Yes it’s that time again. We’re looking at every single team, in the order of how good we think they’ll be, worst to best. Starting with a team we have little to no hope for.

Sleep? Nah, that's for wimps. The 2022 NFL Draft is in the books (well, the first round anyway) and we run through all the picks from an interesting first round in Las Vegas.
We've been through all position groups and told you what we think of various prospects and how they may fair in the NFL. Now, it's your turn to tell us who you think teams will be picking, in our annual Mock Draft.
This is always one of our favourite pods of the year as you all share your opinions and views on who will be picking who, and why! Whilst we may not always agree with the pick, we can very rarely disagree with your reasoning.

We continue our position group reviews ahead of next week's draft, and this show is all about those shy retiring types that like to play in the defensive backfield.
Don't expect any of them to tell you how good they are, it's just not in their DNA.
Probably fair to say that one of these groups is (potentially) significantly more talented than the other this year! None the less, we continue our look at EVERY position group ahead of the Draft, and maybe there is a hidden gem in here.

Time to get the 2022 build up underway and start our look at this year's position groups for the 2022 Draft.
We kick things off this year with the hands guys and a much coveted position in today's NFL - linebacker.
Definitely more talent in some position groups that others this year it's fair to say. We'll take you through all of them in the coming weeks as we build up to the big night.

We have an absolute "Discord Who's Who" with us this week to talk news, answer questions and spend a lot of time breaking down the biggest game of the season.
This one was a LOT of fun.
Every year we threaten it. A full, three hour breakdown of the Pro Bowl. Well, this is is the year... we continue to ignore that idea and talk football instead.
We round up the Championship games, talk Brady briefly (what's left to be said?) and discuss the situation emerging surrounding Brian Flores and his lawsuit against the NFL.
We also look at all 32 teams and pick the best of the best on their rosters in a sort of nod to the Pro Bowl at least!

We could only honour that, and look forward to the Conference weekend, by getting together an All Star cast to review what we saw and what we might see, plus all the usual news, opinions and questions answered.

Well, the Super Wild Card weekend... wasn't. Some big mismatches and some one sided affairs left us rather underwhelmed from the first week of the Playoffs. None the less, we look back at the weekend's action before getting a little more on board with what is to come on Divisional weekend!
18 weeks. Done and dusted. It's been a wild ride for the regular season but, we're here. It's Play Offs time!!
We revert to the single show format for the remainder of the season and kick it off with a bumper look at all the firings around the League, close out Week 18 and, of course, look ahead to some fascinating Play Off matchups.

This week's Part One news show had already been recorded when the devastating news broke of the passing of John Madden at the age of 85.
We discuss various things in this show, but none of it seems to matter now really.
We took a few minutes to add something on the front of the show to pay our respects to one of the greatest men to ever grace our beautiful sport.

Lots of talk in Packer Town this year about Aaron Rodgers and a "will he, won't he?" situation about his 2021 playing status in Green Bay. We direct what that could mean for Green Bay, and what they should perhaps do until a decision is known.
Over in Minnesota there are lots of questions too, but most of them centre around Mike Zimmer and whether the Vikings will finally step up and challenge at the sharp end of an improving division.
On to the NFC North or, as we refer to it at Gents HQ, Dan's Division of Despair.
But wait.
Do the Bears finally have a QB who can run an offense? Will he get his shot this year? With the weapons they have available to them, the Bears must feel quietly confident they can challenge this year.
In Detroit, however, they are looking for kneecaps to nibble on and queuing up for replica crash helmets in place of the paper bags, probably.
The second half of our NFC East deep dive takes us to Philly and Washington.
The Eagles have a lot of problems to solve and probably come in to 2021 with more questions than answers in reality, but can they find a way to compete in a division that should be a lot tougher than it was last year?
Washington went with a veteran option at QB for another year it seems, and offensively will want to build on last year. Their defense continues to look terrifying so Riverboat Ron will want to be at the sharp end come December for sure. Can they do it?
Over to the NFC we go!
Time to start with our second half of the league as we begin with the division affectionately referred to as The NFC Least last year (and with good reason).
The Cowboys undoubtedly underperformed last year, but will a healthier roster and another year of Mike McCarthy's analytics serve them better in 2021?
The Giants were the butt of many Gettleman jokes but the off season has suggested maybe he was on the right track with some of the trades. Th question still remains over draft picks however and they will need to step up this year if they are to quieten the nay-sayers for good.
The final AFC episode is upon us and we round off the West with a look at the Raiders and the Chargers.
The Raiders made some 'interesting' decisions in the off season, maybe quietly admitting they'd got it wrong so far, but with an offense that showed it was more than capable last year and a defense that has a different look to it this year, can they really be a contender?
The Chargers on the other hand showed last year they were ready to play with the bog boys of the division and, with a year of football under his belt and some added protection, a certain Mr Herbert could be a real threat this year.
We're on to the final division in the AFC, and some would say the best.
The Broncos have made some moves in the off season and Vic Fangio is looking to make his mark and challenge for the division. Will Drew Lock step up or will Bridgewater's arrival herald a new look for the Broncos offense?
The Chiefs blew up their offensive line after the Super Bowl and then rebuilt it, they hope, stronger and faster. Will that solve their limited flaws, or is there more to worry about on the other side of the ball?
Second half of the AFC South, and two teams coming off the back to two very different seasons.
The Jaguars will have lots of shiny new toys to play with this season and even new puppet masters pulling the strings, but will so many new moving parts actually work?
Tennessee will want to build on last year and (with certain news not yet confirmed at time of recording) will want to find more ways to attack the opposition other than run Henry in to the ground.
We dig in to both teams' fortunes and what they may (or may not) look like for 2021.
Time to move on to the AFC South where we get to take a deep dive on an interesting division with teams either Ron the brink or very much on the up and looking to bring success back to their fan base with post season football...
...and the Texans.
Second half of the AFC North deep dive takes us to Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
The Browns wanted all the toys this off season and added quality and depth on both sides of the ball. It's hard to see how they will be stopped this year in the North, but are there some chinks in the armour that can be exposed?
The Steelers did what Steelers do and played safe in free agency and the Draft. With Big Ben possibly playing his last season, should the Steelers have rolled the dice for one of this year's QB prospects?
It's on to the AFC North with our deep dives and we kick it off with the Ravens and Bengals.
The Ravens added more firepower to the receiving corp for Lamar, but the defence took a few blows. Will the balance upset the Ravens success or will it be more of the same?
Meanwhile the Bengals will be looking forward to getting Joe back under center but elected to spend draft capital on weapons rather than protection. Will that bite them when the season rolls around?
Time for the second half of the AFC East.
The Patriots spent big this off season and drafted... well, they drafted. Will Mac Jones feature this year, and will that offense be supportive enough if he does?
Meanwhile it was all change in New York and a new dawn is on the horizon for Jets fans possibly. Is Zach their franchise QB to bring them back to the sharp end of the division?

