In an effort to expand upon our discussion about SELF, started in last week's podcast. We're going to take some time to actually learn how to trust and believe in ourselves on a consistent basis. Because we all know that in this day and age of perfectly crafted and quotable social media memes & posts. A phrase like all you have to do is “believe in yourself” can come off as a little cliche right?

And as women, we have so many layers, perspectives, past experiences, doubts & fears that its gonna take a lot more than a perfectly crafted post to get us to truly make a change. So, we’re going to lay the groundwork to start the process, once and for all. We’ll explore some of the most common reasons it’s typically hard for us to believe in ourselves and also some new habits we can adopt to help us shift our belief systems.
