We are a Church in South Sacramento with a heart to see our community transformed by the power of the Gospel.
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking with us about how we have to accept certain life concepts by faith. We have to have Jesus in our marriage! We can't just have Jesus in our marriage on Sundays. God wants mankind to reflect the image of God, nothing does that more than a Godly marriage! God has to have our heart first, with Jesus in the center. Satan never attacked Adam until Eve, he saw the strike potentials. Satan hates when two people come together and Jesus is the center because they're unstoppable! Marriage should cause you to look more like God and act like God. The more we serve Jesus, the more we look like Him!
Pastor Sergio starts his new series talking to us about why a Godly marriage is much different than a traditional worldly marriage. When family is done right it fills your house with treasures, when it's done wrong it fills it with trauma and bitterness. Unless the Lord builds the house, our labor is in vain. You have a new culture if you follow Jesus! The institution of marriage is the most important institute created by God. We can't enforce Kingdom culture on the world's culture. The institution of marriage is more important than church culture, government, society and every financial institution. The secret of a successful marriage is not love! The reason God created marriage is to replicate His nature and image in the earth. The #1 reason for marriage for a Kingdom citizen is to serve God!
Pastor Tina continues this series talking to us about how we live a life of rhythm and change For everything in life there is a season. God appointed seasons for this time and sees seasons from eternity, from the beginning to the end. We can't move through time like God does. God works on His Kairos time, not the Chronos time we see. Knowing your season really matters. What season does God have you in? Do you allow circumstances to define your season? Seasons don't last forever they always have a beginning and an end. You have to ask yourself: What does God want us to experience in this season?
We are blessed with hearing powerful testimonies from some of our Elevate Life Church Serve Team as they pour out the reasons why they serve God!
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about why the throne of ourselves will never be fulfilling. As long as we're on the throne of our own heart and not the throne of God, we'll never get fulfillment! You have to give your heart to God in order to have a heart for God. Disobedience opens up the door to lack. We can't let excuses keep us from doing what God tells us to do. When we have a Biblical fear of God, we're submitting to His mission. We don't get to chance God's Word because of our past experiences.
Pastor Sergio begins this new series talking to us about how God's Word sets us up to have a heart for God. Sometimes the Word shows us how we actually look and pushes us in the direction to make us better. God is stronger than anything we will ever face! The power of God is released when He is first in our life! When something is the will of God, it doesn't mean it's always going to come true. If you want the will of God in your life, quit thinking it's just going to happen. When something other than God has your heart, you will never have peace!
Pastor Willard continues this series talking to us about how we have to locate where we are at in order for us to possess our promise. He talks to us about how even though we are walking into a season of promise, we still will have to face some battles. God brings us out of slavery to bring us in to our promise land but we have to obey God every step of the way. God has created us for a purpose to do good things! We have to obey God at His command. We have to understand who we are in Christ now and that we are in right standing with God. We have to make sure we don't have a sense of entitlement with God and that He owes us something. We have to protect out heart with gratitude to achieve this! We have to allow God to give us revelation and speak to us. Revelation will cause us to run toward God and carry His fire when He reveals Himself to us! How are you serving God on your own? God doesn't want us to just reach the promise land as individuals, He wants us to reach it with everyone in His Church! In order for us to possess our promise our comfort level must be challenged for us to be fruitful. If we're going through a battle, could it be that's where God wants us to be to go into our promise land? We have to recognize who is in front of us in our life so we can experience freedom in Him. Just Go with God and obey!
Pastor Sergio continues his series talking about how Jesus brought us out of slavery to bring us into our promise! Heaven is not the destination, it's the reward. If we just got saved and go to Heaven, what about the years we are here on the earth? Jesus didn't save us from sin and slavery to leave us in the wilderness! Life isn't just about getting our needs met. When we're not not fulfilled in Him, we turn into a complainer. We can't keep complaining or we'll miss our promise! Complaining takes the vision off of our promise. Comfort cannot fulfil us. There are things that have to happen before we can contend for our next promise. We have to progress from the food of bondage to the food of Revelation. When we get to Revelation, God opens up the windows of Heaven and provides clarity! When we feast on His Word we have to act on His word so we can activate it. Most of what God has us do isn't for us, it's for others.
Happy Easter! Pastor Sergio talks to us about how when we are living in a way that is contrary to God's Word, we are enemies of God. Thankfully, we have all been reconciled through Jesus! God's love is amazing, we can't qualify or earn it, He loves us even when we're doing things contrary to His Word! We can't doubt His Word. There were 7 types of people that showed up to hear Jesus teach in the Bible and doubted, are you one of these 7 types? We have to make sure we live under the Lordship of Jesus. To receive Jesus as our Lord, we have to submit to His Word! We have to be known by our fruits, not by our church attendance! If we're a follower of Jesus, we can tell by how we talk, how we live and where we go. We can't reduce Jesus to just our golden ticket to Heaven. We have to adjust our heart to know the real reason we serve Jesus, is to serve Jesus!
Pastor Sergio tells us about why we cannot remain ignorant in our walk, there are promises He paid for us on the Cross. The Lord brought us out of darkness to bring us into our promises! We've been saved because God has a purpose for our life. Jesus saved us on purpose for His purpose. We have to understand and learn about the unconditional and conditional promises God gives us in the Bible. We can't serve God with transactional thinking! Treating a conditional purpose as an unconditional purpose brings disappointment. We must contend and fight for the promises He has for us!
Pastor Jeremy Gonzalez from Bethel Church in Redding joins us and talks to us about how we have to be careful of the stories we tell ourselves! We are overcomers and conquerors, but we have to be careful of what we are telling ourselves we are in our identities. We cannot live in our past and continue to be stuck in our own fear! We can't continue to tell our story about identifying ourselves by our past traumas, failures and excuses. God wants us to live in the present and follow Him! We have to identify ourselves how He sees us, as His sons and daughters. We can't see ourselves as victims in hiding. We have to die to ourselves so we can live for the first time in our true identity in Christ!
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking with us about lessons learned from the church of Thyatira. The spirit of this text from Jesus is the Father trying to warn His children that if we don't repent and change our ways, this will happen. The Word is what we need! We cannot usurp authority in our lives. When there's lawlessness we will to to church without submission to God and live in immorality. God doesn't accept a mixture of a sinful lifestyle & grace! When we're on the throne of ourselves that's a problem. One reason we struggle in life is part of the judgements of the decisions we are making. We bring these things upon ourselves because of disobedience. We can come as we are into church, but Jesus won't let us let us stay as we are. All Jesus asks is that we serve Him with all our heart. We can't be adulterers with the world and serve him! We cannot have the blessing without the obedience.
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us all about lessons learned from the Church of Pergamum. This is the message from the Jesus with the sharp, two-edged sword. Sometimes we don't need validation, we need correction. Jesus has to give us correction because of consequences, but He doesn't correct to punish, he corrects in love! We can't fall into the teachings of Balaam that is about compromise, idolatry and immorality. A distorted idea of grace excuses sin. If God isn't Lord our of ALL, He isn't our Lord at all! Our blessings can go to somebody else if we don't accept correction and obedience. We cannot fall into deception and temptation and think we're still being obedient to the God! God doesn't ask us to do something that we cannot do without His help. We have to make sure God's standard is our standard!
Pastor Sergio continues his series talking to us about how when we don't have Revelation of who our King is we don't have the fear of God. We have to get to know Jesus to get the Revelation of who He is! We have to understand the Jesus in the book of Revelation isn't in a manger, He's the resurrected grown King on His throne! When we really know Jesus we have no problem with the price. Suffering is a part of serving Jesus. Really serving Jesus is going to cost us! If we're not willing to go through things for the cost of Christ, we have a knock off Jesus. Suffering doesn't mean we're not in God's will. Suffering and trials can make us rich in the Spirit! Suffering is a part of the Christian journey. The fear of God is respect to God! We have to know suffering doesn't come from God. God always brings life, the devil brings suffering, not God! On the other side of suffering is blessing. God isn't the author of what's causing us to suffer. He isn't interested in the act of suffering, He's interested in our heart!

Pastor Sergio begins this series talking to us about Jesus's Love Letters To The 7 Churches In Revelation. Jesus loves us so much he gives everything to us straight! In today's American Christianity, we put so much emphasis on what we believe, but God is watching our works. God will judge us by our works and not our beliefs! If Jesus were writing you a letter today, what would he say about your works? As much as He judges our works, he judges our hearts. We can have the works and standards for holiness, but still miss the mark! We can be busy for God, but still distant from God. We have to love Christ like we did in the beginning and have genuine love for Jesus! We have to serve Him from overflow, not obligation. Genuine love for Jesus is not something you have to force. Repentance keeps us in God's grace! Repentance means you change your ways and how you're living. If you don't repent, your impact will be shut down!
Pastor Sergio wraps up this series the importance of why we cannot hear the Word of God if we don't listen to the Word of God. If we don't listen, even what little understanding we have will be taken away from us. The window of repentance doesn't stay open for too long! When God looks at us, we're either from the house of Jesus or the house of Adam. When we fight our flesh, we fight the house of Adam and the choices he made. Jesus's solution for us being lukewarm is for us to 'buy His gold', which is going to cost us. Sacrifice will get out of lukewarmness!
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about The Virus Of Lukewarmness. Jesus is trying to separate us from what is right and what is wrong. If we're hot or cold, He can reach us, but when we're lukewarm He says we're unreachable. Jesus spoke in parables because even if He didn't, lukewarm people still wouldn't get it. There's a level with God we cannot reach when we're lukewarm! We have to become more than just church goers.

Pastor Sergio continues his series telling us about the 10 things that disqualify us from being a disciple. We have to be obedient to Him & His Word. We cannot possess these things in our hearts and our spirits if we want to bear fruit and be a disciple of Jesus. In order to separate ourselves from just being an ordinary church goer and elevate ourselves and others in following Jesus and being disciples we have to be obedient. Salvation costs us nothing, but discipleship will cost us everything!
Pastor Sergio begins his new series talking about the 5 G's of being a disciple of Jesus. In order to live out the promises God has for us we cannot remain on the same path that distracted us from Him. We can come as we are to Jesus, but we can't STAY as we were. We have to understand the power that repentance brings us in our relationship with Him! What did God save us from? We cannot be casual about our Christianity. We can't get to know God if all we do is come to church. A disciple looks to learn! We should be reaching people and making disciples with the Gospel and be a lighthouse to others!
Pastor Tina talks with us about how we cannot have spiritual growth without surrendering ourselves to the Holy Spirit. We have to surrender all our anxiety, anger and circumstances, no matter how traumatic. Change is fruitful from the Holy Spirit! Jesus knew His disciples didn't understand this. We have to give up self sufficiency and humble ourselves and rely on God. The opposite of surrendering is striving, God is asking us to give up this focus on ourselves. God wants us to have things and desires, but doesn't want them to have us. Your surrender is a posture towards God! God has planned our our life, why do we resist this? We cannot become detoured by our own desires.

