Athena: The Adventures of a Fearless Dragon by Gabriela Nalven is a sweet and inspiring story of Athena and her two brothers, Aragon and Draco. These bearded dragons are born with some disabilities. Athena had missing feet on her hind legs while Aragon has a missing tail and Draco has underdeveloped hands and feet. Due to their disabilities, it gets difficult for their mother to take care of them and she sent them to their uncle for adoption.
On their way, they escaped from the airport and embarked on an adventure of their own. They found a camper and drove to different places like Crater Lake and Desert where they met other animals like themselves who were differently-abled.
Their adventures are beautifully depicted with colourful photographs that double the fun of reading this book. It is a great book for a young audience as there are so many lessons to be learned like teamwork, family's support, helping each other, becoming each other's strength, and last but not the least, to never underestimate yourself despite physical shortcomings and limitations.
Elder Dr. Roosevelt Robinson, Jr was born in Columbia, SC. He was raised in Swansea, SC. He is a saved, born-again man of God who loves the Lord and serves Him with his whole heart. Dr. Robinson has a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Counseling, a Master’s degree in Theology, and a Doctorate degree in Divinity, which he obtained all of his degrees from the International Overcoming Outreach School of Religion in Columbia, SC.
Dr. Robinson has served in ministry for over 32 years. He has served as a Minister, Praise & Worship Leader, Choir director, choir member, a drummer, a Youth Leader, Youth Pastor, an Elder, and a District Elder. God has anointed his voice to sing under the anointing and power of the Holy Ghost.
Dr. Robinson has been married for over 22 years to Sylvia Robinson. They raised a daughter together that God blessed them with. Dr. Robinson is not only an author, but an Independent Gospel Recording Artist. He has a project that is available on all digital outlets entitled, "Here We Are” under his artist's name—Frankie Robinson.
Dr. Robinson’s book he wrote, “God’s Favor—My Wife, is a story of how he met and married his wife. It also contains his journey to that point in his life that will bless you and help you on your walk with Christ Jesus. Pastor Jr. Trent is a true Man of God who didn’t come into the ministry willingly. In fact he ran for almost 27 years until one particular night he fell to his knees and asked God to come into his life. And on that night Pastor Trent said something changed immediately! Couldn’t explain it but God entered into me and change me forever. Since that day God begin to orchestrate his life the way he saw fit. Pastor Trent asked God to give him a Wife and God gave him her name- (Michelle) Who has been a spark to this ministry. He begin his journey in August of 2009. Got Married in 2010. Became a minister in 2010 at Unity Fellowship Baptist Church. For 3 1/2 years he learned some great things from ( Pastor Howard Graves) He is also begin doing Prison Ministry for our community and still is very active today doing the will of the Lord.And his journey took him further as he traveled with Good friend/brother Pastor Kevin Kernodle to a church on a mountain called Rising Sun Missionary Baptist Church whom he fellowship with for 3 1/2 years. Pastor Trent was both of the Pastors Armor Bearer for the years he was under them. Then it came a time when God said the time was now and Pastor Trent was ordained and installed Pastor of Alpha & Omega on May 16th 2018. Under the guidance of his Pastor Kevin Kernodle,Sr. Pastor Trent then in 2020 God spoke and told him to move on and to establish Change of Heart Outreach Ministries which his wife and him are the Founders of. Pastor Trent’s favorite quote is “Until you get tired ! Nothing is going to change!” His favorite Bible scripture is Mark 11-22-28 . Which spark his true belief in God’s word. “Believe in your heart what you say and you shall have it.”He is also Co-Host of The Radio Show called “Talk Net” with Host Minister Kenny Fitzgerald.He is also apart of a great organization called Project Imagine where they help our Gang affiliated members find themselves. A Leader that doesn’t mind taking it to the streets. Since Change of Heart Outreach Ministries God has blessed the house with order and he has become The true man of God that God has called. The Reverend Dr. Virginia Ann Scott Singleton was born to the late Mr. Lewis Scott and
late Mrs. Minder Henicks Scott Lee on December 2, 1953. She is the eleventh child of 12
children, and the ONLY one to receive a college degree. She married her high school
sweetheart, Ernest Singleton, Sr., of almost 51 years, they have 2 sons, 1 daughter, 9
grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. She graduated High School in 1972,
approximately 22 years later enrolled in Limestone College for almost 2 years seeking
Associates Administration Degree, maintained a 4.0 GPA, received the President's
Letter. Later enrolled online with Almeda University, Boise, Idaho, receiving a Bachelor
of Social Work in 2002. In August 2013 received Bachelors of Biblical Studies; September
2016 received Masters of Christian Education; and September 2019 received Doctor of
Christian Education.
