1/8 teaspoon pepper
Remove tops and seeds from peppers; rub with 1 tablespoon oil. Place in an ungreased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven; turn peppers upside down in baking dish to drain.

Fish Tacos
-Talapia cooked in butter, add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
-Fruit, black berries, raspberries, apple red onion, and a jalapeño—blend the ingredients to make a sauce
-Fetta added in a crumble
-Pan sear flour tortillas for warmth, or for Gluten Free corn tortillas
-Cilantro to sprinkle on top
-Guacamole
-Sour Cream
-Pico de Gayo
-Pickled onion

RECIPE:
For the eggplant:
1 eggplant (large)
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger finely chopped
2 cloves garlic finely sliced
1 tsp Szechuan peppercorns ground
For the sauce:
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari if gluten free
1 tbsp black vinegar or malt/balsamic vinegar if unavailable
1 tbsp shao hsing cooking wine or dry sherry if unavailable
1 tbsp chilli bean paste or 1 tsp chilli flakes or 1-2 tbsp hot chilli sauce if gluten free
2 tsp corn flour (corn starch)
1/2 cup water
To garnish:
1 spring onion (scallion), finely sliced
sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl or glass jug. Set aside.
Heat cooking oil and sesame oil in a wok or large frypan (skillet) over medium heat.
Chop eggplant into large chunks, then add to the pan. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring and turning often, until golden brown and cooked through.
Add ginger, garlic and Szechuan peppercorns to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Pour sauce over the eggplant and cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thick, glossy and coating the eggplant evenly.
Garnish with spring onion (scallion) and sesame seeds.

Welcome to Episode 2 of the Mouthfull Podcast where we have Rachel List, LPC on to discuss "Bullying," --its effects, its evolutions, and where it's going in the future. RECIPE:
Rice pilaf (boxed)
Cube chicken breast (1 container)
Cherry tomato
Sweet yellow corn
Sweet Onion
Garlic
Zucchini
Sriracha, to taste
Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Soy sauce, 1 tbsp
Honey, 2 tbsp
Olive oil, 2 tbsp
Basil, pluck and separate into two halves
Cook rice pilaf in your rice cooker or follow the box. Add two tbsp of olive oil into the pan, then garlic. Once the oil is smoking, put in chicken and stirfry until no pink. Then add cherry tomatoes, onion, sweet corn, zucchini. Stirfry until zucchini is soft. Add rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and the first half of the basil. Stirfry for another 3 minutes. Taste. Add more soy sauce to your salt preference. Add sriracha to spice preference. Dish onto the plate with rice pilaf - add fresh basil to taste.