Pastor Sergio wraps up his series giving us 10 reason why we should pray in other tongues. We have to pray in other tongues because God wants us to, it builds us up in our Spirit, it helps us pray God's perfect will, it helps us pray when we don't know what to pray, it disciplines the mind and soul, it brings rest and refreshment, it gives us direct communication with God, it helps us worship in the Spirit, it strengthens us against spiritual attacks and helps us give thanks well. God wants us to receive these gifts he offers us! Our spirit and flesh are always at war, we have to allow our spirit to take over so our mind and soul don't dominate.

Pastor Sergio continues talking to us about leading a life led by the Holy Spirit. We show evidence we're filled by the Holy Spirit when we pray in tongues and have faith to receive all the good things God has promised us. Have you received this yet? There are 4 manifestations of the gift of speaking in tongues; signs to the believer, tongues for interpretation, tongues for intercession and tongues for personal prayer. We build our Holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit!
Pastor Sergio continues this series telling why we should be more concerned about the beast within us than the 'mark of the beast'. The victory we need is in our spirit, not our soul or body. Being spirit led is putting God first! To be led by the Spirit, we must be born again, learn God's Word, crucify our flesh, submit to God's Word, be under authority and be filled with the Spirit. When you speak, Heaven moves!

Pastor Kirk Newallo from The Apostles Ministries in Chaguanas, Trinidad brings a powerful Word from God about how we can bring power to what we are believing for by declaring it with our words. God brought change by the Words He spoke! God wants us to prosper because when we are prosperous we're fulfilling all that God wants us to do at the highest level. Our words are invisible but they're potent! As believers, God uses us to reform the world like He did for Adam. We create our world by our words! Nothing happens in the Kingdom of God without declarations. We have to declare what God says over our situations. Don't talk about it, talk TO it! The vehicle that brings Heaven to the earth is our words. The dreams, visions and purposes upon our lives begin with us declaring them.
Pastor Sergio continues this powerful series talking to us about how we can look like a Christian but not be a Christian. Some of us are Christians until the world pulls us out with certain relationships. We can pray all you want to, but until you get your life in alignment with His Word there won't be a changed life. We can't let our feelings lead our life! Feelings will begin to take us down the wrong roads in life. A person in their feelings is always looking for some sort of validation. Sometimes we don't need validation, we need correction! We have to let our Spirit lead us! If we're a Spirit led person, we read God's Word and do what it says. Everything is waiting for us to live our of the right part of us. If we live in through our Soul or Body realms, we'll miss the promotions God wants to give us!
Pastor Sergio continues his series talking to us about how revelation frees our spirits. Once we get revelation, we can never be talked out of it. A spiritual person is a person who lives and speaks according to God's Word. We have the enemy's playbook already. We have to live our of our spirits so we always combat everything the enemy distracts us with His Spirit. We cannot have a relationship with God without sacrifice. How many times has satan tested your identity? We can't work our way into being a son of God, it's not a works thing, it's a faith thing. We have to continue to feed our spirit with God's Word and time spent with Him! The power of being a Christian is Jesus comes from the unseen realm and changes our circumstances!

Pastor Sergio continues his series telling us why spirituality without boundaries(the Word of God)creates swampland. The Word makes is spirit, soul and body. It's our spirit that allows us to relate to God and access heaven and the spirit realm. A healthy soul is attractive. We cannot afford not to work on ourself. The body needs to be disciplined. Revelation frees us and our spirit. Prayer gives the spirit revelation. Information transforms our thinking. The flesh must be disciplined(crucified). The only way to build a spiritual life and a prayer life is through discipline. If our emotions are king, we'll be stuck in our soul. Everything in the spirit(Word)is established by facts. Everything that's established in the Spirit was established on the Cross! The way we access the Spirit is through our spirit.

Pastor Willard talks to us about how God is restoring the pattern of raising up the next generation. We have to be ready to carry the baton to raise up this next generation greater. God is not a respecter of persons. God doesn't put us in position to fail. The baton we carry as believers is His Word! We have to be under somebody because when we can't hear God, they can. God can still make leaders out of us when we make mistakes. Do you want to be the one who carries the baton? When you carry the baton everything is different. We might be serving God and still not know Him. God doesn't begin to reveal His process until we show faithfulness. Humility and willingness to learn opened the door to revelation in Samuel's life. Sometimes we can be in God's will and it can be boring and repetitive, that's just God showing us how to be faithful. Patience is part of preparation! If we want the power of God to change people, we have to be in the shadows. There's a promise that when you are a witness, you bear fruit. Because Esther was in Mordecai's shadow, she was in a position to save her people!

Pastor Sergio continues his this series talking to us about how God is going to lead us through those who have authority in our life. He starts by letting us know about why we need a Pastor. Without a Pastor, we'll get disaster! The way we learn to hear the voice of God through our leaders. It takes maturity to submit to our leaders, but if we trust God during this it will bear fruit. In every situation, find out who the authority is and submit to them. Wherever authority is, you will find God. The world can think what they want, but the sons of God do not. The language of slaves is complaining. When your authority tells us something contrary to God's Word, we don't have to submit to that, but we disagree respectfully. We're never going to be led by the Spirit unless we love authority!

Pastor Sergio continues this series telling us how the Spirit of God leads us through His voice! If we're Christians, the world should know it. We have to take inventory and see if we have a hardened heart. Obedience to the scriptures grows us up! Until we can read the Bible and start doing what we read, we'll always have a stony heart. How long it takes to get a new heart is up to us! God puts His Spirit in us so we can follow His lead. We can't keep leading our lives ourselves. If we're in control, we'll limit ourselves! Just receiving Jesus is not enough, it' the voice of His Spirit that has to awaken within us. The Spirit of God is trying to make us more like Jesus! Every relationship hurts, every person we love hurts us. Sometimes we have to let the Spirit of God lead us to the wilderness in order to become more like Jesus. If the Spirit of God is going to lead us, we have to let Him! The Spirit of God sometimes leads us to places we're not going to like and are uncomfortable. What mature people do is work it out and forgive!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about why those that are led by the Spirit of God are mature sons and daughters of God. It's not good to stay a baby Christian that doesn't know how to be led by the Spirit of God. Until we are mature, we can't experience the inheritance God has for us. We have to be where God wants us to be. We can't believe our own lies. The Word corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right, preparing and equipping us to do right! We are not led by our feelings, we are led by the Spirit! The Word has to be the primary value in our life. Life in the Spirit is not an ocean, it's a river with banks! The Word of God is a boundary for our spirits. We can't win in life when we're out of bounds. Our believe has to match our walks. God will never contradict His Word!
Pastor Sergio begins this new series talking to us about how we can be led by the Spirit of God. We have to be in a relationship with Jesus, He is our King. We have to listen, obey, trust and let Him lead us. God wants to lead out life by the Spirit! You don't have to do what your sinful urges and nature wants you to do. Your sinful nature tries to get you to do things that aren't good for us. We can't listen to what our flesh tells us to do, like gossip, be angry, lustful, etc. The sinful nature will lead us to death and kill our relationships! We have to learn how to be led by the Spirit of God because it's a sign that we're a mature son or daughter of God. God can trust us with our inheritance when we grow up in our relationship with Him. If we aren't submitted to His Word, He's not our Lord. Never consult natural circumstances! If we're Christians, we need to let Him lead us. We have to let Him lead us through His Word and His Spirit! Being led by the Spirit promises us that we will be led out of our sinful bondage. If we're living in a sinful and selfish life, it disqualifies us from our inheritance in the Kingdom of God. The more God leads us, the less we worry!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how God gives us signs in our roads to guide us to things and away from things. We can't ignore the signs on our road! Pride will call us to judge everyone else's sin, but not our own. There are also things in our lives that we don't need signs for. Sin is a ladder we must climb. We can't let ourselves off the hook with our own sin. When we sin, it's decisions we make, but God is warning us along the way. Sin is not just a hole that we fall into. We are warning signs for others, we can't be concerned or distracted by our own fear or how we're looked at. We can't ask others or our Pastors what we're supposed to do. We also can't speak down to others when we're trying to speak life into them. When God wants to do something, He reveals Himself through His Word and signs, not in mysteries. God corrects us in secret with Him, with a look and tells us things we shouldn't be doing. God wants us to see His Word and repent! God's way to instruct or correct us is to do it with the eyes, pride will cause us to be instructed by external forces. We have to be corrected by God and not by these external forces. We have to learn to trust God. If we have to hide something, it's not God!

Pastor Troy Marshall tells us about how God's intent for creating us was to live through us and show people His will. Everything He has, we have! we have His Spirit without measure or limitation. The Fullness of God and His presence is who He is. We can't get soullessly addicted to just His character. We can't enter into His presence with worship, we enter it with praise! We can't hide in our worship. God has four main Ark-a -types: King, Lover, Warrior and Problem Solver. We can't be addicted to just one! We have to love the prudence and wisdom of God just like we love His presence! God wants to add more dimensions to us so we can manifest more at different levels. When we are in an identity crisis, it only matters what God says we are. Who does God say you are? what is God currently speaking to you about? We have to ask Him this. We have to pray for The Fullness of God!
Our special guest Pastor Troy Marshall talks to us about how we have to understand the Kingdom of we're going to manifest in our lives. The Kingdom is not something we can afford not to have a full understanding of. We can be faithful, but also not fruitful in our lives. The problem is we live in a Kingdom, but with a democratic mindset and don't understand authority. We have to have a prayer system to create momentum. Jesus gave us the system of His prayer in the Lord's prayer. Jesus told us to pray to bring more of the Kingdom into our life. The authority that God gives us is to bring order. Our authority comes from the Kingdom of Heaven. We can't function at our highest level when there is no order! When there is no authority, there is no order. When things are out of order, there is chaos. When there is order in our life, we aren't stoppable by natural means. Our goal is to bring order into chaos. The devil has no authority in our life! We have no hope of righteousness until we have the Kingdom. We have to take stock of the control in our life!
Pastor Sergio wraps up this series telling us how the people of God are the 2nd stumbling block. We are all living stones, don't become a stumbling block! We can't stumble on living stones and get off the hard road. We have to get rid of excuses for why we don't obey God. We have to take extreme ownership of our obedience! The fear of God will keep you on the path. We cannot cause others to stumble. We can't profess to be sheep but really be a vicious wolf. Stumbling blocks exist in the church, we can't be naïve to this. We have to have proper expectations for people. We also cannot run from ourselves! We have to get ourselves our of the way and live a Spirit led life. We can't just listen to our heart and get our feelings hurt, the heart is wicked. We have to walk in love and forgiveness to make it on the road! When someone hurts us, we have to love them and forgive them. Don't leave the church because of someone else's actions. We can't run, we have to work it out. Unforgiveness produces torment in this life, and in the life to come! Stay close to Jesus. We can't let the tormenters come into our life from unforgiveness!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how we have to not get offended when Jesus isn't what we expected. We are made righteous by Jesus, then we are to go and serve whole-heartedly. We don't earn our salvation, it's earned by faith. Jesus preached to everyone, they got offended, then they crucified him. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever! Jesus tells us what it means to be a Christian in the Bible, we have to read the Bible. If you don't bear your cross, you can't be Jesus' disciple! To follow Jesus it requires self denial, willingness to suffer and to even die for His sake. We give glory to God with obedience! We can't praise Him with our lips, then live in sin and not be obedient. If we don't deal with our sin, our sin will deal with us!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking about why we don't have the authority to change the road Jesus has us on. We cannot be a disciple until we change. We have to want change and to have a new life. The first bump in the road is Jesus! Jesus was a 'stumbling block'. We have to be willing to lay down our lives for Him! Jesus is offensive to the lost people. Jesus is the rock of offense! He never changed His truth, we don't get to either! The Jews were offended and they nailed Him to a cross. He made salvation available to everyone and they killed him. Jesus doesn't play political games. He brought a new Kingdom, a Kingdom of faith. Those who reject Jesus will stumble and fall. Those who accept Jesus will prevail! We have to love Jesus more than everything. When we get saved, we give up the right to ever be offended again. We cannot be offended by the Word of God!

