You must reach a perfect score to be considered a Biblical Christian- a true follower of Jesus. If you come to a question that you do not get a perfect score on, have no fear. Pause, study, and learn. You can quickly align your beliefs with the corresponding verses presented. Everything in this life, from the economy, entertainment, lust, and perversions, is all set up to wear down the saints- grinding us all down like glass. The entire matrix is set up to break your spirit and destroy your willingness to live for and serve the Lord. Focus Verse: Matthew 7:1-5 “Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged. (2) For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you. (3) Why do you see the speck that is in your brother’s eye, but don’t consider the beam that is in your own eye? (4) Or how will you tell your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye;’ and behold, the beam is in your own eye? (5) You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother’s eye.”

Before we go any further, is Jesus telling us to never remove the plank out of others eyes? No, He did not say that. He said to get yourselves right, then you can see clearly to help others. As we see Paul expressing the same concept:
Romans 2:1-3 “Therefore you are without excuse, O man, whoever you are who judge. For in that which you judge another, you condemn yourself. For you who judge practice the same things. (2) We know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things. (3) Do you think this, O man who judges those who practice such things, and do the same, that you will escape the judgment of God?”
So, as we can clearly “SEE”, there is nuance and perspective that needs to be understood to fully grasp at exactly what Jesus was saying.
The first step to unravel this ball of yarn is to look at what the word “Judge” actually means. Most take it to mean to make a determination of wrong or right, good and evil, concerning another’s actions. Yet, we find it is not a determination of wrong and right, yet more like a condemning of an individual’s soul. We can look at a murderer and determine that is wrong, and let them know they are a murderer. But we are not God and cannot tell them that they can never receive salvation after the murder.

One of the first things God taught me when I started full time ministry is that He does not need a (P.R.) Public Relations spokesman, meaning that, I don’t need to constantly try to always put everything in the best, most acceptable, light possible. Nor do I need to constantly try to shade and pervert the word of God to make it more digestible to the lactose intolerant masses. All I have to do is say what God tells me to say, and let the words of God rest upon their own authority. The wisdom of this is that if you are continually trying to water down the truth to make it easier for people to accept, you have actually sold them on a false Gospel filled with half-truths. But the world has convinced many that a Christian is always perceived as sweet and quiet as a church mouse. They never offend and never make people feel uncomfortable. They are to always know their place and never bring their faith into the public square. They should keep it at home and within the church. The greatest error Christians have been led to believe is that they must be invited to present the truth, and need permission to have a chair at the table of life. If you’re a “good little Christian”, you can be allowed to be around the “cool kids!” We have been taught to forsake our saltiness and put out our lights. BUT NO MORE, BROTHERS AND SISTERS! This is not God’s way and we have not been told to hold our tongue. We must be motivated by the love of God, and speak the hard truths in love to a dying world. There are time and seasons for all things. Sometimes being patient and enduring is the best path. But we should never perceive it as the only path. As we studied in our “Baby Jesus Syndrome” Bible Study, Jesus was no easy going preacher, nor was Paul, or Peter, etc. There is a time to be loud with boldness and a direct delivery of the truth. That is what this Bible study is about today. Being willing to be Bold As Lions**, not victim-riddled sheep too scared of the world to speak the truth in love. So, do you fear God or Man? Your words will reveal the truth.

What is the 'world system' cycle of life? Well, it is definitely contrary to our last Weapons of Warfare study of “Sacrificial Faithfulness.” Let’s see if this sounds familiar. Work hard in school, get a good education, get a job, work to climb the ladder, get promotions and pay raises, rise to the top of your profession, retire, and die. In the middle of this, you get bigger, newer cars, bigger houses, bigger debt, and then live in fear until you die that you will lose what you sacrificed for, and be without all your pleasures and securities. We tell ourselves, “I have worked so hard, I deserve a break and a vacation. Something to distract me from this burden I am under. I need to now spend time with the family I have ignored to attain all of this.” We think this gives meaning to the cycle, because “hey, at least I can do this thing I like because I do those things!” So now, the cycle kind of makes sense. Then we slowly build up walls of debt and stuff we no longer use. Then we move on to storing these things in the house and garage, then in storage buildings. We think that when God allows us to prosper, it is to feed the vicious cycle we have bought into. Stewardship in this paradigm to the individual is to steward one’s own blessings for one’s own well being. Yet, like the saying goes: “He who dies with the most toys in the end, still dies.”
**But, why does man seek to build diminishing towers of worship to self and wealth? Even in the church, the “prosperity Gospel” teaches a person to focus on the world and the world’s goods. Yet, the simple math is this: If we are not our own and we are bought with a price, (1 Corinthians 6:19-20) then what you posses is not your own, and God has purchased you. There is no such thing as personal wealth to a Christian. It is all God’s wealth. All a Christian has and is allowed to retain does not belong to them, and is not meant to be used to be consumed upon their desires and lusts. This is contrary to the world’s cycle of wealth. But it is the truth. We are called to find security in Jesus and God’s love, not the numbers in our bank account. Yet, we retain those numbers in an attempt to keep only what God’s blessing can truly provide. But the world and the church teach that those digits are the blessing. The church has switched from the love of God to the love of God’s blessings.