Some would suggest the step up from College to the NFL is at its highest at the corner position, so you need to bring your A game to be a success from the get-go. Any here that can do that? Maybe.
The TE class is shallow. Very shallow. Really really shallow. Apart from the guy that could be one of the best TEs the game has ever seen.
Take QB out of the equation and the big money earners in the NFL these days are offensive linemen, particularly on the outside. Hitting on a stud in the Draft could save a team a small fortune on their cap (for a few years at least) and, of course, protect their prized asset at QB.

This off season really does look to be one of the wilder ones given teams with limited cap space and those who are going to have to shed massive amounts to get under the cap, so who will survive, and who will be playing in new colours next season?

We're on to what is probably the most competitive division in the NFL this year (and probably one of the most all time) as we hit the NFC West.
Seattle and Los Angeles are who we start with and two teams who pose plenty of questions. Seattle made the big trade of the Summer, and the Rams have had to hold station having been in the same boat last year. Which one will it work out better for?
Well, we're almost done with our deep dive on All 32 as we finish up in the AFC West and, with two still to go, this episode finally touches on the Super Bowl champion KC Chiefs. As if that wasn't enough to stick in Simon's throat, we're also talking about the Raiders too!
With Mahomes locked up to a monster contract and many front line names returning, will the losses in the depth chart hurt the Chiefs, or will they have enough to continue to prosper?
The shiny new home for the Raiders may herald a new era for the silver and black. Or it may not.
The AFC West has probably seen more change than any other division in recent times. San Diego to Los Angeles. Oakland to Las Vegas. A Super Bowl champion. Improving rosters. One of the all time greats (possibly). There's plenty going on with all four teams.
This week it's the Chargers and the Broncos and what their 2020 may look like. One of them probably should have done better than they have, and the other is steadily improving their talent quota to make sure they do!
Well, finally, the deep dive works its way round to completing the NFC South and possibly THE team that caused the most waves this off season.
Just how will the Panthers cope without Riverboat?
No, seriously, the Buccaneers made most of the noise this year, mainly because of one man, but are they now the legitimate force many proclaim them to be? Is the South really a foregone conclusion?
South. NFC South to be precise and we're kicking it off with the Falcons and the Saints.
Brees et al suffered a surprise post season defeat last year despite possibly being one of the most complete teams in the League, whereas the Falcons ended the year with plenty of questions.
Have either team moved the needle in the off season? We discuss.
Time to conclude our look at the "After You" division and it's time for the Texans and the Titans.
The Texans possibly had one of the poorer off seasons of the teams we've covered so far, or at least one with the most questionable decisions, but we look at whether it's all actually part of the plan that Bill has in Houston.
The Titans may finally have worked out who they are. Their problem may be everyone else has now, too.

In recent history teams have seemingly fallen over themselves not to win the division but maybe the tide is turning now.

As is now tradition, we finish up our off season coverage with our wildly bold predictions and assumptions as we lay down this year's Oh I Say predictions for the season, tell you exactly who is going to win the awards, and who is going all the way to the title.
We would, however, recommend NOT using any of this as any form of indicator as to how the season is going to pan out!!
It's a double treat this week as we're back with the second part of our Power Ran.... Rankings of Power, covering teams 16-1.

Who is the one to beat heading in to this season based on our rankings and those of our listeners?
Yes, we're breaking new ground this week as we edge ever nearer to the start of the season as we take all 32 teams and put them in order of how good we think they are.
This is not to be confused with Power Rankings that everyone else is doing. Oh no. This is different. Sort of.

We're all in hiding this week (well Dan is, we're just protecting him) having escaped the rozzers after Dan met Akiem Hicks. We've news from the first NFL Media day at the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium (it's awesome!) as well as a couple of interviews.

We're under strict instruction from Dan not to be childish about it this year though, so there are absolutely no jokes about liking a good tight end. None. Zero.

How it will all shake down only time will tell but, for now at least, a few teams look to have improved quite a lot.