Pastor Sergio starts his new series talking to us about why we have to walk on the road of redemption from the blood of Jesus that gave us salvation. When we've been washed in His blood, there are fruits and actions that follow. Only those who walk in God's ways will walk on this road. Walking with God is not easy! Church attendance along doesn't save us and put us on this road. In order to be on the highway to Holiness, it comes down to our decisions. He talks to us about what the path is on this road and the 4 levels of maturity come into play. These are all stops on the road! The road that we are on is the narrow and hard road. The church over the past 20 years has tried to make the hard road, easy. If your Christian walk has been easy, you're not on the right road! If we're going to follow Jesus, we have to do it His way. The point of salvation is sacrifice and what I lay down for him. Following Jesus, you don't get to do want to do with who you want to do it with.
Pastor Andrev Baltazar from Church Unstoppable in Santa Rosa, California brings an incredible word about how God brings us out of our past bondage and into the breakthroughs of the promises He has for us! God does not just deliver us from our past, He also delivers us into our purpose. The crossing of the Red Sea was a rescue mission, but the crossing of the Jordan River was about release into a promise. God's promise to us is that He will always be with us. What brings you into the promise is forgiveness! How do we cross the Jordan? We have to extract a vision from our seasons of trial. We have to invest into what God is bringing us into. We can't be satisfied during our periods of layover. God wants to move us from survival to significance, rescued to release and Baggage To Breakthrough!

Pastor Willard talks to us about spiritual growth! He gives us the 5 Behavioral Habits Necessary For Spiritual Growth. God has designed us to grow in our faith. He is the chef, when He's cookin', we have to get out of the kitchen! Growth takes effort on our part. We don't get to bear fruit if our heart is full of anger and resentment. The enemy will distract us, we have to be intentional in our growth! After we are saved, our process of growth is a process of understanding. God gives us our Pastors so we can grow and get built up. When we say yes to God, the world will always try to pull us out. Spiritual growth does not happen by default or mistake, we must go through a process and that process takes effort. The enemy knows when we are prideful, growth cannot happen! Are you still hurt when you're walking next to a person who hurt you? What is God asking us to do in fully surrendering to Him? God's goal is that we grow!
Pastor Sergio talks to us about why the most important thing we can do is be transformed into more like the image of Jesus. We are destined to be more like Jesus! We can't get distracted. We don't chase blessings, blessings chase us. When we have voids in our life, it's a natural response to try to fill this void, but most fill the void with sin. We cannot fill the voids with sin! The displacement of one thing in your life will make room for another thing. We have to make room for God! To get more of God we have to displace some things. The old you has to die so the new you can take it's place. Whatever you give God, He will fill! As long as we keep things from God, He can't fill it. If we want to grow, we have to make room. Nothing happens by itself. Growth happens when we are uncomfortable. Life is lived on levels and experienced in stages. Spiritual life unfolds progressively, growing in understanding and clarity. The reason we can't forgive is because we can't mature in our relationship with the Lord. We can't want things at stages we're not at. Each stage and level in our life has it's own experiences attached to it. When we fully mature in Christ, we have a burden for the lost. As long as we're a child, we will move like a slave.

Pastor Sergio wraps up his series talking to us about how the worst kind of deception is when we deceive ourselves. If we identify as victim, we'll never be a victor! Toxicity kills friendship and fellowship. Toxicity is negative thinking that turns into negative words. God has created church to get rid of toxic thinking. We know Jesus is our Lord if He's our source & sustainer, He's who we worship and He's who we obey! In order to be a disciple we need connection, instruction, examples and submission.
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking about how the Kingdom of God is not without, it's within us. We must not forsake the process of being conformed to the image of Christ. He gives us the 3 ingredients needed for discipleship: Connection, Instruction and Example. Discipleship is about authenticity and about learning. Without the ability to love, we can't connect. Biblical fellowship involves sharing, partnership, communication and friendship. Toxicity kills friendship & fellowship, a critical spirit kills fellowship and pride kills fellowship. A healthy soul can be friends with anybody! As a believer, we must focus on destiny before purpose. It's our destiny to change!
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how it's in our destiny to become more like Jesus. We have to make Jesus' ways first in our life. We have to put God first and live right! We can't 'dumb down' the Gospel. We have to serve God and His vision every day. Wherever the Kingdom of God is; right living, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost is. We have to be intentional in being more like Christ. When we change, out light shines brighter. The only thing that will bring people to church is a changed mind. When we were born, God gave us all the components to be like Jesus. We have to trust His process of transformation and maturity! The quicker we submit to His process, the faster we mature.

Pastor Sergio starts this new series talking to us about how the goal of Christianity is always to seek God first. We can't seek things above the Kingdom of God because then we've crossed the line. If God isn't first, Christianity doesn't work! The goal Jesus has for us is that we have to put His new way of living first. We have to come out of the system of the world and the way the world thinks. We don't get the new life until we leave our old life! Living for Jesus is a series of choices. What makes a relationship incredible is a person chose you, much like Jesus chose us. If we change, everything changes!

Pastor Willard tells us why we need to walk in what we are created by God to be. The first thing the devil will attack is your identity. In order for us to flourish we need to get a foundation for our identity in God! God will never tell you that you aren't everything He says your are in His Word! We need to pause and ask God who He says we are and what we are here to do. We can't put our own barriers up with God! We are crafted in perfection by God. We are one of one and hand crafted luxury. It doesn't matter when you say yes to God, just say yes! Don't miss your greatness! God is always more concerned with your development. We have to live by the revelation in His Word. We also have to go to Him and pray for how He wants to use us next. God did not make mistakes when he crafted us. Don't let emotions let you make knee jerk decisions that will effect your purpose.

Pastor Willard talks to us about how God is the only one who can go into the future and tell us what's going to happen. We can't tell everyone what God is telling us. Keep trusting God while you're waiting for your promise from God. We have to persevere! Satan can't steal our salvation, that's God's. In each of our processes there's always going to be battles. The devil doesn't want us to have a voice because our voice carries power! We don't need to speak anything except for what God says about us. Do people around you know what God's done is your life? What God is doing in your waiting is He's building your great faith! God wants to take our pain and walk with us!

Pastor Sergio gives us a bold Easter word for us and talks about how Jesus lived as a common man while He was on earth. Nobody took Jesus' life, He gave it freely. God has no beginning and no end. When the divine power of God comes, the flesh has no power. We can fill up on the things of the world, but we have to be hungry for God's bread of life more! If you keep filling up on 'junk food' and things of the world, our life is going to look like junk. What are you giving God in your life?
Pastor Sergio continues this series as he tells us about why blessings follow those who give. We don't just go to church, we're a stone in the house of God, we have a part to play! When we come to church, we shouldn't come empty. We come to church to bring praises, service and spiritual sacrifices, such as tithes and offerings). We aren't children of God until we come through the spirit of God. If we call ourselves Christians, we must life our lives for His cause!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how God has a purpose and a vision for our life. Our job as believers is to bear witness to the truth. We have to remind ourselves that our life isn't about rewards but service to our King! God will grant us rewards, we don't need to chase them. He talks to us about what the jobs are for Kings(church members)and Priests(pastors). If we aren't taking up the cause for Christ, we're just living for ourselves. Vision will pull you to it, but you have to write those visions down!

Pastor Willard talks to us about how as believers it's our job to prepare the way for the way of God because we are on the brink of our breakthrough! It is all preparation when this season is near. We can't stay camped at the edge of our promise. If we want to enter our promises, we have to do things differently than we ever have done before. We will never see clearly the route God has for us until we value when God is moving. We have to separate ourselves from anything that may contaminate our relationship with God. God wants our insides to be bigger than the pressures we face on the outside. Don't give up!

Pastor Robert Burbatt from Freedom House Church in Santa Cruz, California talks to us about 6 Principles Of Worship! We can't worship the Lord freely in the ghettos of Egypt, we have to do it at the mountain of fire in the wilderness. Real worship isn't what we offer, but what he requires! We have to re-frame our world view into a Kingdom view. When we die to ourselves, that's when we come alive! God doesn't just want to set us free, He wants to set us free to do His purpose. God won't put us into the promised land until we get a 'detox'. We have to remove anxiousness from our prayers. We have to surrender, die to ourselves and pick up our crosses. The cross gives us new life!
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how revelation is revealed in the Word of God. When we believe His Word over our experiences, His Word will then become our experience. God doesn't just love us when we're good, He loves us even when we are disobedient. Whatever God spoke to Israel becomes our promises of today! God's thought toward us are of peace and not evil. We have to align our thoughts with the thoughts of God. God's thoughts are coming towards us, not about us. God's thoughts of us are the only thoughts that should consume us! Jesus came for a cause, to testify and bear witness to the Gospel. If the cause of Christ is not our cause, we aren't doing it right! God saves us and called us with a Holy calling. God's calling is for all of us!
Pastor Sergio begins this new series talking to us all about why we cannot do our Christian walk alone. Everything starts with revelations that are mirrors of our lives. He explains 5 reasons people go to church and the intentions behind each one. If we've been saved for awhile, we shouldn't need to be spoon fed prayer and God's Word. We can't just be about getting educated if all we're going to do is become critics. God cannot be learned, He has to be experienced! Learning is not changing! What we should be coming to church for is revelation that breathes life into us. Revelation is where power is and where God gives us keys to Heaven in our life! When we hear important things and get revelations, we must write them down!