Sacrificial Faithfulness: Giving When It Costs You Everything.
There is a saying that the U.S. Marines are fond of saying. While crude, there is great depth to the implied meaning. “Embrace The Suck!” And I’ve heard another one which is, “The only good day was yesterday.” While to the laymen these might seem like depressing and defeated sayings. But to the solider, it steadies the mind to not expect the easy path. To come to terms that the road ahead is meant to be hard. And that it doesn’t matter. As they have been trained and conditioned for this. The hard path is the forge of the heart of a soldier. A real warrior is always looking for a worthy battle. A true soldier is only happy fulfilling his calling of the battle.
We find that Paul was fond of using the label “soldier” to describe those who serve the Lord. Being surrounded by the Roman war culture, and the legions of warriors, the people understood his intention of using this term. Let’s take a look at a couple of these examples:

**The “Soul Sleep” Of The Dead is often overlooked by modern Christianity. Many, in an attempt to comfort their own souls, reference their loved ones as now being in Heaven. That they are mingling with their dead relatives in a celestial reunion. This is understandable, as these types of losses can be hard to handle. Yet, we will find that these concepts are not presented in scripture- neither by Jesus, the disciples, nor the patriarchs of old. What we find is that the dead enter into sleep, resting their souls until the resurrection. This doctrine is so complete in scripture, that it is irrefutable and rock solid. We will cover what the Bible clearly declares and prove these facts. The dead are not in Heaven- they are asleep.

We are going to talk about faith today- what it is and what it is not. Plus, how to create more faith. Let me point out the obvious: If God just wanted you to believe and have faith for no good reason at all, then why did He give you an entire book of reasons? You see, faith is not some commodity that has limited supply. You can actually, knowingly and effectively, create more faith if you know the steps. #Faith #faithingod #faithquotes
First, let’s talk about experience.
We can use these three examples- Seatbelts, money, and gravity. All these levels are based on experience. Your level of trust with each is cemented based upon how often you have experienced the benefits of them. The Seatbelt the least, as most don’t get in car crashes every moment of their day. Money we deal with daily. We have more experience, thus more trust in money. Next is gravity. We have such complete trust in gravity, as we experience it every moment of our lives. We have so much faith in gravity, we no longer think of it. We don’t worry that when we roll out of bed, gravity won’t be there for us. We take it for granted that gravity with always do what gravity does and we will not be disappointed by it.
Now with God, it’s a little different. He has His own will and He is not just an object or a law of nature. Yet, the principle remains the same. Faith is all based upon experience.
Hebrews 11:1 is one of the most misunderstood bible verses and it can cause a lot of damage.
The “Faith Hall of Fame” sounds impressive, but have you ever realized that all the great acts mentioned only fill a chapter. That in the entire lives of these individuals, it came down to one defining act. I believe all of us could, can, and will eventually be able to be added to such a list.
Hebrews 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Let me ask you a question:
“If Faith is the substance of things hope for, then what is the substance of faith?”
**I’m going to build a case that the substance of faith is knowledge and reason. Yes, reason. Not mindless confidence. Biblical faith is a fungible, expendable commodity that can be created, earned, and used to our benefit. But before we cover that, let’s quickly show how Faith is a “Weapon Of Our Warfare”- A Mighty Weapon to kick in the teeth of all demonic forces, allowing us to stand upon their decaying spirit.

