In order to have an abundant life in God we have to appropriately manage our thoughts and emotions so that we are not consumed by them. Often times those that are in Christ suffer with depression and anxiety even though it is not in God's will for us. We forget to activate our faith by doing doing the work necessary to get to good emotional health. As Keya Speaks allow yourself to be vulnerable with you first so you can begin to heal according to the perfect will of God.

Over the course of my life walking with God, I have learned that I was not always grateful or thankful about how he moved in my life. In the height of the George Floyd protests and outcries for justice and equality there are still some who do not understand racism. Racism cannot be measured as to who is more racist based on skin color. It is an attitude or belief that takes precedence over getting to know the individual on their character not their skin of color or nationality. Are you a racist? Consider getting to know others before you make swift judgements because you may find more commonalities than differences.
