In this video, we’re talking honestly about the recent confession from Michael Tait (Newsboys/DC Talk) involving addiction, unwanted advances, and a double life. As Christians, moments like this are heartbreaking—but also clarifying.

💔 How should Christians respond when a leader falls?

💔 How do we balance grace and truth?

💔 What does real repentance actually look like?

We’ll walk through:

✅ Naming sin without minimizing it

✅ Standing with victims and survivors

✅ Praying for true repentance and restoration

✅ Examining our own hearts as followers of Jesus The church must be a place of both compassion and accountability.

This isn’t just about one famous person—it’s about the kind of community Christ calls us to be.

👉 If you or someone you know has been affected by spiritual abuse or misconduct, please reach out to trusted pastors, counselors, or ministries that provide support and care. Healing is possible. You are not alone.

In this video, Will Hess breaks down the recent Jubilee episode featuring Jordan Peterson vs. 20 atheists — and explains why Christians should not confuse Peterson’s Jungian philosophy with biblical Christianity. Peterson speaks powerfully about meaning, morality, and myth... but is he preaching the Gospel?

Or have many believers been intellectually flattered into embracing psychology over theology? 📖 We’ll explore: What Jordan Peterson actually believes about God How Carl Jung shaped his worldview Why “acting as if God exists” isn’t the same as saving faith The difference between Jesus as an archetype vs. Jesus as Lord The real danger of confusing Christian symbolism with Christian salvation 👉 Don’t settle for metaphor when you have the Messiah.

In this powerful message from our Rethinking Religion series, Will Hess takes us deep into the heart of Paul's letter to the Galatians—a bold confrontation with the dangers of fundamentalism, legalism, and religious performance.

Through clear, biblical teaching and personal insight, Will exposes how poor religious practices can distort the gospel and weigh down believers with shame, fear, and obligation. But the message doesn’t stop there.

This sermon shifts gears into the liberating truth of the resurrection and the arrival of the New Creation. What does it actually mean to be a Christian? What does true loyalty to Christ look like beyond rules, checklists, or cultural Christianity? If you’ve ever felt disillusioned by religion or burdened by trying to “earn” your place with God, this sermon offers hope, clarity, and the freedom found in the risen Jesus. 📖

Scripture Focus: Galatians | Theme: Grace Over Law, Resurrection Life, and True Discipleship

Two names are dominating the headlines: Karmelo Anthony and Shiloh Hendrix. One is accused of stabbing a fellow teen. The other was caught on video using a racial slur. Both have sparked viral outrage—but is our culture learning, or just unraveling? In this video, we explore these events through a Christian lens—looking beyond race, revenge, and rage to uncover the real issue: the loss of human dignity rooted in the image of God. We’ll show how modern tribalism, selective outrage, and media-driven division are tearing apart our families, confusing our kids, and distracting us from the only solution that brings real justice: the gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Southern Baptist Reformed establishment is clutching its theological pearls again—this time over Matthew Bates and his provocative work Salvation by Allegiance Alone. Al Mohler, Thomas Schreiner, and other SBC scholars are not having it. Why? Because Bates challenges the sacred cow of their Calvinistic system, daring to suggest that "faith" might actually involve something more than passive intellectual assent. In this video, we break down their most absurd objections—ranging from semantic gymnastics to straw man arguments—and show why Bates' proposal isn’t just biblical, it's necessary.

We’ll explore: Why the word "pistis" can’t be reduced to mental agreement How Calvinist categories often force Scripture into a philosophical grid Why "allegiance" offers a richer, more robust vision of saving faith And why the SBC gatekeepers feel so threatened by this If you’re tired of theological ivory towers and want to dig into a gospel that demands real, embodied loyalty to King Jesus, this one’s for you. 👑 Jesus is Lord. Not just Savior. Not just System. 📖 Subscribe for more bold theology, biblical clarity, and cultural critique.

For years, Chris Date and the Rethinking Hell ministry have pushed for "kindness, unity, and respectful dialogue" within the church. But behind the polished branding and calls for civility lies a different story. In this video, we pull back the curtain on the real behavior coming from the frontman of Rethinking Hell. From calling arguments "stupid," to accusing fellow believers of slander, blocking anyone who dares to disagree, and even shouting on camera — the contrast between message and method is too loud to ignore. This isn’t about theology. This is about integrity. 👀 WATCH to see the evidence. 🗣️ SHARE if you've seen this behavior too. ✝️ It’s time to hold leaders to the same standards they preach.