Cannibalism: Most have heard the story immortalized in the book with the very misleading title, “Miracle In The Andes” When the plane called “Fairchild” made contact with the Andes mountains and crashed. Along with the Old Christian Rugby Club heading to an exhibition match against a Chilean team. After much suffering, they turned to eating the dead bodies for survival; methodically cannibalizing their friends, even to the point of discovering the most delicate meats. All in an attempt to survive one more day in the wretched, freezing conditions they found themselves in. Even justifying their actions by comparing the act to be much like the Lord’s Supper. And telling themselves that they drew life from the blood of their friends, in the same way we draw spiritual life through the Lord’s Supper. #Cannibalism
Also, most have heard of the cannibalistic “Donner - Reed Party.” Or, as I jokingly call it out of disgust and horror, the “Donner Dinner Party.” In 1846, as they travelled across the United States to start a new life, they took a supposed shortcut enroot to California from Illinois. They became trapped in the Sierra Nevada Mountains by an 8 day freak snowstorm. To this day, the location is called the “Donner Pass”. The gruesome reminder of how when the food ran out, and they ate their oxen, dogs, and cow hides; they then took to eating one another’s relatives and accountancies. If you fell in the snow, you might become dinner.
We find similar stories of desperation, depravity, and cannibalism in the Bible. Like the following story, found in 2 Kings 6:24-30 :“Later King Benhadad of Aram assembled his whole army. They went to Samaria and blockaded it. (25) The shortages caused by the blockade of Samaria became so severe that a donkey's head sold for two pounds of silver and a half-pint of dove manure for two ounces of silver. (26) As the king of Israel was walking on the city wall, a woman cried to him, "Help me, Your Majesty!" (27) He answered, "If the LORD doesn't help you, how can I help you? I can't give you something from the threshing floor or the winepress." (28) Then the king asked her, "What's the matter?" She answered, "This woman told me, 'Give up your son. Let's eat him today. We'll eat my son tomorrow.' (29) So we boiled my son and ate him. The next day I told her, 'Give up your son. We'll eat him,' but she hid her son." (30) When the king heard the woman say this, he tore his clothes in distress. As he was walking on the city wall, the people saw that he was wearing sackcloth under his clothes. (31) He said, "May God strike me dead if the head of Elisha, son of Shaphat, stays on his body today.”
We have heard of the infamous cannibal Jeffrey Dahmer, the serial killer who ate his victims, and many other such horrendous and disgusting stories of cannibalism. The rest of the Bible is no different in the accounts provided. This is what we will be talking about today- Cannibalism from a Biblical point of view. So, hold onto your taste buds, and wet your appetites for the meat of the Word of God. I promise we will season it with salt. ;-)

I want you to think of your Christian Walk on the narrow path as walking across a suspension bridge over a 500 foot drop. It has guard rails up high and as long as you hold on to those guard rails, you can balance yourself and make it across on the narrow passageway safely. Yet, if you let your focus fade and let go of your safety points, you can very well stumble and maybe even fall to your own death. This path is hard to find, and even harder to stay on. As we are leaving Babylon and applying the wealth of information provided in this series, let us not faint on the journey. None of what we have covered is hard to understand. It may be hard to believe and difficult to abide by, yet it is not so complex that we cannot harness its power and use it as the map it was intended to be. Bear One Another's Burdens: We all have to do what we all have to do, but we do not have to do it alone. We might think we are saving other parts of the body of Christ from having to deal with our issues by not sharing. This is not true, for we are spiritually connected. If the hand suffers, the rest of the body suffers too. If the body knows that the hand is suffering, than it can step up and make sure it gets the attention it needs. But if the hand plays it off as if everything is okay, when called upon to act, the hand will fail in its function for the body. Personal Forgiveness: We really need to start with a look at what forgiveness is and how the word is presented in the Bible. Often we are led to believe that it is a unique word with one single meaning. And then we turn this word into a verb meaning to “Forgive & Forget,” seeking spiritual amnesia of wrongs and slights against us. Then if you fail to produce this amnesia, it is somehow wrong and is somehow a sin. Not to mention the directive to “forgive all” and “always forgive.” Would you be surprised to learn that the topic is a little deeper than this simplistic Sunday school philosophy? It is not without its merits, but it does lack the full understanding of God’s intention for forgiveness. The easiest and most concise way I can define “Forgiveness” is in the word: “Separate**”- To separate the wrong from the wrong doer; To no longer attach the act to the actor, seeing them as two separate entities; No longer belonging to each other nor having influence upon one another. 🧪Can Your Minister Pass This Test?: We are called by God to honor those He sends to help guide us in the path of salvation. They are tasked with the responsibility of ensuring our well being. We are also told by God not to make their jobs hard. Yet, that being said, we are also called to inspect their fruits. To validate their conduct and ensure they are being faithful in their calling. We are not called to follow them down the primrose path to hell. Or, let them tickle our ears and lie to our faces. So we must be on guard and follow the guide given to us in scripture. While we read let us also inspect ourselves and see if we can pass the test: As we are all called to minister for the Lord.

