My name is Nathan Ninomiya, and I’m 22 years young. I’m a full time photographer and videographer, and I’m just trying to figure out life as I go along.
This podcast is my way of sharing whatever knowledge I pick up along my journey, and to share and highlight both the struggles and successes that come with owning your own creative business. It’s a place for me to document my story, and a platform in which I can inspire and motivate anyone listening.

Formerly Almost Creatives with Kevo Salinas
In this episode, I talk about fighting the comparison trap, something that I think doesn't get talked about enough in the creative industry. I talk about my experiences with dealing with it, how more followers doesn't equal success or happiness, and ways that I try to stay focused on my goals.
As I get back into the rhythm of podcasting weekly, I wanted to share some more closing thoughts type of episodes, going back over some of the topics we covered in Almost Creatives. In this episode, I talk about some of the ups and downs of building my creative network, and how I've been able to forge genuine connections through it.
Almost Creatives went on a 3 month hiatus, and after some thought, I decided that reviving a podcast platform for myself is one of my goals going into 2021. Going to try and post once a week, and cover all sorts of creative business type topics, as well as whatever's on my mind. Keep me accountable, and let's get back into this!
