Everyone thirsts and if everyone thirst for the same thing physically, everyone must thirst for the same thing spiritually. This episode will satisfy your thirst and you will hear the story of the Samaritan woman at the well who had a divine appointment with Jesus, where she tasted the living water and was set free from her thirst forever. "If only you knew the gift of God and who is it that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water". Let us be found in receiving this gift of eternal life, here and now and let us not continue to come to the wells of life empty and to a water that does not satisfy. Come, drink, Let it be Spoken!
This is the first ever interview on The Spoken Podcast, where I talk to one of my best friends, Cameron Welsh, that i've known way before I knew the Lord living in Colorado. Each year when I would have the chance to visit my best friends I would persistently share the Gospel with them every time I could and After years of consistent prayer, my friend Cameron gave his life to the Lord, started believing Christ was sufficient for eternal life and got baptized this Wednesday (7/29/20), when I happen to be visiting Breckenridge in the summer. Through this interview the Lord reminded me that it doesn't matter if it takes 7 days or 7 years for someone to come to know the Lord, God can change someone's heart in a heartbeat. "with persistency and consistency it bears forth our sufficiency upon the Lord". We must be obedient to share the Gospel, plant those seeds and entrust God will allow those seeds to grow in the lives of others, and in doing that we increase our sufficiency upon the Lord and we get to see He is faithful to do so!
What was the first "If" ever spoken in human history?... to answer that we go back to the very beginning with Adam and Eve in the Garden. God said "If you eat of this fruit of the knowledge of good and evil you will die", but then Satan comes with another If saying "If you eat of this tree, surly you will not die, but your eyes will be open and you will know good and evil and you will be life God"... The If's we choose to follow can either lead us to life or lead us to death. Come and listen, find out what this "big If" is in life, that you might find everlasting life in His name! Let it be Spoken!
Perfect Love dwelt among us... It loved a world full of imperfection... It loved an imperfect love, so that it could be perfected by His love... This love made all of us who were once dead in sin, alive in christ, so that we may have healing, not for a moment, but for an eternity... Come and see the story of Isaiah 53, the oldest promise of the suffering servant who came and was pierced for man's transgressions, crushed for man's iniquities, bearing the punishment that brought us all peace, so that through his wombs we are all healed... Let it be Spoken!
What is the Language of Faith? The Language of Faith is upon the lips of every child of God for it is the lips that cry out, "Jesus, come and save me!". God does not glory Himself in being The Ruler over our life, but The Savior of our life. We see this very thing in the life of Peter, when Jesus calls him out saying "Come!" and he steps out by faith, off the boat, only to have his faith shaken and then immediately cries out "Jesus save me" and The Savior comes to save Peter at that very moment. Come! Let it be Spoken!
I have some pretty crazy news... it's not that it is my first ever podcast and episode today, but something else that is even more crazy... With sharing this crazy news, I speak about what the Lord has shown me the past couple days in order to give some listeners hope, especially in time where our hope can easily be striped away from us. I share the reason why I created this podcast, so that I can speak about the things that have already been spoken from Him, from my own life and from the lives of others! Let it be Spoken!