IN Christianity, it’s very easy to get self-absorbed. God gave Jesus for me, Jesus died for me, I get redemption, I become Holy, I am the apple of God’s eye, He’s coming back for me, I’ll put on immortality, I’ll live forever, I get blessed, etc, etc, etc.. You get the picture. Yes, every one of those statements is true in context. But, it really misses the point. Often the blessing is pushed harder than the source, and people seek the blessing more than the One who blesses. The gift of immortality becomes more of a self-centered endeavor, completely overlooking why we will become immortal. Modern church is selling the “get rich quick” gospel, instead of sacrifice and obedience. They talk more about what God can do for you (appealing to your selfish side), than what you can do for God. It teaches self-esteem without humbleness and meekness. Basically, you get a whole lot of icing but no cake. This produces a “what’s in it for me mentality.” As long as I’m getting what I want, I will come. But hey, one slip up and I’m out of here. The reason for this is because that is what most Christians get sold on when entering the church. “Hey, God will give you the warm fuzzies, you’ll feel better, and He will bless you.” This is all true, but once again, it is only half the truth. Church and everything Christianity is, is about God and Jesus first. But in our “lukewarm” state, we have made it all about us. How can my needs be met? Instead of, me meeting the needs of God and man. What can God do for me? Instead of, what can I do for God? I want this, instead of asking what God wants. Well, I think that’s a great question. The Beatitudes: I recently came across a very powerful perspective on the Beatitudes. I was watching a teaching series called “Total Onslaught” By Professor Walter Veith from Amazing Discoveries Ministries. Why I differ on some points, I found the series exceptional and well thought out, explained, and Bible-based. Without endorsing everything he said, I can say that you would have to try very hard to finding a greater amount of truth explained in such a wonderful way. In that series, he explained The Beatitudes with a novel and special perspective. A way in which I have never heard or considered before and I must say that I agree with him. So, I wanted to share this insight God gave him and then expand the premise even more.

This Is What God Looks And Sounds Like! Focus Verse: John 1:18 “No one has seen God at any time. The one and only Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, he has declared him.” **This seems like a strange focus verse for a 2nd study on what God looks like. Yet, in time, it will become apparent for all to see why we are using this verse. In Part 1 of “What Does God Look Like”, we used the scriptures own description to reveal a shadow of God’s true beauty. In Part 2, we will focus on The New Jerusalem, God’s voice, what His presence does to the earth, how no one can see God, and then how, if you have seen Jesus, you have seen what God looks like. This Is What God Looks Like? “We are not unlike Him in appearance. We are like the shadow of His glory. He has a form like ours, but is also spirit- a spirit that is a consuming fire. Yes, He has a head, hands, feet, arms, and legs, but this is where the comparison stops for us. His skin, if you will, looks like swirling marble as Jasper and is reddish brown like Carnelian stone. From the waist up, He appears as gleaming metal with fire enclosed in it all around. From the waist down, His legs and feet are like pillars of fire. In His hands are light that shoot forth like lighting. His face shines brighter than the sun. And His eyes look like flames of fire. His hair is shining white like wool or fresh snow in the sunlight. He chooses to clothe Himself in a brilliant white robe that is like light itself. The snow white train of the robe swirls around on the ground and fills the entire temple. When He speaks, it’s as if you’re hearing the roaring of a lion, and rushing waters, and thunder rolling through a storm. Whenever He moves, the smoke of His glory goes before Him and behind and around Him. And no man has ever seen His face and lived.
His throne sits atop a blue sapphire stone that is as pure and clear as the sky. The base of His throne has wheels that look like they are ablaze. The throne itself is made of sapphire and also looks like it is on fire. And an emerald green rainbow arches over His throne reaching from one side to the other. There are two creatures that stand above Him on each side, each having six wings which are not unlike the wings of a bird. They cover their faces with two wings, then they cover their body with another two wings, and finally they cover their feet with the last two. They forever say to each other, “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of Hosts; the whole earth is full of Your glory!” The room is filled with smoke and the brightness of a rainbow shining every color through the smoke. We will cover many things about God in this study. Yet, to truly know God, it takes experience and time. What this study sets out to do is to frame the Character and Personality of God. This way, you can better approach a relationship with God based upon the knowledge of who He is and how He desires to be understood. Much like when you introduce someone to a friend of yours. You would say something like “they are really easy going and funny.” Then, you would have a better idea of what to expect. And when things seem to unfold in a way you weren’t expecting, you could go back to information previously given to interpret reality. Like, in our example of our fake friend being funny. As we come closer to the end of time, it will become harder to stay faithful. The temptations will get greater, and the desires of the world will rage against righteousness. Our own need for security and the security of our families with become an every present oppression against faithfulness. We have unlimited spiritual resources at our fingertips right now. We also have pastors and leaders readily available for council. This will not always be this way. Darkness will come upon the earth and every Christian must be ready to stand on their own without a pastor, or even a Bible. Only the faith we’ve invested in and the words of God we have hidden in our hearts. This is why I made this study. We don’t know what tomorrow holds, or who we’ll be able to help or get help from. So I wanted to create a basic guideline on how to stand strong- a roadmap to faithfulness. **Missed Opportunities: Seize The Day - We can look at the above Bible verse and, normally, we just apply it to ourselves. Yet, this would be a mistake. Today is also the day of Salvation for millions of others around us. Biblical Christianity is outward focused, love-driven action- being led by the Holy Spirit in obedience to God. Yet, we can fail to harness the opportunities God provides for us, by failing to strike while the iron is hot. Most appear to have an attitude of “Well, I’ll get another chance later.” This is also not true. We get invited by God at certain times to perform certain works, and if we don’t take advantage of the opportunity, there is no promise of another opportunity. And, in all likelihood, God might find us an unfaithful servant and move onto someone else to get the job done. Or, something worse could happen and the work might not get done at all. We will go over missed opportunities in the Bible and study what happened, and what was lost for the failure to respond on time in obedience.

