Neil Quaintance was born and raised in Darby, Montana. He has always had a very competitive spirit. He brought a rodeo team to his high school and went on to be a professional bull rider. He re-located to Spokane, Wa in 2000 and went to work for a small dealership which is where he found his passion for helping people. Neil has worked for Auto Credit Sales for 15 years and became the GM/CEO 4 years ago. He oversees 110 employees at 6 different locations. It is his mission to create an awesome work environment for his employees while creating a comfortable environment to service the Inland Northwest customers. Neil is married with 5 children and 3 grandchildren.
Who is Frank you might ask yourself? Frank is the President and Owner of Frank’s Boot Company. Frank’s career began in 1995 as General Manager of Nick’s Custom Boots in Spokane, WA. Over the last two decades, he has earned experience in all facets of the footwear business. Frank has done everything from cutting leather, shining the finished product and custom fitting in production side of business. As a general manager his duties consisted of purchasing, retail, wholesale, and management of a growing company, Frank has done it all.
With over 15 years of video production experience, Megan invests heart and
mind into every project, from directing and editing PSA campaigns, to
producing complex human interest documentaries, to developing extensive digital
and multimedia campaigns. She also leads the team’s photography services,
specializing in crafted portraiture as well as creative and conceptual imagery for
marketing. She is an active member of Executive Women International, and she is
dedicated to community stewardship and placemaking through her work within
the City of Spokane and North Monroe Business District. In 2015, she was named
an Emerging Business Leader by Inland Business Catalyst magazine, and, in both 2018
and 2019, Rogue Heart was honored with the Dussault Community Impact Award
as a result of her commitment to projects that make a difference.
Wil Buchanan is a long-time Spokane resident with a passion for helping small business owners solve problems. Wil holds an undergraduate degree in business from BYU-Idaho and is completing a Master’s Degree in Business from Western Governors University. Wil started Philantech3 (then known as Innovation Computing) in 2002. Philantech3 is a technology services company with a focus on using technology to help clients become more profitable.
Wil understands the challenges that small business owners go through as they struggle to build a business. The “philanthropy” part of Philantech3 comes from Wil’s commitment to help business owners get what they want out of their businesses. Most of this consulting work is done free of charge.
Wil and his wife Tambi have six children and live in North Spokane and on Kauai, HI.

Laura is the Owner and President of Lawton Printing here in Spokane and brings nearly 30 years experience in printing and publications with a bachelor’s degree in graphic communications. Laura is heavily involved in our community, holding a current board position with Project Beauty Share and Association of Washington Business.
