We take a look at all the events of the weekend and break down what we liked and what we didn't.

Sleep? Nah, that's for wimps. The 2022 NFL Draft is in the books (well, the first round anyway) and we run through all the picks from an interesting first round in Las Vegas.

We've been through all position groups and told you what we think of various prospects and how they may fair in the NFL. Now, it's your turn to tell us who you think teams will be picking, in our annual Mock Draft.

This is always one of our favourite pods of the year as you all share your opinions and views on who will be picking who, and why! Whilst we may not always agree with the pick, we can very rarely disagree with your reasoning.

View Details

Well, here we are, the biggest night of their life for some young athletes is upon us and we're rounding off our look at positional groups with a bumper episode ahead of all the Draft night action.

Will we be in for some surprises? Of course. Will they be as dramatic as we'd hope for? Probably not.

View Details

We continue our position group reviews ahead of next week's draft, and this show is all about those shy retiring types that like to play in the defensive backfield.

Don't expect any of them to tell you how good they are, it's just not in their DNA.

View Details

Probably fair to say that one of these groups is (potentially) significantly more talented than the other this year! None the less, we continue our look at EVERY position group ahead of the Draft, and maybe there is a hidden gem in here.

Maybe.

Here. We. Go!

Time to get the 2022 build up underway and start our look at this year's position groups for the 2022 Draft.

We kick things off this year with the hands guys and a much coveted position in today's NFL - linebacker.

Definitely more talent in some position groups that others this year it's fair to say. We'll take you through all of them in the coming weeks as we build up to the big night.

Several Gents locked in the film room this week prepping for our Draft coverage, so the reprobates are at the controls again looking at some of the various stories emerging from are agency and how that will shape the season.

View Details

As is always the way with these things, all the good stuff (well, a lot of it) happens as soon as we're done recording.

This time, there was too much good stuff for us not to bring you a bonus show this week, so here it is!

View Details

Time to play musical chairs. Free Agency is upon us and there has been a LOT going on! We take a look at all the moves (well, all of them that had happened when we recorded) as the arms race in the AFC West hots up!

We also try and put the cap space round up to bed with the remaining divisions we haven't gotten to yet!

View Details

Season is done, Super Bowl is over and now everything settles down until the Draft, right? Nuh uh!

A crazy week of news in th NFL this week, and we’ve got it covered (well, most of it). We’ll also round up the cap space situation as well as some free agency and the usual “top bants” and questions answered.

View Details

Time to talk cap space. Always a fun one this as we get a bit nerdy about money.

Who has plenty to burn in free agency and who is praying their front office can pull a rabbit from the hat?

View Details

We change things up to kick off our off season coverage this year with an all new line up to take a slightly more irreverent look at all things NFL, including cap space, free agency, news, questions and so much more.

View Details

Alas, that's it. Another season done and dusted and the champions crowned. A tremendous season and some incredible post season football but now.... nothing.

Well, until our Draft build up starts in a couple of weeks of course. This week is all about tidying up, so we're rounding up the Super Bowl, checking the receipts on our pre-season predictions and having a general spring clean before we start on 2022.

View Details

Well, it's here. The last game of the season. The Super Bowl.

We have an absolute "Discord Who's Who" with us this week to talk news, answer questions and spend a lot of time breaking down the biggest game of the season.

This one was a LOT of fun.

View Details

Every year we threaten it. A full, three hour breakdown of the Pro Bowl. Well, this is is the year... we continue to ignore that idea and talk football instead.

We round up the Championship games, talk Brady briefly (what's left to be said?) and discuss the situation emerging surrounding Brian Flores and his lawsuit against the NFL.

We also look at all 32 teams and pick the best of the best on their rosters in a sort of nod to the Pro Bowl at least!

View Details

Did you see that? Did you? What a crazy weekend of football the Divisional weekend was!

We could only honour that, and look forward to the Conference weekend, by getting together an All Star cast to review what we saw and what we might see, plus all the usual news, opinions and questions answered.

This one is EPIC!

View Details

Well, the Super Wild Card weekend... wasn't. Some big mismatches and some one sided affairs left us rather underwhelmed from the first week of the Playoffs. None the less, we look back at the weekend's action before getting a little more on board with what is to come on Divisional weekend!

18 weeks. Done and dusted. It's been a wild ride for the regular season but, we're here. It's Play Offs time!!

We revert to the single show format for the remainder of the season and kick it off with a bumper look at all the firings around the League, close out Week 18 and, of course, look ahead to some fascinating Play Off matchups.

This is it. The final roll of the dice. Several will be watching from the sidelines next week, but some are still very much trying to avoid that.

Week 17 and we're on to the Playo...... Week 18. Yes, we know, still weird, right?

Part one is all about the Week 17 action though and there was a LOT to talk about!

View Details

The penultimate week of the season and a lot to play for. We crush all 16 games this week and try and predict who will or won't escape the COVID curse to extend their season.

There's also a slight downturn in mood half way through as the tragic news of John Madden's passing breaks whilst we are recording.

View Details

This week's Part One news show had already been recorded when the devastating news broke of the passing of John Madden at the age of 85.

We discuss various things in this show, but none of it seems to matter now really.

We took a few minutes to add something on the front of the show to pay our respects to one of the greatest men to ever grace our beautiful sport.

RIP John.

Yep, so we'll record a preview show whilst players are dropping like flies shall we? Sounds good.

Try and predict the game outcomes? Sure, why not?

Only winner this week appears to be COVID!

Week 14 was an "interesting" one as this season continues to throw up talking points like few before.

We spend a significant chunk of this one discussing why Urban Meyer should be fired and why he hasn't been yet... 24 hours before Urban Meyer was actually fired by the Jaguars.

There's also COVID discussions (again), Thursday Night football, and some really bad impressions.

Week 11 is upon us and we're heading in to the business end of the season at lightning speed.

Time to round up all the Week 10 action [Yes Simon, including MNF - Ed] which was, for the most part, about as mad as Week 9!

We've got it all, plus your questions answered and a look ahead to Thursday Night Football.

So. Week 10. Can't be as crazy as Week 9 was, right? Right?

Well Thursday Night would suggest it could, but we've got our (pre-Thursday) takes on all the weekend action and some games that should go exactly the way we'd expect.

This is the NFL though, so who knows?

Well Week 2 was just as much fun (possibly even more fun) than Week 1 as the NFL continues to entertain and amaze in equal measure.

Trouble is, the NFL Fun Police are out in force it seems and, whilst we thought they had forgotten it in Week 1, Week 2 showed us that the taunting rule is here and it's horrible.