**The Shofar is a very powerful weapon for believers in Jesus Christ. Just like in part (1) of “Weapons of Warfare” when we discussed the spiritual power of the Blood of Jesus, in part (2) we will cover how the Shofar has a powerful effect in the physical realm. The Shofar pierces the veil between the physical and spiritual realm- much like music, prayer, praise, and worship. Yet, there is a more direct and added layer in the Shofar component. The Shofar finds its “Type” to its “Archetype” in the temple of heaven. Almost like a bridge between the earth and the gates of heaven. The Shofar stands alone in its purpose and function around the throne of heaven and the courts of the earth. As we close out the study, we will make the complete connection between the Shofar and Jesus our Christ. Then proving that when you hold a Shofar as a Christian, you are holding a physical representation of the Kingdom of Jesus. 🩸The Blood Of Jesus: Weapons Of Our Warfare Part 1. When the world denies Jesus, it’s for a good reason. Satan knows the power of Christ and what His precious blood has accomplished for humanity. In simple terms, the Devil hopes to take the bullets out of our guns. Not only rendering us defenseless against the spiritual dark forces and powers he uses, but also to deny us our salvation through faith in Him. Let me say clearly that if anyone denies the power of the blood of Jesus, they are one of two things: 1) A completely untrained and uneducated individual that can scarcely call themselves a Christian, being that the Blood is foundation to Christianity. 2) Or, an outright apostate servant of Satan himself, attempting to destroy the work of Christ Jesus. The first one we can forgive and train up those individuals to reveal the hidden knowledge of the facts. As it seems, many churches stay away from this topic. **Many Christians walk around unaware of the hidden danger. They never realize that there is an unseen realm cloaked in secrecy, and shielded in misinformation. The Spiritual realm is very real, active, and present. Even if the believer walks around oblivious to the battle ground they find themselves in. The confession of Jesus is a lifelong Confession: confessed once to accept salvation, perpetually confessed to help others do the same. As we continue on learning how to Escape Babylon, we search the scriptures to find examples for us to be inspired by. Just like in last week’s lesson of the Prophecy of Jesus, we will add (4) more examples of the “call to flee” and follow God’s directives. Yet, we must first start with “Grant of God” to all believers of Jesus. We will also take a brief look at how we can understand our exodus by learning what happened to the disciples of Jesus. We continue on this path of study trying to cement into our hearts and minds the urgency we are all under.