The Hodge Twins, self-proclaimed Christian conservatives, recently invited OF star Lily Phillips onto their podcast to flaunt her vulgar work, exposing their audience to the glorification of porn. Worse, they used the platform to slander the church, accusing all pastors and evangelicals of sexual immorality. This isn’t just a betrayal of their faith—it’s a sign conservatives are losing their way. In this video, we call out this reckless behavior and urge Christians to stop standing silent. When we tolerate this, we open the door to false teachers and grifters. It’s time to denounce this nonsense and reclaim the integrity of our values. Watch now and join the conversation.

TCS #TheChurchSplit Once, Capturing Christianity was a thriving YouTube channel dedicated to exploring the intellectual side of Christianity. Cameron Bertuzzi built a platform that welcomed deep conversations between Protestants, Catholics, and skeptics alike. His ecumenical approach exposed many to the richness of Christian thought, making his channel a go-to resource for those wrestling with faith and philosophy. However, after his conversion to Roman Catholicism, things took a drastic turn. Instead of continuing in the spirit of bridge-building, Cameron has increasingly focused on attacking Protestantism—the very tradition that built his audience and supported his work for years. As a result, many of his longtime followers feel alienated, leading to a decline in support and engagement. This is a cautionary tale: no matter how big you get, never forget those who helped you rise. Integrity matters, and when your message shifts from unity to division, even the strongest platforms can crumble. What do you think about Cameron’s journey? Let’s discuss in the comments.

After releasing my initial video regarding the Dr. Michael Brown scenario - many people reached out to me showing me more data that tells a fuller story regarding a lot of people's questions. Kris reached out and offered to help clear the air on some of these issues since he was directly involved in bringing some of these things originally to light. I understand there's a fine line between discussing public issues publicly, gossip, and exposing truth. Kris and I both try to walk that tightrope. Many thanks to Kris for his courage to step forward in this situation.

We go through numerous Bible references as we examine if a believer can forfeit their faith. We will review common objections from both sides. Even though there is disagreement in the body of believers on this doctrine, the end result for the believer is the same regardless of which side you fall under: Focus on your faith, cling to Jesus, submit to God's Word, produce good works from your faith, and give the gospel to to unbelievers.

What could have been a cordial exit of friends, mixed messages were given, confusion ensued, accusations levied, and people were hurt. We took time to create this, as we wanted to show our heart and the truth. The Church Split did not nor does not desire to separate from the RFPN and there were tactics employed to make it look as though we did. Our mission has always been to unite the divided body and we feel compelled, being so closely associated with a public separation, that an episode was needed. Will joins Braxton Hunter on the Trinity Radio broadcast to discuss an article by Rebekah Drumsta. The article is titled "Christian Apologetics is Not the Solution to Faith Deconstruction". This is an incredibly important topic as it gets at the heart of why Christians do apologetics (Its not to "apologize" and its not to "start fights"). Its especially important to Will as apologetics and the endless source of knowledge found in God and scripture were one of the things that kept Will in the faith as a teen. We see so many people lately "deconstructing" and the idea that apologetics doesn't work to help someone reconstruct or won't prevent deconstruction all the way to apostasy is something The Church Split is deeply passionate about pushing back on.

In part 2 of our rebuttal of IFB Pastor and Podcast host Nathan Rager, we continue to expose their hypocrisy around clothing, music, Bible verses, etc. At one point Luke on the podcasts recommends Duluth Trading company for a place to buy non-worldly clothing. We show several instances where that recommendation was completely laughable and Duluth encompasses most worldly things they are saying to avoid. We use sarcasm and humor to address their points, not to mock, but to expose the ridiculousness of these subjective standards to help unify the church.

We became aware of an IFB Pastor named Nathan Rager after he went on Twitter and started attacking the wives of the RFP podcast. After doing a little research, we found that Nathan has his own podcast which perfectly encompasses the problems we have with the legalism inside the Independent Fundamental Baptist Church. We rebut their first podcast episode which goes after clothing, contemporary Christian music, church logos, evangelicals, pulpit materials, dancing, etc. This is part 1 of a 2 part rebuttal of the Fundamental Thunder Podcast. We recommend watching this episode on YouTube as we use some visuals to expose their hypocrisy.

We examine how to understand "Personal Responsibility" from a Christian perspective and how to apply this understanding to your life, your marriage, and how to use that personal responsibility to change how you anticipate and react to the problems in life.  When you have a problem come up in life do you ask yourself "Can I solve this problem?" or do you ask yourself "How will I solve this problem?". This change in perspective allows us to use that responsibility God has given to control the things in life we can control.

She has a massive and ever growing YouTube channel that continues to show the illogical pro-abortion arguments. In this interview Will and Laura discuss her organization, the lack of church support for pro-life in Canada, lack of any pro-life laws in Canada, and how abortion is the modern day version of Child sacrifice.
