This is part 1 of my 3-week series on healthy relationships. We will finish the Aim Small, Miss Small conversation after this series (and after some work craziness subsides). Enjoy!

After an unintended hiatus, I'm excited to be back in action with a summer series on my book Bring It! This book came out in 2017 but has shaped so much of who I am and how I lead. It is 6 chapters and will give some solid conversations on where we draw our confidence from. If you're looking for a quick read, you can find the book on Amazon by simply searching my name. Or hit me up and I'll get you a copy. I'm excited to be back and will have a brand new episode every Monday. Thanks for tuning in!

One year ago today (3/31) was my Father-in-law's last day on earth. We of course did not know that at the time. Listen in as I pay tribute to this incredible person who left such a lasting legacy on so many people. He challenged me to be a better person by how he lived his life - he never had to use his words. I can't wait to see him again!
I felt it would be silly to pretend this global situation wasn't happening. I wanted to share some of my thoughts on how my family, friends and co-workers are doing the best we can to deal with it. No one on this planet has lived through such an occurrence, let's slow down and seek God through every twist and turn. He is not surprised by any of this! (**audio quality is a little jumpy, my apologies!)
Cameron Lienhart is the pastor of Conduit Ministries in Jamestown, NY - a young, missional church plant that is doing outreach right in its own city. Conduit is also the church I worked at before moving to Erie, PA so this is a great conversation contrasting a newer church and its approach to ministry with the culture of a church that has been around for many decades. This will certainly challenge you to consider your role as a server inside your church!
This is a great conversation with my good friend, Ellen Feldt. She is the Worship Director at Conduit Ministries in Jamestown, NY and has so much valuable insight regarding the big picture of worship. This conversation could have gone on for hours but somehow we kept it to 24 minutes. Enjoy!
Catch this great interview with my former youth pastor as I ask him about his new book "Small Church Big Deal!" Chris Vitarelli has been a pastor for over 20 years and has been on an amazing journey learning about what matters most in a life dedicated to ministry. Culture says one thing, but God says another. Enjoy!
Catch this conversation I had with my amazing wife about working to be more present in the day-to-day! In November of 2019 we had the opportunity to attend a conference with Ransomed Heart Ministries that challenged us to cut down on technology and be more present with our family. Here are some of the things we have learned and applied since then!
Hear Pastor Nichole Schreiber tell some of her story that landed her as Lead Pastor at Erie First Assembly! This is an amazing conversation that reminds us all how God honors time, obedience and faithfulness. Enjoy!
Join me in 2020 as I seek to have quality conversations with great people discussing all things life, ministry and Jesus!