God is love. Yes, this is true. Yet it is God who determines what love is. Mankind has taken to determining what love is and has tried to apply this back to God. By starting with a giant dose of indifference, a side of “whinny baby”, and a scoop of “love sick victim”. Their version of a loving God is a derelict Dad and a complaisant Father. The “almighty god-style”, candy dispenser of wishes and happiness- always giving, never requiring, and always ready to dispense your every wish and desire at no cost. What a load of bull manure!! We will see in this study that God is angry at sinners. He has wrath stored up for those who reject His love. He has Love and Compassion for those who will humble themselves and repent of their sins against Him, but Woe unto those who refuse this peace treaty with the Almighty God. Baby Jesus Syndrome! Our study today is going to seem awkward to some. It might even seem inappropriate to others. What’s In A Name? What about the name: “Jesus”? It’s like the saying goes: “A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” Or, must you call it a “Rose” for it to retain the flowers beauty and aroma? So if someone says they believe in Jesus, are they automatically to be considered a brother or sister in Christ? As we have learned, there are false brethren and false teachers, etc. Is the name “Jesus” enough to accurately identify whom they are talking about? The “Sacred Name Movement” declares that you must focus on perfect pronunciation of the correct name to receive salvation. Moreover, if you can correctly pronounce the supposed correct name, can you still be lost? If it’s just saying: “I believe in Jesus” that matters, because they say a name, then what about all those people in different countries? They don’t call Him “Jesus” in their native tongue, so would they be lost because they didn’t get the word right? Conversely, if all you have to do is get the name right, then you are saved- just because you say the “name”, and not because of your relationship with the person you claim to believe in? Then how does that make you any better than Satan? As the Bible says, even the devil believes and trembles at His name. Christians must understand that Biblically speaking, names are titles with authority and honor bestowed upon them based upon the one who gives the name. They have deeper meaning beyond the mere combinations of letters. Without this second layer of meaning, the name is void of any and all power. So, when we say the name “Jesus”, it is more important to focus on Who it represents and the second layer of meaning. For you can not accurately refer to anyone without the context of the relationship between the two parties. For example: if I say “Bob is my friend”, well, what “Bob” are you talking about? There are hundreds of thousands of “Bobs” in the world. Even if I randomly point at a Bob and say, “I know that one.” Would that Bob claim to know me? Very unlikely! Therefore, there must be a relationship at the core of the claim of the Name Jesus. Do you know Him? Does He know you? If it’s a “Yes” and it the Jesus of the Bible, this activates the deep meaning of His name: the second layer of power and honor given to Him by God! Now, **many people I talk to tell me that church just doesn’t feel right anymore, that something is off and it’s hard to put their finger on it. It just seems wrong. That is the Holy Spirit warning you. Maybe you have felt the same way. You might have been members of a church most of your life, but recently something has changed- what was once unthinkable, has now become commonplace. You might even be able to point out some Anti-Christ teachers in your mist. Well, this is exactly what is happening. The Churches are becoming infiltrated by workers of darkness. But I promise you, the infiltration started in your conference offices first, and has trickled down. We should not be surprised; this has been going on since the very beginning. It started right after Jesus ascended into Heaven, then plays out in the book of Acts. It hasn’t stopped, and it won’t stop, until His soon return. The difference is that the demonic deception is not hiding anymore. They boldly proclaim their rebellion against God and claim they are obeying God’s will. They are teaching the lie for truth and subjecting the masses to a constant assault of error. Convincing the hearers that the “denomination” is the church of God: when it is the Body of Christ that is the true Church. There is no need to continue to support the rotting core of fake Christianity. For all you are supporting are those ensuring your demise. Either you’re influencing the church for good, or being influenced by it. You have to decide which one it is and act accordingly. If there is hope for reformation and God wants you there to support that, then obey. But if you’re riding a dead horse, then find new avenues and new paths in the work of God. There is no such thing as a perfect Church. Yet, there are churches trying their best to stand for God and are forsaking sin in all its forms. Do not support a church that is winking at sin, accepting sin, and encouraging it through their silence. Many Christians are led to believe that it’s the “church against the world”. That the enemy is from without, not from within. This can’t be further from the truth. We are taught that it is the world that will enact the greatest persecution against the body of Christ. This too is a fallacy. It will be the Satanic indwelling of unclean spirits within the congregations of believers, that will one day kill its own ranks. It’s easy to get this “super hero” mentality about Jesus. That He never had anything that wore Him down, or that tested His resolves. That He never got sore after a hard day’s work, or worked Himself silly into exhaustion. That He never had to make a choice that had no winning answer in life. That He never got ill. That all things came easy to Him, that He never had an “off” day (not to imply sin, yet that it just wasn’t as easy as it could have been.) It can be easy to see Jesus as detached and separated from the plight and suffering of what it is to be human, after the fall of Adam. Yet, this is not correct. -Concepts & Understanding For Successful Witnessing- Often when people start witnessing, they hope that everyone they talk to will receive Jesus and become saved immediately. If this doesn’t happen, people can become discouraged. With a little more information from scripture, we find that some Sow and some Reap. Another concern is the purity of conversion if they do decide to accept. It can be discouraging if you see someone say “yes” to Jesus, say a prayer, and then nothing seems to happen after that. We find in scripture that seed falls on all types of ground to varying affects of growth and longevity. The final one is when someone says “no”. If you get too many of these in a row, it can be hard to overcome. Again, scripture addresses this also. Sometimes they might say “yes” later, when they are not with you. So, we are going to point out some scriptures that will help us not get discouraged and keep the faith, regardless of the outcome of the witnessing trip. They will help us have faith in God and Jesus and remind us that it is the Holy Spirit that does the work of converting; we are just the messenger, inviter, and seed planter. And in that, you will have 100% success if you just work for the Lord. Lance McClintock

