This episode is meant to inspire faith and open the door to exploring the concept of New Earth for anyone who would like to tap into this frequency or have greater awareness about it.

In this episode, Jess King shares her personal experience in discovering a new form of discipline through making a conscious choice to stop drinking alcohol 5 months ago. While she isn’t completely sure this will be a life long decision or a long term pause, she is confident this experience is 100% positive for her. While denying herself a pleasure (she loves red wine and this was an almost daily habit) has not been easy, it has definitely become easier. Her decision to give up alcohol was a personal choice because Jess didn’t want to water down her life experience in any way. It wasn’t because she experienced hangovers or awful consequences, which is what most people assume. Instead, it was a decision to become more “clear”, rather than sober. (Even the word sober, she feels is off-putting.) Be inspired to tune into your Higher Self; when we listen to signs we receive, and adjust our behavior accordingly, everyone expands in a positive way.

Whether you already do clearing prayers or this is completely new territory for you, this episode is for all who are interested in cleansing your energy as part of a daily ritual (or a regular self-care ritual). Jess shares an example of a prayer for clearing one’s energy and reclaiming one’s power. The most important aspect of doing any type of clearing work is that the words you choose resonate for you. This allows your words to be spoken with love, intention and conviction. It’s all about personalizing the prayer and calling in whomever you feel called (whether it is a certain Archangel or Angels you’re drawn to, and/or your Spirit Guides, Loved Ones, etc. As long as the words are coming from your heart, your prayer will be heard, received and answered. Clearing prayers invite an effective energetic clearing for our heart, mind, spirit and physical body.

There is so much great material out there focused on bouncing back from hardships and moving through challenges. But what about when life starts to go the way you dreamed it would - even in small ways that feel significant to you? What happens then? This episode is a candid conversation about the importance of tuning in and acknowledging positive shifts as they occur. As we experience them fully, we open ourselves to growth in new ways - we encourage more blessings as we celebrate the now for more than a breath or two before we are on to the next goal. Another important point Jess stresses is the value of positive self-care rituals in our lives; it’s an ideal time to take inventory of how we are feeling and what vices we may be drawn to that may be even subtly holding us back. By embracing the now and being conscious in our daily choices we continue becoming more of the amazing human we truly are. ✨ Blessings to all!

This episode feels like a call-to-action for anyone who is interested in connecting consciously with your spirituality - whether that means God, the Universe, Source or any Higher Power you believe in. Many have grown up in religious households and many of us haven’t. Talking about spirituality was a subject Jess grew up uncomfortable with for various reasons (mostly having to do with her family’s value system and religion as looked upon as something for other people, or something that was not real). Despite being internally faith driven, Jess has been pretty inhibited about this part of her life for most of it and at this time it feels very important to her to share the value, healing, peace, love, joy and connection that accompany the practice of prayer. That is the purpose of this episode. We are so powerful and as we decide to tap into our connection with God/Universe/Source we deepen our awareness, power and evolve into a more embodied version of ourselves (so beautiful, so powerful and so important at this time).

In this episode, Jess King shares useful insights about the importance of confronting whatever is coming up in our lives, rather than avoiding it or dimming our experience of what is uncomfortable. Often it is in these moments when we choose to sit with our discomfort and to act in alignment with who we truly are that we experience deep healing. For most of us, this takes courage and practice. Yet the experience of choosing to be authentic even when it’s not easy is a deeply healing choice for ourselves as well as the collective. This episode is rich with uplifting energy and empowering nuggets of wisdom.

In this episode, Jess shares the power of creating a personalized document that expresses a blend of affirmations, a prayer and declarations. It’s important that it’s written from your heart and Soul - it needs to be felt in your heart in order to be effective. There are no real rules in this process; whatever form or forms resonate with you will be the best approach. Once you write it down, why not record it? Speak these words out loud to yourself (or at least read them mindfully) at least once each day - for 28 days - and see how you shift as a result. Let me know how it’s going for you as you wish! In this brief episode, Jess shares her perspective on each of our capacity to heal, expand and live our best life through connecting with our hearts at a deeper level. Through consciously opening our hearts and inviting ourselves to feeeeeel the positive outcomes (regardless of what we see or take in externally) we wish to experience — we are able to shift reality in new ways. Practicing this requires openness and imagination at times; it requires deciding not to be fearful and instead to choose faith. It’s about deciding to believe and empower ourselves, while adapting along the way - finding the humor and learning we acquire along the way with grace and gratitude. Cheers to life! 🙏❤️✨