Expect several offences to start averaging 15 yards a play... in the wrong direction!

Rounding out the NFC West, and our All 32 Deep Dive we have two arch enemies.

The 49ers will want to forget the hangover that was 2020 and all the injury issues that came with it. A few key additions on defense and a shiny new rookie QB waiting in the wings, the 49ers will want to be at the sharp end this year.

The Seahawks still look to put a lot of the weight of the offense on Russell Wilson's shoulders it seems, but is there enough on defense now to help him out?

View Details

So here we are - the final division of our Deep Dive series and, some would say, possibly the strongest in football right now.

The Cardinals will be looking to build on their first two years of Kyler Murray and the addition of AJ Green and James Conner will give the offence a slightly different look for this year - maybe.

The Rams welcome Matthew Stafford to the fold, but say goodbye to a number of defensive players. Will the balance shift make a difference in LA?

View Details

The second part of the NFC South, and long time listener and Bus fan Will Claringbold joins us again to look at the Saints and his beloved Buccaneers.

New Orleans have worked hard this off season to get under the cap number as they look to life after Brees. Will they struggle or will it be, well, a breeze?

Tampa Bay have basically (and understandably) said nothing needs doing and have largely worked on keeping the gang together. Can they go again?

View Details

Penultimate division for our deep dive series this week, and we're headed to the Deep South.

Lots of changes on the offence for Carolina this year and some would say much needed. Will Darnold be the answer though, or will Adam Gase spend the Winter saying "See, told you so"?

Atlanta put themselves in the conversation with the drafting of Kyle Pitts, but did they then take themselves back out of it by trading away Julio? Should they have looked farther ahead and worked on the Matt Ryan succession plan?

View Details

The second half of our NFC North deep dive is here - and it's a bit of a monster!

Lots of talk in Packer Town this year about Aaron Rodgers and a "will he, won't he?" situation about his 2021 playing status in Green Bay. We direct what that could mean for Green Bay, and what they should perhaps do until a decision is known.

Over in Minnesota there are lots of questions too, but most of them centre around Mike Zimmer and whether the Vikings will finally step up and challenge at the sharp end of an improving division.

View Details

On to the NFC North or, as we refer to it at Gents HQ, Dan's Division of Despair.

But wait.

Do the Bears finally have a QB who can run an offense? Will he get his shot this year? With the weapons they have available to them, the Bears must feel quietly confident they can challenge this year.

In Detroit, however, they are looking for kneecaps to nibble on and queuing up for replica crash helmets in place of the paper bags, probably.

View Details

The second half of our NFC East deep dive takes us to Philly and Washington.

The Eagles have a lot of problems to solve and probably come in to 2021 with more questions than answers in reality, but can they find a way to compete in a division that should be a lot tougher than it was last year?

Washington went with a veteran option at QB for another year it seems, and offensively will want to build on last year. Their defense continues to look terrifying so Riverboat Ron will want to be at the sharp end come December for sure. Can they do it?

View Details

Over to the NFC we go!

Time to start with our second half of the league as we begin with the division affectionately referred to as The NFC Least last year (and with good reason).

The Cowboys undoubtedly underperformed last year, but will a healthier roster and another year of Mike McCarthy's analytics serve them better in 2021?

The Giants were the butt of many Gettleman jokes but the off season has suggested maybe he was on the right track with some of the trades. Th question still remains over draft picks however and they will need to step up this year if they are to quieten the nay-sayers for good.

View Details

The final AFC episode is upon us and we round off the West with a look at the Raiders and the Chargers.

The Raiders made some 'interesting' decisions in the off season, maybe quietly admitting they'd got it wrong so far, but with an offense that showed it was more than capable last year and a defense that has a different look to it this year, can they really be a contender?

The Chargers on the other hand showed last year they were ready to play with the bog boys of the division and, with a year of football under his belt and some added protection, a certain Mr Herbert could be a real threat this year.

View Details

We're on to the final division in the AFC, and some would say the best.

The Broncos have made some moves in the off season and Vic Fangio is looking to make his mark and challenge for the division. Will Drew Lock step up or will Bridgewater's arrival herald a new look for the Broncos offense?

The Chiefs blew up their offensive line after the Super Bowl and then rebuilt it, they hope, stronger and faster. Will that solve their limited flaws, or is there more to worry about on the other side of the ball?

View Details

Second half of the AFC South, and two teams coming off the back to two very different seasons.

The Jaguars will have lots of shiny new toys to play with this season and even new puppet masters pulling the strings, but will so many new moving parts actually work?

Tennessee will want to build on last year and (with certain news not yet confirmed at time of recording) will want to find more ways to attack the opposition other than run Henry in to the ground.

We dig in to both teams' fortunes and what they may (or may not) look like for 2021.

View Details

Time to move on to the AFC South where we get to take a deep dive on an interesting division with teams either Ron the brink or very much on the up and looking to bring success back to their fan base with post season football...

...and the Texans.

View Details

Second half of the AFC North deep dive takes us to Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

The Browns wanted all the toys this off season and added quality and depth on both sides of the ball. It's hard to see how they will be stopped this year in the North, but are there some chinks in the armour that can be exposed?

The Steelers did what Steelers do and played safe in free agency and the Draft. With Big Ben possibly playing his last season, should the Steelers have rolled the dice for one of this year's QB prospects?

View Details

It's on to the AFC North with our deep dives and we kick it off with the Ravens and Bengals.

The Ravens added more firepower to the receiving corp for Lamar, but the defence took a few blows. Will the balance upset the Ravens success or will it be more of the same?

Meanwhile the Bengals will be looking forward to getting Joe back under center but elected to spend draft capital on weapons rather than protection. Will that bite them when the season rolls around?

View Details

Time for the second half of the AFC East.

The Patriots spent big this off season and drafted... well, they drafted. Will Mac Jones feature this year, and will that offense be supportive enough if he does?

Meanwhile it was all change in New York and a new dawn is on the horizon for Jets fans possibly. Is Zach their franchise QB to bring them back to the sharp end of the division?

View Details

Time to get underway with our 2021 season build up (yes, already) as we take the deep dive on all 32 teams.

As is tradition, we kick it off in the AFC East. The Bills will want to strengthen their hold on the East this year and look to go further than last year's play off exit, whilst the Dolphins will be looking to Tua to step up in year 2 and continue their push to be a contender in the division.

Perhaps the two most evolved positions in football over recent years, safety and linebacker are areas DCs want to dominate with these days. As such, finding "that guy" in the draft has come something of a quest to complete their puzzles.