The modern portrayal of the Gospel in western Christianity is a betrayal to the true Gospel call. In the west, Jesus and God are presented as the great “Santa Clause in the sky” that are here to grant wishes and dreams- ever ready to bless all who call upon His magical powers of instant happiness and never requiring more than a whispered call for more. Always waiting for the dinner bell to ring and ready to show up in style and grant wishes as the “gospel genie”. Yet, this demonic lie is not found in the scriptures. Then they might count their co-workers, people at the gym, etc. But, how many of them are just mere acquaintances masquerading as friends? They are shallow relationships that do not go any deeper than barely knowing their names. It also seems that as you get older and have a family, it’s even harder to make new friends- let alone devote time to keep them. Then the most important question of the real friends we have is: “how many are true Biblical friends?” If we can then point out the true God-centered friendships, we must

There is no such thing as a perfect marriage, for there are no perfect people. Let alone finding two perfect people to create the perfect marriage. It has been said in the world that marriage is like “two ticks trying to figure out which one is the dog”- a sad, but true, observation of the world. The idea of getting married to get your own needs met is contrary to “Biblical Marriage”, of meeting each other’s needs. One being inward focused and the other being outward focused. True Biblical marriage is based upon creating a union of two souls - one flesh- and to be a servant to your partner. In its truest Biblical form, marriage is the creation of a union by which both parties blend into each other. From the time of Abraham onward, the idea of giving a portion of your wealth to God has been around. The concept is simple: recognize that God provides all you have, and then respond to this provision by giving a portion back. This simple plan of action was expanded when God started the Priesthood. Then finally, it graduated from a 10% tithe with offerings, to everything belonging to God in the New Testament. This is how God’s economy works. The economy of God activates for the spreading of the Gospel message. This is how the ministers of the Gospel have been directed to receive the needed income to focus on spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. For those who willingly and joyfully partner with God in His economy will receive the richness and fullness of His provision. Figuring out how to study the Bible can be overwhelming. This study seeks to make it as easy and sweet as apple pie. The Word of God is like a seven-layer burrito: the deeper you bite, the better the flavor. No bite is just like the last. Yet, it is made from the same ingredients. The more you eat, the more you’ll get. Still, the question remains: “How do we take that first bite?” One of the biggest errors I see in studying the Bible is trying to read it like a novel. While in itself is not wrong and worthy of the effort, over time you are likely to reach a point of stunted growth in your understanding. The Bible is meant to be explored, picked apart, combined, and to compliment all its parts. I have known many God-fearing people who love the Lord that do this. They never progress in their understanding, relative to the amount of effort put into their reading. The Bible must be searched out like a treasure hunt- finding jewels of information and then complied to make a crown of understanding. This is what we will cover in this study.

The first study was about the “Spiritual Sacrifices” we offer up to God. The next study we did was about being obedient in or “Work” to God and receiving our crowns through obedience. We therefore must learn about turning our services outward to the Body of Christ. It is always best said that “we serve God before the people.” Never do “we serve the people before God.” The difference is our main point of focus. Often ministers can become too ‘people focused’ and forget the reason and person we are actually serving, and that is our Father God. Becoming overly people focused can lead to compromise and burn out. Yet, the God-centered minister will always be better equipped to love and serve the people in the proper manner. We are saved by grace- not of works. This is true. The question before us is: “how do we act after we have been saved?” Most Christians fail to separate the two concepts. They get stuck on “saved by grace,” or “saved by works.” Both are wrong and destitute of spiritual discernment. The answer is “Yes” and “Yes.” We are saved by grace not by works, yet now that we are saved, there is a calling to obey. We didn’t earn our salvation, yet now that it has been given, it comes with guidance. Failure to head the guidance is to reject the offer of salvation. Grace and works are intimately connected. You can never be good enough. That is why there is grace and mercy. Yet, you cannot remain with a heart of rebellion and call Jesus “Lord”. That is why there remains God’s way of doing things, also called the law. To say that you can have a relationship with God on your own terms and conditions, is to deny the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Another way to put it is this: You have been given a free ticket into the city of Heaven, and it didn’t cost you thing. "Replacement Theology" A theological understanding that God has replaced the Jews as His chosen people. Who are the Chosen People Of God?
The whole entire subject is a family affair: we all came from Adam and Eve, then from Noah and his sons- Shem, Ham, and Japheth. We are all related. The issue of liking or disliking one people group vs. another is nothing more than brothers fighting. To dislike one group is to dislike your own relatives. Eve is the mother of all living. We are all related. There is no such thing as “races” of people. There is nothing more than ethnic groups based upon a common family tree and geographic location. So, how then can one be superior over another, based upon nothing more than their bloodline? We all spring from the same root. We all started from the same bloodline. The origin of all mankind is from a single family: Adam and Eve, then Noah and his wife. Now, at the end of time, we come together under one more man- Jesus. For now there is neither Jew nor Gentile, we are one new man. Therefore, now at the end of time, the discussion is not one of excluding all people groups for the sake of the one. No. It is now the inclusion of all people groups under Messiah. Whoever believes in Jesus are the chosen of God, because He is the chosen one! All previous claims to being the children of God are made forfeit and are without standing before the courts of Heaven.

