The first episode of the podcast tells about Russian works by Vladimir Nabokov which came before “Lolita” and developed the same topic. Those are: Lilith, 1928; Laughter in the Dark, 1932-1933; Invitation to a Beheading, 1935-1936; The Enchanter, 1939.