Problem this year is, there are some very specifically shaped pieces to add to your jigsaw, and very few before you are in to the "well it looks about right" pieces.

Short one this one!

View Details

A quick (one show) break from our 2021 Draft class previews as we take the deep dive on this year's Gents Mock Draft that took place last week.

As always, the contribution from you guys and gals was immense and we have yet another solid list of 32 picks. They may not necessarily be the player you'd choose, but we challenge you to find issue with ANY of the reasoning behind them.

Thank you GMs, we love you ALL.

View Details

Time to chalk off another two positional groups as we continue our look at the 2021 Draft class and one of these two groups is deeper than the other. By a LOT.

Some would suggest the step up from College to the NFL is at its highest at the corner position, so you need to bring your A game to be a success from the get-go. Any here that can do that? Maybe.

The TE class is shallow. Very shallow. Really really shallow. Apart from the guy that could be one of the best TEs the game has ever seen.

View Details

Take QB out of the equation and the big money earners in the NFL these days are offensive linemen, particularly on the outside. Hitting on a stud in the Draft could save a team a small fortune on their cap (for a few years at least) and, of course, protect their prized asset at QB.

We're joined by Will Claringbold (@WClaringbold on Twitter) for this one as we bathe in his vastly superior knowledge of offensive line intricacies.

Our positional breakdown continues ahead of the Draft and for part one this week it's time to look at some bell cows. Some will be under used, some will be under paid and some will fly under the radar. Some... won't.

There's also a news round up and we look at the Darnold trade to the Panthers.

The bad news: There are a LOT of teams who could do with upgrading their receiving core ahead of this season.

It's time. Time to start our deep dive on this year's Draft. We've looked at the teams, we've looked at their shiny new toys bought in Free Agency. We've looked at what they need next month in Cleveland.

Now it's time to talk about those who will be sat sitting waiting for their name to be called.

We'll cover some news, including the latest on the season expansion, and then we get stuck in to one of the shallower classes in this year's Draft - the defensive interior.

View Details

We know we said we were done with the All 32 shows but, well, we changed our mind quite frankly.

This year's free agency has proven to be a really interesting one, so we thought we would circle round one more time to take a look at how YOUR team did with their shopping expedition.

Some teams were clearly up early to get to the front of the queue and some, well some are still in bed!

View Details

Yes, it's time for the NFL's version of Black Friday as Free Agency officially opens. Time for teams to get multiple very complex deals done with players having not been able to speak with them up to this point (wink wink).

We run down all the deals that had happened up to the point of recording and may or may not discuss the Bears' shiny new QB (much to Dan's disgust).

View Details

Once more around. Time for another All 32 as we go team by team looking at what their needs re heading in to Free Agency and the Draft. As with our two previous All 32s, some teams are better placed than others and some are WAY behind the curve (yes, Detroit, we're looking at you again).

Of course, many teams have cut and traded since we recorded this one, so some may have already been addressed, but this is how we saw it.

View Details

We decided snog, marry, avoid would be a little dangerous given Simon's restraining orders, so instead we're going All32 again this week to look at the free agents that may, or may not, hit the market next week.

This off season really does look to be one of the wilder ones given teams with limited cap space and those who are going to have to shed massive amounts to get under the cap, so who will survive, and who will be playing in new colours next season?

We're back from our brief hiatus and it's time to start full on off-season coverage. This week we get our calculators out and go All 32 on cap space.

Some teams are sitting relatively pretty in a year where the cap took a massive hit and others... well others are currently fishing around down the back of the sofa for every dollar they can find!

Settle in for a bumper show!

Well there we go. We made it. In the most challenging of circumstances a full season is in the books and Tom Brady won the Super Bowl. Funny how, in a season where so much has been different, some things never change!

We round up the Super Bowl this week and the season as a whole as we take a customary look back at our pre-season predictions and wallow in the glory of all being so so righ.... wrong. We got it really really wrong. Again.

View Details

Yes, that's right, terrible bird based puns abound... it's Super Bowl Week!!

We've got a feature length episode this week to cover all things news, such as the Matt Stafford trade, where the Rams go next, and just what will it cost to secure the services of Deshaun Watson?

Then we pile head long in to the deep dive for Super Bowl LV to try and work out who may have the upper hand come Sunday.

Whilst the big Super Bowl parties will have to wait this time around, you can still have some game day fun with friends with some prop bets and predictions. Sports Betting Dime have got you covered this year for everything you'll need with their handy prop sheet and information guide. You can download it from Sports Betting Dime here.

No football this weekend (not even the ProBowl for us to ignore) so we just go with the flow this week and just talk football.

Is Rodgers going anywhere? Why is Stafford possibly going somewhere? Are analytics over rated?

We also put together our own All Pro Rookie starting line ups and, well, there isn't a lot of argument as to who makes it, put it that way!

View Details

Four teams, two games, one goal. It's Championship weekend and we're not messing around. We're ALL about the two match ups in this one and we take a deep dive on all four teams and how they will fare against each other on Sunday.

We might be right, we might be wrong, but one this is for certain - we're in for two great games to decide who makes the Super Bowl!

View Details

Time for more news and yes, it's all still about the coaching. We talk about those who have found themselves a landing spot and what we do/don't like about them.

There's also Combine, Deshaun Watson, Goodell's bunker plus all sorts of other football related goodness.

View Details

We're all about the Divisional Round in this one as we break down all four of this weekend's match ups. Chiefs and Packers fresh from a bye week. Rams defense looking strong. Ravens and Browns getting hot at the right time.

Four fascinating match ups. Four unpredictable games. Doesn't mean we don't try mind you...

View Details

The Super Wild weekend is but a mere blip in the rearview as we rush headlong in to the Divisional round.

Before we get there though (more on that in part two of this week's show) we have a full house at Gents HQ to look at all things coaching and the latest hirings and firings as the post season shuffle continues a-pace.

Seahawks, Jets, Eagles, Texans, the R word (no, not Raiders) and many more all under discussion as we chew the fat on who may land where.

View Details

It's here. One of our favourite weekends of the year. It's the WILDCARDS!!! This year, they're even called the Super Shiny Splendiferous Wild Card Weekend. Or something.

We take the deep dive on all 6 match ups to try and work out who will be one and done, and who is in it for the long haul.

There are some belters, too...

View Details

The season is done. Over. Finished. No more. SO IT'S PLAY OFFS TIME!!!!

We're back to two shows this week, mainly because there are several coaching vacancies to discuss and we did just that... at length.

