Dr. McGill is a professor emeritus, University of Waterloo, where he was a professor for 32 years. His laboratory and experimental research clinic investigated issues related to the causal mechanisms of back pain, how to rehabilitate back-pained people and enhance injury resilience and performance. This produced over 240 peer-reviewed scientific journal papers, many international awards, and has mentored over 40 graduate students during this scientific journey.

Krystle Zuniga, PhD, RD, is a registered dietitian in UT Health Austin’s Dermatology Clinic, UT Health Austin’s Endocrinology Clinic, UT Health Austin’s Infectious Disease Clinic, UT Health Austin’s Livestrong Cancer Institutes, UT Health Austin’s Primary Care Clinic, and UT Health Austin’s Rheumatology Clinic. She is also a part of UT Health Austin’s Integrated Behavioral Health care team, UT Health Austin’s Hereditary Cancer Screening and Risk Reduction care team, and UT Health Austin’s CaLM Care Team. She specializes in using evidence-based nutrition to develop individualized nutrition care plans that help patients meet their personal health goals, optimize clinical outcomes, and improve quality of life. Additionally, Dr. Zuniga is an assistant professor in the Dell Medical School Department of Oncology.

Dr. Zuniga earned her doctorate in nutritional sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she also completed a dietetic internship. She is a Level 2 Clinical Cancer Exercise Specialist.

Dr. Zuniga previously served as an Assistant Professor of Nutrition at Texas State University. Dr. Bill Campbell, Ph.D., FISSN, CSCS, is a Professor of Exercise Science and the Director of the Performance & Physique Enhancement Laboratory at the University of South Florida. His master’s and doctoral degrees were earned at Baylor University while serving as the Coordinator of the Exercise and Biochemical Nutrition Laboratory. He joined the faculty at USF in the Fall of 2007.

As a researcher and author, Dr. Campbell has published more than 150 scientific papers and abstracts (in academic journals) related to sports nutrition and physique enhancement. In addition, he is a paid consultant to professional sport team organizations, sport entertainment corporations, and also is a litigation consultant and expert witness related to dietary supplementation. Dr. Campbell has published three books on sports nutrition, including the NSCA's Guide to Sport and Exercise Nutrition and Sports Nutrition: Enhancing Athletic Performance.

His research is focused on improving exercise performance and enhancing physique through the synergism of resistance exercise, nutrition, and dietary supplements. Dr. Campbell is a fellow of the International Society of Sports Nutrition where he also currently serves as the organization’s President.

Dr. Gordon Lithgow is Professor at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging. He sheds light on the mechanisms of aging by identifying agents that provide for more healthy, productive years of life and prevent age-related disease. He has discovered a range of factors that can lengthen life in the microscopic worm Caenorhabditis Elegans, and he applies these findings to studies in human cell cultures. Dr. Lithgow received his Ph.D. in Genetics from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. He completed postdoctoral training at the Institute for Behavioral Genetics at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Dr. Lithgow was a Senior Lecturer in Molecular Gerontology at the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Manchester in England before coming to the Buck Institute in 2001. He is the Principal Investigator and Director of the Buck Institute’s Interdisciplinary Research Consortium on Geroscience. He is also the Principal Investigator of the Larry L. Hillblom Network on the Chemical Biology of Aging and is the Coordinator of the Hillblom Center for the Biology of Aging Support Award.

James Krieger is the founder of Weightology. He has a Master's degree in Nutrition from the University of Florida and a second Master's degree in Exercise Science from Washington State University.

James is a published scientist, author, and speaker in the field of exercise and nutrition. He has published research in prestigious scientific journals, including the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition and the Journal of Applied Physiology. In his previous lay publication, Weightology Weekly, he wrote over 70 articles per year covering the latest science in a manner that was friendly and easy to understand. James is also the former science editor for Pure Power Magazine, and the former editor for Journal of Pure Power, both publications that delivered scientific, but lay-friendly, information on training and nutrition to athletes and coaches. Dr. Brad Dieter is a trained Exercise Physiologist, Molecular Biologist, and Biostatistician. He received his B.A. from Washington State University and a Masters of Science in Biomechanics at the University of Idaho, and completed his PhD at the University of Idaho. Danny Lennon is the founder of Sigma Nutrition and a respected educator in the field who has spoken at conferences and events all over Europe. Danny has a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences from University College Cork, during which time Danny completed his research thesis directly under the world-renowned vitamin D researcher Professor Kevin Cashman. Previous to this Danny also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Physics Education and spent a year teaching these subjects.

Additionally, Danny has worked as a nutrition practitioner with a wide variety of clients. He became well known for his role as a performance nutritionist to professional mixed martial artists & boxers. He oversees the Sigma Nutrition online coaching service, in which a number of excellent coaches work one-to-one with a wide array of clients.
