O aspirants to the new human reality, keep your critical spirit alert, your discernment and perceptiveness so clear that nothing and no one can cloud your unitary vision. Struggle arduously in full battle against malignant spirits, which would block the road of the new humanity. Satan, the joker, impostor, parasite, and cynical assassin, is empty of true substance and can only snarl and scream with his deceptive conceptuality, his habitual obsession, his cancerous inanity. His illness is contagious, his evil infectious. But be absolutely certain, O lovers of Truth, that authentic spiritual combat against the adversary of humanity, against the demon in all his corrosive forms, is always victorious, thanks to the intervention of realized beings, who are the force of the new humanity.

The secret meaning of this novel of chivalry that is our own life is freedom from self, dethronement of ego. As Saint John of the Cross explains about his own spiritual emblem, which he calls the colorless bird, “Do not take initiative in anything.” This principle of total renunciation extends even to mystic knowledge. Sings Saint John, the solitary bird of omniconscious unity, “Only know God, without knowing how.” To feel excessive attachment to the forms of society, including religious forms, is to convert them into an obstacle or a veil between the aspirant and perfect humanity.

At the peak of his ascent of Mount Carmel, Saint John proclaims, “To here, there is no road.” The scholar Luce Lopez Baralt explains in her admirable study of Islamic roots in the poetry of Saint John of the Cross, “The saint carries out a circular and nonexistent journey from God to God.” This is the Sufi journey within God and beyond God through mystical annihilation, through the ecstasy that obliterates. The only heresy within the new humanity is to attach oneself to anyone or anything that is not God. As Saint John affirms, “One single thing is necessary, which is to know how truly to negate and annihilate oneself.” There is no question here of nihilism. On the contrary, as Shaykh Muzaffer of Istanbul confirms several centuries following Saint John, “It is an absolute certainty that those who are annihilated in Allah will exist forever.”

Surah Yunus - 4. To Him will be your return- of all of you. The promise of Allah is true and sure. It is He Who beginneth the process of creation, and repeateth it, that He may reward with justice those who believe and work righteousness; but those who reject Him will have draughts of boiling fluids, and a penalty grievous, because they did reject Him. 34. Say: "Of your ´partners´, can any originate creation and repeat it?" Say: "It is Allah Who originates creation and repeats it: then how are ye deluded away (from the truth)?" 57. O mankind! there hath come to you a direction from your Lord and a healing for the (diseases) in your hearts,- and for those who believe, a guidance and a Mercy. 61. In whatever business thou mayest be, and whatever portion thou mayest be reciting from the Qur´an,- and whatever deed ye (mankind) may be doing,- We are witnesses thereof when ye are deeply engrossed therein. Nor is hidden from thy Lord (so much as) the weight of an atom on the earth or in heaven. And not the least and not the greatest of these things but are recorded in a clear record. 62. Behold! verily on the friends of Allah there is no fear, nor shall they grieve;

Surah Tawbah 111. Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur´an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? then rejoice in the bargain which ye have concluded: that is the achievement supreme.

May we taste the fruits of paradise, the fruits of every spiritual state and station. May we know the Quranic meaning of the Quranic phrase which says that in paradise there is everything that one can desire and more than what one can possibly desire. May we have glimpse of that infinite, inexhaustible abundance which is the nature of Allah, which flows freely in this creation and in paradise. May we see the light of Allah as being the light of the heavens and the earth. May we know that all light emanates from the heart, that even the sun shines by the heart’s light. May we be in the army of love. May we be in the process of justice. May we not do injustice to our own souls. May we gradually rectify the injustice which we may have done to other souls. May we constantly ask for forgiveness, constantly seek reconciliation. May the nations that live in harmony upon this planet, may the world leaders be awakened to their profound spiritual responsibility. May they learn the nature of the prostration. May they feel the pressure of the divine prostration on their forehead. May they actually kiss the dust of the sacred earth and become servants of the Most High. Al-Fatiha … Amin Ya Sultan Muhammad Nureddin Jerrahi, prince of the parliament of prophets and saints, The one who is administering the graces of spiritual evolution for the planetary world along with all of the great founding pirs and all of the mystic saints, known and unknown. May we join their company. May we be in their reunions. May we find our hearts as chambers of these reunions. Allah Hu! And may we be the recipient of one of the 360 glances of Divine Grace given by Allah every day to the lovers of his mystic saints. Amin.
