Season 2 is here with a new twist. Every week Linds will be implementing a feel good habit into her life and discussing how it went every Sunday.

Habits are a buzzword right now, but we want to feel more than the satisfaction of ticking another thing off of our to do list. Feel Good Habits are just that, little things to make you feel good that only take a minimum of 5 minutes.

If you like the sound of that, then join Linds on her journey and feel good.

Lets see how dancing can impact your day.

Allergy Awareness Month

This episode is a little bit different. May is Allergy/Anaphylaxis/Coeliac Awareness month - I have multiple severe food allergies. I wanted to share a clubhouse recording from Amanda Orlando (@everydayallergenfree) and I (@the.allergytable), where we discuss living with food allergies and drinking alcohol.

I want to spread awareness to these conditions in as many places as I can and I hope that you enjoy this short excerpts from the room.

Please message me at @lindiwe.cara, if you would like to join the rooms (every Monday this month) but if not I will share clips every Sunday to bring more awareness.

Thank you for listening. Please follow, review and rate this podcast to help it grow!
