I didn’t understand why someone could remain constantly in love with me regardless. And the part that killed me( yes I actually died 😂) is the part where he loved me before the foundations of the world. Talk about a love that takes risks!