Was converted and baptized at age of 11 years old and accepted Jesus Christ as her
personal Savior. Dr. V. was very active in the work of the Church: sang on the Children’s
Sunbeam Choir; completed the Church Discipleship Training Classes; served as a Junior
Usher; throughout teen years, served in the Junior Missionary Ministry, the Junior Choir
and taught Youth Sunday School Class and Youth Vacation Bible School Class;
represented the Church at Oratorical Contests; participated on programs with other
area youth reading Scriptures, doing the prayer, introducing speakers, or whatever task
was asked of her to do on program; graduated to the Church Young Adult Choir;
continued to serve on the Usher Board Ministry; and became the Church assistant
recording/correspondence secretary.
Under the leadership of the late Reverend James Johnson, Jr., was appointed President
of the Young Women’s Auxiliary (YWA) Ministry and instructed to pray asking God to
direct other women in the Church to work in this newly formed ministry. This Ministry
grew and was connected through the Pee Dee Baptist Association with the local YWA
ministries as well as participated on State and National levels. Dr. V. was elected as
Chaplain of the combined local YWA Ministries and served a four-year tenure. Keynoted
YWA Conference in Myrtle Beach, SC, with approximately 700+ women attending with
State and National Leadership present. Served as President of the YWA for fifteen years; taught Adult Sunday School, Adult Bible Study, Adult Vacation Bible School Class,
discipleship training classes, Youth Vacation Bible School Teacher. Pastor Johnson licensed Dr. V. as a Missionary because of receiving invitations to speak at local
churches; received numerous invitations to bring the Word of God at local churches, was well received and respected by the people. Worked on the Senior Missionary Society, Women’s Guild Ministry, and Willing Workers Ministry at her church. Attended the Annual Pee Dee Baptist Association Conferences regularly participating in workshops on ministry and leadership, pulpit etiquette, basic Bible knowledge, many
various topics of training/education tracts. Received Divine call to ministry at the age of 29 years old and was licensed to preach the Gospel in 1986 by her pastor the late Reverend James Johnson, Jr.; was appointed and began to serve as associate minister to the pastor and church, and served in various capacities within the Pee Dee Baptist Association. Following his death, under the leadership of new pastor, the Reverend Rufus Garvin, was appointed as assistant minister to the pastor and church; was catechized on August 5, 1990, and ordained on August 19, 1990, historically becoming ONLYthe second female to be ordained into the Gospel Ministry by the Pee Dee Baptist Association. Dr. V. continued her loyal ministry works to the fullest being careful to complete all tasks as assigned by her leadership unto the glory of God. One task was to instruct the Church on role and responsibilities of Church Administration (to include all offices in the Body of the Church); also taught the Book of Revelations in its entirety. Following Pastor Garvin’s departure, served as Interim Pastor while the Church was in search of a full-time Pastor; served as Interim Pastor for six months, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, membership increased, there was increase in tithes and offering, and the flow of the anointing filled the house. At the end of six months the Church elected a new pastor. Under his leadership, Dr. V.
