Welcome to the 'Let's Talk Mental Health' show, whose aim is to Educate, Inspire and Empower people, to better manage their own Mental Health. Your host is me, Nick Wilson, an Army Veteran turned Mental Health professional, Speaker, Author and obviously, Podcaster, who is very genuine, "Raw yet Real" and sarcastic!

I will be speaking very openly about my own mental health journey and shall also be speaking with Guests on their thoughts, experiences and perceptions. I want to provide YOU the listener with: valuable information and suggestions that could assist you, hints & tips, accounts of successes & regrets, whilst tackling stigma, one episode at a time.

I would love for the show to be interactive with yourselves, so please send in all and any questions, queries or comments, the good, the bad and the 'fugly', get them over to me and either myself or the guest will do our best to answer them.

It is going to be very honest, 'raw yet real', though informative and some accounts could be found to be distressing, so PLEASE bare this in mind before listening to any episode. Also, this is NOT a therapy or counselling session, so we will NOT be giving advice or telling ANYONE what to do, this is simply a platform for sharing lived experiences, whilst tackling stigma.
