If you are the one living with a disorder remember NO ONE can use what you've already accepted about yourself against you. Accept your faults, own up to them. Take that power away from people's mouths when they speak against mental illness. And help those that want to learn. If you know someone with a mental illness/disorder, check on them. Be more patient, loving, and have a listening ear. These discussions need to happen more often! How's your heart? How is your mental health? Have you took time to breath today? When was the last time you ate? What's your nightly routines looking like? Simple questions that'll open up some people a bit more on where they are mentally beyond the usual question, how are you doing? ONLY ASK IF YOU ARE READY TO LISTEN AND BE TRUSTED WITH THE ANSWERS!!
