I find it to be incredibly helpful just to get outside, and even when I'm in the middle of a million phone calls in the middle of the day it's nice just to get outside and move. It has been an absolutely incredible week, and so far, an incredible year.

Rest and recovery doesn't mean that you just sit around and do nothing. It means that you do something that will get you back to being focused on the present.
