DailyWatch Talks is a weekly, entertaining podcast about watches. Our main speakers and founders of DailyWatch, Nick Meijer and Kristian Haagen, are both passionate watch collectors for the past decades. As industry insiders, they give their very subjective insights on watch related topics. From personal opinions/reviews about new and vintage timepieces to industry gossips and trends, all is discussed by DailyWatch.
In this episode, we take a look at some of Omega's Brand New High Complications in their watches. Such as the The Omega Speedmaster Chrono Chime. We also take a look at Kristian's new Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso.
In this episode we start with two novelties: the Nomos Club Sport Neomatik 37 and the Linde Werdelin Oktopus Moon 20th anniversary watch.
Auction season is nearing, and in November both Phillips and Christie’s will host auctions in Geneva. Highlights of the Phillips auction are, of course, the three George Daniels watches we discussed before. In this podcast we highlight some other lots, including a trio of Patek Phillipe 5970’s and a unique Zenith x Voutilainen X Phillips, developed with the 1950’s 135-O caliber.
Christie’s is auctioning a fantastic collection, including 12 Girard Perregaux pieces, a one-off Parmigiani Toric with Westminster gong and a platinum F.P. Journe with a red dial and Ferrari logo.
