Talk by Jeff given at the Manhattan Healing Circle on January 21, 2018. Jeff uses a recent bout with a very painful herniated disc to illustrate that pain and suffering are different entities. While pain is inevitable, suffering is not.
The desire for love and connection with others is universal, but due to a fundamental confusion about our own worthiness, we look for and pursue it in the wrong way time and time again. While this misunderstanding blocks our natural free flow of love, once we recognize the source of our confusion, we can learn to relax and realize our heart’s desire.

This is a short guided meditation instruction that emphasizes dropping down into the body. It preceded my talk on Unconditional Health: Fact, Fiction or Folklore which discusses the importance of embodying our experience versus "living in our head".