Pastor Willard tell us about how God wants to take us from an 'under the bridge' mentality to an 'under the Blood' mentality! We have to start by fully submitting to God and allowing Him to speak into us through Godly counsel. We have to stay under the Blood through the people God puts into our life and surround ourselves with them. By staying connected to the Godly counsel He puts into our lives, we become stronger and experience the overflow He has for us!
Pastor Sergio wraps up this series telling us about how your rules change when you join something. The minute we join to Christ, we change! There are blessings that belong to people who join something that don't belong anyone who doesn't join anything. The church is the body of Christ! Principles and concepts don't matter when you're uncommitted. When you're not joined to anything, you become a chief critic. The first order of your life is to figure out where you belong. Anything you join, you should make better! When you join a church that's pursuing promises, blessings follow!
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how God runs on Kairos time(God's set time)and not Chronos time(the world's time). We have to throw out our worldly timepiece! We can't rush out of God's kairos time because we're tired of waiting. We don't get to pick or set God's time, we just have to serve Him and He will provide in His time! We have to learn how to be in sync with his kairos time. If you aren't under the subjection of God's Word, you are not in the Kingdom. We have to 'move with the cloud'. We can't want God to move at our convenience. The kairos moment is being where you're supposed to be. When we're casual, we miss those moments! God picks out kairos moments.
Pastor Sergio begins his new series talking about why there are rules we live under now that dictate the life we live. If we want a better life, the rules have to change! The rules change when we begin to go to church, get saved and begin to tithe. We have to continually read God's Word, speak the Word and do the Word. In the Kingdom, there are rules we have to live by. We have to understand blessings are attached to promises. What promises are you pursuing? The Kingdom is a Kingdom of order. In God's Kingdom, not everybody is the same. In the Kingdom, there is a distinction and rank. Jesus said the greatest man in the Kingdom is the servant. In the Kingdom, rules govern levels and orders. There are rules in our lives that are going to change when we change! We can't expect the same promises and blessings if we don't give and do the work. Not everybody gets the same blessings!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about the life of Jacob and how he was an imperfect vessel who God gave a promise and a purpose to. Jacob received all of this through grace and faith. Each season of our life is critical for the success of the following one. The way we exit one season determines how we enter the next season. We have to be willing to take on Jesus's purpose before He can give us our own! We have to change the way our thinking comes from. On our journey to possess our promise God has for us, He will be working on us at the same time. Also, in our journey, we need to do 5 things to possess our promise: Return to our past to make right old wounds, 'Win a brother', 'Cross a river', 'Win a wrestling match' and 'Build an alter'.
Pastor Sergio continues his series talking to us about how our faith has to be definable. We can't have abstract faith, which is a faith that is undefined and has no works. We can't have ceremonial faith and just let our faith out at ceremonies, but have no Godly faith in our actual life. Ceremonial faith has no longevity. The only kind of faith that works is personal faith! If we don't have personal faith, we cannot show our faith to others, like to our children, so they can develop and have the same kind of personal faith. Devine intervention all starts with our faith! Without faith, it's impossible to please God. Real faith is valuable, so we have to pay attention to our faith. God deserves to be pleased. We can't treat our faith like a spare tire and only get it out when troubles arise. God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him! In the Kingdom of God we don't get what we want, we get what we believe for! Faith must become a focus of our life and not just an afterthought. Faith recognizes when God is moving and helps us see the things He has for us and is trying to tell us about!
Pastor Sergio gets the new year started with his new series talking to us about why we can't focus more on our problems than we do on God. The problems we have today we'll never have again once God gets involved! The battle we're all fighting is the battle which we believe. What we believe is true! Who we were before Christ is not who we are now. We can't forget what God has done for us in our life. God won't do for for us what we can do for ourselves. We can't do nothing and want God to do everything! Jesus doesn't intervene without giving an instruction. Devine intervention only comes with our obedience!
Pastor Willard talks to us about all the blessings that occur in taking the detours God has for us during our life. God is preparing us in the process of these detours. God wants us to rely on Him, not what we used to rely on. The most powerful thing we can do is have a transformed mind. In our detour, there is purpose for God to deliver and use us! In our ignorance, God's love is shown for His people. Any area the enemy can keep you ignorant, he's got you beat. Sometimes the shorter routes are not always the better routes. Detours carry God's blessing. There is purpose, protection and potential in our detours. You have to build trust with God even when the path seems unclear. God is trying to break the slavery mentality in our detour. God's detours let us get rid of the past!
Pastor Sergio tells us all about why Jesus came to the earth and all the gifts He has for us. Jesus came here to pay the penalty of our sins so we don't have to live in guilt for the wrongs we've done. He came to buy us back from those that are holding us in bondage and the works of the devil. But, most importantly Jesus came to bring us back into the family of God! He came to give us the gift of the Holy Spirit!
Pastor Sergio talks to us about why before we can destroy darkness in others, we have to destroy the darkness inside ourselves first. Before we focus on our purpose, we have to focus on our destiny to conform to the ways of Jesus. We have to learn what Jesus is like! We cannot just serve God when it's convenient. Jesus didn't die on the cross for comfortable Christianity! Jesus came to pay the price for our sins. Because He suffered for us, we have to suffer for Him. If we're going to follow Jesus, it won't be easy. Without the power of God in our walk, our Christian faith is no good. When serving God gets difficult, we don't quit! If we have no sacrifice in our lives, there is no power of God.

Pastor Sergio talks to us about how we can't make up or serve our own idea of what we think Jesus is. God made Jesus' purpose to crush the serpent in our life. Jesus is more than just the forgiver of our sins, even though that is still amazing! We can't just claim Jesus in our lives and nothing changes. We have to understand Jesus is our conquering King! We have to look at God how David did in Psalms, so we can overcome the behaviors that continue to be roadblocks in our lives. Jesus came to redeem us and to crush these works of the devil! The law of sin and death tells us the more we sin, the more death produces in the areas in our lives. The first thing sin produces is death in our spirit. Jesus came to set us free from this and break the chains of bondage in our lives!

Pastor Sergio talks to us about how Jesus and His Word are one. Jesus' Word are spirit and life. Jesus said My Word is spirit, the flesh profits nothing. We all hear the voices of our flesh and our spirit. We have to get the voice of God to be the dominant voice. Apart from God's Word, there is no power, it is the standard that brings life and wisdom! Jesus' Word gives us life even if we can't feel it. Even Jesus' hard words bring life. We can't be Christians, but still want our old self and the world. We're not called to be of the world. We cannot be a compromiser, our old life will us up. We may be our family's only hope. Compromise will open the door to devour our children. We must develop and live by Godly principles and never negotiate!
Pastor Sergio talks to us about the importance about giving thanks to God and the people in our lives. We cannot lost Thanksgiving. What always brings the presence of God is a thankful heart! We're building the presence of God with our singing and praising. Thankfulness is a prerequisite for entertaining God. When you express thankfulness to God, He reigns His goodness and mercy. Goodness and mercy always follow a person who knows how to remain thankful and give praises to God. Thankfulness is a characteristic of the new nature and who you are in Christ. Everyday we have to decide if we're going to be the new me or the old me in our life with Christ. The act of being thankful promotes positive mental health!

Pastor Tina tells us about how God keeps His promises and how we have to believe this. When we do, we are safe with Him! Our mental health effects our perception of who God is. The pain of unwanted experiences cause pain and make life difficult, which makes it hard to know God's character. As we avoid pain, we avoid God. It's through our pain that God brings healing and teaches us who He is and who we are! We cannot limit God with our own beliefs. We have to read scripture knowing God loves us and is teaching us in his Word. We can't be on the throne of our own heart, God cannot heal us when this is happening. We can't walk around unaware of our own selfishness and prideful ways. The Word of God is true, but when we live in a constant state of protecting ourselves from pain, the lies begin to move faster than the truth does. Truth and patience heals!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how our Pastors(Shepherds)give us gifts. We have to understand the value of our Shepherd! If you're at church just because you like people that's fine, but the true gift is the gift of a Shepherd. Our Shepherd tells us what it means to be a good Shepherd. Our Shepherd equips us for the work of the ministry and equips us to help in the edifying of the body of Christ. We have to mature as believers in order to grow and see spiritual inheritance in our lives! Our Shepherds cast the vision of God and brings it all together in unity. Unity blesses God!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how we cannot allow us to get away from the statutes that God has given. We can't let what we hear in the world influence us to allow compromise in our Christian walk! He also tells us about what the purposes of a Pastor are. There are so many misconceptions about what Pastors are supposed to do and not do, but we have to use our Godly discernment when we see and hear things in the world. We have to understand the value of the shepherds in our lives. Abuse can happen when we don't understand the purposes of our shepherds. When we have a better understanding of these, we allow ourselves to be sheep that are scattered or weak!

Pastor Sergio continues his series talking to us about the importance of why we have to know Jesus not only as our deliverer, but as our advocate. We can love His Church, but Church without Jesus is just going to cause us to become complainers. People with no relationship with Jesus will never see the goodness in the House of God. God is on our side! Whatever we're facing, we don't face it along, we have God! We cannot listen to what our feelings are telling us, they are liars. We have to break up with our feelings! In order to experience breakthrough in our brokenness, we have to free ourselves of a sinful and prideful mindset. The greatest act of worship is when we say no to sin!

Pastor Tina shares an incredible Word from God about how God brought her healing from her early life traumas and brought healing from more recent trials. She talks to us about how our challenges cause pain in our heart & soul and can cause us to distrust people and God. It's so tough to find joy in difficult trials in our lives, but if we allow our challenges to not effect us and spend time in God's Word to heal us! We have to trust God enough to allow him to heal us in our most challenging traumas. God created our brains to protect and survive trials and trouble, but pain and brokenness can cause us to be centered inside ourselves and not centered in God and His Word. A self centered life keeps us confused about why we are not where God wants us to be. Most of us center our faith on our circumstances and not God's purpose. We have to humble ourselves and not allow pride to give us an improper and unrealistic view of ourselves. We have to learn as believers to not be held or limited by our natural circumstances and difficulties. God uses what we experience in our trials to bring healing to others. Our mind is not our master! When we humble ourselves we see ourselves for who we really are. God is a merciful God, He's waiting patiently for you to center yourself in Him! He wants to heal you!
Pastor Sergio continues this series telling us about how if we're really following Jesus, we won't be confused. We have to allow the Holy Spirit to lead us in our ways. He also talks to us about how we cannot avoid being under authority and not letting our pride get in the way. We can't have authority unless we're under authority. We have to allow Jesus to be our deliverer. What God does we do, if we're not, we're not following Him. We have to make Jesus our source for everything in our lives by reading the Bible and learning about Him. If we meet Him, we'll never go back to our old lives!