In this short episode, Jess King shares several useful tips on how to detach from mass consciousness programming. We’ve all been affected to a certain extent by this aspect, as human beings; yet we are able to consciously unhook and empower ourselves in the process. This is happening more and more on the planet as we are swiftly moving into a dimension of Universal Love (the Fifth Dimension). At the close of this episode Jess says “I hope this is helpful” ; she left it on the episode but via this description amends this statement to a more empowering 5D statement: “May this episode be helpful to some of you.”As we continue to integrate awareness, it’s a very exciting time to be alive. What we experience in life happens for us, not to us - someone wise once said. The more we integrate this truth, the easier it becomes to respond to unexpected challenges with faith, resilience and grace. This doesn’t mean we aren’t entitled to feel however we feel — all emotions are valid as part of our human experience. And much of our inner healing work happens as we allow this energy in motion (emotion) to pass through us. In this episode Jess shares a few personal examples of how our approach to life’s challenges can allow for deeper learning and positive outcomes in our highest good - and the highest good of all. Finding a balance between feeling emotions, processing them and eventually either transforming them and or consciously letting go of the heaviness is part of our life experience as human beings.

The power of the words we choose to use to communicate, as well as the thoughts we choose to focus on, has a tremendous effect on our lives in 3D. In this episode, Jess King shares personal insights on this subject and encourages listeners to increase self-awareness of their patterns of behavior in order to inspire a positive and healing shift for themselves and for all beings. With thoughtfulness, humor and optimism, Jess acknowledges some of the programs and patterns we may be unconsciously or consciously participating in that have the power to interfere with our Divine Soul expression. Jess shares several useful tips on how we can consciously shift to a higher vibration and liberate ourselves from ideas about ourselves and others. In this uplifting episode, visual artist Colleen Talbot shares her personal journey as a creative, from when she discovered the flow state through art as a child, through her process and life experience, and now how she loves guiding others to connect with their Soul expression through painting.

There are so many gem tidbits in this conversation that will connect, inspire and relate with many of you ~ whether you are naturally interested in art or not. Colleen Talbot offers very useful advice to brand new painters ~ including how to choose colors at the start of a painting, the usefulness of setting an intention for each piece and to be lighthearted about the process ("this is not going into the Louvre", she jokes).

Colleen emphasizes how creating art can be absolutely transforming and healing and how it helps us connect with our Soul (or higher knowing). It's really about the process of creation, not the end result. Many of us know this rationally; however integrating this knowledge and experiencing it in our approach to life is pretty amazing.

Inspired by a recent and sudden loss in my family, this episode includes some personal insights about how each of us can work through grief and hold space for the devastating pain and loss someone we love is experiencing. Whether it is you who is most affected or it’s someone close to you (or even it’s more removed because, ultimately, at some point loss touches us all) it’s so important for us to learn how to best cope with and support others in their process of grief. There is no one size fits all model to this; it’s personal and it’s all valid. Above all else, allow the experience to happen without trying to fix it and, when listening to someone going through loss, listen through your heart without offering to make it all better.

In this episode, I share some recent insights I’ve experienced about the importance of being self aware in our every day lives. Sometimes we are restricting ourselves in various ways without realizing it; and even when we do know in moments, we often fall back into patterns or we identify so much with being a certain way that we limit our room for growth. Ideally, we are becoming more of who we truly are at Soul level each day. This episode is a reminder to notice what ways of thinking and being are limiting you from experiencing true freedom in your daily life. Most of us have areas in our lives where we unconsciously or consciously hold ourselves back from creating, being and believing that all is possible for us. Through living too much in our rational minds we have a tendency to stay stuck; however when we connect with all of ourselves (heart, mind, body, Soul) we expand, heal and invite in greater abundance, happiness and deep healing. It’s all very exciting. Let’s decide to unlearn what blocks and patterns are holding us back and embrace each day a bit more who we truly are. This is my wish for you. With Love and Blessings, xx

