Privileges Committee acts like kangaroo court The Co-Leader of Advance NZ, Jami-Lee Ross, has hit out at Parliament’s Privileges Committee for presenting a report to Parliament with no input from the persons or party accused of breaching Parliament’s rules. “The Privileges Committee has acted like a kangaroo court by holding a meeting, taking advice, forming a conclusion, and then making a finding, all without any input from those standing accused; myself and Advance NZ,” says Mr Ross. https://www.facebook.com/jamileeross“This process makes a mockery of Parliament’s so-called powerful Privileges Committee. “The Committee has not followed any principles of natural justice or fair process, and has made no effort to seek a view, or defence, from us despite the fact we are accused in their report of breaching Parliament’s rules. “The members of the Committee have acted unilaterally against us. “We entirely reject the Speaker’s first decision on the video on our Facebook Page. “We now entirely reject the view of the Privileges Committee. “The claim that coming dissolution of Parliament meant the Committee could not undertake any further process is false. “The Committee has an entire week to call for submissions and evidence from us. “Billy Te Kahika and I have been available to meet the Committee in person, or electronically, at any time. “The Committee has chosen not to take up that opportunity. “This is the standard of democracy we have come to expect from the current big parties in Parliament. “They hold a behind closed doors meeting, decide an outcome, with no opportunity for people to defend themselves. “The Speaker’s decision to order us to take down a legitimate piece of political advertising was an unreasonable and draconian measure in an attempt to censor a political party’s videos in the middle of an Election campaign. "Our Party was founded on the principle of standing up for New Zealanders’ rights and freedoms against political overreach and measures that dismantle democracy. “Parliament has already trampled on the Bill of Rights multiple times this term. “It passes wide ranging laws under urgency and does so without consultation. “We will call out the Government when it passes laws allowing mandatory testing, mandatory quarantine, mandatory lockdowns, and warrantless entry powers. “Now we are calling out the Government for passing laws that enable them effectively to force everyone, including citizens, to be vaccinated if they want to travel into New Zealand. “We will continue to do so." Mandatory vaccinations. It is against our human rights. On the second to last day of Parliament last week the Government passed a law, in less than three hours, under urgency, to give themselves the power to put any requirement on people crossing the NZ border. This sets up the legal ability for them to force a vaccination on any person, including New Zealanders, coming to this country. Who is Billy Te Kahika? A family man, a Christian, not a politician. He grew up on the poorer side of the tracks in South Auckland, New Zealand. Driven in life, his background includes marketing and sales, touring as a rock guitarist, time served in the military and even a stint in the police force. We view that proven natural human immune system boosting options should be of equal importance in the medical sphere. Prevention rather than intervention is the health goal.

Kia ora, Good evening dear NZPP Family!! Ok - Lets put this issue to bed. I have had a number of people led down the garden about the attached video that I have already addressed a couple of times in my broadcasts. This video is filmed in 2017 - if you watch it through, you will see it is me presenting to Chinese businesses about doing business with Maori. I was very humbled that as a private small Maori business that I was asked to give the audience some insights into why & how doing business with Maori was a good thing. I believe then as I do now that Maori need to be and can be self sufficient and productive as a people and that we can do amazing things to help ourselves in business. I am no agent for the Chinese Communist Party, nor the UN nor am I racially motivated - I care for all people deeply as the Christian Maori man I am. As ever I am here to serve all New Zealanders - YOU put me here and I am proud yet humbled all at once for this. NZPP now has 1720 members ahead of where we even thought we would be. We will be at 2000 by Friday which is unprecedented in NZ politics. I thank everyone for your faith which is well placed. The emotional manipulation of procreation has created societal division instead of being seen for what it is: the most basic survival drive of the human race.
- People have the right to prevent unwanted conception, regardless of religion or creed. To that end, the Bill of Rights will provide a framework to assist in this goal.
- However, the Rights of the Person starts at the viability of the person. Thus the Bill of Rights fundamentally protects the person, even if they are not yet born.
- The Bill of Rights, therefore, cannot grant the death of a viable person as a method of birth control.

The Section 11 orders in the "COVID-19 Public Health Response Act" that "require compliance with any measures, or impose prohibitions that contribute or are likely to contribute to preventing the risk of the outbreak or spread of COVID-19" can be made to include mandatory vaccination. This Act will be repealed.

Cold, mildewed, mouldy, dark, and drafty houses are a major factor behind poor health. It is time that HOUSING and building laws incorporate robust health standards (not just minimums) as part of normal design and function.

We believe that ALL health and medical practices should be based on real and honest science and not just the relationships with drug manufacturers.
We will review ALL current agreements between the government and drug companies and we will appoint an independent board that will conduct the research on these agreements and the products involved.
We view that proven natural human immune system boosting options should be of equal importance in the medical sphere. Prevention rather than intervention is the health goal.
The Bill of Rights will establish protocols where achieving health is based on the responsibility of the person and their needs rather than quotas.