Pastor Sergio talks to us about why it's so important to allow God to be the shepherd in our lives. Jesus sees a greater problem than sin is people acting and behaving like they have no shepherd. We can't be content with just getting our needs met. We can't 'take a break' from serving God because we're weary in life. We have to allow for God's Grace that comes upon us to give us the abilities to do things we couldn't ever do before! We can't allow distractions to interfere we our time with God and letting Him be our shepherd. We have to clothe ourselves in humility and not let pride get in the way of this. Sin doesn't keep God away, pride does! Are you allowing Jesus to be your shepherd?

Pastor Rawd Jones from Replenish Ministries talks to us about why we have to keep our souls healthy. When our soul is happy, we are more happier, healthier and vibrant. Our spirit has to tell our soul what to do. Don't let facts get in the way of your faith! The more you repair your soul, the better you are! If we can control our soul better, we can live and lead in the overflow. We have to stay close to our Shepard, God, in order to feed our spirits and so our souls will be better! Not only do we have to read God's Word in the Bible every day, we have to make sure we make it personal when reading it. Our soul is the seat of our mind, will and emotions. Our soul helps drive our emotions. On the other side of every trial is hope!

Pastor Marlon La Rosa from Jesus The Gospel Japan and Jesus The Gospel Dubai talks to us about how God gives us instructions for breakthroughs. Our accomplishment is to say yes when God asks us to do something. God knows out situations and what we need. If we sense God is moving in some way, we have to move with Him! Nothing can change our situations except for the presence of the Lord. True breakthrough is inside every one of us from God. We can't be lazy in our faith in God, we have to stand up in our faith. God respects faith! As soon as we receive and accept the Word of God, change and breakthroughs can happen. Our God truly is the God of breakthroughs!
Pastor Mhemeen La Rosa from Jesus The Gospel Japan and Jesus the Gospel Dubai brings us an incredible Word from God about Fulfillment! God fulfills all visions and dreams. He completes everything He starts in our lives. Nothing is impossible to God! Our God is a God of second chances. We just have to believe and strengthen our faith in Christ. Faith grows! When we believe in His power and mercy, that is our righteousness! What are you dreaming for?
Pastor Willard continues talking with us about the importance of trusting God's process for our lives. He tells us about warning signs God sends us to protect us and why He doesn't send us warning signs because He's mad at us, He warns us for our own benefit to protect us because he wants us to be successful. God warns us with His protection, guidance & direction and keeping us in healthy community. God knows we all need someone to watch out for us! We just have to remember the power of submission and why it is so powerful in our relationship with God. We cannot get in our own way, it sabotages His process. God's correction is His loving eye on us!

Pastor Willard talks to us about how we have to be patient in our lives and our walk with God. He has a process for all of us in every situation and season in our lives. God is the planner, Jesus is the vessel and the Holy Spirit is the action plan! We have to obey Him through the good and bad times, obedience is God's love language and will always reward us in trusting Him. Obedience is what promotes us in the Kingdom of God. We aren't supposed to know every detail in His process for us, He will send people into our lives to sow wisdom and guidance for the process. God provides order for every process!
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about the importance of acknowledging the people God has put into our lives to disciple and hold us accountable. God puts certain people in our lives for a reason. If we're really living for Jesus, there should be things about us that point others to Jesus. Jesus corrects and disciplines the ones He loves! If we're going to stay on Yahweh's way, we have to be disciplined. Nothing worth having is easy! We have to repent, endure hardness and let God's Word and others correct us, then we will see and turn away from our lack of concern. For every trial and suffering we have, God has blessings for us!
Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how we cannot rationalize our bad choices because it will lead to destruction. We can't re-create Jesus into an idol like the golden calf in the Bible. In following Jesus, you will lose some friends who don't follow Him. Being a Christian is hard, but Jesus gives us His grace which is sufficient. Just going to church and serving doesn't make you a Christian, it's the fruit we produce. Talent and abilities don't tell the story of who we are as a Christian. God doesn't expect perfection, He wants us to grow and mature with Him. The thing we all need to be doing as Christians is seeking stability and faithfulness with Him. We cannot do church our way, it never produces fruit, we have to do the work to bear fruit!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how we cannot change the image of God into something more palatable for us. Jesus warned us about being fooled by false prophets and we can't allow ourselves to fall into the traps of the enemy. We have to be prepared for the deception that we're serving Jesus but we really aren't. Our worship is found in who we obey. If we follow Jesus, we have to expect to be persecuted. We can't claim the name of Jesus and live a life of lawlessness. As a believer, we do not get to live how the rest of the world lives. There is a healthy fear of God we must have. A healthy fear of God is a reverence to His Word. We have to be spiritually mature enough to not let offense make us follow our own ways. God will move for you only when He's ready.
Pastor Sergio starts another great series laying the grounds telling us about why it's time we make the distinction at the crossroads in our lives. Are we following Yahweh, my way or the highway? We're not just delivered from our old lives to just be free, we're delivered so we can serve Him. We didn't choose God, He chose us! God wants us to go from serving the things in the world, to serving Him. We either do things God's way or we choose the highway and our old ways not serving Him. We have to make sure we're serving and worshiping Him in everything we do in our lives. We cannot lose the fear of God and follow a false Jesus. When we follow God's word, it will protect you and give you a Holy fear.

Pastor Jeremy Gonzalez from Bethel Church in Redding, California brings us a powerful word about why it's so important to continue believing God can deliver everything we hunger for in every season of our lives. The scariest thing is an unbelieving believer. God doesn't want us to be in constant seasons of drought. God heals & God speaks is still on the 'menu' and we can order it! Jesus paid the price(the bill)so we can order from the menu! We cannot feel unworthy and just not order. We have to ask God to move on our behalf! We don't have to be perfect for God to create a meal for us. God is most satisfied in us when we are the most glorified in him! What do we have to protect that God can't protect on His own? When we have an encounter, we can become an encounter!

Pastor Sergio talks to us about how and why God is a covenant making God. We come to church to offer our sacrifices and give Him praise & to receive His Word. What you receive is tied directly to what you give. Obedience gives you access to the benefits of the covenant! Make sure the blessings God gives you serves God with you. God doesn't do things out way, He is moved by our faith and obedience. Any time God is requiring obedience from is it is because it's a test for our promotion. Obedience is required for promotion and is a product of our faith! Everything we want is on the other side of an obedient step. Dr. Skye Davis talks to us about how God's glory changes the circumstances in our lives. Like he did with Moses and Abraham in their trials, God always honors His promises. If God's presence isn't with us, we're operating on our own flesh. We have to rely on the glory of God. When we rely on His glory, we're allowing Him to tap into our presence. We can't be who God wants us to be without relying on His glory. The joy of the Lord is our strength and is longstanding and everlasting! We have to sacrifice ourselves and place ourself at the alter. We must learn His way before we can experience His glory. We have to die to ourselves every day. Salvation isn't free, it requires us to give all of ourself!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about why the goal of the Holy Spirit is to get us to do more than we already know. We cannot be passive and just 'show up' in our walk with Jesus, we have to continually do more so we can continue to grow our faith and spirit so we know how to wage war during the battles in our lives. Sin is our kryptonite. We can't fight battles using the wrong weapons! We have to be aware of the importance in reading God's Word, meditating on God's Word and speaking on God's Word into existence!

Pastor Cruz Ramirez from Abundant Church in El Paso, Texas joins us for our 14th Anniversary and brings us an incredible word from God! He tells us about how the Lord always works in partnership. God doesn't call us to do His work by ourselves, we are always better together! He doesn't look for our abilities, it has everything to do with our availabilities. We cannot have Jesus and not know His church. The Spirit of God is always leading us to connectivity. Jesus always ministered with 'We' in mind. When we have community around us we live more favorable. We are always defined by the people we're around. Who our 'We' is determines the course of our lives. We were all born into one family, but when we say yes to God, we're born again into another family. Every new season is connected to our 'We'!

Pastor Sergio continues his exciting series as he tells us about the weapon of our Praise! Praise means to call attention to God's Glory. It describes credit for all thing. There are 7 elements of Praise: shouting, instrumentation, singing, lifting our hands, dancing, Praise as a sacrifice and Praise with all our soul! The Bible teaches us how to Praise so we can drive out 'previous tenants'. Praise pushes out what's not of God. Praise evicts the devil!

Pastor Sergio brings us a powerful Father's Day word about God's first purpose for saving us. He saved us to set us free from the works of the devil. The initial reason Jesus came to the earth was to undo and destroy the works of the devil, which is the same reason we're on this earth. We have to allow the process of sanctification to happen in our lives. Sanctification is a process that has to happen to get unbound from problems and sin. If you're dealing with something, you have to submit to the process of sanctification. If you're going to get free from the devil, you've got to let somebody in to help. If Jesus is trying to get you free from the works of the devil, quit running to the works of the devil. Most people won't live an abundant life because they're still tied to the devil. The Spirit of God is calling you to freedom. God saved us so we can save others!
Dr. Skye Davis shares a profound word with us about trusting in tough times. He draws parallels from the story of Lazarus in the Bible. Jesus told Martha, Lazarus would rise again and that there was life after death. When we trust in God, the things we think are dead in our lives shall live! We must trust in His Word. Sometimes circumstances have to be put to death so we can some out stronger. God cares about us more than we could ever imagine. There is victory on the other side of our trials through trusting Him. Our help and victory is in the Lord, resurrection is on the other side of life's trials. Our situation does not have more power than the hand and the Word of God! How are you dealing with the 'Lazarus' in your life?

Pastor Sergio continues this powerful series and tells us about the weapon of our meditation. We'll never be able to speak the Word until we meditate on it first. We have to remove ourselves from the seat of the world, we must meditate and find joy in His Word in order for us to prosper. What we meditate upon soon comes upon us and pulls us towards it. We need to focus on our future, not our past. Meditate, read, then confess His Word!