Not all vacancies are created equal and we discuss which are more attractive than others and which prospects are likely to get an interview. There's also Hall of Fame news (sort of) which breaks as we're recording.

Week 17. It's here. Already. What has been a somewhat weird season draws to a close with several teams still with a sniff of making the extended post season bracket.

We've got all 16 games covered (even those that mean nothing), plus all the news, some questions answered, Gent of the Week, and a lot more in a bumper final regular season show.

View Details

Friday Night. Saturday Night. Sunday Night. Monday Night.

Four nights, back to back (to back to back) on our telly boxes. It must be Christmas!

Dan and Dunc have got you covered with all the games, some ProBowl chat, Gent of the Week and a news roundup.

Well, it's not like you've got anything else going on this weekend, is it?

View Details

...again.

Yes, 2020 continues to bite us in the proverbial in terms of bringing you two pods a week (we will get back to it, promise) but we've still got all of the Week 14 action covered for you, including a sleepy time review that precedes a game preview of the self same game.

It's how we roll!

View Details

We have NO idea where we are in the season right now. The Steelers STILL haven't played the Ravens from last week.. this week... next week? Games are now sliding because of it, and it's all becoming a bit of a blur.

COVID cases are racking up across the League again, and we're running out of time to be able to slide them around. The Broncos felt the full force of that on Sunday.

Still, Christmas is round the corner, eh...

View Details

Part Two and we're all about the Week 12 weekend action. There's the sleepy time review for the Thanksgiving games, even though there were only two, not three due to Steelers Ravens moving to Sund... Tuesday.

Teams are running out of games to make a run. The league is running out of weeks to reschedule games.

Something's gotta give.

View Details

Week 11 in the rear view mirror, and yet more horrible injury luck. This time Rookie superstar Joe Burrow falls victim to 2020 and we take a mini deep dive on Burrow and the Bengals.

We also look at the rest of the Week 11 action and preview the (as it was then) three game Thanksgiving slate.

View Details

After an exhausting Week 10, it's very much time to move in to the business end of the season as Week 11 looms.

Teams could see their post season hopes disappear with the wrong results and others will be looking to get their momentum rolling just at the right time. Every game counts now as we start the run in to the Play Offs.

View Details

Week 10 is in the rear view mirror, and it was a week enough to drive almost anyone to drink! Breathless finishes, some outlandish play, so less than stellar performances and yet more injuries.

It's all taken its toll as we review all the salient points whilst, it seems, doing the dishes?

There's also Gent of the Week and your questions answered!

View Details

... Week 10, Part Two, innit?

All the weekend action previewed and the obligatory sleepy time review from a big clash in the AFC South.

View Details

The odd budget follow up to Snakes on a Plane? Nigella's new book for Christmas? Or just a video James watched before hitting record? Mid-season madness takes a hold as we round up Week 9 and look ahead to what should be a great Thursday Night matchup.

View Details

We're back again for Part Two of our Week 9 double header and it's full of all the usual shenanigans, including the Sleepy Time Review of, what was, a somewhat dour affair between two injury ravaged teams, we've got all the weekend action previewed and predicated (probably best not to hang your hat on those! - Ed), and a shocking revelation about Little Tommy.

View Details

There were a few surprises in Week 8 and some teams are still yet to show any sort of consistency, whether that be good OR bad form so, as we move in to the second half of the season, there's still a lot up in the air.

We try to make sense of Week 8 and look ahead to Thursday Night's matchup between the Niners and Packers - both who will look very different thanks to injuries and COVID issues.

We're also joined by one of the voices of the NFL in the UK - Will Gavin.

View Details

Yep, missed this one too, so no idea to be honest.

Expect the sleepy time review, all the weekend action previewed, some inaccurate predictions and (probably) some Niners hate from certain quarters!

It'll be fun, that's for sure.

View Details

Half way. HALF WAY!

Week 7 review, news, Thursday Night football, Gent of the Week.

All the usual fun and games, right here. Probably.

[The problem with posting the pod when you weren't on it - Ed]

View Details

In the true spirit of 2020, here's part two of Week 7... just as Week 8 gets underway!

Few technical gremlins slowed this one down, but feel free to have the benefit if hindsight on your side as you to listen to us (probably) get it horribly wrong about the Week 7 action!

View Details

Week 7. Already. How on earth are we nearly half way through the season so soon? (some will frankly be amazed we actually made it this far to be honest).

We look over our shoulder at Week 6 and some interesting performances. We ponder how Adam Gase is still in a job, and whether Ryan Fitzpatrick not having a job any more is the right decision for the Dolphins.

We also take the usual look at Gent of the Week and look ahead to Thursday Night Football in the company of the one and only Neil Dutton.

View Details

Part Two of this week's show and it's all a bit, well, weird.

No sleepy time review this week as there is no Thursday Night Football. Week 6 games previewed before Week 5 is even finished, and trying to work out what two teams are likely to do this week when we don't even know how they did "last" week.

Dan and Simon strap themselves in to try and make some sense of a weird weird week.

View Details

We're back to look at all things Week 6. Or is it Week 9? Or is it a hybrid of Weeks 7 and 10? Yes, COVID postponements are starting to take hold as the NFL move around a raft of games. So much so that Week 5 wasn't even finished when we recorded this!

We look at all of that, the second coaching fire of the season, and all things injury with Dak and Alex being on either side of the coin.

View Details

Well Thursday night was something of a surprise. Dan has the (probably biased) sleepy time review of the Bears win over the Bucs.

We're also bringing you the usual run down of all the weekend action whatever day it may be played, if at all, as the League tries to keep on top of the COVID infections.

Find out who is winning, right here (but not necessarily because we pick them!)

View Details

Quarter of the season(ish) in the books and the first coaching casualty is upon us as the Texans fire Bill O'Brien. We discuss all things week 4, a possible dawning of a golden era of mobile QBs and we're joined by our very own Will Clarignbold to discuss his beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

There's also all the usual fun and games with Gent of the Week, scoundrels from Week 4 and a look ahead to Thursday Night Football.

View Details

We're in to Week 4 and, after a barnstorming Week 3, there are quite a few matchups that should be fairly one sided affairs. This is the NFL though, so could this be the week of surprises?

View Details

Week 3 done, Week 4 on the horizon. There's lots to talk about too with some great games and close calls in Week 3 (as well as the inevitable Falcons capitulation), COVID rearing it's ugly head in Tennessee, and how this may affect future football action.

The BIG news however, is that we are joined by a veritable legend at Gents HQ and this time, we're not at all #Sorry.