continued to labor faithfully in the vineyard serving within the church, as well as the Association, until God spoke two months prior to calling her out of the denominational
Baptist Church to the pastorate of the Divine Church of Deliverance in 2000, where she has been and continues to be a faithful servant. Provided instruction on Spirituality in a group setting daily, five days per week, 1½ every morning for eight years when working as a clinician at the Chrysalis Center; Attended the Assembly of the Eagles Prophetic Ministry Training and meeting all requirements, received her Certificate of Completion from the School of the Prophets International Prophetic Network, Apostle Lance Jeter, Instructor, Certificate received; Attended Church Growth Institute for Pastors, Preachers and Teachers-2016; In Co-training with Pastor Chuck Singleton: provide annual leadership training classes at church (required);
provide Church Protocol Institute for new membership (required); provide church training on Christian Accountability, 3 hrs.; Is a published author "Inspirational
Encouragement and Spiritual Journal" with Kingdom Builders Publications, LLC. In May 2016, was the featured pastor interviewed by a very prominent inspirational magazine

Honey Dee who is visually impaired was born on December 1975 in Halifax, Virginia. Honey Dee is the oldest of three siblings. She is currently residing in North Carolina with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Honey Dee has drafted short stories, and poems. Honey Dee published her first book called Finding Our True Identity. This is a book that she has enjoy writing. Honey Dee hopes you will enjoy reading it. Shawn Connors is a computer nerd, single father, Christian , LVAD enabled, podcaster, podcast producer, content creator, sneakerhead and foodie! He is the host of the 757 Renaissance Man, a podcast that empowers entrepreneurs, leaders, artists, creatives, and activists from the Hampton Roads area. Shawn is also the host of The LVAD Nation podcast that features conversations with LVAD patients, heart transplant recipients, and caregivers, they discuss life before, during and after the LVAD. Dwayne M. Culpepper aka Tha Corinth. Some music comes from other places but with the
experience ad growth of such an artist music comes from the heart. With beginning music at
age of six Dwayne Culpepper began writing music from other peoples songs, along with
playing the flute. In which playing the flute was something he was never taught how to do it a
talent that was just picked up. With residing in E. Saint Louis Illinios , the oldest of six, being
raised off welfare, Dwayne really didn’t have much to rely on. After dinner every night
Dwayne and his siblings would perform for their mother due to they had no TV to watch.
Growing up Dwayne see allot of abuse & drugs, drinking etc. His mother Mary L. Culpepper
now married wanted better for her son and relocated to Minnesota.
Creating home in Minnesota Dwayne gravitated to music more and more each day. With the
ability to recreate other musicians songs, this young man grew to writing his own songs, in
which lead into teaching himself how to use words poetically in which lead into rap music.
Along with rap music Dwayne became the leading drummer in his Highland Park band class
under the covering of W Rayford Johnson. Dwayne would go on to perform at such events as
the Festival of Nations, The Minnesota Mass Choir, The Saint Paul Ordway Theatre,
Drumming and marching with Minnesota Police Band. In his spare time Dwayne would go on
to create rap music with his sibling Antonio Culpepper. The two brothers would go on to
record music in their group titled Tha Wicked Mob clique. The brothers created a company
for the music naming it Judgement Day Records. At this time Dwayne would perform under
the moniker Wickedface, in which the name was given to him by the way people, would look
at him. The brother under the management of their mother performed in such cities as Saint
Paul/Minnesota, Atlanta Georgia, Milwaukee Wisconsin just to name a few. The only piece of
music to be released would songs such as My Brothaz Keeper & Tha Wicked Mob Sh--. The
parted ways and Dwayne wanted to redefine himself and a better way of doing music.

For a time, 4G had been in the rotation of the infamous foster care system, until one day his elderly
Grandmother took him in. While in the loving care of his family’s matriarch, Gospel music found him. This
spiritual genre of music was not only the perfect fit for his purpose, but it would soon become the message
that would release him from his childhood pain, and embark him on a journey of love and forgiveness, which
began with his parents.
Whether we call it the path of reconciliation, the road to redemption, or the highway of success, this journey

By 12 y/o, Deana and her five siblings were deemed orphans/wards of the court; they were never formally adopted. Misfortune, uncertainty, pain and abuse became her norm. Confronted with overcoming the hand she was dealt, survival was her only viable outcome; striving daily to remain victorious over trials and tribulations. Phil Walters is a published singer, songwriter, and producer. His instrument of choice besides his voice is
the piano or keyboard. Since the age of nine, he has been singing and playing the piano after losing his
eyesight fourteen years ago. Phil studied vocal techniques at the Little Red School House in the village
of Manhattan, New York. He studied audio engineering at Sheffield Institute for the recording arts in
Phoenix, Maryland.
Phil has various music in his repertoire, but he loves to sing music that uplifts and inspires his listeners.
Because of this, his niche is Gospel, inspirational music, and oldies but goodies. He has performed at
the Lincoln Theater for The Doing Good Network, The WRAL Theater, The North Carolina Science
Museum, For Miles Of Great Hopes, and Wake Tech Community College for their special needs
students. His most recent performance was for disabled Veterans through The Durham Veterans
Administration.