Pastor Troy Marshall joins us and brings a powerful Word from God about trust and faith! God gave us an understanding of the separation between good and evil. God never wanted us to experience evil, but gave us the choice because that's what relationships are built on. The devil came and lied to Eve with 'God didn't give you everything', what the devil offered was independence from God, this was about control. Adam & Eve's reality changed when they relied on their own souls instead of trusting God. Everything you need, God has placed into your life in abundance. God will not do what you won't do. You have to first pray, then trust God and go above and beyond. Do what you can do, then let God do the rest! You experience the life you chose to focus on.
It's Pentecost Sunday and Pastor Willard brings us a powerful word about why we it's so important to use the gift of the Holy Spirit that Jesus gave us! We cannot just receive the gift of the Holy Spirit and never use it. Praying in tongues is the gateway to the supernatural! The gift of the Holy Spirit was given to us so we can give it to others. The Holy Spirit wants to live inside of us, we have to believe in it! The only way God can't help us is when we don't believe. When we get stuck in the moment, the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. There has to be faith and effort on our part, keep your 'faith switch' turned on!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about the weapons of our words. We have to align our words with the Word of God. We have to put reading the Bible into our routine everyday. The devil's #1 weapon he uses against us is accusations and words, our thoughts and what we tell ourselves. Our confession is how we deal with satan in every way. We have to use our words to defeat our traumas, anxieties, stresses and everything else weighing on us. Declare God's Word into your life, God will perform His Word! The Lord always keeps His promises to those who believe and have faith in Him! We can't change the fruit until we change the root!
Our good friend Apostle Kirk Newallo from Chaguanas, Trinidad talks to us about how we cannot forget the things we did when we first accepted Christ. In order for us to get back to our first love, we must first do our first deeds for Him. We can't settle for just one breakthrough. Every promise from God is an inheritance for us! Do you remember what God first promised you? Every one of us can fully preach His power and He wants to commission us to do so. We get more people healed by more people praying for healings, we can't be afraid. The presence of God is where His power is and the anointing of God is the manifestation of His power. More presence, more power!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about how we need to realize the importance of our actions and how those decisions keep us under the law of sin & death or the law of the Spirit of life and Christ Jesus. When you operate outside of God's Word you release the spirit of sin and death into your life, but when you operate under the Spirit of God's Word you release the spirit of life! The Bible is the sword of the Spirit, we have to use it and not just keep it on our wall like a display. The more of God's Word you get in you, the more the power of sin and death loses it's grip on you. We have to quit checking with our feelings and flesh about why we need to read the Bible everyday. We have to have the understanding the Bible is powerful. We can't seek for answers outside of the Word of God!

Pastor Sergio tells us how we have to quit being afraid of the real enemy, which is ourselves, and start using and understanding the weapons we have to fight our battles. We can't allow ourselves to fight our anxiety and stress the way the world does. Our weapons are not worldly! The devil is jealous because we get to praise God and not him. We have to get up and do what God's Word tells us to do in order to demolish the strongholds in our lives. We have to fight the way God tells us to fight, not how the world says we should! If we don't fight, we can never possess the promises God has for us. The battles we don't fight, our kids have to fight.

Pastor Sergio gives us tools for how to defeat the spirit of discouragement. The enemy wants to disrupt us when we're trying to 'carry our cargo' that the Lord has blessed us with, so we have to understand what we need to fight this spirit. We have to speak God's Word, meditate on His Word and obey His word! God saved us to prosper for His purpose and has promised us an abundant life, but we have to be obedient to His Word. We have to get the visions for our life from Him. God's love language is obedience!

Dr. Skye Davis talks to us about why praising God is so important even in barren and uncertain times. So many times we wander in search of our identity and purpose, like Hannah in the Bible, but we have to get into God's presence so we can praise Him and experience breakthrough! When God opens doors for us we have to make sure we honor him with our praise. We owe God our praise! Our praise can shift our situation. It's because of our response in praise that we experience breakthrough, praise changes circumstances! We have to remain in a posture of praise and allow our praise for Him to be what we hold on to. Your praise is a weapon and it's also what is required.

Pastor Sergio brings us an incredible word about why we can't just acknowledge how we're saved by the blood of Jesus and ignore His flesh. Most Christians just want the blood, but not the 2nd part of the Passover which is to 'eat His flesh'. The way we eat His flesh is to read His word, to devour His word! We have to eat the 'whole lamb', the good parts and the bad parts. In our walk with Christ it's not always going to feel good. We cannot choose the world and Christ. In casual Christianity, we can't defeat the world, the world defeats us. God measures us by our obedience, He tells us to love Him with all our spirit and body and to love our neighbor in the same way. That's what loving God and lifting others is all about!

Pastor Sergio talks about Palm Sunday and how we need to make sure we're serving God's agenda and not our own. Palm Sunday was the day Israel gathered around Jesus because they were excited for Him to do what they wanted and now what God's will was, which was selfish. Jesus was on earth to fulfill God's agenda and Israel got mad and turned on Him and called for His crucifixion. God always has a greater perspective than us, we can't have a limited or selfish vision when we pray. When God says no to a prayer it's only because He's got something bigger and better for you. The one thing that fuels our prayers is obedience. We cannot be prideful, God works against pride. He gives us grace to the humble, which is empowering to us so we don't fall. God exists for us to do His will, not Him trying to do ours.

Pastor Sergio talks to us about how we have to have a strong spirit in order to get through all the adversities in our lives so we can serve God boldly how he tells us to. We have to feed our spirit everyday with prayer and with His Word in order for it to grow. We can't be concerned with how we feel we look to the world, we have to praise God every day, no matter if it looks foolish. God has chosen foolish things to overcome the world to change our lives. We can't praise God if we're prideful. Praise is: allowing our flesh to die and give God glory! It's our responsibility to build up our spirits. A strong spirit gives us the ability to hear from God!

Pastor Cruz Ramirez from Abundant Church in El Paso, Texas joins us for a powerful praise service! We have to give thanks and praise to God for everything He has given us breakthroughs with and how we have to remember all of these triumphs and continually thank Him so we can experience God's perfect peace during whatever pressures and trails we have in our lives!
Pastor Cruz Ramirez from Abundant Church in El Paso, Texas joins us and talks about how potentials and possibilities are defined and how God defines this for us in the Bible. Jesus knew He was created for one thing, He knew His one purpose was to bear witness to God's truth! We all have this same purpose to live out with God while we live our lives. God wants to bless us with all the dreams & desires within our hearts and for us to be successful, but we have to glorify God first and foremost while doing this so others can live within the same purpose. We're here not to live to the fullest of our potentials, but to live to the fullest of His purpose and give God glory. We must give praise to Him because we get to walk in His purpose!
Pastor Sergio tells us about the requirements to have a generous spirit. It doesn't take a lot to be generous, but we have to listen to God and how He tells us to utilize what He blesses us with. People of a different spirit are willing to do what God asks them to do. God loves to bless us when we are faithful and obedient. What kind of Father would God be if He didn't bless us when we are? Believe in God, have faith, then act when He blesses us and gives us wisdom!

Pastor Sergio continues this series talking to us about why we can't just be 'good Christians' or make Jesus our blue genie like in Aladdin. We cannot be feeble in our prayer life with God! Truth demands a response and that response is an amen. We have to learn we are sons and daughters of God. Life in this fallen world is difficult and most Christians aren't prepared for everything that happens in this world. We have to be prepared with the Word of God! It's time we start focusing more on our spirit, because life is coming for us. We can't be judgmental in our postures when we'r in prayer with Him or in church, we have to submit to Him because it's His time. His spirit always carries us to a greater blessing!

Pastor Sergio begins a new journey with us talking to us about what exactly praise is. Praise is a prerequisite for a different spirit, we have to know how to praise. We cannot praise God without action. A protocol in the Bible to get God's presence is to praise and it is an act of humility. Praise is a sacrifice of our dignity for God's glory. It's not for you, it's for Him! We have to want the promise God has for us and cannot settle in our wilderness seasons. We need to care more about what God thinks and not what people think. Praise is the time we give to God, He is worthy to be praised!

Pastor Sergio wraps up his Upgrade series and tells us about the emotional, physical, mental and relational aspects of how we can overcome an impoverished mindset. The emotional aspect of poverty is being able to choose and control emotional responses to negative situations without engaging in self-destructive behavior. The mental component of poverty is having the mental abilities and acquired skills to deal with daily life. We all have 3 voices within our internal dialogue: childhood, parenthood and adulthood. An adult voice is not an emotional voice and deals with facts. We have to listen to our adult voice and have it influenced by the voice of God. We have to value the relationships and role models God brings to us in our lives and be certain they are appropriate and won't engage in destructive behavior. The 2 ways out of poverty are relationships and education!

Pastor Sergio continues his Upgrade series talking to us about finances and how we need to renew our minds and change the ways we think in order to be able to handle the blessings God wants to give us. If you want more wealth, you must first be trustworthy with what you have. The tithe is about more than money, it's about our hearts. All God asks of us is we take care of His bride, the church, until He comes back. You can't upgrade if you don't trust God, especially with your money and your tithes. We have to show God we are trustworthy.

Pastor Sergio continues this sermon series talking to us about why we must get educated in life so we don't fall into impoverished ways. Education and relationships bring us out of a poverty mindset. God is going to change us through the people we meet, messages we hear and the books we read. The Kingdom of God is calling us higher so we can exercise God's dominion in the earth. We have to continually be renewed in our mindset by God and His Holy Spirit. We'll never learn what we don't value.

Pastor Sergio talks to us about if we're going to upgrade our lives, we must first pummel the spirit of poverty. Finances don't define poverty, thinking does. We have to change our thinking. We can only prosper to the level of our thinking. When we give our lives to God, we are supposed to be prospering. We're never going to change our ways of thinking unless we learn first. A.S.L./Deaf Pastor Jeff Jackson from Laurelglen Bible Church in Bakersfield, California brings us a powerful word from God about how we have to have three things as the highest priority in our hearts in order to be dedicated disciples: God, People & Service! He tells us about the importance each has to have in our life. Everything starts with God, we have to have a heart for people and we have to emulate Jesus's examples of servant-hood. The heart of God doesn't just happen on Sundays, it's everyday. We have to show love to one another through our relationship with God. We cannot borrow someone else's faith to get into Heaven. We must make our relationship with God the number one thing in our life and share God's love in relationships with others!

Pastor Sergio begins a new series telling us about how we're going to improve and upgrade our lives in the new year, but we can't settle and become content in our old setbacks. We have to quit marching around the same mountains. Kingdom maturity comes from Kingdom responsibility. We have to start making changes and leave our comfort zones. Nothing changes, if nothing changes. Growth doesn't happen in comfort. The great life God has promised for us is beyond the uncomfortable and we have to embrace it!

Pastor Sergio wraps up this series talking to us about the gift of church. We cannot associate with Jesus without associating with the church. If you love Jesus, you love His church. Jesus gathered 'the elected' for his church, the ones who gave their lives to Him. When Jesus wants to move, He does it in the church. Satan hates church, he tries to infiltrate and keep us away. The reason why church is important is because it is always about community. The greatest test if you love God is, can you love your community of leaders? You don't get to love Jesus and hate His wife(the church). You don't belong to God until you love His house.
Merry Christmas from Elevate Life Church Sacramento! Pastor Sergio continues his 'The Gift of God' series talking to us about how we can't allow ourselves to do like the world does and not give Jesus the 'room' He has to have in our lives in order for it to get better. Much like the innkeeper in the story of Jesus' birth that said there was no room at the inn and made Mary and Joseph stay in the 'barn' as Jesus was born, too often we push Jesus away in our lives and put Him in our own barn. We can't only pull Jesus out of our barns when we need something, we have to make Him the King of our lives. The life Jesus died to give us is a life of sonship, we have to submit to Him and His Word!

