Hello stranger. This episode was filmed a long time ago but its finally being uploaded because I figured out a new (and tedious) editing process.
Double upload!??! Here is an interview style episode where I ask Catherine why the fck r humans so horny and stupid
We are celebrating the 20th episode of the Baked Beans Podcast by listing our favourite 20 things from 4 different genres... so its actually 80 favourite things...
I talk about my re-evaluation of what success means to me, then reveal the secret formula behind all sitcoms.
A continuation of last episode; a very emotionally charged episode with a hint of felony.
I am now releasing a months worth of episodes because I procrastinated editing this one for so long because of all the issues with the recording, this episode was literally recorded on the 19th of April and its now mid May. There were so so so so soooo many technical difficulties but it is finally done. I will say that the audio quality is really bad in this one but I hope you enjoy anyway!
This episode I hash out my thoughts on dropping out of uni and living more spontaneously.
This episode was filmed in January but edited very recently, and it was honestly a really good for me to listen back to my thoughts from a couple months ago and remember where I was at. It was very reassuring in these turbulent times; it felt like communicating to past me, and it reminded me that at the end of the day I will always have my back. This was probably my favourite solo episode so I hope you like it too!!
Ever since I bought my mic, I've always wanted to do an ASMR episode. I thought I would have a natural knack at it since I watch so much of it on Youtube, but alas this episode has proven me wrong. Please DO listen while operating heavy machinery because in no circumstance is this video relaxing or tingle-inducing in any way, shape or form.
Before recording this episode I saw a Tiktok about how if you eat an entire lemon peel, you will feel really euphoric and energised, so obviously I had to do it. If you ask me if it worked or not I honestly would've said no, but one way or another I ended up laughing all by myself in a dark room in the middle of the night during this episode, so maybe it did work.
The podcast has been resurrected! It's been a while, I know, but I'm back now and in this episode I go through some of my tweets and provide context/ additional backstory.
Jess and I share some of our unpopular opinions, some are controversial, some are pretty acceptable. Its up to you. Although we do talk about chocolate for a long time. (topic suggested by fellow baked bean Amanda)
In the second part of the trilogy with Cindy and Louisa, we talk about irrational fears, or just fears in general.
CIndy, Louisa and I talk about shows and movies: Coraline theories, our fav characters from B99, and why I get stressed from watching Howl's Moving Castle. I can't believe I didn't talk about this in the episode but for the longest time I thought Howl's Moving Castle was House Moving Castle and it made sense to me because it was a house that was a castle that also moved. Anyway, this is part one of a two part series. Next week, we talk about irrational fears!
Sit back, grab a hot drink and a snack and listen to this very chill episode about books. Anna and I delve into some of our favourite books, what we liked about them, and our takeaways. Then we get a little bit meta about literature and learning. At the end, there's a very surprising twist and we tell some neural-network-generated knock knock jokes.
In this late night episode I start off by talking about my day, then I delve into the metaphysical side of my everyday life. Afterwards, I venture into some Buzzfeed quizzes.
Chris and I TRY to talk about entertainment but we get sidetracked with stories about bird domination, guns if humans didn't have wrists, and the dark side of garfield. Sorry about the bad audio quality : - (
Sarah and I talk about our pets including their quirks, stories about being cat people, and their adoption journeys. Then, we delve into our personalities from star signs to the myer briggs personaity test.
This episode, I talk about why no one should want to be billionaire, why science and religion are not the antithesis to each other, and the truth about decision making.
Ashley and I talk about our experiences in Melbourne as roommates and what we've learnt from our time together
Welcome to the first episode of the baked beans podcast where Amanda and I talk about some fun facts that we gathered from the internet.
