To be the change you want to see in the world is to be guided by yourself. Thus, you are the boss of your soul (as Mandela would say about himself). How are you leading your life, then?
What are the characteristics that make the New Era leader? What are the things you should develop in order to really be able to exercise your leadership?
Let's empower ourselves as leaders of the world we want to live in and let us pay the price and have the responsibility that it entails.
Is your mind boxed? No? Think twice! We all have disintegrated parts of ourselves, parts that are so separate and enclosed that sometimes not even we have access. How to recognize those places in us that do not interconnect, do not open to a broader perspective and how to really build a way to think outside the box?
This is what we are going to discuss in this show. We are going to see how Western society grew under the mechanists approach and how this educate our minds to compartmentalize subjects, perspectives, issues, even our bodies! This has a consequence and part of the consequence is the unsustainable word we live in today.
if you want to be a change agent and be the change you want to see you need to explore the compartments of your mind and make an effort to integrate them all. let's do it?

This is the last day of the year and besides the revision of our journey together, we are going to start an exploration of the masculine and feminine principles and their impact in sustainability.
It is said that Sustainability is a feminine process. Why would that be so? How the distortions of what it is to be a man and a woman had historically impacted our world, contributing to the wars and destruction that we are witnessing in the world? What would mean to “honor our mother” and how this can be the really healing to us all?
Join us to explore this new perspective of how to built a sustainable world and learn how you can be more effectively the change you want to see in it.

Have you ever caught yourself in a paradox in which you don’t know if you are supposed to be resilient and abide by what life is bringing to you or you should dare to fight for a different destiny because you are suppose to create your destiny?
Join us in this episode in which we discuss this apparent paradox and come with terms with how maybe those two approaches are equally true. Come to discover the role that unconscious desires plays in our lives and how sometimes we are the ones that really impose limits to our fulfillment and ultimately to the realization of a better world.
Come to give another step in unfolding and challenging those wrong believes that are hidden in our unconscious and that are preventing us to explore and manifest our full potential. Today’ show will help us to give another step towards fully being the change we want to see in the world!
In this show we are challenging ourselves to notice how much we are cynical and even hopeless before our deepest desires and perspectives of the future. We bring a notion that whenever we do not dare to believe that what we dream can come true, we are setting in motion a dangerous game that ends up really preventing us to achieve and receive that which we desire.
Do you dare to believe in the positive? The Pathwork Guide asks us this questions shedding some lights on the fact that for superstition, sometimes we prefer not to, for the fear that if we do believe we chase away our possibilities. Also, by not believing we think we can prevent disappointment. All of that is part of this dangerous game, since those negative thoughts slide away to the unconscious and we are not aware the damage they cause anymore.
Join us to go deeper in this subject and challenge yourself to really believe in the positive so that we can really be able to visualize a achievable sustainable world.
We’ve been talking about Sustainability as the ability to connect with a larger-than-us source, an informational net, so to speak, and be guided by the wisdom that flows from there, be on service.
We also have talked about meditation and how meditation can be the door for us to find that place within. However, we all know that sit in meditation can be quite challenging and the main challenge is our thought. The mind seems not to stop producing thoughts…
So, in today’s episode we will learn how to control out thoughts. Not in a rigid and suppressing way, but in a relaxed and soft way. We will learn to observe the content of the thoughts that are unintended and evaluate if there are messages for us there or if we can simply discard them.
Join us in this very experiential episode and give another step into being the change you want to see in the world!
Join us to listen to our special guest Dr. Isabel Rimanoczy while she shares her amazing experience in researching and writing her book Big Bang Being - Developing the Sustainability Mindset.
Dr. Isabel had interviewed 16 business leaders involved with the theme of Sustainability in different ways and that's the base from where she will brings us concrete ideas of how to evolve as human beings and develop new ways of thinking and being in this planet.
With a back ground in psychology and an extensive practice in leadership coaching, Isabel puts together the sensibility towards human issues and the understanding of the corporation's way of thinking.