Pastor Sergio continues his 'The Gift Of God' series by talking to us about how if we want the new life God has promised for us, we have to lay down our old life. There's more to the Gospel than just believing Jesus died on the cross for our sins. We can't deceive ourselves thinking we obey God because we go to church every Sunday. What opens the doors to the devil's darkness is disobedience to God's Word. The Gospel will set us free so we can serve God's will.

Pastor Sergio begins his new series 'The Gift Of God' teaching us about what exactly a gospel is and giving the definition of Jesus' Gospel. If you only know Jesus as Savior, you don't know the Gospel. You have to know and learn the benefits of His Gospel. When you get saved, everything must change. If you don't submit and allow Jesus to be the ruler of your life, he isn't your Savior and you don't get the results that happen when you're in His Kingdom. Jesus is King and the rightful ruler to everything in the universe and in your life, not just on Sundays.
Pastor Sergio concludes his Spread The Ops series as he talks about the spirit of Jezebel. The Jezebel spirit is driven by sexual appetites, control, idolatry, unrepentant sin, causes fear and loves to be seen. It is a spirit that attacks Godly authorities. We have to repent of whatever we are under in this spirit. God can only deliver His grace with our repentance. We must make sure we are not playing games with God and to not get caught within the grasp of this spirit.

Pastor Sergio continues his 'Spread The Ops' series and talks with us about how we have to make sure we don't allow ourselves to become gossipers and take the 'bait'of Satan(bitterness, anger, sin)which leads us to get caught in his trap and become hurt. When we take this bait, we want revenge. We have to draw boundaries with people who gossip, 'quit drinking the tea' and stop the gossip that leads to offense and hurt. Gossipers are warped, sinful and self-condemned. Are we vessels of honor or dishonor? We have to forgive everybody so Jesus can forgive us. We can't control what gossipers do, but we can control what we do!

Pastor Sergio continues his 'Spread The Ops' series and talks to us about why division is a serious crime against God. Dividers are not serving Jesus. Division cannot be a part of our lives, we have to walk in love and forgiveness. The Kingdom of God operates in multiplication, not division. We have to keep drama to ourselves and be a peace maker, not a peace keeper. God's grace empowers us to do what we don't want to do.

Pastor Sergio continues his Spread The Ops series and talks to us about how our mouths might be disqualifying us from the blessings God is trying to get to us. When we aren't united, the blessings stop. We cannot call ourselves Christians if we are a causer of division. We have to bring unity in everything we do. Unity makes the impossible, possible!