As wonderful, important and natural it is to care deeply about loved ones and to be there for them, this episode is a reminder to not allow ourselves to become so distracted that we ignore, procrastinate or lose sight of our life experience and purpose. It’s easy for this to happen, especially as life moves quickly and, certainly in times of crisis, extending ourselves more to those in need is important. However, in our day to day lives, it’s essential to our growth that we remain deeply connected with true ourselves (breaking through patterns and programming) so we are able to embody who we truly are and live life to the fullest. In this episode, I share a few quick tips that allow us to instantly reconnect and awaken us to our flow state; however, I encourage you to look within yourself and see what works for you. What immediately connects you right away with who you are? The more we practice doing this the more we stay awake, heal and continue to rise into a more authentic version of ourselves. And as we do, we unlock healing, truth and freedom far into the collective. You are your number one priority; as a society we are breaking free of the false belief that this is selfish. And as we move toward a beautiful new dimension, becoming more aware of our personal needs and setting boundaries (which may shift from day to day, it’s personal) is powerful and needed. Shine on, beautiful Soul.

Most of us have been taught to believe things about ourselves that have a way of limiting us. Regardless of whether these often * false * beliefs about ourselves are true, when we buy into them we give them power over us. Through being acutely aware of what these ideas are about ourselves and consciously practicing to release them we are able to unlearn and deeply heal. In this episode, I share a simple and straightforward technique I’ve used to help foster the healing process that I hope will resonate for you. Through increasing our self-awareness and practicing this process of letting go, we are able to retrain and connect ourselves to our divine Soul within, free of obstacles and perceived limitations.

The title makes it sound so easy but sometimes it’s really not. Sometimes speaking our truth is really effing hard. There can be backlash especially if our truth involves other people who would prefer we didn’t. Speaking the truth can be highly inconvenient if you are expecting approval and validation from anyone. Yet sharing our experiences openly liberates us from all sorts of feelings we may be carrying (shame and guilt being just a few examples). This episode is inspired by a social media post I shared today in which I was open and vulnerable in detailing a theme of my childhood. We all have * stuff * (aka trauma, as harsh as the word sounds). It’s universal. Sharing in this way is not comfortable but I choose to because it’s a top priority for me; part of what inspires me most is that my healing is also your healing. The more we speak our truth and own our stories the more we empower others to heal and share theirs. It’s not about hurting anyone although everyone is entitled to their feelings. For me, it’s essential to becoming more of who I’ve always been. I wish this for you. Speaking your truth and owning your * full * story will empower you in an extraordinary way. Feel free to join me (when you feel ready, or almost ready).

This episode is all about a healing modality I’ve been sharing as a practitioner called Soul Realignment. If someone had told me a few years ago I would be helping others heal themselves in this way I’m not sure I would have believed them. (Maybe the healing part but through the Soul?) Each of us has a different perception of and outlook when it comes to this subject. Maybe you’ve already had an Akashic Record (Soul Record) clearing or maybe you’re hearing about this for the first time. Either way, I’m here to share from personal experience both as a student and as a practitioner that Soul Realignment is a powerful healing tool. The feedback I’ve received as a practitioner has made it very clear to me that I’m meant to help more of you heal yourselves through this modality. Listen to the episode for more information and don’t hesitate to email me at: jess@jessking.com with questions or to book a session. Testimonials happily available.

Behind every action we take in our every day lives there is an energy and intention. Often we behave in ways that we’ve been programmed rather than in a way that is aligned we who we truly are at Soul level. As we become more conscious of the energy behind our actions we empower ourselves at a deep level. We allow ourselves to shed what does not belong to us and connect more deeply with our truth. Being mindful of the energy behind our actions gives us power to heal, to shift and evolve into who we truly are. This is my wish for each of us: to live our best life and tap into our divinity. Through increasing our self-awareness we empower ourselves to be more of who we truly are. And that matters. You are worthy, you are divine and you are meant to shine.