View Details

Part Two of our Week 3 double header is here and we're all about the weekend action in this one with some more mouth watering match ups and a Monday Night Football between possibly the two best teams in football right now.

It's also been longer than expected, but this week is the week Dan really gets in to the swing of things with spending his money to back up his pre-season pledge!

View Details

Well, Week 2 was something of a war of attrition wasn't it? Several big name players saw their seasons come to an end with some horrible injuries, and many more sidelined for several weeks.

We look (very carefully) over our shoulder at a tough slate of matches and discuss what were some cracking games. There's also Gent of the Week, Scoundrels of the Week, and the obligatory look at the Week 3 Thursday night match up between the Dolphins and Jaguars.

View Details

After a rather strange Week 1, we're looking ahead to all the Week 2 action and hoping that things are somewhat clearer by the end of it as to whether Week 1 performances were an anomaly, or are set to be the status quo for some teams.

Will we be any the wiser about certain teams, or will we end up even more confused?

View Details

So, how did we all enjoy Week 1? Some rather indifferent performances from a lot of teams, and a few surprising ones from some.

Can we take anything as being a true reflection after such an odd week? We're joined by Adam from TouchdownTips.com to talk all things Week 1 and to look ahead to Thursday Night Football when his Bengals take on the Browns.

View Details

We're back with Part Two ion this week's show, and it is literally crammed full of Week 1 action. There's the sleepy time review from the season opener in Kansas plus a look at all 15 of the weekend games and, as always, our (probably) wildly inaccurate predictions!

Two hours of football joy to get your weekend off and running!

View Details

Finally. After what has to have been one of the weirdest off seasons on record, Week 1 is finally upon us in all its modified glory!

Of course, that also means we're back to TWO shows a week (oh you lucky lucky people)!

In part 1 we're joined by Duncan from NinetyNineYards to chat news, Seahawks and Week 1 Thursday Night football between the Texans and Chiefs.

Let's go!!

View Details

2020 has been a weird one so far to say the least, but you can all take comfort from the fact that at least some things remain constant.

Having survived another off-season (just!) it's time for us to mark its passing with our usual end of term party show as we make some Award predictions and drop our bold #OhISay predictions for the season ahead.

Yes, Dan is involved and yes, we're very sorry Cleveland.

View Details

...whoever is left!

Yes, as the season edges ever closer it is time for our annual foray in to the world of Fantasy Football or, as we like to call it; "Who you definitely shouldn't pick if you want to win"!

We'll throw a few names out there. You get to choose whether you follow our advice or not. Just don't blame us if you go 2-14, OK?

View Details

As regular listeners to the Gents will know, we do love an awards ceremony, so we thought we'd shoe horn in another one this year, with some post off season, pre regular season awards/predictions.

We're not following the usual awards here though, oh no. This is a wide array of special Gents Gongs we're handing out to players we think will be a lot better, a lot worse and, well, indifferent.

Bit of fun this one.

View Details

Oh who are we kidding? It's Power Rankings!!

Yes, having looked at all 32 teams in depth over the past months, we just had to finish it off with a good old fashioned power ranking.

Any surprises? Are the Niners over hyped? Are Jacksonville really that bad? Where will Miami feature this time around?

All these and 29 more as we list 'em 32 to 1.

View Details

Well, we've made it. All 32 teams. One by one (well, two by two but you know). In depth.

The final instalment in our epic adventure leaves us with the last two teams in the NFC West - one looking to break out their exciting new look roster and try to reclaim some ground on their division rivals, and the other licking their wounds after heartbreak last year.

Is the Cardinals offense one of the most exciting to take the field this year? Can Kyler make the second year leap? Has the stability in Santa Clara meant the 49ers should expect to be in Tampa come season end or is it a step too far?

We'll take a look at all of it and more as we celebrate completion of the All 32 Deep Dive!

View Details

One. More. Division.

We're on to what is probably the most competitive division in the NFL this year (and probably one of the most all time) as we hit the NFC West.

Seattle and Los Angeles are who we start with and two teams who pose plenty of questions. Seattle made the big trade of the Summer, and the Rams have had to hold station having been in the same boat last year. Which one will it work out better for?

View Details

Well, we're almost done with our deep dive on All 32 as we finish up in the AFC West and, with two still to go, this episode finally touches on the Super Bowl champion KC Chiefs. As if that wasn't enough to stick in Simon's throat, we're also talking about the Raiders too!

With Mahomes locked up to a monster contract and many front line names returning, will the losses in the depth chart hurt the Chiefs, or will they have enough to continue to prosper?

The shiny new home for the Raiders may herald a new era for the silver and black. Or it may not.

View Details

The AFC West has probably seen more change than any other division in recent times. San Diego to Los Angeles. Oakland to Las Vegas. A Super Bowl champion. Improving rosters. One of the all time greats (possibly). There's plenty going on with all four teams.

This week it's the Chargers and the Broncos and what their 2020 may look like. One of them probably should have done better than they have, and the other is steadily improving their talent quota to make sure they do!

View Details

Well, finally, the deep dive works its way round to completing the NFC South and possibly THE team that caused the most waves this off season.

Just how will the Panthers cope without Riverboat?

No, seriously, the Buccaneers made most of the noise this year, mainly because of one man, but are they now the legitimate force many proclaim them to be? Is the South really a foregone conclusion?

View Details

South. NFC South to be precise and we're kicking it off with the Falcons and the Saints.

Brees et al suffered a surprise post season defeat last year despite possibly being one of the most complete teams in the League, whereas the Falcons ended the year with plenty of questions.

Have either team moved the needle in the off season? We discuss.

View Details

Time to conclude our look at the "After You" division and it's time for the Texans and the Titans.

The Texans possibly had one of the poorer off seasons of the teams we've covered so far, or at least one with the most questionable decisions, but we look at whether it's all actually part of the plan that Bill has in Houston.

The Titans may finally have worked out who they are. Their problem may be everyone else has now, too.

Enjoy!

View Details

Back to the AFC this week and it's off to the "After you Claude" division that is the South.

In recent history teams have seemingly fallen over themselves not to win the division but maybe the tide is turning now.

This week we look at the Jaguars (who may be more of the same) an the Colts (who will be hoping a different QB under center will be the push they need to compete).

Could one of these two be at the sharp end come December?

View Details

Time to conclude our look at the NFC North and one for Dan to get his teeth in to as we look at his team.

What will happen with the running game this year? Has the off season raised questions over the Quarterback situation? Will changes to the offensive line mean big changes to the offensive productivity?

Oh, we also talk about the Bears.

