You're in for a logical, humorous, somewhat philosophical wisdom from a guy who is as clueless as most of you are. So grab your cup of tea and listen to this podcast.
In this episode, we are talking about the importance of reading and writing. I've been closely following Jordan Peterson, a well-known professor of psychology to learn from him. Reading his book as well as going through his videos made me question the way I am writing my articles and books. Writing requires critical thinking and reading difficult books is something everyone should aim for.
In this episode, we are discussing our expectations from us and society's expectations from us. Often it happens that people compromise their "desires" in order to fulfill the expectations of others. They stay in an unhappy place as long as others aren't pointing fingers towards their actions and that's really sad. As stoics say, others' views towards you aren't in your control so just leave it behind and focus on yourself for once.
Stoics always believed that asking difficult questions to yourself about your behavior is necessary. Constantly avoiding the truth is going to cost in the long run. Self analysis is really important if you want to be improve certain habits in your life leading to greater success.
Stoicism is an ancient philosophy that emerged from Greece and Rome around the 3rd century BC. In this episode, we are trying to understand how brilliant stoic minds like Seneca the Younger, Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus defined the life-changing habit formation tools. Tools that can help people stay calm and achieve great access along with less anxiety, pain, and anger.