What does it mean to be bold and why is it so important? When we are bold, we move beyond our fears and align with who we truly are at Soul level. It may be uncomfortable and even terrifying as our being bold may not be appreciated by others. Our discomfort in situations where we are behaving boldly increases our self awareness and connects us with what we believe in and what we care about. This raised consciousness empowers us to continue making decisions that are aligned with who we truly are. When we behave more authentically and with greater consciousness we unlock our truth and personal healing. Take a moment and reflect on what bold means to you and why it matters to you personally. And go for it!

We’ve all done it: we’ve accidentally (or even consciously) insulted or labeled ourselves or someone else. Maybe it was the time you forgot your keys and locked yourself out, scored poorly on an exam because you didn’t study —- or maybe you did study and the material just didn’t sink it. What we say about ourselves in these moments when we’re unhappy with ourselves (and/or others) matters. A lot. Words are energy. As Einstein once informed us, everything is energy. So when we put out into the Universe that we are “forgetful” or “stupid” or “careless” or “lazy” or “unsuccessful” or ( _____ fill in the blank) we are putting energy out that is not alignment with who we truly are. No, we’re not perfect; we are divine and imperfect. Each of us is here to heal, to grow and evolve into our next best version. When we consciously shift how we speak about ourselves and others (even ever so subtly), our energy and vibration rise. Small changes are significant and even our increased self awareness when it happens (and then combatting it with an affirmation) makes a positive difference. Our words are our superpowers so let’s be more conscious of our word choices in how we speak as well as how we think. We can’t choose what comes up in our minds every moment but we can become more aware of it in the present moment and call ourselves out. Each time we do we move closer to aligning with our innate badassery and divinity. You deserve this; we all deserve this. So don’t beat yourself up about it or perpetuate patterns of the past; let’s rise through them, shift and move on to the good stuff.

It happens to all of us. We’re in the moment, in our flow, and something slips out. It was real, it was authentic. But suddenly we’re not so sure. Doubt, insecurity and other negative thoughts and feelings start to flood in and quickly crowd our inner space. As we become aware of them we begin focusing on them, the unpleasantness expands to the point where we may feel overwhelmed. Suddenly that moment has triggered us in a powerful way, far greater than the actual circumstance warrants. What we do we do now? What can we do in these moments to immediately feel better and raise our vibration? Here are some personal insights from my heart to yours (after experiencing one of these not so pleasant moments last night).

Dear Radiant Souls, I’ve been gone for a minute from these episodes. This episode is me recommitting to each of you to share 1 podcast episode each week for at least the next 6 months. We’ve all been through a lot over the last year and are wading through new circumstances, challenges and experiencing major growth. Through this extraordinary time we are tapping into who we truly are at Soul level, we are learning how to prioritize our time and energy in a way that truly serves us and we are being kinder to ourselves and more accepting of others. I truly hope this episode finds you well; if not, here is a reminder that this too shall pass and whatever you are facing is here for a reason. You are powerful, resilient, perfectly imperfect and truly a beautiful Soul. This episode is a reminder to tap in and to be proud of yourself for the journey you are presently living. Thank you for your presence. Sending you love, empathy and support. Looking forward to sharing more next week (or possibly sooner).

In this episode, Jess King shares a personal mid-September check-in during this extraordinary year. Between the Covid-19 pandemic, politics, environmental catastrophes (and whatever else) there’s a lot each of us could be afraid of and stressed out about each day. More than ever we are being challenged to awaken. It’s natural to feel overwhelmed by emotion at times and to feel discomfort - emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually - as a result of the collective awakening we’re experiencing.

Jess shares a personal issue she’s been working on - claiming her shame over her age (as posted in her birthday Instagram post last week) in terms of viewing herself as a failure. As minor as it may seem (and as much as she has already shamed her shame for years!), it is through our personal healing that we empower others to awaken and heal. This requires courage and we’re all capable of moving forward in this way (no, it’s not easy - but it, and you, are worth it).

By first acknowledging our issues and then taking steps toward owning them we are already having a tremendous positive impact. Self-awareness is the first step. And while healing isn’t linear, each and every step with intention in the direction of our personal healing unlocks healing in someone else. Our ripple is so powerful. Let’s celebrate our awareness and our journeys as we continue to liberate ourselves, heal and evolve. No judgment - only love. We’re in this together and together we all win.