View Details

Time to hop back over to the NFC as we continue our look at All 32 ahead of the new season, and the first two teams from the NFC North.

The Lions have spend the off-season turning their roster in to the ex-Patriot 53 and Matt Patricia is under pressure to start delivering results in the motor city.

The Vikings went all the way to the post season but is there room for improvement to make them a sure bet in the NFC North?

We take a look at both in depth.

View Details

Part Two of our AFC North go around and we conclude with the Steelers and the Ravens.

Mike Tomlin coached the skin off of his roster last year but, with Big Ben back and injury woes behind him, can he maintain that for the season and finally be the consistent force in the North?

With Baltimore looking to do much of the same again in 2020, they'll need to be if they're to challenge the Ravens for the division.

We look at both teams and decide who might come out on top.

View Details

It's time to move back to the AFC and in to the North to continue our look at All 32, and this week it's an orange crush!

The Browns and Bengals fall under the spotlight this week - two teams that will definitely want to see an improvement in 2020.

How will Joe Burrow fair? Will we see AJ Green of old? Can Zach Taylor get things rolling this time around?

For Cleveland it's just one question really - will they still Cleveland?

View Details

Part Two of our look at the NFC East as we take the deep dive on the Cowboys and Eagles.

Dallas have been busy re-tooling both sides of the ball since last season's considered failure of a season but have they done enough or have some other moves created potential issues?

The Eagles possibly could have done with doing the same this off season, but have they fallen for their own 2019 rhetoric and head in to 2020 with the same problems?

We take a look at all of it and more.

View Details

We stay in the East but hop across to the NFC and take a look at, what was, one of the worst divisions in the League last year.

Has Dave Gettleman and his motley crew done enough to help Daniel Jones? Can Washington do something with that scary defensive front and all new coaching staff?

We break down both rosters in the first half of our NFC East deep dive.

View Details

We're back with the second part of our AFC East deep dive and this time it's Bill and, well, the Bills.

What are we to expect from the Patriots this year? Is it possible to know this early just from looking at their roster? Probably, but we don't let things like that stop us!

The Bills could be the team to catch in the East this year. Unless of course we continue to tip them in which case even more players will likely get arrested the day after we record our shows!

View Details

With the Draft confined to the record books (no, we're not going to start with the 2021 Mock Drafts just yet!) it's time to break out the off season programming and this time around we're taking a deep dive on EVERY team ahead of the new season.

Who is shaping up nicely? Who needs more work? Who is going to be a contender? We're running through all 32 over the coming weeks and breaking down exactly where we think they are at.

We start in the AFC East and it's the Jets and Dolphins under the microscope first.

View Details

Part Two of our 2020 Draft round up is here and it's all about the NFC.

A few more drafts here that raised eyebrows than with the AFC, but we try and remain positive about them. Spoiler: it's a lot harder to do that with some more than others!

View Details

We round up our draft coverage with another two part special as we look back on how every team performed and whether or not they improved their chances with the new college guys they added over Draft weekend.

In this show we look at all things AFC. The NFC half of the League will follow shortly!

Day Two of the Draft. Episode Two of our Draft review.

This time it's Sleepy Dan and refreshed Simon taking you through all the picks from Round 2 and the highlights of Round 3. Plenty of interesting picks to unpack here, along with yet more snippets from the coverage.

There's also an interview with the always excellent Stephanie Bell from ESPN that you really don't want to miss!

Just because Round 1 of the 2020 NFL Draft is in the books it doesn't mean our draft content stops. Oh no.

Dan and Simon are back for their annual "no sleep" special (although we may have stolen an hour or two's kip) to run back all 32 picks and the events of the night.

Wasn't quite what we were expecting to be fair...

View Details

We started almost immediately after the Super Bowl (and well before in some cases) and have distilled our findings down in to multiple articles, two pods and lots of internal argument.

So here we are. The last one before the Draft itself. Dan and Simon look at what might happen, what probably won't happen and there's a generous helping of "Deal or no Deal" and Draft OhISay predictions!

Let us take you through to the wee small hours with a final round up of what to expect.

View Details

It's time for Part Two of our Gents Mock Draft epic episode, and it's Eagles through the Chiefs to round out the whole shebang.

Fear not though, there is still another show to come before the real action gets underway. Or doesn't. Depending on bandwidth of course.

Coooooo-eeeeey! Remember us? Yes, we've finally received packages from our grossly overworked postal workers and cobbled together our socially distant backsides to find a way to get back with a new show, just in time for this year's draft!

Of course, it wouldn't be us if we didn't take the VERY deep dive, so this one is over two parts as we break down every pick from our, as usual, excellent Gents Mock Draft.

Massive thanks again to all of you who stepped up to play GM. It really isn't anything without you.

Time for part two of our "every team needs..." and this time we're talking defense.

An area a lot of teams have beefed up in recent years, but some still haven't got it right and some are still playing catch up.

Who needs what? Who needs everything (Miami)? Who's pretty much set?

View Details

We're back from our post season break (all of one week) and we're looking at team needs ahead of free agency and the draft.

In the first of two shows, we take a look at who needs help on the offensive side of things. Next week we'll break it down defensively.

Expect Miami to feature heavily in both shows!

This. Is. Spar..... no, no it isn't. It's Gents HQ. But it IS our 300th episode!

We spend it wisely as we kick off the new footballing year with a look at one of our favourite topics - cap space.

Who has money to burn? Who needs to go to Aunt Mable and ask to borrow $20? Who doesn't have enough for what they need? We cover all fo that and more as we discuss who is in a good or bad place as the new year gets under way.

View Details

It's time for our now traditional "end of season" show where we roll the clock back to the beginning of September and review our amazingly accurately and insightful predictions and wild #OhISay punts. Unsurprisingly, they're about as accurate as Marquette King.

We also compare notes on our predicted award winners and how they panned out.

Guess what? Nope, not even close!

...Cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeefs!

Footnote: it didn't help. At all.

View Details

Yes, we've reassembled for the second time in quick succession (it's almost as though we never left!) this week to bring you the second half of our Super Bowl special. This time around, it's 49ers offense against the Chiefs defense.

Can the Chiefs do something few have managed this year and stop the Niners run game? Can the 49ers lean on Jimmy G if they do? Will Frank Clark back up his trash talking? Will he get pancaked by George Kittle (can you tell who is writing this? - Ed)?

IS IT SUNDAY YET?!??!!????!!

View Details

Yes, it's our ornithological special and this year we've split it in to two. The show that is, not the owl. That would be cruel.

In the first show, we look at the Chiefs offense and how they will match up against the 49ers defense.