It is often called “Predestination”- The belief that certain people have been marked or set aside, by God to receive salvation. Let’s look at predestination from this prospective: First off- God is Sovereign Genesis 1:1, meaning He has complete authority. Second- God is Omnipresent Psalms 139:1-12, meaning He can be everywhere at once, though He does have His “Shekinah Glory” in heaven, which is His being. Thirdly- He is Omnipotent Revelation 19:6, meaning He is all powerful, and His ability is without end. Lastly- He is Omniscient Job 37:16, meaning that He has all knowledge and without Him, no knowledge exists.
So, in all the grand power of our God, it is of little wonder that He already knew from the beginning of time the individuals who would choose Him, and those He would choose. God will not be surprised about who’s going to go to heaven. He knows that some people, no matter how long suffering He was with them, that they would never choose Him. To this point, I refer to it as “pre-determination”, because it was determined that these individuals would choose their own way no matter what. Therefore, He has predestined and equipped the elect the opportunity to receive salvation and eternal life in the coming regeneration.

“How To Joyfully Keep The Sabbath: Let’s Talk Burden Breakers” The Sabbath is meant to relieve the burden of life, so we can focus on our relationship with God. We must also guard ourselves from robbing those around us from being free of their burdens. God has graciously provided some simple things to keep in mind on how to best relieve these burdens and focus our heart, mind, and time upon our Heavenly Father. These prohibited activities are “Burden Prevention 101”, from God our Father. A lot of people who start Sabbath-keeping can get an “I can’t” attitude. Taking what God intends for positives and burden prevention, and turning them into negatives. If we can get our mindset fixed upon the understanding that it’s a blessing, freeing us from life’s burdens and distractions, then the following information will create a sense of relief. This was the first song that I ever played on the radio. It is also the first Rap song I wrote. In this song, I make fun of myself for not being that cool. The night before I went to a Christian Rap concert, and the next morning after thinking I wasn’t all that. I realized I am a child of God, instead of trying to be something I am not- just to be what I am. So, let the “Mumbo Jumbo” commence!
It’s your God-given duty to defend and protect your family, widows, orphans, and the like. Most limp wristed cowards who claim to be Christians act like being a passivist is Godly. In reality, it’s the exact opposite. God has made you a man for a reason and purpose. You are built for battle. It’s your birthright and calling. Now, go act like it!
This is my song expressing these ideas of Biblical Manhood!

The horrific suffering of Jesus Christ needs to be fully understood. Having created the entire universe, He willingly subjected Himself to lack, suffering, and persecution, often receiving pain for the love he showed to humanity. Being a man acquainted with many sorrows, Jesus remained faithful and obedient. Learning perfection through His suffering, He became the perfect sinless sacrifice. When I wrote the lyrics for this Christian Metal song, I was trying to express that beauty is found in the suffering of Jesus. While we see His bloody face, can’t we also see His love? When His feet are nailed to the cross, can’t we also see His willingness to remain when things get tough? When His arms are stretched wide while being nailed to the cross, can we also not see the invitation to come and be with Him? As we see the crown of thorns cutting into His head, are we not looking at the crown of our King? Yes, there is Beauty in the Brutality!
Do not despair, there is always Hope and Joy unspeakable. The peace that passes all understanding is given to us by our Heavenly Father, to steady our hearts and empower us onward. As we look forward to the final outcome and our Lord’s soon return, we can be encouraged by a Bible full of examples declaring that “what you do matters” and affects the outcome of your life. You have a God-given choice to make today. Today is the day of salvation; seek the Lord while He may be found. Turn your hearts to the things that please God and reap the everlasting reward.

You are a soldier involved in spiritual warfare. Not some happy resident of the great country club in the sky, with cherubim and seraphim’s playing harps. No. Even they are involved in the war that surrounds mankind. Modern western Christianity is sold as a river boat cruise with all your needs being attended to by a servant God. This is a lie, as we are all drafted into the war of Good and Evil. To borrow from military hierarchy: “Our President is God, our Commanding Officer is Jesus, and the Communications Officer is the Holy Spirit”. Now, the Devil wants you to believe that the war is over and that you have nothing left to do except take the lazy river all the way to Heaven.
