In this episode Brandon links up with Tobias Hill, a contestant from the 2022 season of American Idol. Brandon first met Tobias in 2012 when he was in high school leading very talented groups of musicians and choirs in eastern North Carolina. Tobias is from the small town of Como NC, and in this episode he shares his journey to Hollywood on the hit show American Idol. Hill is a graduate of NC A&T State University and is currently a music teacher inspiring other musicians as he continues to pursue his career in music. His EP is coming out this year.

1) First job wrote for a weekly newspaper; then promoted to their daily newspaper.
2) Next was a weekly newspaper as their advertising director and wrote an editorial column.
3) Next sold television advertising on networks such as ESPN, the Weather Channel, BET, USA, TNT, CNN, etc. and helped clients with their television advertising, while working within their advertising budget for print, radio, etc.
4) This spurred the start of "Scott Advertising" writing press releases, designing, writing, acting-in and placing ads for clients on television, radio, in newspapers and in magazines for everything from golf courses, restaurants, electric companies, towing companies, to fishing lines, etc. That experience with so many companies gave Mark a broad understanding of marketing and advertising.