In this episode, Jess King shares personal insights about the role self-belief plays in enabling us to live our best (most fulfilled and happy successful) life. When we believe in ourselves, we’re far more able to be who we truly are, our most authentic version. During the evolving Covid-19 era in which we are living, we have had the challenge and opportunity to be less in nonstop action and more in stillness, intention and reflection. Through increasing our consciousness/awareness we allow ourselves to expand and grow rather than escape and avoid our issues. It’s an ideal time to prioritize our personal healing in order to thrive, heal and evolve into our next level (a more authentic version). The more truthful we become about who we are and the more we practice healing modalities (like practicing meditation for instance, and doing other activities that put us in a flow state; Jess highly recommends Audrey Wong, who is a gifted coach and has a podcast as well as personal sessions). As the current paradigm is shifting, we have an opportunity to evolve and heal into the powerful leaders each of us truly is ~ by being our true selves.

In this episode, Jess shares a very recent moment where she’s been emotionally triggered by not hearing back from someone she cares about. Even while being self-aware and realizing the lack of response probably has nothing to do with her, Jess shares her visceral response to the situation and how she will handle it. We are all human and to be affected and take something personally is natural for many of us, particularly when we care about someone else; however, we have the ability to shift our points of focus. It takes work and consistency and the most powerful go-to healthy approach to managing triggers is to meditate. Even if you don’t meditate regularly - you can do this. Taking four deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth (counting as you breathe if this helps direct your attention away from distracting thoughts) is a solid place to start. Knowing not to take things personally and practicing not doing so are two separate things; if you feel triggered, focusing on your breath for even just a few deep breaths can help you redirect your focus so you’re able to concentrate on positive thoughts while acknowledging and letting go of thoughts that lead us to less constructive places. Stay tuned for Jess King’s meditations to become available on multiple platforms soon. For the moment you can join Jess King Live on Instagram during confinement (until at least May 10, likely she will continue after this date) at @jesskingofficial at 9.30PM France (CET) Time / 3.30PM EST / 12.30 PT.

In this episode, Jess discusses an essential truth: that each of us has the power to awaken others - whether it’s a needed and direct reminder or an emotional trigger that needs healing in someone, our best teachers are each person we encounter in life ~ regardless of the situation. We are reflections of one another; we are one. The more we recognize this, the better we are able to heal ourselves and each other. And as overwhelming this concept may feel to some at times (it’s isn’t always easy to grasp in the moment) it’s also highly reassuring to realize we each serve an important purpose simply by being who we authentically are, sharing with others and receiving as well.

Are you accidentally holding yourself back? In this episode Jess King suggests we take a moment to reflect on our past year and how we may have unconsciously been preventing ourselves from reaching our personal goals. Self-awareness is the first step to breaking this very human pattern and learning to take action (even and especially when it’s uncomfortable). Through reflecting on the past year, ask yourself if you’re happy with your growth and be honest with yourself in terms of admitting where you may have been distracted or set off course a bit. Accepting (with kindness and self-love) where we are now is important in helping unable us to unblock and prepare ourselves for what is next. Feel Jess King’s authentic and heartfirst approach to allow yourself an opportunity to expand and evolve in the way you imagine. It’s an ideal moment to do this as we close a new year and decade in several weeks. Abundance is real; we can all do this. Cheers to a magical 2020 for each of you.

What is the difference between liking what you do and loving it ~ or loving it at an even deeper level? In this episode, Jess King shares a personal discovery she’s recently had in this area that has led to her opening a new door, defying and letting go of her self-limiting boundaries. Through living heartfirst, we face our fears and enable ourselves to expand and grow. It’s not easy to stay present each day; sometimes we become distracted or overwhelmed and feel like we are stuck on a certain path. It takes courage to do what isn’t easy in order to evolve. One way to reconnect ourselves is to spend more time in flow state (when we forget ourselves). When we do, we awaken and deepen our connection with our true selves. This episode is intended for anyone who wants to awaken this deeper connection, to share your unique gifts and serve your purpose in this life. Fact: It is never too late and you are right on time.