Can Saleh et al slow down that crazy passing game? Can Mahomes escape the tsunami that is the Niners pass rush? Is this the game that Richard Sherman gets actively targeted?

We've got the deep dive on all of it and more.

No owls were harmed in the making of this week's shows.

...the ProBowl!

Yes, we are all in on the ProBowl this year. We break down both AFC and NFC rosters, look at where the key matchups will be across the field and make our predictions on who will light up the fie.....

Sorry, can't keep that going! It's the Awards show.

We're almost there. Four teams are left as we hit Championship weekend and the race for Miami.

In a now seemingly rare occurrence we have the whole crew assembled to break down both the games and take a wild stab in the dark as to who will face off for the Lombardi.

We also discuss the latest round of hirings and firings, there's some Partridge, and some home shopping channel style sales pitch. Sort of.

Three is the magic number this week as Dan, James and Simon look ahead to the Divisional round matchups. Can Minnesota and Tennessee ride the wave having landed big blows in the Wild Card weekend? Will Kansas City have cooled a little during the bye week? Will the 49ers give Simon another aneurysm? Listen on to find out.

We also look at the latest coaching hires and dabble with the draft following Tua's decision to declare.

Lots to unpack but it's a goodie this one!

Yes, it's the best weekend of the ENTIRE football season (well, we think so) as the Playoffs get underway with the Wildcard round. There's the potential for a few upsets as always, and maybe this week sees the start of the end of a footballing dynasty?

Merry Christmas everyone!

We're very much at the sharp end of the season. The point at which there are no surprises, and we all know what every team is about. Right? Maybe.

Hardly! Dan tries to worm his way back in to the good books with Simon (and fails) so just doubles down instead.

We've got all the Thanksgiving games, we look at the All Time position groups already released including Brian Urlacher's hair and how terrifying Mike Singletary STILL is, as well as the comedian that is Bill Belichick.

We also tackle your excellent questions of the week.

View Details

Yes, it's another week without Simon, so it's another week of unbridled and unchallenged Niners hate from the bitter Bears fan. That's the trouble when you're successful, everyone wants to hate on you. Well, not everyone, just Dan, but then he's a di.....

...anyway, there's also every other game from a fascinating Week 12 plus the sleepy time review from a rather vanilla Thursday night game.

View Details

Not us, don't be daft, we're talking NFL stars. Part one this week looks at who we think is in the running for an All Pro nod and who, well, isn't.

There's also questions about Matt Nagy's press conference credentials, and a look toward Thursday Night, as always.

View Details

...that's the title you give the episode!

Sure it's packed with all the usual good wit and humour and cutting edge analysis of this weekend's action as well as a healthy dose of bitterness from Dan that the Niners are better than the Bears.

View Details

... is it the playoffs? Well yes, kinda. We take a look at which teams are likely playoff participants and who has a harder struggle than others to be playing in January.

There's also news from the Pro Football Hall of Fame, views on the public transport in Indianapolis, and why Uber drivers are a pain in the butt in New York!

View Details

It's all about Week 10 and it's fair to say Simon's a little bit anxious about this week's action.

We talk all things weekend action, take a little dive in to what may be wrong in Cleveland (again) and bring up Dan's hentai collection.

View Details

It's another show and another tag team affair as Dan and Simon take you through all of this week's news, including the big news (at the time) of there being serious talks about moving a team to London, which gets more or less shut down whilst we're recording! We still take the deep dive about how it may or may not work.

There's also the usual Gent of the Week, Thursday Night Football and your questions answered.

View Details

Dan (probably) gives the Niners a hard time in the sleepy time review, there'll be some game previews for the weekend action and some questions answered (probably).

[Can you tell I've not listened to it yet? - Ed]

View Details

We head full speed in to the second half of the season this week and, as always, it starts with our mid-season sort of awards.

Who is out in front for all the gongs, who is the surprise, who has failed to impress.

There's also the usual look at Thursday Night Football and all the trade deadline news (that had broken before we stopped recording)

View Details

...well, Dan is as he gets far too excited about the Broncos and Colts going head to head (or nose to nose to continue the theme!).

We also manage to get him to cover the other games for the weekend ahead and there's some debate about less or fewer, the sleepy time review, and a catch up on where we are with the predictions competition.

View Details

Week 8 already! Can someone PLEASE slow the season down?!

We're gambling away our fictional fortunes as we pick QBs that will never lift the Lombardi, and there's some serious debate about how underrated.... a Topic bar is and whether Al Riveron actually has myopia

View Details

The mid-season mark is rapidly approaching (where the hell does the football season go?!) and we're back with all the games for the coming weekend.

Will Green Bay hold up on a short week against the Raiders off a bye week? Will Detroit's defense have fun with Kirk Cousins? Can the Patriots and Niners remain unbeaten?

It's all in here (NB: answers may not be definitive!)

View Details

Part One of this week's show and we're all about the officiating - sadly. After yet another abhorrent display from the zebras on Monday Night, we dissect what's wrong and how maybe they fix it.

There's also all the news on the Rams as they shuffle the pack in their secondary (thanks for doing it while we were still on air LA!) and we cover every team in a sentence.

View Details

Fresh off the back of Part One of this weeks show's therapy session Dan is feeling much calmer as we break down all of the Week 6 weekend action.

There's another London game to look to forward to and it could be another great one, some interesting matchups at the weekend, and Dan also looks over his shoulder at the Giants and Pats in the sleepy time review.

Have at it.

View Details

Part One of this week's show or, as we like to call it, therapy for Dan.

He vents his anger of the Bears' incompetence using the Richard Sherman and the 49ers as his vehicle, and there's a run down of the Tottenham experience aside from the game itself (Dan's still bitter).

We've got all the news, a look ahead to Thursday Night's match up, and we talk our favourites when it comes to watching football.

View Details

...some Raiders too. Yes, we're back with Part Two of this week's show and there's news from team practices ahead of the inaugural game at Tottenham Hotspur.

There's also the "not so" sleepy review from another cracker of a Thursday Night game and we've got all of the weekend games covered, as you'd expect!

View Details

We're rolling in to week 5 like a boss! We discuss a certain Mr Burfict's suspension and the poor tackling from last weekend as a whole.

Our topic this week is an early (perhaps too early) look at which coaches are on the hot seat already, and some may surprise you.

There's also the now obligatory look ahead to Thursday Night with an NFC West belter!

View Details

Yes, the quarter mark of the season (almost) is upon us - boooooooo. We're here though to cover all of the weekend action for you - hurraaaahh.

