View this post on Instagram ?South Padre Island, TX The spring break destination of Texas! I was an interesting experience being there not on spring break but the soft sand beaches were wide open for us to enjoy. Jeff grew up going here on vacation when he was a wee boy so it was fun seeing South Padre through his eyes. #southpadreisland #texas #roadtrip #notsospringbreak #sand #sandeverywhere #beaches #beachbumlife #loveandbeaches #vanlife #vanlifeadventures #vanlifer #nomad #wander #vagabond #nature #love #kayake #bayvsbeach #sunburn #happyA post shared by Jeff and Kelli (@vanward.bound) on May 11, 2019 at 8:22am PDT
View this post on Instagram ?San Antonio, TX (part 1) We had to split up the pictures from San Antonio into two parts because it was so cool! But shhh let’s try and keep it a secret. Everything from the miles long river walk to the funky cool Pearl district, we loved this city to say the least. Thanks also to our couch surfing host, @dgrpat for making our time there even more enjoyable! #sanantonio #texas #roadtrip #keepsanantonioasecret #riverwalk #mission #alamo #history #ushistory #vanlife #vanlifers #vanlifemovement #wander #pearldistrict #pearlbrewery #missionsanjuanA post shared by Jeff and Kelli (@vanward.bound) on May 13, 2019 at 5:03pm PDT
View this post on Instagram ? San Antonio, TX (part 2) The Pearl District! This area of San Antonio was awesome to visit during the day but even more magical at night. The way it lit up at night was so amazing, hence all the night shots. This area used to be the location of the Pearl Brewery back during the prohibition and has since been transformed into this cool, hip area with awesome food, a trendy hotel and shopping. What is really interesting is that all the businesses have at least one old artifact from the original brewery. We just thought it was so cool! #pearldistrict #brewery #pearlbrewery #sanantonio #love #nightphotography #cured #hotelemma #culinaryinstitureofamerica #historic #prohibition #riverwalk #lighting #wander #pacepicante #architecutreA post shared by Jeff and Kelli (@vanward.bound) on May 13, 2019 at 5:29pm PDT

One of the many entrances to Big Bend National Park Chilling in the Rio Grande River next to the hot spring The Rio Grande separates Mexico and the United States.