When we aren't united, the blessings stop. We cannot call ourselves Christians if we are a causer of division. We have to bring unity in everything we do. Unity makes the impossible, possible!
Pastor Sergio begins this new series talking to us about how we have to be uniters and not dividers. We have to be obedient to what God is teaching us about His Kingdom for us to see what the true oppositions are in our lives. The biggest tool Satan uses against us in our lives is the spirit of division. If we don't expose the darkness in our lives we will continue to operate in that spirit of darkness. Dividers don't work for God, they work for Satan. The enemy wants to come after our relationships to bring division, especially in marriages. We fight this by making sure we do 'maintenance' on our relationships, such as seeking Godly and professional counsel. We become uniters by loving everybody!
Pastor Sergio continues his 'One' series and talks about how when we don't have Jesus in our lives we look to fill the voids of not feeling loved with sin. We have to share Jesus with others, they won't see God's light and what He has done in us. We cannot be afraid to share our faith. When we serve Jesus first, leading others to Him sharing His love, everything in our lived will get better! Everything has to be in the right order in our lives for it to work the way God intended it. We have to get on the 'Romans Road'!
Pastor Sergio shares his testimonies about all God did in the nation of Ukraine this past week & Pastor Willard and Nathan Aguilar share their testimonies about how God moved in their missions in the nation of Peru! Jesus tells us in Matthew 28:19-20 to go into all the nations of the world and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit and teach them everything He has taught us in our walks with Him! We have to just say yes when He calls us to the nations and just go! #FromTheNeighborhoodToTheNations
Our special guest, Pastor Jeff Devoll, brings us an inspiring and incredible word from God about how things are 'upside-down' and work different in the Kingdom of God. Jesus said the strategy for advancement in the world are all wrong, we have to value and acknowledge the cries of the poor in everything we do on earth. The Kingdom is already here, it comes when we go get others! We have to not rebel, as is done on earth, we must rejoice and bring salt & light to the world. The Kingdom values we show are some of the greatest gifts we have to give to others.
Pastor Vic Lopez from People Church in Fort Stockton, Texas talks to us about why it is so important for us to move forward from the dead things in our past. If we are not over these things, we will continue to carry them instead of experiencing the abundant life Jesus promised to us. Our lives are not about our pursuit of Jesus, but His pursuit of us. We have to meet Jesus where he is, He cannot touch what we are not willing to surrender. Jesus is saying 'Come Here' to us. What things in our lives do we need to get over?
Pastor Vic Lopez from People Church in Fort Stockton, Texas brings us a powerful word from God about Peter in the Bible and how when he got out of the boat and walked on water, he actually walked out of his community and was disobedient to Jesus. The boat in this story represents the church. The farther away you get from the boat, or church, the more your faith shrinks and decreases. Jesus designed us for community and to stay in our community and worship together. The real test of our faith is if we're able to stay where He told you to stay. Do you have staying power?
Pastor Sergio continues his 'One' series and tells us about how we have to understand that the same reason God sent Jesus to redeem the lost, we must do the same. We are called to be the salt and the light on earth, if we are not doing what God called us to do we lost our flavor and will allow ourselves to be walked on in life. Just like it says in the book of Isaiah, 'Here am I! Send me!', as Jesus did, God has put us on earth to be fishers of men!
Pastor Willard brings us a powerful word about how we should be processing rejection. He talks to us about how Joseph dealt with rejection in the Bible and how through our rejection God is propelling us to our purpose. God Doesn't allow people to leave our lives without having an upgrade for us in our next season. Jesus dealt with rejection from His Father on the cross for all of our blessings.
Pastor Sergio continues his 'One' series and talks to us about how we are God's ambassadors of His goodness. Jesus came to bring us back to the ministry of God to reconcile others to Him. We have to be lights for God and win others for Him. The goal is for us to take as many souls with us to Heaven. We have to change our focus and give out what God has given us to others.
Pastor Sergio begins his incredible new series, 'One'. In order to live the abundant life God has promised us in John 10:10, we have to do as he instructs us to do: lead others to Him. We need to make sure to understand the Bible through the lens God intended it for us. God wrote everything to make our lives better, we have to submit to it, though. We can debate or argue with God into changing His word to change our agenda.
Pastor Kirk Newallo from The Apostles' Ministries in Trinidad brings us a powerful word from God about The Power Of Unity! We must have unity with God and unity with others in order to destroy the yokes that are upon us. We have to value relationships over differences, and most importantly we have to value our relationship with God. When selfishness dies within us, the fruit of love begins to grow!
Pastor Willard brings us an incredible word from God as he talks to us about being prepared when our faith gets shaken. We have to equip ourselves with God's word and wisdom before we get shaken. The story of Samson in the Bible is a great testimony for us to learn about this. We have to give it everything we have when we think we're beat and tap into God's grace and power. God gets the glory when we get breakthroughs!
Pastor Sergio talks to us about how we have to build our faith by hearing the right things. The more you hear the word of God, the more our faith grows. We have to guard our faith and what we put into it. We can't have faith in worldly things, we have to continually hear God's words and promises over and over, so we can speak and believe those promises into existence.
Pastor Sergio continues his Loving Yourself Series and talks to us about what faith actually is. The world operates through feelings and senses and causes confusion and misleads you, but what works in the world doesn't work in the Kingdom of God. Faith is believing and speaking! Our faith is what get's God's attention. God blesses us by our faith!
Pastor Sergio talks to us about how Satan is constantly trying to battle you and get you to take your faith and believe in what the world is telling you. Whatever you believe is true, whether it is or not. We believe in our experiences and traumas more than we believe in the word of God. We have to continually feed our faith in His word and the things of His word, so that we believe in His word when the enemy is using the world to tell us something to steal our faith.
Pastor Sergio talks with us about how we have to get to know Jesus as our King. If it troubles you to submit to Him and submit to His ways, you don't truly know him as your King and know how he blesses us infinitely if we just get to know Him as our King and submit to Him. You have to continually take the time to get to know Him in order to grow your relationship with Him so you can experience the blessed life He has for you.
Jessica Fielding tells us about the life of Gideon in the Bible and how God gave him the strength and confidence to break free of his fears, doubts and anxieties. The enemy attacks you internally, as he did with the people of Israel, so that we will think we have to isolate and hide in our fears. Like Gideon, God provides us with weapons to allow us to break free and be victorious in our biggest life battles.
Pastor Willard talks to us about how to be Fully Transformed by God. We are 3 part beings; a spirit, a soul and a body. The real you is the spiritual you. The only way your soul will prosper is based on how you train it. We have to get God's Word into our hearts in order to get it into our soul and mind. As Christians we have to go through a radical transformation that happens within us, much like how a caterpillar in it's transformation into a butterfly.
ARMA Founder, Pastor Manny Arango, joins us to talk about the 5 seeds everybody has control over and why we have to sow them unconditionally. We cannot go where we have refused to sow. To make the transition to a fruitful life we must control the seeds we are planting. God doesn't curse us because we don't sow, we just won't have access to the abundant life He predestined for us if we don't die to ourselves and pick up our crosses.
Pastor Tina talks to us about how we should be recognizing the things in our lives that are keeping us from the life that God has for us. What things are we still doing and allowing our flesh to control that we shouldn't be allowing in our walk with Christ and blocking us in our relationship with Him? We have to stay connected to His word, stay in communion with the Holy Spirit and follow the examples of those who we are called to.We serve a Holy God and we must lay down our lives for Him.
Elevate Life Church's Worship Pastor, Dr. Skye Davis, talks to us about how we are defined by our weaknesses and not our victories. He tells us how the Apostle Paul dealt and his trials in the book of 2 Corinthians. In our pain and circumstances, God's power is made perfect in us depending on and being faithful in Him. When we feel weak, we are made strong in His grace. We can be hopeful and thankful even in life's storms.
Pastor Sergio continues his Loving Yourself series as he talks to us about how when we don't love ourselves we try to be someone who we aren't. Only God can bring out the real you. We're from the Kingdom of God, which works very differently than the world. He also gives us 3 ways in which we must crucify our flesh everyday to allow God to bring out the real you.
Pastor Sergio talks to us about how we need to love ourselves the same way God loves us. In the Bible, God proclaims we have to love our neighbor as we love ourselves. If we don't properly learn how to love ourselves, we will never know how to properly love others. We have to forgive ourselves as God forgives us. We fight weapons of spiritual warfare with God's word.
Pastor Willard talks to us about how we need to continually go to where God is and submit to everything he tells us in all our circumstances. He breaks down the biblical meaning of what our 'oil press' is and how it applies to us in our relationship with God. If we don't go to our oil presses, we will miss God and miss the timing he has for everything in our life. We can't let our soul and emotions pull us away from our oil press.
Pastor Sergio tells us about the 4 kinds of people who come to church and what is needed to become an elevator. Elevators do life together, they are committed to the House of God, they share Christ and they help others in their walks. Elevators are people that lift others!
The Trinidad Missions Trip team share their stories and testamonies of all God did for them and everyone they encountered in the nation of Trinidad. Jesus told us in Matthew 28:19, 'Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.' Just say yes to His calling!
Pastor Tina gives us part 2 of 'Defining The Goal', talking to us about how we need God to make a clean sweep of our hearts and lives to take us into our new Kingdom life. In doing this, we have to be consious of when we are ignoring God in our life and how doing this will make all the bad things in our spirit come out in our words and actions. God will still be with us during these times, but we have to be mindful of who we are with Him. If you don't know who you are with God, everything else you do in your life cannot bear fruit and will wear you out in the end. We have to constantly be filled and led by the Holy Spirit!
Pastor Sergio brings us a powerful word God put in his spirit about how we need to define and understand what our purpose ultimately is in our lives: Being like Jesus. He talks to us about how we are born to be and predestined to become more like Jesus! The Bible tells us this in Romans 8:28-29, God created us to be like Christ!
Pastor Sergio brings an incredible word from God about the 7 types of followers of Jesus and how important it is for us to keep Jesus at the center of our life to win the battles in our minds and hearts. The devil will distract us with both good and bad things in the world and with ourselves, but we have to make sure we stay sober-minded in our walks and don't get caught up in any of those distractions that will lead us away from Jesus and the abundance he has promised to each one of us when we continually follow Him!
Pastor Sergio talks to us about Palm Sunday and that it is all about victory! Palm Sunday signifies the goodness that God has given us and how it is a declaration of peace for His people. We can't miss our opportunity to get right with God and to experience His perfect peace. 3 things to strive for as we celebrate this Palm Sunday: 1)Be like Jesus and count the cost. 2)Understand that Jesus came to give you peace. 3)Don't miss your moment of visitation with Jesus. Hosanna in the highest!
Pastor Sergio wraps up his This House series by talking to us about how important it is to be serving others. What you do for others, God takes it as if you did it for Him. If you aren't serving people, you are not serving God. We have to be involved in serving and sowing, this is the main premise in James 2; 'Faith without works is dead'. We live to give! We also have to serve and make disciples in the nations like Jesus tells us in Matthew 28:19. We must go!
Pastor Sergio continues his This House series by talking to us about how we have to 'Do Our Best, To Speak The Best' and why our words have the power to give life or to kill. We have to speak life in every aspect of our lives and not get caught up in gossip in the world and make it part of our thought life. We have to edify others and give them the benefit of the doubt. God gives us our words and our speech as a gift to bring life to others and lift them up, not tear them down!
Our special guest Pastor Jared Nieman from Abundant Church in El Paso, Texas talks to us about how the calling of God in our lives is to live a life of peace. The night Jesus was born the angel of the Lord declared peace on earth over everyone. Pastor Jared continues by telling us how God wants to prosper us so we can provide and advance the Kingdom of God here on earth. We are a blessing from our abundance. He continues by talking about how we are taking possession of things we don't need to be taking possesion of in our minds. The peace of God was given to us to help guard our mind and win the battles in our mind. Visit Pastor Jared's online store to get a copy of his new book 'The Missing Peace', https://www.jarednieman.com/#store
Pastor Jared Nieman from Abundant Church in El Paso, Texas joins us for Part 1 of his sermon talking about how God not only wants to give us peace in every area of our lives, but He promises this peace to us. He gives us tranquility in our hearts and life, God gives us health, welfare, prosperity and every kind of good. God declares all this to us even in our most challenging and confused seasons in our lives even when we have no understanding over situations and we lose heart. Romans 5 in the Bible tells us that we can declare what God has declared over us! Visit Pastor Nieman's online store to get a copy of his new book 'The Missing Peace! https://www.jarednieman.com/#store
Pastor Sergio continues his This House series by talking to us about how 'We Need To Do Our Best To Believe The Best'. He tells us about how Paul tells us this in the book of Philippians, we have to think on the things that are good. Our mind has to be re-programmed from seeing everything from a negative perspective in order to love God and love people and give people the benefit of the doubt from a loving and positive perspective.
Pastor Sergio continues his series 'This House' and tells us about how we have to continue to have God in everything we do in our lives, our businesses, our family, our dreams and in the church. We have to get the word of God inside of us so He can transform our minds so we can see what He wants us to do and how He needs us to serve Him. We have to read the Bible and pray every day.
Pastor Sergio tells us about why it is so important to be intentional about being in church and being a builder in His House. He shares with us from the book of 1 Peter and how we are all living stones and we need to be planted in one church and come together with other living stones to build strong foundations in the House of God and in our lives, as well as offer our humble, spiritual sacrifices.
Pastor Sergio continues his sermon series about how important it is to build everything in our lives on the word and the teachings of God. He tells us about why our relationship with God is a generational decision and how our decision to follow God effects every generation we are exposed to in our lives, it's not just about you. We have to seek a change of our heart and not a change of life. We have to cry out to God to change our heart.
Pastor Sergio talks to us about how important it is building our lives and families on the word of God. It talks about this in the book of Joshua 24:15 in the Bible, when trials and storms come in our life we must continue to keep him closest in our hearts. He talks more about this principle in the book of Matthew chapter 7 in the Bible. We must build our house on God, He is our enduring foundation.
Pastor Sergio continues to talk to us about how much God wants to reward us and does reward us in our lives. He tells us how important it is to make sure we are in constant communication and worship with God and asking God for what we are seeking in our lives so they can come to fruition and how God tells us not to listen to the world when we have obstacles in our lives that might seem too daunting in our pursuits, like it says in Colossians 3 in the Bible. If God tells us something, we must listen!
Pastor Sergio talks about serving in the church and making sure you are offering God your best service and sacrifices, like Abel did in the Bible when he gave God his best crops and animals. We must make sure to not only give God our best but make sure He gets our most valuable first fruits when serving in His house and how preparation is a must so that we can offer Him our best.
Pastor Sergio talks to us about how God rewards us abundantly in our lives. He reminds us in the book of James how God rewards our pursuits as we are being obedient to Him. We need to understand God as our rewarder and once we do that we will live for Him and no one else. If God is the one who will always promote and reward us liberally, who should we be looking to please? We remember God as our rewarder by keeping His word.
Pastor Sergio continues his word on the things we have to do first in order to experience a more powerful and fruitful life through our relationship with God. He talks about Abraham's journeys and sacrifices, and how God provided for him once he showed Him his willingness to sacrifice his most prized treasure, his son.
Pastor Sergio talks to us about the importance of reconciling the relationships in our lives, repentance and providing a sacrifice for God. God seeks three things from us: Our time, talents and treasure. We must recognize these things in order to have a more intimate and fruitful relationship with Him.
Pastor Sergio talks to us about how important it is to get into the presence of God and give Him praise for everything he is already doing in your life and in the lives of others. He talks about how God worked in David's life in the Bible and how David worshiped God and praised him no matter what circumstances he was under. We have to humble ourselves in His presence in order to realize we are anointed from God and to experience His supernatural in our lives.
Pastor Sergio talks to us about how important it is to have a real relationship with Jesus and how we can't allow yourself to be too busy to pray and have a relationship with the anointed one, Jesus Christ. We have to let the old you 'die' and lose our old habits and learn to spend time alone with Jesus. He also talks about what the actual reality of the Christmas season is and what was sacrificed by Jesus so that we can have the ability to relate with Him
Pastor Troy Marshall talks about what it means to represent God perfectly on earth and why that is our ultimate goal as a Christian. We as believers have to realize that the pathway in our maturity as God strengthens us and molds us does involve sufferings, but those sufferings are nothing compared to the glories we will experience walking with Him, like it explains in the book of Romans 8. He made us and destined us in the same likeness and image of His Son.
Pastor Sergio talks about how we need to lean into God and His word and presence when we are experiencing trials in our life. He talks about Israel's journey with God and how they wanted to 'fit in' and have a king like the rest of the nations in the world, not knowing the repercussions. To win the battles in our lives we have to realize we are anointed from God and we have to embrace being 'different' and not like the rest of the world.
Pastor Sergio talks to us about the importance of not being casual in our relationship with God and not putting our faith on cruise control. He also shares about the importance of Gilgal in the Bible and how we have to go through a 'cutting', offering and sacrificing in our lives in order to bring a deeper and more purposeful relationship with God.
Pastor Sergio talks to us about everything God provides us in our times of trial and weakness. He shares how it affected King David in the book of Isaiah and Paul in II Corinthians. In our weakness is when we are most intimate and vulnerable with God. He provides us our strength, we are strong because of His grace upon us.
Pastor Sergio talks to us about how we can't just serve God by living by the law and how we have to understand that Christianity is dependent on your relationship with the Holy Spirit. Join us as we hear about what the Apostle Paul, among others, have to say about this in the Bible!
Pastor Sergio talks to us about how we can't just serve God by living by the law and how we have to understand that Christianity is dependent on your relationship with the Holy Spirit. Join us as we hear about what the Apostle Paul, among others, have to say about this in the Bible!
Pastor Sergio shares with us about how important it is for us to have a desire to possess the highest blessings from God, like the Bible tells us about with Joshua and Caleb. We have to align and connect ourselves with Godly leaders who will inspire and steward you so you can accomplish your dreams, break generational curses and give this same leadership to others who are in need.
Jessica Fielding talks about how God heals us from past physical and emotional traumas and how He gives us His transformational healing and strength in our lives today so we can endure and prosper both currently and in our future.
Pastor Patrick Ondrey tells us about the importance of why you have to demolish the strongholds of your old self so God can build His new foundations in your new self. Whatever we are going to build starts within our mind and our thought life, that's why we have to 'protect our head'. It's always been God's will for us to be great builders, today is the day you demolish your strongholds!