There's also an impromptu sleepy time review of a great TNF game, and we catch up with the prediction league scores. Why can't we predict Thursday night games?!

View Details

Week 4 already? You bet it is!

We're back with part one of this week's show and we're looking at QBs who may or may not be the real thing (including some you may not expect) and we're off to Brussels to have GamePass removed from the NFL Union, and prorogue the Miami Dolphins.

Just another week at Gents HQ then!

View Details

The season keeps rolling and we're in to Week 3 already.

All the games, all the predictions, all the accuracy of a Ryan Fitzpatrick throw.

There's also the Sleepy Time Review of a typically dour Jags Titans encounter.

View Details

On to Week 3 we go and in part one this week we're all across the injury news, some more dubious trades from Miami and all things horrible regarding the Week 2 officiating.

We also take a look at the undefeated teams through 2 week sand take a wild guess as to which are for real and which are, well, not.

There's also the usual Gent of the Week and Thursday Night preview to look forward to.

View Details

Part Two is (finally) here and we're all about Week 2 with one eye on how teams turned out in Week 1. We may or may not use the word rusty a bit. Quite a bit.

There's also the sleepy time review of an AFC South TNF battle and yet more 80s throwback from Dan and Simon.

View Details

Well, what a Week 1 that was!

We're back with the dynamic(ish) duo of Dan and Simon to look at all the news Week 1 delivered (yes, AB is in there AGAIN), tear a strip off a few teams prematurely and try and decide what's "Real or No Real" from the over reactions from Week 1.

We're also digging in to the Thursday night match up between Tampa Bay and Carolina.

View Details

We'll just gloss over Thursday night shall we (for Dan's sake) and leave the sleepy time review to speak for itself.

We've got the rest of the Week 1 games wrapped up for you and, as always, some likely wildly inaccurate predictions for you.

It's Week 1 baby, lets get it!

View Details

Everyone give yourselves a pat on the back. We made it. Football is BACK!!!

We drop straight in to our starter roles and get the new season off and running with part one of this week's show. We're talking Thursday night football, key matchups, news, predictions, the lot!

We'll be running two shows a week right through to the Super Bowl from here on in, so settle back, hit play, and get ready for football!!!

View Details

Preseason is aaaaaaalmost done. Almost. As is now tradition, we finish up our off season coverage with our wildly bold predictions and assumptions as we lay down this year's Oh I Say predictions for the season, tell you exactly who is going to win the awards, and who is going all the way to the title.

We would, however, recommend NOT using any of this as any form of indicator as to how the season is going to pan out!!

View Details

It's a double treat this week as we're back with the second part of our Power Ran.... Rankings of Power, covering teams 16-1.

Obviously, if your team weren't in Part One, then they will be in here... somewhere.

Who is the one to beat heading in to this season based on our rankings and those of our listeners?

View Details

Yes, we're breaking new ground this week as we edge ever nearer to the start of the season as we take all 32 teams and put them in order of how good we think they are.

This is not to be confused with Power Rankings that everyone else is doing. Oh no. This is different. Sort of.

We've also got a listener compiled ranking (with huge thanks to Adam, Baz, Josh, Tim and Will) for a different perspective on things.

Part Two follows in a few days...

As preseason is well and truly underway and the season draws ever closer, we take a look at some hot takes and decide whether they are indeed hot takes or, in fact.... well... not takes.

We also roll out our newly built Wheel of Conjecture to answer some pressing questions for random teams. Well, they're pressing once we've asked them...

View Details

Complete, and utter, fantasy.

Not the team you're about to draft for the coming season in an effort to score plenty of points and top your league and (maybe) win prizes and stuff.

No.

The Fantasy is that any advice (ANY advice) you're about to listed to is actually valid.

Honestly, don't trust us implicitly. Unless you want to (lose) of course.

Well, that's it. Another year of Top 10 lists in the bag and, as is now tradition, we finish with the big one - the gunslingers/game managers/signal callers ( delete as applicable).

Another list that will be the same old faces? Or a list packed with the new breed of QB?

View Details

Time for the shy retiring top 10 of this year's selections - the wallflowers that are corners!

Several of the big guns had down years last year and a few defences have shaken up their personnel groups ahead of 2019. Will that have an Impact on who sits atop our list?

There's only one way to find out...

View Details

It seems as though we say this every week this year, but, this was tough!

New teams for some, new offenses for others, same old same old for the rest. Will this shake up the old guard, or will it be usual suspects filling the top half of the list this year?

It may surprise a few...

View Details

We're all in hiding this week (well Dan is, we're just protecting him) having escaped the rozzers after Dan met Akiem Hicks. We've news from the first NFL Media day at the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium (it's awesome!) as well as a couple of interviews.

More importantly, it's our first foray in to the quiet retiring types that are the NFL Secondary for, what proved to be, a rather difficult Top 10 to compile.

View Details

Guess what? It;'s THAT list again.

1 and 2 this year, or 1a and 1b? You can be sure on one thing, it'll be an argument. Maybe.

View Details

We're back with another Top 10 list and we're moving in to the business end of things as we all struggle with, what is, normally the toughest list of the year.

This year proves to be no different with a lot of movers and shake-(and bake)-ers amongst the finalists.

Will there be a new Number 1? Will we break our "never put a rookie too high" rule? Will anyone forget someone?

There's only one way to find out...

View Details

Time for the quarterbacks to run and hide as we list our top 10 QB hunters heading in to 2019.

The usual suspects are likely to be there but, with some big off season moves, will there be any surprises this time around?

There's only one way to find out...

View Details

Yes, it's the annual innuendo-fest as our Top 10 lists reach the tight end stage.

We're under strict instruction from Dan not to be childish about it this year though, so there are absolutely no jokes about liking a good tight end. None. Zero.

Maybe.

View Details

We continue our off season top ten listings this week, and we're staying with the big guys, this time on the defensive side of the ball.

Much back and forth as to how we're splitting them this year, so we're looking at defensive interior this week.

No.1 should be obvious, right? Right?

View Details

We're done with the Draft and fresh off of a bye week so it's time to get stuck in to this year's Top 10 lists!

Where else to start other than the trenches, so we show some love to the front line of any good offense and break down who we think are the best groups out these for 2019.

There's also a look at the Jets as we try and work out what on earth they are playing at!

View Details

So there we are. 7 rounds, three nights and nowhere near enough sleep later, the 2019 Draft is done.

We go round once more this week and round up all the team drafts and picks we like, and a few we don't.

How it will all shake down only time will tell but, for now at least, a few teams look to have improved quite a lot.
