He tells Obes and Cha about the challenges of becoming a candidate, his platform, and what people think when he tells them he's running for statewide office. Obes and Shane then get into a more existential question: what does it mean to "sell out" and is selling out really even all that bad?
Next, Obes and Cha take a deeper look at the villain in Avengers: Infinity War(s) because Obes has quite the hypothesis...Thanos is a Republican. Why does Obes think this and does Cha go along with it?

Eventually the police were called on the women. One of the women is an attorney and the head of the local NAACP chapter. Did these racists mess with the wrong black women?

This week's episode is a little bit different than most. The school that we've come to cheer for and admire, Michigan State University, has come under fire for its mishandling of sexual assault on campus. Most notably, former world renowned Olympic doctor Larry Nassar was found guilty of sexually assaulting over 150 women. Some of these assaults were on MSU's campus. This happened while the administration turned a blind eye and, oftentimes, sought to cover up what was happening.
This isn't all that's happening in East Lansing, however, as ESPN has sought to try to tie the basketball and football programs at Michigan State in to what happened with Larry Nassar. Obes and Cha take a deep dive into the situation to try and determine, based of what is currently known, what's fact and what is fiction.
Thankfully, on a much lighter note, good friend of the show Charles McDonald (@FourVerts) stopped by to regale us with stories from his time at the Senior Bowl. He got to meet Atlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn, Dallas Cowboys owner/GM Jerry Jones, AND he even got to watch all-trash first team member Josh Allen practice. How fun!

We also asked her a very important question: when it comes to sexual assault allegations, where is the line? How many allegations before a resignation and is said resignation enough?

Last but not least, today is the special election for the Alabama Senate seat between Doug Jones and Roy Moore. Polls suggest the race is too close to call, but how much of a role is MASSIVE voter suppression playing in this election? Can Doug Jones really do this? What would say about the state of Alabama if they elected this man to be their representative in the United States Senate?
