Friends and colleagues call me Karen the Social Worker. My podcast dives into the follies of navigating the healthcare system. I have 20 years of experience as a medical social worker and close to 10 years as a Certified Health Care Ethicist.

Healthcare beats air travel as the #1, most complex industry in America.