Thus, we are going to have an opportunity to observe what it means to develop a sustainable mindset from her point of view and give another step towards being the change we want to see in the world.
In this episode we are going to bring the first four episodes together in a revision and in bringing examples of how what we are talking about is sustainable. We've talked about the concept of Sustainability, the ways evolution happens and what to expect when we are dreaming about a better world. We also talked about the issue of separation, as the main cause of our not sustainable world and what this implies in our daily lives - in other words, what are the impacts of duality in practical terms. We also tapped into Meditation as a tool to guide us into solutions that come deep from within, in a place of connection, oneness and how that would be more sustainable. So, in this next episode we are going to bring all of this together and fill in with some examples that can help to ground the concepts and bring you onboard so that you can be the change you want to see in the world. Join us, send your questions, call us and help us design something that can be useful for you!
We constantly create, whether we know it or not. We create by what we are, the sum total of our conscious and unconscious thoughts, convictions and concepts.
As Ken Wilber and Dr. Fernando Bignardi (this one in our last episode) would say, we need to tap into a larger, higher state of consciousness in which an informational net ever exist and from where we can be guided to live a more sustainable life - for ourselves, the ones around us and for the planet. This state of consciousness is achieved through meditation. We need to quiet our minds to reach this level of true creation but we can also use our conscious mind to guide us through the steps of meditative exercises.
Thus, in this episode we are going to understand this phenomena of meditation in a deeper level and learn how it can be a powerful tool to help us know how and why we are creating the life we are living and also how we can transform it, so we can truly be the change we want to see in the world.
In today's show we are going to listen to Dr. Fernando Bignardi, a Brazilian physician that works with something called Medical Ecology.
Medical Ecology is a scientific approach that understands disease as an ecologycal phenomenon that takes place in a living being and which the root causes may be the separation of the organism from the laws of Life
By having many patients coming from the corporative environment, Dr. Fernando started to get interested in Sustainability with this broader approach and had done many works as a consultant as well.
So, we are going to explore with him what it is this broader perspective of Sustainability and how we can reconnect to our true Nature, bringing health and healing to ourselves and to our planet.
Join us to learn some of the tools that can contribute to our path towards being the change we want to see in the world!
We've been learning together that that are many states of consciousness, some are higher levels some are lower levels... Higher and lower has to do with the evolution process that, in nature as in all things start form infancy and goes to maturity. The lower states of consciousness are those related to early stages of development. Duality is the state of consciousness of the ego dimension and it is the one we live in, at least most os us, most of the time. In today's show we are going to discuss what are the elements of the duality and how life unfolds in it. Also, we are going discuss how to question and observe ourselves so that we can continue our evolution process and eventuality tap into Unity, the state of conciseness that is connected with a higher stage of development.
Let's be the change we want to see in the world. Yes, but how does this world look like for you? What are those things that you believe need to change so that you have a better world? What would be a sustainable world? In this episode we are going to dream together and visualize, in details, this world that we all long for. First we will go through some explanation of what evolution is, inspired by Ken Wilber's integral vision and also by the Pathwork Guide's Unity level of consciousness. Then, we are going to follow a nice exercise in which you can visualize this beautiful and evolved world from your own experiences and start to feel it in! The idea is that you can give us the feed back of your experience and we can, together, have a picture of how it is this world that we want to achieve.
In this first episode you will hear a little bit about Cibele Salviatto, our hostess, and what she has to bring about the theme of Sustainability as well as a deeper explanation of what would from within really stands for. We are starting a journey beyond going green towards the real and empowering possibility of transforming the world we live in by transcending our own limitations and obstructions. We will learn about some interesting paths of self development and self knowledge and will enhance your comprehension about how exactly you can manifest the changes you want to see in the world, starting by yourself. Are you a change agent? Do you get affected by wars, poverty, unfairness, environment abuse, hungry or other issues of this sort? Would you like to live a life that can contribute for a better world for you and your loved one to live in? So join us in this journey!
